Elizabeth was excellent. Gluten free is no problem and they even made us gluten free bread which was awesome. The Branzino was delicious. Highly recommended

You should try this restaurant! I made a reservation for my parents as a gift for their 30th anniversary and they absolutely loved it!! The attention, atmosphere and food was amazing. I’m really glad I choose them for this special occasion. Thank you!!

Amazing food! The service is above and beyond Brooke was wonderful with us and the atmosphere is beautiful as well.Definitely will come back! Seafood paella is to die for!

The food was excellent. We had four different meals at the table including 3 fish meals. All of the meals were cooked perfectly My meal was the Pappardelle Mare E Monti - Seafood pasta. It was great except for the couple peices of calamari, which were like plastic,the rest was perfectly prepared

We went here for our 15th anniversary and Elizabeth was amazing. She was extremely informative and hospitable. The food was fresh, delicious and vibrant. We had such a great time and we were so happy to eat here. Definitely worth a visit when in Naples.

Mediterrano in Naples offers an incredible dining experience with a charming Greek atmosphere. The food is authentic and absolutely delicious—I would highly recommend it! We enjoyed it so much that we dined there twice during our stay in Naples, visiting from Aventura, , including a special dinner to celebrate my spouse’s birthday. Excellent ambience. Service is both attentive and friendly and has no stiff upper lip! Very nice flow of indoor and outdoor seating, all having the feel of a Greek Harbour restaurant. The Greek salad came with very few feta cheese -not like the big slice you get in Greece - but the service came back with a huge amount extra (no charge) - simply shows you good service attitude, and the quality of the Feta gives you an idea how much money the restaurant spends for raw ingredients. Seafood pasta had lots of seafood! Entrees are enough for sharing. We ordered 3 main courses for 6 people after 4 starters and it was still nearly too much food. Would come again any time.

This cozy, upscale restaurant offers exquisite Mediterranean and seafood options with incredible flavors and presentation. BORIS served us with impeccable attention to details. I had my mind set on saganaki, the flaming cheese appetizer. Boris suggested that we try the shrimp version with a tomato flavor Awesome. We waffled between hummus and taziki, and chose the elegantly presented taziki. The pita was obviously made in an oven due to flavor. We devoured the lamb shank with risotto and crisp green bean. The triple tail fish swan in with olives and artichoke and a sauce so delicious that I cannot describe it. Excellent attention. Awesome quality food The venue of about 15 tables is an indoor-outdoor space tastefully decorated in an ocean shade of light teal with paintings. The kids menu offers several upscale options

Started with the lamb keftedes. They were very tasty. We both ordered the risotto with shrimp. It was delicious. The risotto and the shrimp were cooked perfectly. I’ve found it difficult to get good risotto in Naples. Even at the so-called Italian restaurants, but this risotto was right on point. We will definitely return 👍

Food was absolute perfect. The warm olives, veggie spread and the dolmeh are the perfect appetizers to start the meal. I also recommend the risotto & shrimp as the main course. Save room for a couple of desserts because the baklava and the flourless chocolate are incredible. Service was also impeccable, when we arrived at the restaurant, the host help us changing our table to inside, because of the weather outside. Our server was very friendly and attentive. We had a great evening at Mediterrano, highly recommended if you are traveling to Naples.

This was not our first time visiting Mediterrano. We always come for dinner when we're in town. Fantastic food and service. Camillo was very attentive and all our food was perfect! Don't miss this wonderful little restaurant when you're in Naples!

I was worried for a second while driving by to look for parking. It is fairly small and more unassuming than fancy places on 5th, but do not let that fool you. Everything we had was a beautiful culinary experience, amazing taste that lingers paired with good wine and company. By very far, my new favorite place in Naples.

Centrally located, with no parking problems, this is a lovely Mediterranean restaurant. The food was delicious. We loved the fish sauce, and the desserts were fantastic too! The lime pide and baklava were especially delicious. 🥰

Beautiful place, love the layout and the color scheme! Service was excellent! We shared the watermelon salad and then we both ordered the Bronzino for our entrees. It was amazing, flavorful, fresh and delicious! Highly recommend this restaurant!

I had celebrated one of my birthday dinners here several years ago, and was back in the neighborhood by myself. The staff was extremely helpful in asking me what I was looking for and making recommendations from the menu. I ended up having an amazing seafood stew and glass of Duck Pond Oregon Pinot Noir. They have many gluten-free options available, and I had probably the best gluten-free bread I have ever had anywhere fresh-baked with a touch of rosemary and olive oil. Highly recommended!

Beautiful vibes, delicious food, & excellent service 🎖 The waiter was the absolute best. He gave us great recs on the menu. We were happy with everything we ordered. You must try the Flaming cheese saganaki as an appetizer. Loved the Greek cheese 🤤 For entrees the Paella Valenciana is a great option - it has seafood & chicken & luckily you can ask them to remove the pork ✅ We loved itt! The other entree we got was the fish of the day & it was fresh, flavorful, & light. 😋 Overall was a lovely dinner and the service was outstanding 🥇

What a lovely restaurant, from the comfortable chairs to the towels in the bathroom. The food is excellent. The service was excellent. The owners make you feel important and the staff takes excellent care of you. We will definitely come here again.

Went here before and came back again for our anniversary! Beginning to end, service was exceptional. Lamb shank alone is worth coming back for! Everything else we got from meatballs to the salmon was spot on! Will definitely come back! Thank you for the anniversary dessert!

Cool place with awesome food. I made a mistake by saying I wanted a mango sangria. The server knew the menu so well that he asked me to double-check what I meant. I was actually supposed to say mango mimosa. That was a good catch. If you want to eat here you almost always need a reservation.

The white and teal decor, paired with a charming hanging garden, will transport you straight to Greece—minus the airfare! With a fantastic wine selection and food that’ll make your taste buds do a happy dance, this place is a gem. Plus, they’ve got gluten-free vegan bread, so you can enjoy a honeymoon dinner without a hitch—just don’t expect the bread to dance with you!

Believe all the other reviews. Went there for our 5th anniversary. Every aspect of the experience was great. The service exactly on point, everything always at the right time. For starters they bring pita with 3 dippings, olive oil, basil butter and balsalmic driz. Loved the first 2 particularly. Great wine list as well although we did stick to a CA chard. Note they do not serve spirits here, just beer and wine. We split the beet and arugula salad as an appetizer and was fantastic. Perfectly dressed and perfect to split. We also split entrees too. The daily fish special was triple tail which i never had before. The sauce was sooo good as was the fish itself. And then the seafood paella for 1 ... which was enough for 2. Flavors were great, nice smokey paprika and saffron, all the right proportions. And speaking of portions, tons of seafood. We could not get close to finishing. And to top it off they gave us a free key lime dessert (which happens to be my favorite) for our anniversary. See pics. Highly recommend.

If I could give this restaurant 10 stars, I would. Lamb keftedes were absolutely delicious. We also ordered the beef tenderloin kebabs and the seafood paella. The flavors were incredible in the dishes. Our sangrias were absolutely amazing! Highly recommend skipping the more pretentious places in the area and come and experience excellent food and service !! Will definitely come back if we are ever back in Naples!!!

We had family visiting for 3 night and wanted to try a few restaurants we had not been at before, we are only living here since May. Hands down Mediterrano is our new favorite. Fabulous food, wonderful ambience but our waiter Ivan was incredible. SO attentive and pleasant. My family asked for a glass of ice, he refilled it 3X when he saw it was low. A fabulous waiter can make or break a dining experience. The owner checked in too to see how we were doing. With Ivan as our waiter, we left on cloud 9.

Came to Naples to meet up with friends for dinner. We always try to hit a new spot so this time it was Mediterrano. In a word it was GREAT. Service was both attentive and friendly. The menu offered a wonderful sampling of Mediterranean fare. All our meals were scrumptious. The pics only tell part of the story. Great restaurant to experience!

Our first time dining at Mediterrano on 13th Ave S. How did we not know this amazing restaurant has been downtown off 3rd for 7 years? The food, the ambiance, and the friendly service were all incredible! Super busy even in summer. All the tables, inside & out, turned over. We will be back for paella and dessert that we were to full to try tonight. 👏🏻 Milos, the owner, made us feel quite welcome.

Fantastic Mediterranean seafood spot in Naples! Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The shrimp appetizer wrapped in melted cheese and served on a hot pan was absolutely incredible — rich, sizzling, and packed with flavor. A must-try! The pepper deli seafood pasta was also amazing — perfectly cooked pasta with a great balance of spice and fresh seafood. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Special thanks to Anna, our waiter — she did an excellent job recommending both dishes and wine pairings. Her suggestions were spot on and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who loves great seafood, Mediterranean flavors, and top-notch service. We’ll definitely be back!

We went to Mediterrano for our anniversary dinner. Everything was great. My wife is Vegan and gluten free and this restaurant has some wonderful dishes for my wife. I had the filet minion and it was excellent too. The staff was very helpful and great for a special occasion.

Lamb shank was fabulous, & the triple tail fish was delicious & the homemade kie lime pie is the best I've ever had! Our waiter Boris was extraordinary.

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The highlight of the night was definitely their paella — perfectly cooked rice, rich saffron flavor, and a generous mix of fresh seafood that tasted straight from the coast. Every bite was bursting with flavor and authenticity. The service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere made it feel like a little piece of Spain right here. You can tell the chefs take real pride in their food — the presentation was beautiful, and the aroma alone made everyone at the table excited to dig in. If you love Spanish cuisine or simply want to try the best paella in town, this place is a must-visit. I can’t wait to go back and try more from their menu!

We have been there several times before and always had an enjoyable evening. The last visit was no exception, great polite service, atmosphere is very relaxing especially with all of the plants. The food was good but this time not exceptional. For a high end restaurant I expect the meal to be great. (Had chicken franchise) A large portion but lacked something in taste. We took leftovers home and added some more lemon and was better. Will return many more times and recommend that every one give it at least one visit, I am sure you will return.

Have eaten here many times. It is definitely one of our favorites. The food is excellent (only outdone by the service.) We have eaten virtually every dish here and they are all beyond reproach. Excellent. The ambiance is absolutely beautiful but loses 1 star due to the lack of a water view. In Naples, waterviews are pretty much expected. This is a must visit.

An amazing restaurant with an attentive, caring owner whose work ethic carries down throughout the entire staff. An exotic venue with delicious food from start to finish. We have enjoyed eating here many times over the years and look forward to many more wonderful meals in this welcoming restaurant with attentive and caring staff.

Wife and I stopped in Naples for an evening anniversary dinner at Mediterrano. We decided to eat outside which in hindsight may have not been the best of choices due to the unwelcomed flies that decided to help themselves to my meal. The ambiance of the restaurant was beautiful and met by very attentive service. The octopus appetizer is a must, butter tender. I had the seafood paella and my wife the Salmon which was slightly on the dry side but both extremely flavorful. Portions are generous. They were kind enough to present us with an anniversary display of Key lime pie. Nice touch! I would definitely recommend Mediterrano along with a nice walk along 5th Ave after a delicious meal. Plenty of shops in old downtown Naples.

Great experience. Food was excellent, service was excellent the wine was excellent and the atmosphere and decor are perfect. I wish there was more Mediterranean dishes on the menu to choose from and I also wish there was a full bar. But you cannot go wrong eating here.

We had a decent dinner at Mediterrano. We absolutely loved the design of the restaurant, all the flowers and the overall ambiance. It is truly a beautiful restaurant that makes you feel like you are dining in Santorini. To start, we had the Greek salad, watermelon strawberry salad and octopus - all were well prepared and tasty. For main course, my wife had the lamb meatballs, which were great. However, my daughter and I ordered the branzino (which was like $50 per order) and which was terrible and very dry. When the dishes first came out, my branzino was bone dry and completely inedible. I had to send it back to be redone, which I almost never do ... but it was just that terribly prepared. The second time, it was better, but still pretty dry and without any flavor. Neither me nor my daughter finished the branzino, as it just wasn't good at all, even after being redone. Service was good and attentive. When I asked to have my branzino redone, our server was very nice about it and apologetic. So a bit of a disappointing experience with the main courses, especially for the price. Appetizers were good, but not incredible and certainly did not make up for the awful branzino. While I don't think we will be rushing back to Mediterrano, the place is really gorgeous, so I suspect we will come back eventually for the ambiance and be more careful and selective with what we order.

Visited this restaurant tonight from Austin. Mediterranean food is my favorite so I was excited. When we arrived, there was a chunk of food on the glass the waiter was about to use for water which was super gross and off putting. The pita bread they serve to everyone tasted like it was store bought or sitting out. I ordered the chicken entree and I swear it looked like it was microwaved. The chicken was poor quality, mushy, slightly rubbery, and the risotto was overcooked. It felt like food that was being served at a mediocre 200 person wedding or something. I also overheard a couple complaining about the lack of flavor with their food. Waitress was incredible and attentive but other than that I was not impressed. The ambiance appears far more casual than the price point.

In my opinion, this Serbian restaurant should focus on what they truly know best — authentic cuisine from their home, prepared with all the flavor, soul, and passion that Serbian food can offer. Right now, the menu feels a bit too ambitious — a heavy hybrid that tries to please everyone. A little kebab here, some tzatziki there, a touch of lobster soup, a slice of baklava… but too much of everything often means too little of what’s really good. That said, the service was genuinely great — warm, attentive, and welcoming. With a clearer culinary direction, this place could easily become something truly special.

I have eaten there twice before. Both times in the past it was okay but this time our entree was described as a Branzino with the head off and deboned with the tail on. What came out was a piece of fish about 3 inches long by 2 inches wide by a 1/2 thick... I'm sure the establishment will write something back that apologizes and hopes that I can come back and they can make right or that's how they do it or my description is incorrect... I'm 62 years old. I know what a restaurant is like I know what a high-end restaurant is like I know what portions are supposed to be like and how food is supposed to be seasoned... what it appeared to me was they took one fish and made two dinners out of it. even the presentation was horrible... it looks like it was just thrown on the plate .I don't leave negative reviews. I usually leave positive reviews or no review at all.

I had a reservation for two at Mediterrano in Naples, Florida, at 7:45 p.m. Due to a change in our afternoon plans, we arrived around 6:00 p.m. hoping an earlier table might be available and were willing to wait. The hostess, Nina, said she would check availability and contact me within the hour if a table opened up. My wife and I waited outside on an unusually cool evening. After more than an hour without an update, I went inside to follow up and was directed to the owner, Milos. I explained our reservation and wait, and he let me know that earlier seating was not possible and that we would need to wait for our original time or make other arrangements. We chose to dine elsewhere and went to the nearby Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar, where we were seated within about ten minutes without a reservation and enjoyed prompt, attentive service. While Mediterrano has a strong reputation, this experience highlighted the limited flexibility and communication challenges that can arise during busy evenings, particularly for guests arriving early.
