This is my third time coming here and the food has been perfect every time. My favorite thing to get is the chicken cashew salad. I would definitely recommend and will be back :)

First time visitors, despite them being open seven years. Boy have I been missing out. Great tasting burgers, fries and onion rings. I am told the fish fries are pretty awesome too, but we came on a Saturday. Huge place, great outside seating and a drive through. Family owned, must check out.

The service was a little slow (took a few minutes for one of the employees to step up to the register where we were waiting) and the booths were dirty with ripped cushions (it might have just been an "off" night?). However, the burgers were incredible! Easily in the top 5 best I've found in Milwaukee. While the cheese curds were fantastic, I was disappointed in the amount (rather, lack thereof) we received. Looking forward to trying it again as the weather gets warmer and we can eat outside.

Big Deal Burgers really are a big deal!! So delish, my first time visiting today and was very pleased! It's nice to find a good lunch meal when out of town for work 😌

This place was much better than I was expecting and that's not a backdoor compliment. It's just that when it comes to faster or fast food burgers, I've come to expect a certain level of quality (not all that high of a level) and this place definitely surpassed my expectations. I was attending the Lego Brickworld event at the fairgrounds and I just wanted a good, simple burger. I had never heard of this place but after a quick Look at the menu on-line, I gave it a shot. Simple set-up. Nice, but not overwhelming menu. They have burgers, gyros, and Reubens as well, along with quite a few other options. Prices are actually pretty good for the quality of what I had. I had a double cheeseburger, nice sized order of fries and good sized soda for just over $10. That might not sound like a great deal but once I saw the size of the burger and tasted it, I had no problem. I should also mention that if I hadn't ordered the extra paddie for $2, my meal would have been about $7.90 and would have still been big enough for 90% of the population. A good quality of meat, two 1/3 pound paddies and cheese served in a paper bag. What's not to love? The fries were good but they did have a level of greasiness that was nice but after a whole bag, I had enough. For me, the fries were a perfect size to split with someone else. Service was good and everyone was friendly. Nice outdoor seating area. Pretty clean for a place with so much traffic. Overall, if you want a good burger, then this is a good place to go.

Their food is awesome - especially their fish fry which rivals some fancier sit down restaurants- their staff goes out of their way for you- can't recommend this lace enough!

Great service as always! The food is fresh and never old or been sitting around in a warmer! crispy fries and amazing custard! we always stop here when we are in the area, and love this place!

My wife n I had the island burger. It was good. Onion rings were good. It just the bun almost couldn't handle all the stuff inside the burger

Sandwich and burgers had very good bacon , excellent custard traditional milwaukee style! Really affordable too. Booths were in bad shape tho. All the tables were dirty.

Always good food, but always dirty, guy doing the tables needs to pull his pants up, I don't like eating and seeing 1/2 his underwear. I told him he needs to pull them up cause another step there gonna fall off. Again great food but workers need to be mindful, and respectful.

I had a chicken pita with chili cheese fries and a root-beer shake. My hun had a jumbo cheeseburger (single) with fries and a chocolate syrup and candy cane shake. The shakes were delicious, thick and smooth. The chili cheese fries were ok. The chili isnt the best and chili matters. The gyro was tasty. The tzatziki sauce isnt the greatest. Gives your pita a little twang to it. He enjoyed his burger. It was huge. Said he probably he shouldnt gotten a kid cheeseburger. We plan to come back and try other things but definitely to get shakes and fries. Their custard is so smooth and unmatched!!

Usually stop in about once a week with no issues. Today I received my Island burger and when I opened it after I got home the top was completely mangled like someone had crumbled it up and then put it on top. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Ok this is a great place to get your bang for your buck. The burgers are cooked well and pretty big. They have a wide variety of options. They also have great selections or custard options that are delicious. The atmosphere was great people would come there and meet up to play card games board games etc… so if your looking to meet up with some friends play some games with them and eat some good food at a great price and custard head on over to Big Deal Burgers and Custard

I ordered food online and didn’t receive it all. I called for a refund of the items and was told only one could be refunded cause the cook remembers putting two fries in my bag out of the three ordered. I also ordered cheese curds. She was very rude and would not refund my missing items. It’s a shame, I will not return and I visit once a week.

Custard is grainy, yes, grainy. It's not as good as Culver's, (which isn't saying much), and definitely compared to Kopp's ( the best frozen custard) is not even custard at all. Texture is terrible , Also everytime I order delivery It's almost melted and I only live 10 blocks from them. Even their whipped cream is bad. That's also disappeared before it gets to me. Toppings are not quality. I've had Kopps delivered to me, they are alot further away and the quality is still there. It's not all melted or. Runny, toppings are great and you can taste the difference. I've eaten at big deal burgers enough to know how bad it is. Im not going to waste my money on big deal burgers anymore. I won't patronize them at all, they have nothing there that I can't live without. I only go to Culver's for some food items. And Kopps definitely for custard, and food. Kopps beats them all, all the time.

I usually enjoy the food/ ice cream here but, I’m sorta scared now I’ve never seen this ever. There’s like more than a dozen of rats in drive thru. It’s pretty disgusting & I didn’t see traps or anything. It was so crazy there was rats running everywhere huge!! 🐀 they need to figure this out it’s so disgusting and the thought of continuing to eat here and knowing there’s an infestation of rats near by it’s DISGUSTING AND UNWELCOMING!!!
