Amazing food! Their Pho is immaculate. I've had the stone bowl special (highly recommend) and the beef pho (number 1 on the menu, i think) and both are impressive. The boba is also very good, the pearls are a nice texture and the tea tastes good. It's one of my favorite places to go with my dad. 10/10 (photo of stone bowl special below)

We were seated immediately and cared for by friendly staff. The menu offers many, many choices. We enjoyed the dishes we ordered. I was cautious of the homemade fish sauce but it complemented the meal. If you like Southeastern Asian food, give Pho Viet a try.

If the American’s and North Vietnamese had this soup together there would of been peace talks and the war over in 24hrs. This soup slaps. The place is nothing special to look at but who cares you’re there for the authentic Flavors of the Vietnamese culture. This place delivers every time consistent good flavors. Don’t go anywhere else for pho you’ll be disappointed believe me.

I had a really spectacular dinner tonight at Pho Viet. I ordered the D5 to drink (limeade soda) which was tart and refreshing. To eat, I had the C16 (clay pot catfish) which was perfectly cooked bone-in fish sections with a thick savory/sweet sauce with white rice, served bubbling hot in a clay pot. I also had the B28 (sliced pork with vermicelli noodles and veggies). This turned out to be my new favorite Vietnamese dish- the flavors were so well balanced and fresh tasting. It was cool noodles with grilled slices of pork, lettuce, mint, peanuts, sliced cucumber and carrot, and fish sauce to mix it all together. I'm so glad I have leftovers- I can't wait to eat it again!

1st time eating here. Really enjoyed the Pho & spring rolls. Some of the condiments on the table seemed a little sketchy. Would definitely eat here again!

One of the best spots for Pho in Milwaukee! We ordered the P1 and C8. Both very delicious! Also, bathrooms have been recently renovated since we were last there.

The food was amazing. i love how i could get Pho with just broth and noodles! also i liked the shrimp rolls as an appetizer. i was not expecting mint in there, which was an unexpected twist! i also loved the sauce it came with to dip it in. the service was alright, but i will definitely come back here to show my friends. also i loved how fast the food came out!

Food was good. Place was clean. Service was a bit slow, but what do you expect when it's a strip mall restaurant ? I would have given it 5 stars, but the bathroom being only 1 room ( 1 for each gender, total of 2) for the size of this place is ridiculous. If you're gonna have a bigger size restaurant, at least have 2 stalls, each gender restroom. Overall good. I'd come back again and I would recommend this place to a friend driving by.

Used to go here often, at least once or twice a month. Pho is always on point. Havent been here in years and recently went back, the prices are ridiculous now and your portions are a lot less and they charge for anything extra. And the service is really slow, i dont see any of the old servers anymore. They used to have servers that didnt know much english but they were a lot quicker and more assertive. The servers now are slow and waited about 10 minutes before they were ready to take our order. There are many new pho restaurants and maybe once in a long time will stop in again. Just doesnt seem to be worth 16 dollars for a medium bowl of pho and 1 piece of lime. Yes everything is expensive these days but at this point id rather just make my own pho than spend 60 bucks on one meal for 2 people. Response to owner: on your menu, it says 16.50 for a bowl of pho and they only come in large size. But thats false, ive come here so many times the last time it came in a medium bowl, 1 small piece of lime, 1 stick of basil and a small handful of bean sprout, 3 slices of jalepeno. Not to mention the crazy up charge for extra toppings. 8.50 for some boba tea, absurd price honestly. 50 dollars for 2 bowls of pho and 2 boba tea, yea i'll pass since it will only keep going up correct? Yes we are living in a time of inflation, raised prices but im willing to bet none of the workers got a raise thats why they all left. It was a good run but i'll be doing business elsewhere. Service gets a 1 star due to the fact that I politely told Nancy the owner my cup was dirty as I was paying and reassured I didn't want money off I just wanted to bring it to her attention! I understand she's an older lady and probably doesn't have the best eye sight but she continued telling me it's nothing smh. So check your inside were the ridges are it was dirty on all three ridges

Ordered P1 and P4, average $15/pho bowl. Good portion. Beef tendon is great. But overalls just very average pho. We can find way better pho.

WOERST MANAGER EVER! Worst dine in experience ever! I mean it’s not really the service that’s bad but the manager is. The manager treated me like I can’t afford a mean when I questioned him on why the $3 up charge for Large Size Pho wasn’t mentioned to me, which I asked him nicely by the way, he replied by saying “why? It should be common sense, it’s common knowledge, you don’t know that?”, and “You can’t pay $3 more?” I can tell you if I can afford to come into your restaurant that means I can afford your food.

First time going there so wasn’t sure what to expect. When we went in it was some what packed but there was seats available. We were seated and the food came out a couple moments later. Everything was going fine until the waitress came with our check. We were not even done eating, we didn’t ask for the check, they didn’t even bother to check up on use when we were eating our food, no refills on our water. The service was what threw me off. I noticed that everyone else had their waters asked if they wanted it refilled and if they wanted boxes. I found it ridiculous how not once after we got our food did a waiter or waitress came to check if we needed anything else. By that time there was only about 4-5 tables left of people and they had about 4 servers but they were all behind the register just laughing and giggling. I waited a bit for a box since they wanted us to check out so bad but no one came by even when I looked at them while they stood next to the register. I had to go up and ask for a box and paid for our food. Over all the food was fine but the service was terrible.

Only fresh vegetables was the spring roll. Chicken fried rice was frozen vegetables with very dry chicken. Were unable to find proper spoon in utensil cup at table. Did not want to dig through all the forks to find a spoon. Had to use soup spoon. Two staff proceeded to walk over dig through utensils and show a spoon. Then went behind counter to further humiliate us with conversation. Will not eat here again. And do not recommend

Been coming here for years. They lost a customer when they decided they just weren’t going to sell broth anymore. It’s Wednesday 10/1, I literally just bought broth from them 9/29. I have spent the last 2 weeks in and out of the hospital which I told them but the boss lady continued to ignore me saying they don’t sell broth. I called back after I left asking if they could just charge me more and she declined. I went down to bao bao and they sold it to me no problem. Check out bao bao it’s a great spot.

ZERO FLAVOR. For it being a pho restaurant and the broth that is supposed to bring the soup together it lacks so much flavor it’s disappointing.Tasteless pho overpriced and no flavor no matter how much you dress it up. Much better pho near by. Prices should be about $5 or less for the quality of soup. I’ve had much better pho made at home and customer service. An instant ramen would be way more flavorful than the pho served here. This isn’t fair to the customers. Flavor has gotten worse over the past two years. I wouldn’t recommend this place even if it were $5. You can tell it was watered down. Boba is extremely overpriced. Soggy noodles and flavorless meat. They are stingy with the portions meat and the veggies.
