Golden Mast

We had our wedding ceremony at The Golden Mast as a Sunday Brunch celebration September 2025. The gazebo and lakeside room with huge windows was perfect for hosting our ~125 guests. We heard so many compliments on the food and drinks (we had the champagne brunch with the omelette and pasta station since it was early on a Sunday). Jaci was so helpful for the several months leading up to our event. I didn't have an event planner, so I really appreciated her helping walk me through all the details and make sure everything was taken care of the day of the event.

Great food and even better service. The service staff are amazing here even with a large group our servers kept track of everyone moving around the table and remembered everything ordered. The food was top notch everything cooked to perfection. 10/10 would recommend

Outstanding service from our waitress Ann!!! Food was fantastic as always-hats off to the chef. Our bartender went out of his way to make our drinks perfect as well!! Our favorite weekend location for dinner brunch lunch or any meal! Ohhh and that view!! What more could you ask for. We will be back as always :) Highly recommend to everyone!

Beautiful setting, great food and service. We loved it at Thanksgiving!

One of the best places in the area for a fish fry. Great bar with friendly servers. Awesome views of the lake. Lots of outdoor space for cocktails while you wait for a table.

This is my first time going to the Golden Mast and it definitely did not disappoint. Great decor, food, and service. We were told it would be about a 45 minute wait so we got drinks and went down by the water. Once we heard our name called we went inside and were seated. Nate was our server and did a great job. Really great attitude. We started off with rye bread then they brought out the potato salad and coleslaw. After that they brought out the all you can eat cod along with French fries and potato pancakes. All of it was great but I really enjoyed the steamed cod.

We held our annual banquet here in January 2024. Our room was stunning, with many windows that overlooked the frozen lake. We had champagne brunch which was amazing! Great selection of food. Everything was fresh and hot. Service was terrific and the setup was great for our awards ceremony after the meal. We had our largest attendance and the feedback on the venue, food, service was overwhelmingly positive!!! I highly recommend them for a banquet, wedding or any large group function!

Overall I was very pleased with my experience here. The prices were definitely too high but l guess for such a fancy place it makes sense. Our server Reese said it was her first time doing brunch but she was great. Very friendly and helpful. The menu was super confusing at first but when she explained it we decided on the family brunch. The food portions were not huge but you could ask for as many refills as you wanted. Some of the food, like the potato’s, were cold and undercooked. But besides that it was all good.

Took my wife for her birthday and we had a great time. The food, service and atmosphere were all awesome! When we arrived we were greeted and the hostess wished happy bithday to my wife. Our waitress also wished her a happy birthday when she came to the table and when she brought out the complementry desert with a candle. We sat looking out on the lake and took our time just enjoying the night. We were not rushed but were given friendly attentive service. We will be going back soon!

We came here for Sunday brunch. Everything was wonderful. It was served family style. You could ask for more of anything you wanted. Fruit, pastries, eggs, sausages, bacon, steak, ham, turkey...there was a small buffet type line you could go up to at any time to have an omelette or Belgian waffle made. With the brunch you got a complimentary glass of champagne as well. There was also a large table of fabulous deserts. Our server was excellent. I would recommend checking this restaurant out!
