Del Mar - Naples

We stopped into this lovely restaurant for drinks. We sat at the bar around 5:00 pm. There was no wait and the bartenders were really friendly. We couldn't believe how gorgeous the upstairs is and can't wait to return for dinner soon.

Wonderful service and food quality! I highly recommend as an appetizer the hummus with beef and pitta bread. The fish was phenomenal and the dessert very yummy! Casual, chic and modern atmosphere. Two story floors. Good selection of drinks. I’ll repeat again Del Mar. Pet friendly.

We had a wonderful Saturday brunch at Del Mar! The interior and exterior design immediately caught my eye—it’s absolutely stunning and creates such a relaxed yet elegant vibe. The menu was just as impressive. I ordered the lamb burger, and it was incredibly tender and flavorful—I felt like I had been transported straight to Greece! The Aperol Spritz was the perfect refreshment and hit the spot. Our server was attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend Del Mar for a delicious brunch and an overall beautiful dining experience!

Nice restaurant with a good selection of seafoods and pasta. Frozen greek yogurt for dessert was delicious. Patio has a nice view of 5th ave.

We had a party of 5 and were seated upstairs. The service was fantastic not only taking care of small details like some champagne to toast our friend for her birthday but also a dessert. The food was amazing and we shared a bottle of wine. We will definitely be back for a special occasion they did a wonderful job.

The loaded hummus and the special that night was the highlight of the menu. The special was a grouper over lobster risotto. A little $$$ at $75 considering we had a similar sea bass place close by for $52. Either way it was delicious. I had the snapper which tasted great, but they should maybe put it on a smaller plate because it made the dish look sub par which it wasn’t. Great music and vibes here

I recently dined at a beautiful modern Mediterranean restaurant, and it was an exceptional experience. The ambiance was stunning, with tasteful decor and a relaxed atmosphere. The menu featured a delightful array of Mediterranean dishes, from fresh seafood to delectable grilled meats. I couldn’t resist trying the creamy hummus and the delicious flatbreads. The flavors were outstanding, and the presentation was impeccable. The service was attentive, and the staff was knowledgeable about the menu. This restaurant is a must-visit for anyone looking to savor the flavors of the Mediterranean in a sophisticated and charming setting.

I frequent the one at Easton in Columbus Ohio. So, when I'm in Sanibel (quite often) I decided to go to try the Naples address. My food was fab, my waiter was great and the atmosphere is perfect. Never dissappoints!! Best beet salad I've ever had. I have replicated it at home and it's absolutely incredible.

Hands down, one of the best brunch spots in downtown Naples... incredible service, gorgeous atmosphere and the food....Oh, the food... it must have been blessed by the tears of Jesus because it was out of this world! The presentation and attention to detail were creative, very aesthetically pleasing and so delicious! Somehow, the flavors and spice aboard the entrees were so approachable! We never waited or wanted for anything. Candace was our server and was absolutely the best.... five stars. Don't think, just go!

Great place for food, drink and socialising! Sat at the bar and the staff were fabulous..attentive and funny. Food is great. I had lobster spaghetti and my uncle had the rib eye. Excellent food. Cocktails were awesome too..place is a bit pricey but it's Naples!

I had an unforgettable brunch at Del Mar. A dish I've ordered told a story—crafted with intention, seasoned with creativity, and plated with an artist’s eye. I loved loved loved the presentation! But what truly set this place apart was the exceptional service. The staff were not only knowledgeable and professional but genuinely passionate about what they do. I had a small conversation with Rebecca and Marcella and there were the sweetest! Marcela's dish recommendation was offered with care and confidence, without ever feeling pushy. Rebecca left me under impression of her attention to details and endless hospitality. In short, this is the kind of restaurant that reminds you why we seek out dining out experiences—not just to eat, but to feel seen, cared for, and inspired. :) Thank you! P.S. Absolutely loved our dinner at Del Mar in Naples, FL—the food, drinks, and ambiance were all top notch, but what really made the night unforgettable was our waiter, John. He was fun, professional, and incredibly welcoming from the moment we sat down. He truly elevated the whole experience. If you’re in Naples and looking for a spot that checks every box, go to Del Mar—and ask for John!

If you’re in Naples and haven’t been to Del Mar, are you even living? From the moment we walked in with our 12-year-old, it was like they knew. The perfect table, the perfect service—this place is playing chess while everyone else is playing checkers. They made us feel so welcome, and trust me, making kids feel welcome at a nice spot is an art form. Bonus points for the big bar and lively atmosphere that made us feel like grown-ups again. Now the food? Let me tell you, it’s a spiritual experience. Huge kudos to Jill, our server, who absolutely crushed it. She walked us through the menu like a culinary tour guide and nailed every recommendation: the snapper, sea bass, tuna tartare, and lamb meatballs. Every bite felt like a mic drop. Jill deserves a standing ovation—or at least a raise! Del Mar, you get it. You really get it. We’ll be back, probably sooner than our wallets would like!

Snapper was seasoned to perfection! Scallops were cooked perfectly. Beet salad was delicious. Gordon Ramsey would be so proud! Our waiter Nick was so attentive and outside seating area was super comfortable. All food is made from scratch, daily and it shows.

We just went with the family to Del Mar in Naples and everything was super. The place is real cozy, the food was outstanding and Lorena our server could not have been more delightful. I give this place a standing ovation! We will certainly be back the next time we are in town.

5 stars all around. I love Del Mar. Been here 4 times now and the food, the drinks and the service are consistently great each time. I am not one to typically order steak at a restaurant because I feel I can make it better at home but not here. The Ribeye is fantastic! Their hummus trio with fresh vegetables is literally the best appetizer my husband and I ever eaten anywhere. I am gluten free and dairy free and they go out of their way each time to accommodate me. They also make a wonderful espresso martini — they can make them decaf which is very important to me as I cannot drink caffeine. Only thing I wish is that they had an option for gluten-free pita to go with the hummus trio! Otherwise this is my favorite restaurant in Naples!!!

This was a meal of a lifetime. We truly enjoyed the fire roasted seafood platter. The seafood was very tasty and the broth was amazing. We loved dipping our bread in the broth. The scallops and shrimp were huge! We will definitely be back.

Del Mar never misses. My wife and I had dinner here last night, and it was outstanding. Noel was a fantastic server—attentive, personable, and spot-on with drink suggestions. The food and cocktails were excellent, as always, and the outdoor seating remains one of the best spots in Naples for people-watching, offering consistent quality, a great atmosphere, and top-notch service. If you haven’t been, give it a try—you won’t be disappointed. Just make sure to make reservations, especially for peak days/times.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience at Del Mar (both times). The food was absolutely top notch, I love the 5th ave margarita, and our waitress Sashka (not positive on the spelling) was so kind, thoughtful, and thorough. One of the best servers I’ve had in a while!

Del Mar is one of my top 5 favorite restaurants in Naples. I took my wife there yesterday to celebrate her birthday. She had scallops, I had the ribeye. Both were done to perfection. I would really recommend the bacon wrapped dates as a starter. They are exquisite. We also ordered hummus and baba ganoush with pita bread (ask for two pieces). Our server. Mariça, was wonderful and attentive. During Happy Hour, 4 PM-5:30, they offer a free starter (small plate) and free dessert with dinner (not sure if that's every day). Happy hour drink discounts are available at the bar only.

Jake was very nice and provided excellent recommendations. Ambiance was lovely and the lobster spaghetti was out of this world! The early dinner special is great value and comes with an appetizer and dessert. Olive pound cake was the best dessert!

We had an incredible dinner at Del Mar Naples! The food is outstanding, specifically the roasted shellfish platter, which is a must-order. The salmon and ribeye were also delicious and full of flavor. Great service and a beautiful spot for a meal in Naples

Incredible service, wish I could give 10 stars. We sat on the first floor, the manager visited our table frequently and made us feel important. The scallops were phenomenal and you must try the olive oil cake with the chocolate cake together! Follow it up with a top notch espresso martini. We will definitely be back soon! Thanks Del Mar for not disappointing!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary last night and had a wonderful experience. We were able to sit upstairs on the balcony and enjoy the sights below. Our server was Saska and she was great! The food was delicious ! We would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful anniversary experience at Del Mar Naples! We requested a table on the balcony and were wished a Happy Anniversary as we were led to a perfect table on the balcony with an amazing view of 5th Ave S. Then the waitress asked if we were celebrating anything special and when we told her it was our 45th anniversary she said she had a surprise for us and brought us 2 glasses of Prosecco! The manager stopped by to wish us a Happy Anniversary and told us to order any dessert we wanted from the menu as it was on the house. The server verified that when she brought us the dessert menus. A most fantastic experience!!!!!!! Food, ambience, experience were excellent!!!

We will definitely be back! Our server, Maximus, was absolutely phenomenal! He was kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable of the menu and specials . We ordered the lamb meatballs, the filet, and the spicy feta and all were delicious. One of the best bites was the curried carrots that accompanied the filet. Finished off with olive oil cake to go - this will be a regular for us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Del Mar in Naples, FL! We were visiting from Canada on a girls’ trip, and this restaurant was a highlight. We started with the Roasted Shellfish Platter—incredibly fresh and delicious. I also had the best scallops dish I’ve ever had. And please, don’t skip the olive oil cake and an espresso martini—they were outstanding. Our waiter, Milosh, truly made the evening special. Warm, engaging, and attentive—he created such a welcoming atmosphere. If you’re in Naples, make sure you visit Del Mar… and ask for Milosh!

We had a wonderful dining experience at Del Mar. From start to finish, everything was lovely, but our server Jake truly made the evening exceptional. We did experience a longer wait for one of our appetizers, and Jake was incredibly attentive and genuinely apologetic about it. Without us even asking, he kindly offered us a complimentary dessert, which was such a thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated. His professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness made us feel so well cared for, and it truly elevated our entire experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service—thanks to Jake—was outstanding. We look forward to returning again soon.

We had the absolute best experience last night thanks to El. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive and genuinely cared about making our night special. You can tell how incredibly hardworking she is—she handled everything with grace, efficiency, and a big smile, even when it was busy. El went above and beyond in every way, and her positive energy made the entire experience unforgettable. She is amazing at what she does, and this restaurant is so lucky to have her!

Absolutely a beautiful restaurant!!! UPSCALE “Florida” theme. Very welcoming. Our server was good, a bit hard to understand due to background noise and his heavy accent. Was professional and clean! The food was really delicious!!! The FIRED Seafood platter was delicious. Some starters, excellent!! The Lobster Spaghetti was really good!! Will be back!!

The food was great, for the main we got the large seafood plate for 150 usd and it was delicious. Nice atmosphere The service was 3 stars - it took about 25 minutes to bring extra noodles for our seafood, and the waiter was not stopping by to check in, I had to go catch him in the dining area after 30 mins of not attending our table.

Super expensive the bar service was average I waited longer to order than I wanted to when the $6 shrimp came out per shrimp some of them smelt a little fishy. My $8 local draft beer was in a tiny glass for $8. The flashy vibe just didn't overcome these other shortcomings for me. I will try their dinner menu and hopefully that makes it worth it in another review.

Great place, location, service. Good choice of food options. Everyone enjoyed their meals.

On the plus side, the food was quite good, the service was good and the atmosphere was good. We sat outside and it was comfortable to talk. As we were leaving, we noticed that the main dining room was full and quite noisy. On the negative side, the portions were small and pricey. We had to drive around for about 15 minutes to find a place to park, and even then it was five blocks from the restaurant.

The atmosphere is very good. The food is pricey but good. The service for a high end restaurant is subpar. The poor service really distracted from the overall experience.

I personally cannot justify spending $63 on lobster spaghetti 🍝 however the drinks, apps and vibes were fun!

One of those places that is somewhat overrated. The pros. Great atmosphere and great service. The cons. The food. The tomato salad was very good. Everything else eh. We had the lobster pasta. Not much lobster and not great sauce. Rack of lamb. Ordered medium rare, but was overcooked. Served with a sauce that wasn't great, and would have been better without any sauce. Truffle pasta with steak add on was overcooked. Seabass also overcooked. Maybe a bad day in the kitchen? But at these prices it should be better.

The Red Pepper Dip was the best tasting dish we had... which is very disappointing. As someone who has tried a variety of Mediterranean food, it's not great when you have to salt and pepper the food served. The sea bass was also not even warm. The plate was warmer... The next best thing we had would be the scallops while the meatballs and seabass were an equal 3rd place. Ceviche was last in the ranking for us. All in all, I wouldn't be excited to come back but won't oppose if I had to.

Service is HORRIBLE !! The Spaghetti Lobster is great. The Yellowfin Tuna Tartare was an acquire taste, but good over all. We order a $50 bottle of Pinot Grigio wine it was okey. The server took our order and brought our food but never checked on our table. We had to ask the other servers for assistance and even though we asked them to call our server, he never came until we asked for the check.
