My husband & I love to go here!! They always have excellent servers, great atmosphere and the best food!! We had the bacon scallops tonight and Crawfish. Both were AMAZING! It’s our favorite for Crawfish for sure! ❤️🦞

This is hands down one of the best restaurants in Jefferson County. We got a lot of food because we could not decide on what to get. Everything sounded so great. And the food was great. Beef Wellington done great! Salads were fresh, and the boudin egg rolls were fabulous. The waiter was very attentive. Definitely a place to get a belly full of great food!

Wife got Seafood Gumbo and loved it, just enough spice and plenty of seafood flavor. I had the Beef Wellington and it was amazing as well, great demi glace with it. The jalapeno margarita was also amazing. Get here quick, it is worth it, also Amy the bartender was the best.

The BBQ crabs are legendary and a golden triangle tradition. The atmosphere is a bit lacking but the hospitality and service are great. Enjoyed the crab cakes and boudin balls to start. Filled up on BBQ crabs. Was happy to find out you can forgo the side dish for an extra crab at no extra charge. Highly recommended and will be returning.

Fantastic Cajun food can be found here! Our supper club visited and even though we had a lake he group, they were able to swiftly take care of us. I’m really picky about my Cajun food and found this one to be properly seasoned and fresh. It’s a good place for casual dining or a dress nice date night.

A very nice lunch. The jumbo BBQ crabs were some of the largest crabs I've had in this area. They were huge and full of clean flavorful meat. The service was also fantastic, our waiter "John" I believe, was really good and friendly. Overall everyone in our group loved their plate.

What a treat for our family! Amazing service, Jon was awesome, very attentive, easy to talk too and had good recommendations. The lunch special is definitely worth the price of $12.99. I got the chicken fried steak since I don't eat seafood. The other enjoyed the jumbo crab were really jumbo! Plenty to eat. The seafood platters were large, perfect amount of food! Loved the 2 local beers! Can't wait to come back! Parking out front and on the side.

Food was pretty good. Service could use some work. Waitress was fairly new but we were forgotten a lot. I ordered gumbo and for my side, a salad. Never got my salad. They got another plate at my table wrong as well. We asked for lemons for our drinks a couple times. I don't remember if we got them. We had to go to the bar to get plates for our appetizers. We had to ask for a pitcher of water because we knew we weren't going to get refills at a timely manner.

***UPDATE*** The owner of this establishment has reached out to me and was very hospitable and kind, apologized and explained this is not to his standard and will be fixed! I am going to add a star for this reason! *This was my first dining experience at Judices 1927 restaurant. I got the lobster roll, side of coleslaw and fries. I’ve got to say I’m not super impressed. The coleslaw was very watery and tasteless. The crab roll was not on nice crusty bread. It’s kind of soggy. The lobster was seasoned well and the fries were pretty good. I got charged a to go fee. I’ve never been charged one of those before - which they taxed and did not let me know upfront, even though I made it clear to her I’ve never ordered from their restaurant before.*

UPDATE... Something has changed. Not with the service but with the kitchen. The last two times we were in, mushy crabs, tonight gelatin cocktail sauce and raw salmon. And the kitchen has the nerve to tell me this is how " they have always served it" yet to cowardice to come out and tell me that. What a let down. We will try again, but three times is it. I thought we had finally a great restaurant. Man, I dont give five stars often. This is absolutely a hidden gem. Christopher was the absolute best server... He sold the place.. The food was next level, these are some of the best crabs I've ever had... I eat alot of blue crab.. The meat comes from their own meat market. My wife's beef Wellington was awesome. The bread pudding was awesome... I search for quality like this and I failed... It was in my back yard...I cannot wait to make this my place. Simply spectacular.

I took an elderly friend to lunch here today, very excited to bring her somewhere she's never been before. We had a very rough experience. We ordered an appetizer but it did not come when they brought out my salad. Always was told don't begin eating if someone doesn't have food. After waiting 15 minutes, the waitress finally came around and asked if we needed anything. I explained that our appetizer never came. Her reply was let me go see what they say, which I thought was odd. Within minutes she brought all our food out. Everything was either cold or slightly warm, nothing was hot. The appetizer was undercooked. I accidentally knocked one of my salad dressing servings onto the floor. She cleaned it up but never brought a replacement salad dressing, which I did ask for. I tried to eat my entree (other pictures of this dish showed several dozen crawfish on top, this one only had a dozen sprinkled on top )and it was cold. My friend had a fried trio with fries, which really should have been called fries with a few fried seafood pieces, it was embarrassing.) She came back another time to the table and asked if we need anything but did not wait for me to answer. By that point in time, I just wanted a take home box and heat our food at home so we could finish our meal. The waitress got at odds with me and in my face when I mentioned the appetizers not coming out in a timely manner. I asked for my entree to be microwaved and she grabbed my plate and said we'll replace it, I didn't want it replaced! I didn't want to wait any longer to eat! She got upset with me about that too and said let me get my manager. He came to the table with the salad dressing, can you believe it! We paid our bill and left a nice tip. I have no desire to return. I cooked the appetizer the rest of the way in my air fryer and the reheated entree tasted really good, which is the only reason I gave the few stars that I did.

I really feel like this place is for people with not much experience in flavor of food and have to settle for this place.Thursday afternoon walking in two employees at the host post and didn’t even greet us while we stand there and wait for them to be done, the place already empty with only one customer at the bar, definitely don’t order the jerk chicken, plain white rice, no sauce, chicken or flavor wasn’t worth my time at this location,Caesar salad taste like fresh onions, I now understand why chef Ramsey was playing on the t.v because they definitely need HELP
