It's a great looking beachy style atmosphere. My beet salad was excellent! I loved all the flavors with every bite. My daughter wasn't so thrilled about her ceaser salad, but she loved the bang bang chicken. She didn't like the lemonade drinks either. She tried 3 different ones. I guess they weren't sweet enough for her. The spinach dip was insanely good coupled with the beets, carrots, and pita chips it comes with.

Went for lunch with a large party and it was great! Good food and decent sized portions! Waiter was great. Manager was a bit much constantly coming over but he meant well. The main issue we had was they encourage use of the payment app on the QR code on the tables and they charge you $6 dollars for using the app. That was very frustrating and was not made known. Overall great vibes and a lot to do walking around outside the restaurant

This was my first time at The Hampton Social and our group of girls absolutely loved it. We ordered spinach and dip for appetizers and I got the rose of the day which was Haze Ranch, and it was delicious. For the main entree, I kept it simple and got the fish and chips. The place is super pretty, perfect for pictures and the service was impeccable. Richard, our server for the evening went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. We went on a Sunday and there was live music going on but not sure how often that happens. It was a great experience and I can't wait to return and explore the menu a bit further.

Went for Father's Day brunch. The restaurant is very open, bright, and well decorated. It was my first time eating at Hampton Social, and our server George took great care of us. Sadly, since I dined at 2:00 pm, their monkey bread was sold out (I will be back to try it). Everything that I tried was delicious, came out hot, and was loaded with flavor. I started off with the bang bang chicken. The fried chicken had a decent spice that paired perfectly with the cabbage/pickle salad. The appetizer also comes with two sauces, both of which were fantastic: one is a spicy creamy mayo sauce, and the other is BBQ. I absolutely loved this dish. My main course was the fried chicken stack. This breakfast item consists of fried chicken, sausage gravy, a fried egg, and French toast. This is not a light meal, so be prepared. My tip was to swap the syrup for the amaretto caramel that comes with the banana foster French toast. The chicken was crunchy, and the French toast was fluffy. This meal was fantastic—salty, sweet, it's the whole package. From the vibes to the service to the food, this place is a must.

The first time we went to Hampton Social was for Easter Brunch and it was Delicious! Something for everyone! I love the decor of the restaurant, you can always snap a beautiful photo inside or outside! This is also a great spot to meet with clients. Good food, beautiful atmosphere and friendly staff! Can’t wait for my next visit!

The Hampton Social in Naples is located inside the Mercato shopping center and it is awesome! Friendly staff, great happy hour deals, amazing vibes, and always a good time. They have live music inside too with both indoor and outdoor seating options. If you’re looking for a fun and trendy place with delicious food and drinks, look no further!

Amazing place! Such a nice setting, stylish decor, welcoming staff, great waiters. Drinks were so good and pricing is great! The food is just wonderful. Octopus is cooked to perfection! And it had live music! Noelle had such a nice voice!

Stopped in for dinner with my mom, and man they did not disappoint! The atmosphere is so relaxing, live music playing but still so calm. Drinks were out of this world! Service was incredible, (our servers name started with a “D” I believe but I can’t remember his name) I’m so sorry you were amazing! & the food ugh we were in a food coma when we left in the best way. I highly recommend the bruschetta it was our absolute favorite! Thank you for such an amazing time, we’ll absolutely be back.

The food was delicious. The place is gorgeous. Outside is nice since you get to enjoy the weather but inside has a very calm and elegant decoration. Service was good as well. I did not enjoy their coffee much and wish they would have more variety and better coffee for my taste. But I guess people go for drinks vs coffee.

Really enjoyed brunch here. I had the fried chicken & French toast accompanied by a Bloody Mary and it was all excellent. My friends also enjoyed their lobster rolls, & steak and eggs. The staff was extremely friendly & hospitable. I will come back my next time in Naples.

You can reserve through Google maps and they allow dogs outside. 🐕 the salmon was very delicious alone. on the perfectly sized medertaian salad made it even better. 👏 It had a really nice atmosphere and cute decor. The glittering drink was very good as well.

Our family went for brunch and let me tell you, it was the best brunch. I enjoy dining at restaurants that offer not just a great service but an excellent culinary experience and this place has both. Let’s start with our server excellent customer service Alisha P. was amazing! She was attentive and professional and went above and beyond for my son in law that wanted some honey mustard, but it was not available and she went to the kitchen and they made him fresh honey mustard and brought him different sauces for him to try. Thank you so much. The food was the best we had crab shrimp bruschetta , lobster roll with truffle fries, fried chicken stack, we also had banana foster French toast and crab cake Benedict that was spectacular! They also have non alcoholic drinks that my younger ones enjoyed very much! And just to mention my autistic son had a great time also not a noisy place regardless of the crowd. Very sad that we live in Tampa but anytime I’ll visit my daughter will definitely visit you.

Hampton Social is one of our favorites! The food is always amazing and the service is top notch. We will always come back whenever we are in town!

Food and service were very good. They add an 18% service charge (not gratuity) so we will never be going back. We were there at noon and the restaurant was almost empty. Maybe others feel the same way about the service charge,

The Hampton Social absolutely exceeded my expectations! The food was fantastic especially the pretzel sticks, which were perfectly warm, soft, and served with delicious dips. Great happy hour menu and beautiful space. We sat on the patio and as the sun set, they lowered the shades to help with temperature control. It was very comfortable and the drinks were delicious.

I've only been here a few times but everytime has been a best time. The food is always good and the service is friendly. The prices are moderate but the restaurant is worth it the vibes are just right. Definitely a reliable place to go for any event or occasion.

Tammy was fantastic and truly elevated our experience. As she went out of her way to make sure everything was running smoothly and that we were taken care of. She was friendly, professional, and very attentive, checking in to ensure we were happy and addressing anything we needed right away. visit was a great one and we’ll definitely be back.

Hampton Social has a extremely nice inviting clean ambiance. The food selection is good, appetizers, salads, sandwiches, main course, and add-ons. Calamari was very good, very small portions, fish and chips were very good, lightly battered, the smash burger was ok , way too greasy for my taste, shrimp tacos were good a bit spicy, but i prefer spicy. The menu was a bit over priced for the portions but overall a pleasant dining experience. A great restaurant to visit for a birthday dinner as well!

My husband and I went to HS for a light late lunch. We were happy to see that, while good energy, there was not the loud crowd that we saw in the past. Perhaps Sunday afternoon is a good time to go. There was live music, which was also very pleasant. The server was very diligent and patient. I ordered a mahi salad that I highly recommend, and my husband ordered the "beyond double cheese burger. " He enjoyed it. It came with a nice small salad. It was a pleasant lunch , we would go back

Great venue inside and outside. Our server was so sweet, patient and explained the menu in detail. French fries and lobster soup were tasty. The octopus salad is quite a generous portion with lentil salad underneath. It was fresh but a bit chewy. Fried fish was average. The atmosphere was very relaxing.

Business meeting handled well by servers that were professional and allowed us to talk. Food was tasty and timely. Have been here a number of times and will return

More like a 3.5 vs 3. Crab stack with taro desperately need an acid or aioli. It was dry and bland. Salmon, shrimp tacos, and Asian salad were all very good. Salad would have been better with fried taro vs nacho strips.

My visit to that restaurant left me ambivalent. The location is perfect at the Mercator in Naples .the open seating and the atmosphere is beautiful and very welcoming and attractive .the seating is casual and no luxury. The parking is ample and easy.the service is good but expect and the customer is told that an 18 percent charge will be automatically added to the bill. The appetizers are tasty and well presented. but the portions are very small as well as the salads ..the entres are very overpriced .1forty dollars for a small skirt stake and a short rib i with french fries . The taro chips on the other hand are delicious. The coke unfortunately is 4 dollars and served in a small 5 ounce glass very disappointing as you end up having more ice than coke . Also internet in restaurant not working which makes it hard if you need to look up anything. Overall very welcoming restaurant with some flaws .

We went there last night and greeted by a server and she stated that there is an 18% service charge added, which is fine since there was 6 of us, but then proceeded to tell us “but I don’t get it all, so if you want to leave me more, you can”. It’s was pathetic. The 18% was $50, therefore she probably made $40 of it plus her $11 an hour as a server, so $51 for an hour and she has to “beg” for more. This shouldn’t be allowed by management as it’s a natural turnoff from the beginning. The food tasted ok cut the 3 chickens and French Fries were lukewarm at best. We didn’t complain to management. We just left after our meal and won’t be back. It’s a shame.

We have dined at The Hampton Social several times during our visits to Naples, and until recently, the experience had been consistently fine—never exceptional, but never truly disappointing. The food has generally been decent, the service passable, and the ambiance muted yet fitting for its coastal, casual-upscale positioning. Our most recent visit, however, was for a family brunch and proved notably underwhelming. We were seated promptly and comfortably, and initial service was attentive. Unfortunately, once our main orders were placed, service deteriorated to the point of near absence. In a restaurant that was largely empty at the time, this lapse was particularly noticeable. The brunch menu itself is quite limited, though reasonably well balanced, and each of us found suitable selections. The major issue arose with my father’s entrée: it arrived roughly ten minutes after the rest of the table had been served, disrupting the flow of the meal. When it did arrive, it was incorrect. An additional five to ten minutes passed before the correct dish was delivered—by which time the rest of the table’s food had gone cold. Under the circumstances, timely managerial intervention or attentive service would have mitigated the situation, but neither materialized. Compounding the frustration is the restaurant’s automatic 18% service charge. While such policies are increasingly common, they effectively remove any recourse for guests when service falls short of expectations. In this case, the service did not justify the mandated gratuity, and the food—while acceptable—was not strong enough to compensate. Naples offers an abundance of excellent dining options within close proximity. Given this experience, The Hampton Social no longer distinguishes itself sufficiently to warrant a return visit. What was once a reliably average stop has now become an easy omission from future dining plans.

We visited this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon. The place didn't look very busy, over 1/2 the tables were empty. The host sat us right away and a few moments later the waitress came over with menus and asked us if we wanted anything else to drink besides water. We ordered 2 bloody marys. The waitress came over in a few moments with the drinks, but no water. The drink had some kick to it (which I like), so I figured I would ask again for water when she came over to take our food order. She came over and asked how was everything, and my wife and I both said great. And before I get a second to say we are ready to order, she said great and ran out of there as if the kitchen were on fire. 2 tables next to us sat after us, they got a bottle of water for the table, drinks, and put in food orders before we got to put out food order in. Finally after about 30 minutes of being seated we got to put our food order in. My wife and I ordered food, and we also asked for water again. Food came out about 10 minutes later, I don't understand why the water came out with the food. My biggest complaint is that on the bottom of the menu, the restaurant adds 18% SERVICE TO ALL BILLS! This is to ensure the staff gets paid fairly. Do you think it's fair that I have to pay an additional 18% and not get a glass of water for almost 40 minutes? Pay your staff fairly. Especially when you are charging $18 for a glass of tomato juice with a shot of vodka and some hot sauce. For $18 at least throw in a slice of bacon or a piece of shrimp! The food tasted good, but I will not be back

The service at this restaurant was outstanding. Very attentive and polite waiter. However, I’d read the reviews before going about the small portions and decided to try it anyway. I was honestly shocked by how small they were especially for the price. I had the ahi tuna “meal” with about three forkfuls of quinoa and tiny niblets of tuna with some kale that would have been better advertised as an appetizer and priced accordingly instead of $25. Our party also ordered the coconut tofu “meal” which was also tiny but mightily priced for what you actually get at $28. I’ll not ever go back there and if you go, make sure you eat beforehand or you’ll leave with an empty stomach and a lighter wallet.

SO expensive! $22 for a glass of wine is just ridiculous. I went with two of my girl friends, we each had one drink, no food, and the total was $72! Outrageously overpriced and I’m not even sure why. We had one drink each, then left and went to Blue Martini next door for happy hour, which we should have just done in the first place. Oh and they add an automatic 18% service charge like it’s a resort or something. Ya’ll charge enough for your food and drinks, I don’t understand how you’re not making enough money to pay your staff. I definitely won’t be coming back.

Underwhelming for a prime Naples restaurant. Service was poor, food was mediocre, their cocktails are premade and watered down as a result. Poor service is likely due to the automatic 18% gratuity added despite party size. To summarize - choose your local dive bar for better food, service and experience for people who actually care about the business and organization they work for. I found there is zero pride at this restaurant and it was evident in their food, drinks and service.

Atmosphere is very inviting. Food is severely overpriced for what you receive. Prime rib dip sandwich was hardly better than Arby's. Wife order a lobster roll. $40 for scraps of claw meat on a huge roll with potato chips covering the rest of the plate. Also ordered a house cabernet, which was charged at $26 a glass. Yes, no exaggeration. Absolutely overrated! Avoid this disappointment! Entire party was disappointed in food quality for the price charged.

We arrived and were sat right away. Fifteen minutes later we placed our drink order. Drinks didn't arrive for close to 30 minutes after we ordered them. We ordered food while waiting for drinks. Two appetizers and four meals. The oysters arrived, no calamari. Two minutes after the oysters arrived, the calamari showed up, however, it showed up along with two of the four entrees. So, now we have our appetizers with two meals. The other two meals showed up before the appetizers were gone but we had no room at our very small high top table. We literally had to put our food on one of the stands that the wait staff would normally set the dirty dishes on. So, mixed food everywhere and no one really eating their meals together. All the while still drinking our "pre dinner" drinks. We sat with dirty dishes in front of us for another 15-20 minutes. Some got cleaned and at that time asked for our bills. We waiting at least 15 minutes for bills. Once we gave our credit cards, we waited at least another 20 minutes to get them back rung in with the mandatory 18% gratuity on it... Auto Grat for a group of 4? Never heard of that. Especially with by far the worst service we had on entire stay in Naples. We ended up being there for over two hours with the chance to only order one drink.... Mind you I did ask for more water multiple times and never got it. Needless to say, we will not be back. Too many other great options in the Naples area.

My husband and I went for drinks last night. I had an old fashioned and my husband had a Manhattan which was $19.00 with an upcharged of $2.00. Ok, $22 for a very, very short pour as you can see in the picture. They also include an 18% service charge. Never heard of a service charge added for 2 drinks that were barely there. Will not be going back.

You can only make a first impression once…and Hampton Social’s was bad…on New Years Eve. The hostess (young female) sat my 6-person party at a table where the sunlight was blinding one of the members of our party. We asked her if she could lower the shade, the answer was no. We asked to move to the open table next to ours. She wouldn’t move us. We asked to speak with the manager. The manager hesitantly agreed to move us, (as there was really no availability issue) and in a scolding manner, told us the we had called the hostess the B word. Total lie! We can only assume the hostess was covering her tracks as she knew her attitude was the problem. We had no reason to insult this young person. All we wanted was a nice experience on NYE. Advice to her, dont compound your mistakes by lying…long story short, the service at the front of the house was terrible. We left, so cant even review the food.

Usually love Hampton Social. It’s our go to place for lunch. But today was extremely disappointing. We didn’t get a chance to try from the new menu, because our waiter ignored us twice while taking care of customers that were seated after us. We sat forever waiting for at least water. After seeing this we left! Very disappointed

Atomosphere is great, obviously looks appealing, but the service was horrible. Young kid way more intrested in doing anything but serve. On top of that the $30 drink I ordered was so watered down, my wife could hardly tell there was alcohol. Lastly the food was TERRIBLE. Seriously, the prime rib sandwich at Arby’s hits better than theirs.. I do not recommend and I certainly don’t want to go back…FYI: my table’s total bill was nearly $800, so believe me when I tell you it was FAR from worth it!
