You really get charged for every condiment you get. We ordered a large order of cheese sticks with ranch and they forgot the ranch in the bag. We asked for our ranch and she came back out with a bill for the ranch. Not only that they wont accommodate people who can't have bread by doing a lettuce wrap instead of a bun.

I ordered the food via DoorDash. I got two cheeseburgers that I ordered with no tomatoes and ketchup mustard mayonnaise. I didn’t get any ketchup but I did get tomatoes that I didn’t order.. My groovy fries tasted like potato chips like they were overcooked. I could’ve solve this by calling the store., But they didn’t answer the phone for over 20 minutes. I understand stores get busy. I also understand that sometimes management doesn’t care therefore they don’t answer the phone. It was pretty bad experience, It didn’t need to lead to a bad Google review, but I wasn’t gonna drive to the store to Voice my displeasure

Who ever the cook is they need to be fired because they playing around in there it don’t take 35 mins for a chicken sandwich and the first one had some thin chicken

App ordered a drink simple coke.... 14 minutes I just gave up and drove off and had to dispute. You can't contact sonic customer service to resolve. Another day another dissappoint, haven't been here since last review, today 5 minutes in drive through I just gave up. FYI Sonic will "Make it right" by giving you reward in the app you will never get, a 3rd visit I ordered a breakfast burrito and got one of their disgusting corn dogs instead. Spent roughly 15 minutes messaging them all for a you will have a reward tomorrow in the APP you can redeem. Stalls don't have call buttons anymore and drive through is a parking lot so you have no choice but to call or dive into a corporate contact us form. Never happened, empty promises. This is worst Sonic in the Country I can promise that.

Everytime I come here, the food is never made fresh. Carhops are always super nice and I don't blame them. But, I wanted to try the new pickle tots. Cold. My corn dog tasted like it sat under a warmer for hours. I'm not usually one to complain but I have a problem with the food at this location everytime I visit. Blue raspberry slush didn't disappoint. I will only order drinks from here on out.

We kept trying to order through the app and it wasn't working well come to find out on the app a ingredient wasn't available okay fine that's okay just wish it was listed as unavailable before we went up there to order. The next thing that upset me and my spouse is the fact the lady who was doing our order completely talked over us and didn't fully litsen to what we asked for and went on to not double check with us or if she did it was too fast becuase I barely remember if she did or didn't. I get my drink and it wrong fully wrong and I knock at the door wait a few minutes to be mindful if they didnt hear me or was busy and a man with long hair comes out saying did you not see me through the door I said no as I cannot see very well hence why I have glasses but he gives me a look and I tell him I need my drink remade becuase the lady didnt litsen to me about what type of drink I wanted he grabs the drink and I get it back and I didnt notice that as soon as I got in the car it's leaking there's a hole in my cup I asked my spouse to go get the drink in a new cup and I over hear how the dude with long hair explains the drink now I know he explained it wrong becuase I personally used to work for the sonic company making drinks constantly and what was handed to me at first was not the drink I requested we also get bacon on my burger when I only asked for the normal double cheeseburger not the bacon one and my spouse had asked for a smashed burger without the sauce and we get the sauce any way extremely displeased as this is the 3rd time or so we get treated horribly by staff at sonic.

Just ordered a drive thru order. 1 meal, one car was at the window while I was ordering my # 9. Waited in the drive through line for 30 mins no lie. I decided to leave. The car at the window left behind me and did not get their order. I thought after the Reno it would be good again. I guess it hasn’t changed. I used to love Sonic.

They've never really had the greatest service, but today... Today topped it off. I had to order my food not once but twice and pay for it twice and then they refused to give me my food and then they got mad when I got mad. Like there was no reason for me to be mad that I can't have my food? Once I started to get more frustrated, all of the workers ganged up on me. Not what I call great customer service. Don't recommend this place to eat.

Worst food I've ever gotten. My wife just went through the drive through to get food because I have just had an operation, back surgery, I bit into my Burger and could not bite through the bun, when I opened it it was burnt with what I think was the mayonnaise spread on it then cooked, but what was worse was the meat was also burnt.

extremely rude overhead set to me. When I pressed the button to inform them that my drink was supposed to be no ice they told me I was wrong and hung up before I could respond or get the chance to order it the correct way. This is not the first time I have had terrible service at this location. And this is coming from a former employee to this company. I know it is not hard to please a customer. This was around 7:45 on 5/22/24

Ordered a burger and a kids cheeseburger plain and dry and when I got my order they gave me a kids burger with pickles onions mayo etc… I told them that I wanted a plain and dry and they took it back but took forever to bring me what I had ordered . I had to press the button again to get them to bring me my correct order. I then left got to my hotel and opened up my burger and it was nasty. It looked like they just through the burger together in a hurry and it was messy. My fries were cold. My family and I will not be returning to this sonic again . Very bad service.
