Nice little hidden gem from cool artwork and simple industrial vibes. Food was great and our servers were efficient. If I had a place like this where I live I’d definitely be a regular.

Was very happy with everything we had at Zen! Great flavors, portions, and variety of options. The bao buns were not the best I have had, but the duck filling was tasty!

No wait, large menu, Korean table BBQ, service was prompt, kind, very helpful!! The food was not AYCE but super tasty and enough to fill up. It made for a super pleasant evening.

Update** i havent tried something that isnt delicious here. The sushi and wagyu is amazing.** Update* I just found out you can order from them directly now for delivery!* The experience was great. They were very attentive and caring. We had the bok choy and it was delicious. I'll definitely be back just for that. The #1 Ramen was also amazing. The spicy edamame was spicy and flavorful!!! We also had the demon slayer sake which was recommended, and very smooth, not sweet. We had the drunken watermelon for dessert lol it was refreshing. 😀 we went around 730pm. Pho caught my eye. Great energy and amazing art. Looks very clean. They did a great job. Thank you 😊

Service was great. Our waiter was very nice and quick. The food was delicious so this may be my new favorite. Atmosphere was nice. Overall a must try!

Went here with my husband for a date night. Ordered the grilled octopus appetizer, which was delicious. Then for dinner I got the sunset roll & the spicy yellowtail roll. Husband got the Japchae with chicken. All very tasty! Would definitely come back! Also the interior is decorated with some very interesting art. Overall a really nice experience.

Excellent food. I was craving Korean food. We were pleasantly surprised with the place- a bit of an odd choice of pop wall art- comfortable, very good set up for Korean BBQ and sushi. Nice presentation, generous portion and delicious Korean stews. Undoubtedly, we will be back!! The soups are very satisfying and flavorful.

SO good! Was looking for a place to grab dinner near Trader Joe’s when we discovered this place. Inside was super unique and cute. Servers were very fast and friendly. Miso soup was very flavorful and ginger salad was a rather large portion. Sushi was amazing! There’s not many tables for bbq considering, but it was just as good to order it already cooked. Will def be back! Everything that I saw other people eating looked so good!

This was our family's first experience with Korean BBQ, but it won't be our last! The staff here was very friendly and helpful, and always seemed to be around just when we needed something. If you visit, I would definitely try the Korean BBQ option, where you'll get to grill your own meat and veggies on a grill in the center of the table. You choose the type of meats & amounts. We had 2 meats for 3 adults and it was more than enough. I wouldn't get the chicken again simply because the raw chicken "juices" were dripping all over off the plate, table, etc - and I don't want to risk it getting mixed with cooked foods. Everything was delicious! We also tried their desserts to celebrate a birthday, and it was amazing! See the photos for more details.

Just had one of the best meals ever here. work has been difficult to say the least, and I haven’t felt too good, so I figured maybe some #ramen would be good. And it was. Good for my soul. The gelatinous, salty, sweet, umami flavor was incredible. Like comforting blanket. With just enough heat to make you sweat a little. And the sushi was incredible too. This little gem in a strip mall in Naples Park is awesome. Cannot recommend it enough

This is the best sushi I've had since moving to Southwest Florida. It's a hidden gym in Naples. If you haven't been here, then you're missing out! The presentation of the food is awesome, and the taste is even better. If you like sushi, don't miss this place!

Our first visit to this restaurant. The place is nice and clean. The staff are friendly. Good thing we decided to come early for dinner because by 630PM the place is already full and there are people waiting for tables. Anyway, the lady told us to try their Lobster Ramen Noodle Soup because it is popular and really delicious. We were hesitant at first but the lady said the one bowl can be split and share for 3. So we did order a bowl. To our surprise the soup is so good. It is a must try. Another staff approached us which I believe the manager or owner and asked us about the soup. We told him it is perfect and good. He told us that it is the second day they serve the soup and told us the story behind it. So if ever you visit this place try the lobster ramen noodle soup. We also ordered the korean bbq. Which comes with side dishes and rice. It’s a must try place. Highly recommended.

One of our favorite places to eat. Update: It had been a while since our last visit. We were disappointed with the food we ordered as it was clear that their standards have changed.

We had the hokkaido and it was GREAT, came by from Silva's bakery and decided to try their ramen, and man, it won't dissappoint you. Our favorite was the Spicy tuna, best place for sushi, ramen and korean bbq in naples, please come check it out

The service was very friendly and prompt with delivering items to the table. We were here during a midday so the restaurant was not very crowded. Enjoyed the day decor. Today I tried the curry chicken and my guest had the short rib soup. To me the curry chicken was great my guest also liked it when they sampled it as well. I liked the short rib soup but my guest was disappointed that it did not contain noodles, but the dish was delivered as advertised on the menu. My comparisons for this restaurant are the Korean restaurants in Atlanta that I know are very authentic. overall this restaurant gets a good review and it's worth trying if you are in the area and have a desire for Korean based dishes.

Zen BBQ is the perfect place if you want to indulge into Asian cuisine. Sushi is fresh and delicious, Ramen to die for and the Thai street food is like I never left Bangkok! The Korean BBQ is definitely a fun experience

One of these best places for Koren Bbq around SWFL in my opinion.. although it is a bit pricey but what Koren Bbq place isn’t.. Their Bulgogi, Wagyu short ribs and definitely the Wagyu fried rice was AMAZING!! The grills were very nice.

Ever been to a place so good that you had to try it twice? Well Zen Asian BBQ did that for us!! We decided to try the Korean BBQ at Zen for dinner after a day at the beach. I'm usually suspicious of pan-Asian restaurants as the quality typically suffers with the increased variety. I am happy to say that Zen is one exception. I kid you not, everything we had was amazing-- from the calamari, to the ramen, to the Korean BBQ, to the dessert. On top of that the owner was so friendly and warm-- you can tell that he is passionate about bringing the best experience to his guests. The food was so amazing and we were so hungry that we forgot to take photos! However, the next night we made sure not to make the same mistake. This time we brought our aunt and cousins who met us in Naples for the day. And every dish was a hit again. The Kobe beef...omg melts in your mouth. The best brussel sprouts in my life hands down. The lamb chops, the lobster ramen, the sushi, the lychee martini!! Let's just say that everything was unbelievable and the service was amazing. Sad that we don't live here-- otherwise we'd be here all of the time. 😂

I brought my wife here as we were both craving Korean style BBQ. We got the Bulgogi chicken and beef paired with some tea. Despite the negative reviews the food is quite good. They brought almost all the spices, our fault we didn't ask for chilli. Despite that the meat melted in our mouths. It was a pleasurable experience that I recommend.

I went here a while ago with some friends and the food was PHENOMENAL. I am so happy that Southwest Florida has a fantastic place for Asian BBQ, ramen and sushi! I had a great time, the food was delicious, and the staff was very nice. I have been telling people all about it since I've gone!

Emily, our server, was top notch! Friendly, helpful and prompt. Loved the sushi and the ramen. Looking forward to eventually trying all the dishes on the menu!

Delicious! We got so much food and everything was delicious. Not too salty, not too breaded, perfect amount of spice! Nice combination of flavors. I forgot when was the last time I had dessert at a restaurant, but we had to have it here!

Great place to eat Korean BBQ. Large selection of meat and seafood for the grill. Super friendly service, and you can try many different Sake and Asian beers. The only missing items are lettuce leaves to wrap the grilled meat.

Have been coming here since they opened. Owner and staff are nice. Food is great. Atmosphere is great. Restaurant is clean. My favorites are their sushi and ramen. Their grills are also, fun and delicious.

First time eating Korean bbq— it was so good! The place had a nice vibe and great service. We also tried the gochujang wings and sushi. All fresh and super good. For k bbq, we chose the ribeye and spicy chicken. The sides were included and tasty. 10/10 recommend!

I never leave here disappointed. It's an enchanting and wonderful hole in the wall that looks amazing on the inside. The choices are endless and anything you get is wonderful. If you like Asian food, you'll be a kid in a candy store here. the only thing they could do a little bit better on his more choices for ramen. It's really hard to find good ramen. Their choices are good too, but they need a wider selection

Delicious and unique for Naples. Didn’t think I could ever have Korean bbq again but here it is! While not 100% authentic it was still amazing and I loved the kimchi. A great environment, nice staff, it really was a very pleasant place to have dinner.

I've been to this place unfortunately only 3 times. Vicky, one of my dear friends, took me to this place and I got to say it was amazing every time! Michael, the owner, super nice and funny, came to the table we had a nice chat. Food is A-mazing! Everything is just so tasteful, and the plates look beautiful. The flaming roll is one of my favorites, and oh boy I have a long list. I am a big fan of asian food and there is no better place that I would want to go. The staff super friendly, attentive, so very helpful! I recomend this place 110%

This was the dinner we had on the last night of our trip - we saved the best for last. Holy cow, don't let the outside appearance or confusing menu deter you from eating here. You will not be disappointed. The flavors were delicious. We had to order a second round of appetizers! There was nothing left of our entrees. We had bulgogi, waygu stew, and grilled salmon. Appetizers we ordered were gyoza and angry chicken. We also had bubble tea - which was refreshing. 11/10 must come again.

We absolutely love Zen Asian Bistro and always make a point to stop in whenever we’re in Naples. Everything we ordered was amazing. The fried rice with spicy tuna was packed with flavor, and the Hawaiian roll was fresh and delicious. Our server, Chassa, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. We're from out of town, but this place is always one of our favorites. Highly recommend!

Was not a fan of the dim sum flavors but the beef bulgogi entree was great. The meat was well marinated, sliced thin with little to no fat. Service was friendly and prompt

The menu is great, but it is expensive, especially if you want to do KBBQ. Some dishes were great, and others were not. The lychee martini was very good. We left full but the bill was definitely higher than anticipated.

I was looking for a Korean Barbecue place in Naples to bring my friends, who had never had it. This was one of the only places in the area that offered it so we came. It's sort of an Asian fusion place with Thai, Japanese, Korean, etc. All of the food we had was pretty good, but the prices for the Korean Barbecue were pretty steep given the quantity given. The atmosphere was a bit lacking, but that may be because Maryland has really fun Korean Barbecue places where it feels like an experience more than just a dinner out. The place was clean, service was good (although we waited for a long time for our check after we finished) and it had a small, quaint feel that was nice. It wasn't very busy. Korean BBQ cooktops are in one row of tables, and the rest are standard tables.

More like a Thai restaurant that tries to do many other cuisines in one place. Food is good but it was confusing at first. Take time to look thru the menu.

Food was alright but so expensive. I just don't understand why one roll costs almost $20. The ramen was interesting, never had broth like that but I wouldn't say it was the best ramen I've had either. Service was good. The Edamame was really good.

A
Antonina Yastrebova

A pretty cosy restaurant, however, I have a few complaints: 1) The boba was really just a milkshake with very mid tapioca pearls 2) It took SUPER long to get our food 3) The ramen tasted kind of weird

Something has happened to this place. Used to be much better. Now I'm not so sure about it. Ordered the cashew nut on ubereats which says in the description that it comes with chicken. Upon arrival it only contained vegetables. Also asked for it to be spice level 5 and it was still very mild. EDIT: owner replied and said I needed to make a protein choice on the app. If that is the case then why would u put in the description that it comes with chicken without me having made any protein selections? U should probably fix this on ubereats so that this confusion does not happen to other people.

Wagyu Short Rib Steamed Buns were good but it only had one sliver of meat on each. The Spring rolls were mostly mushy breading and did not taste well. Shrimp fried rice did not taste good and had 4 shrimp in it. Too pricy for 4 shrimp and it wasn't good.

S

So according to them those bean sprouts are good and not spoiled. Claim to have 2 jumbo shrimps but my take out only has 1 for 30$ you expect more quality and at least the actual 2 shrimps. Only reason i give them 2 stars is because inhave dinned in before and never had an issue like this. Also cant return my food according to them because i already picked it up also am to sick with the cold to go back to get my refund denied so be aware to look at your food before you leave broth was a bit salty but good but those bean sprouts are deffinitly spoiled. Not sure if i will be back, if i do i will dine in. Hokaido is overpriced yet i still tipped 15% for coming out of my house sick to come home to this thanks a lot.

First time trying this place based off of other reviews and it was one of the only ramen places open on Christmas day. I ordered #3 on the ramen menu. I rarely ever send back food but given that it was almost $20 I couldn't eat ramen w mushy noodles. No one came by to ask if something was wrong so I awkwardly sat there for 10 min until I waived a different server down. They offered to redo my order but I just requested to change my order to a kimchi fried rice instead (thought it would be the safest choice). It came out quick which was nice but it was very salty, and oily. My partner order #1 ramen option on menu. He said that his broth was creamy and rich, spice served on the side, but it was gochujang spice not chili oil as I've seen in other ramen shops. Gochujang is a somewhat odd addition. Marinated egg was flavorful and delicious, but yoke was not runny. Plenty of seafood, had one mussel, 2 shrimp, and part of a leg of crab. Only major critique would be the noodles, which were mushy and stuck together immediately upon trying them when they got to the table. Noodles way too overdone, and somewhat lacking in alkaline taste. Would rate a 6/10 probably fairly priced with the delicious broth and seafood, could be a 8 or 9/10 with better and properly cooked noodles. At the end of the night we couldn't tell who was our actual server because we basically asked for things from whoever would help us. Given the price, this place was a disappointment in both food and service.

When we arrived, we were seated and given water. We had to ask for menus and then we waited 30 minutes to place our order (we ordered several different dim sum items). It took another hour to get any type of food item. After waiting for another 20 minutes (it has now been over an hour and a half since we placed the order) we were brought our soup dumplings and they were raw in the middle. We received an apology and no other mention of the food item. After close to two hours of being in the restaurant we still did not have all of our food and we were unable to even finish the meal due to fear of undercooked foods. Several tables left before they placed their order. We left cash and left. So disappointed.

I ordered a shrimp tempura which they replaced with something else that was very greasy and had only vegetables. I also ordered a crispy Brussels sprouts and more than crispy they were burnt, I could not eat any of the dishes, very sad for a birthday dinner.

The worst kbbq/"asian" restaurant I've ever been to. My table ordered a few appetizers to start which were all overpriced for what was served, a bland, unseasoned mess of ingredients and repurposed frozen foods, The potstickers where soggy and slimey, the crab ragoons had no crab and generic off the shelf chili sauce, the rock shrimp were not even rock shrimp, and the takoyaki had a ketchup based sauce and a gross almost tartar sauce "mayo?" and it set just a horrid standard that didn't get any better. Our table ordered the wagyu board for our main course, and I ordered the drunken ramen, both of which had many clear issues. To start, the drunken ramen I guess lives up to its name because the kitchen must have been multiple bottles in to serve such an abysmal dish. The noodles were clearly straight out of a package, extremely greasy and sticky in the worst way possible, with zero flavor to be found and accompanied by raw onions, uncooked green bell peppers, which are bitter and once again, not seasoned, and sprinkled throughout is overcooked little leather scraps of beef. The wagyu corse was fine, very overpriced at 169$ for a board of what I can guess was previously frozen meat, as it was extreamly dry with obvious discoloration allong all of the edges, and the accutramon that accompanied was all store bought already made pickeled veggies and watermelon for some odd reason? The service gets a pass as it was very busy and a holiday, but they were still very inattentive. oh, and the boba was horrible and basically water with more ice than anything else. I honestly don't feel like writing anything more than this as I feel I've already given this place more of my time and money than they ever deserved. yikes.

R
Robert Doll

I ordered a crab fried rice with shrimp and the food was delicious, however it was full of tiny pieces of crab shell. Everybite I took I had to spit some of it out. I gave up after about 5 bites. Fortunately grubhub refunded my order. It's my first time ordering this dish and I am disappointed and hungry watching everyone else eat dinner. First time getting a bad meal from here. I will order this again next time to give them a second chance, however if it's the same problem we will never order from here again and we spend a lot of money here regularly.

The menu was very large for a small restaurant a more a select menu is in order. We had reservations for a birthday dinner of 14 the food was mediocre and took two hours to come to the table in drips and drabs. The polite staff was large and very attentive. The huge metal exhaust pipes were distracting separating tables of 4 and made the room chilly too boot. With all the great restaurants around this one is a one and done!

My wife and I have been to many Korean barbecue restaurants from New York to Florida and this restaurant did not compare. The beef we ordered was like chewing on a tire, we took home to be able to find a way to make it edible. We won't be back
