I ordered the meat lovers Pizza wanted to order a medium and the guy told me it'd be cheaper to get a large so I did and it was a very good pizza and reasonably priced

Awesome great food. The only thing I would like on the website is to order ranch and marinara as a side for extras

Love how people are crying about not being able to get someone to bring them there food to there door! lmao What people seem to forget about is that the DRIVER does not get paid well at all, they run there gas out there cars and put miles on them to just bring you something to eat cause your too lazy to walk out your own door! Better Google what they make per hour and the fact that all expenses come out the DRIVER's pocket! I can imagine it must be hard to hire and keep a Driver in small towns with the little pay they make, hell car maintenance and required insurance is probably higher then there checks! So next time you cry over not getting a Pizza to your door ask yourself what would make them want to bring you one while making $4.50 a hr? Sorry for my rant have kids that deliver lol there Pizza is great at this location when I stopped in this town!

Excellent service. They did make a mistake on the order thanks to a computer glitch, but were more than happy to fix it. The staff were very pleasant and quick to see to any needs.

I'm almost to a Free Pizza I'm sooo addicted to there fresh crust and well attended cleanliness they keep about themselves,I've been to a few Pizza hut locations and have been sick 😷 but not once at this location,very clean people and I just love how they can cook my meat lovers pizza and garlic wings to perfection 💛💛💛

We were told 15 minutes and it took over an hour to get our pizzas. Then we got home and the center of our pepperoni lover hand tossed was not cooked all the way through.

I came in and got a supreme pizza. The food is great quality and came out in good time also. Ashley is a great waitress and very welcomming manager :)

So grateful it's back open. The had to do some building repairs. But yhey are good now. Can't beat that pizza melt. It's big enough to share just one. Crispy and melty. Love it

Great employees and customer service and here's a thing people need to understand stand the employees inside the store HAVE NO CONTROL OF THE APP as in they don't mark the orders as ready to pickup. The app does it on its on time not taking into account how busy or short staffed the store is.

Improved from old reviews. On-line carry-out was ready exactly on time, store was clean, and was staff friendly. I have no complaints; everything was how you would expect on a good day.

Excellent pizza! Only 2 men running the pizza hut, they were busy. Making pizza & wings along with fixing drink orders & answering busy phone calls. Please get them some help at New Boston location. It's too much for just 2 people during lunch time. They made the best pizza my friend and I have even eaten. Some people were not as patient as we were. It was worth the wait believe me.

The staff was very nice. Danielle was very kind and energetic when we walked in. She was very attentive to listening to my allergies and made sure she was very cautious. They only reason i put 4 stats on the atmosphere is because there wasn't anyone in there. They could do more to get more people in there.

We have a weekly lunch gathering here for a rather raucous crowd during football season. The food is great, the service is good and the restaurant is conveniently located off major thoroughfares.

Ordered the Super Supreme Stuffed-crust and the Sweet Chili Boneless Wings. The wait time was average and when the food came we were honestly shocked at how good it was. They didn't skimp on the toppings or the cheese crust or the wing sauce. Pizza wasn't overcooked and the chicken wasn't undercooked. We were so impressed we ordered a pan cookie and it was just as good as everything else. Overall not a bad experience besides the flickering power adding to the slightly murdery atmosphere 😆

When I request extra sauce and jalapeños and pay $15 for a pizza I expect to receive a fully loaded pizza of extra items I request.

I bought tacos and the shell fell apart and barely any cheese on them. This is the 2nd time i got tacos in this shape.

Ordered a thus crust for my grand son and they called back and said they were out of thin crust...wth...your a pizza restaurant how can you not know how to make a thin crust...only certain people make your crusts...or do you order them...idk..back in the day..they made every crust by hand....had to settle for hand tossed crust...i guess ill just have to start making my own at home..

Service is great, but the pizza isn't really that good. I've ordered here 3 times but not once enjoyed the pizza the way I have at other locations. Don't bother adding flavor to your crust because it won't be noticeable and the bread often seems a bit undercooked. Too bad because I'm usually a big fan of pizza Hut.

The positive was the food. It was good. The negative was that it was a very dirty place. The floors, cooking area, and especially the bathroom were all dirty. I didn’t even want to let my children use the bathroom. This place definitely needs a good cleaning.

Used to really like it but their menu has decreased a lot and they took out the salad bar. So don't really go there anymore

They didn’t have the ingredients I ordered originally in stock and they didn’t have boneless wings in stock. I ordered the pizza box and I really didn’t get anything I wanted. Also, it came with NO marinara for my bread sticks?? Unsure why… I had to pay .55 per ranch as well…

Let me tell you about a few things at Pizza hut. A: they never have delivery because they feel the need to employ only ONE driver ... so if you order online or on the APP you better call because they could decide to not Deliver! B: Never get to order what you want because they are constantly out of various types of Crust, Breadsticks etc. C: The resturant is DIRTY! I guess they must be too busy hanging out and BSing than actually working.. Ain't nothin wrong with taking a cloth with some bleach water and Cleaning off the tables.. or actually having good customer service. THEY Need to Step their game up.. because this is by far one of the WORST Pizza huts EVER!

This particular pizza restaurant is not a team player . I was in a 18 wheeler at the local wood plant 2.4 miles away Starving and they would not deliver. They claim I was out of city limits . I still had a 6 hour wait to fet loaded. Scared of truck drivers? Or just plain pathetic?

I placed my order at around 545.I had set my order to be picked up at 645. I rrive around 650 and my order was not ready. I drove around front and waited another 20 minutes. Went in and my order was JUST coming out of the oven. One pizza was missing the crust flavor and my hand tossed was a flat mess and had NO sauce. I had not had pizza from our pizza hut in over a year and I was looking forward to this order.....highly disappointed

I can only assume this store doesn't expect or once new customers. Having recently moved to the area I was unaware that their dining room was closed. I called in and ordered food drove over parked in front of the door got out put on my prosthetic leg and found the door locked repeated this process at the second door by driving around getting out putting on my prosthetic leg door was locked. An employee comes out and with her attitude on full display tells me that I would need to go through the drive-thru. I expressed that that would have been nice to know before I spent my time and energy getting out two separate times, mind you I am standing in front of her so it is very obvious that I am disabled. With more attitude on display she tells me that her dining room has been closed for over a year now and I expressed that maybe they could inform customers when they call in to order to avoid this type of situation. Her response to that was to close the door on my face. I had made the mistake of already handing her my debit card should have walked away but decided against it. When she returned with my food I expressed that maybe she shouldn't be such a miserable b**** towards her customers at which point she told me that I was a miserable b****. She's not wrong I am quite annoyed that I had to get out of my vehicle twice putting on my prosthetic leg twice and be treated like they didn't actually want my business.

I have stopped frequenting this Pizza hut. The pizzas are ok, but the place could use a complete make over. I don't think the carpet is even cleanable any longer. Service is reasonable, process about average, the salad bar is lacking in presentation. All in all this Pizza hut represents about the average image of eating establishment in New Boston.

Seems like they are behind all the time and the manager does most the work. They do fix a good pizza every now and then. Half the time you call in on a Friday for delivery and there is no driver available...They have potential, but I have not seen it yet...

Dirty and dark. I'm sure it's dark for a reason. Dust accumulated on everything. Hold fridge for drinks has residue on bottom. I did carry out. I ordered a bacon sausage pizza, I wish I would have looked at it better before we left restaurant. Got back to hotel it was not right. There is a sign that says "if we don't show you you're pizza it's free." Well if your restaurant wasn't so dark I might have seen my pizza to know it was wrong.

No delivery. Driver called in sick manager didn't step up and do the right thing and cover the shift.

We called and we were ordering and before we could place the order we asked how much it would be for a MEDIUM and the lady yells that she needs to know what kind of pizza do we want and then hung up and when we called back she said she was going to call the cops and was screaming then hung up

I recently went to this pizza hut....did my on line order and showed up ten minutes early with intent of fresh hot pizza.....TOTAL let down pizza was cold,it was a personal pan pizza...and had 4 YES four pepperoni's on it...I would not recommend this pizza hut to an enemy...

Order alot from Pizza Hut ...spent over 50$ today for them to give me my order without my pasta had to park on side of building and wait on pasta to cook by time we got home our wings and cheesesticks were cold

Be on time or stop taking orders till you catch up. This is the 3rd visit in a row it took 45 minutes more than the estimafed ready time to get my order.

Tried it again today. Single topping bacon pizza. Had a few tiny bits of bacon but mostly looked like a regular cheese pizza. Never again.

Acknowledge me at the pick up window and not after ten minutes of waiting. Put the proper amount of toppings on the pizzas, there was hardly any toppings, was pretty much a toasted flat bread.

The girl at the window was so rude she didnt even ask what it was we needed after sitting there for 5 minutes while the employees just looked at us she came to the window and loudly said "our system is down!" Didnt give us time to say we have a online order

It took longer then I thought it would take. When the delivery guy finally got to my house, I saw him sit in his car for 5 minutes playing on his phone before he bought me my pizza. I thought I would have to walk to his car to get it. My pizza was cold. I was very disappointed!

PIZZA HUT TOLD US 21.00 so we thought oh that’s not bad for pizza so we come home and we eat and then we look at our recipe and it says 41.00 FOR 2 PIZZAS AND BREAD STICKS??!! WHATS WRONG WITH YOU PIZZA HUT YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF PIZZA HUT!!

Stopped by this weekend to get a pizza. Floors in dining/kitchen area were deplorable. Employees making food did not wear gloves, and then had the nerve to touch his face, clothes, and keys several times and then continue making pizza. It goes without saying that we did not eat the pizza. With this virus going around and that store running like that it's just a matter of time before someone gets sick out of there. Will never go back. Shut this store down.

Male employee with dreadlocks went outside to sit in his car and smoke several times while we were there. He was next to the entrance door with his window down. Customers had to walk thru second hand smoke to get inside. And when he comes back in he does not wash his hands or wear gloves and handles the ingredients. We will never come back.

Nasty in restaurant & bathroom,colder than a freezer, no condiments, nothing on the tables, couldn't get a fork, no napkin, for 2 people we received 1 plate,said they were out, acted like it was an inconvenience to wait on us we had to go to them they wouldn't come to us we were the only customers in the place I can see why,charged for large when we had a medium . I could write it and it hurt me to write it that high. Do not recommend will not return.

I had a call in order, when I got there to pickup my pizza they gave me my order but I had to remind them I had a 2 liter Pepsi in my order. They were out of Pepsi so I had to settle for orange. After I left I found out the orange bottle had been dropped, it leaked in my car and was flat, no good The cheese sticks were burnt, and not good. I will not go back!!!

I’ve ordered delivery from this Pizza Hut 3 times in the last year and every time my pizza just never shows up. No calls, nothing. I always call them and ask them where my pizza is and here is always some excuse. “We don’t have a delivery driver, our ovens quit working...some one should have called you and you must have not answered.” No one calls because I have my phone in my hand looking at the pizza tracker. The one time I actually got my pizza...it took 40 mins to deliver it...I live .5 a mile away. I will just order dominos from now on.

I had a family member pick up my pizza and drive it 20 miles to my house and the pizza had lots of giant bubbles where there were no Sause underneath, and little cheese. The only piece that didn't have a bubble had about a 6 inch hair baked into the cheese. It was so bad I couldn't eat it and it had a bad smell. I went to call and complain and they put me on hold for 10 minuits!! Then I called a few more times and was put on hold each time.

Their management has gone downhill. Last time I went, they didn't have my wings ready with my food because "the other employees ate them". Their own words. This time they sent me around to the side to wait for my food. A fair request. They then forgot about me and had me wait an extra 20 minutes till I went in to get it myself. Needs some serious leadership.

I go to this Pizza Hut about once a week on my way home from work. I have never been so DISGUSTED with the attitude and behavior of a manager! She practically threw the pizza at me through the window and immediately shut it and walked off. I honked my horn to ask for cheese and pepper and she started yelling from the counter area that I had everything I needed in my box. I went in to complain only to find that she is the manager!!! I thought managers were to set and example and be the best at the place? She yelled at me in front of my daughter!! When I went in to complain and she said she understood why but still wouldn't even apologize! I have NEVER given a bad review, but I won't be back at this place until she is gone!

Jeers to Newboston Pizza Hut! Ordered 3 topping pizza on line go to pick it up and got home it was a cheese! Called back up there Manager Missy was rude and said that’s what they got on they end and if I wanted the one I originally ordered i would have to pay for another pizza! No mam I will not! Last time I will order from them! So if you order from them don’t do it on line bc they fix what they want to fix! I always order online to get my rewards points but no more with them! They need a new manager and someone who knows how to talk and deal with the public. If I wanted a cheese pizza I would ordered one! Customer service should be their first Priority but not hers! 🤬

This is very bad Pizza Hut. We placed our order online to be delivered. Then we received a phone call from this business explaining that they don’t have a driver to make deliveries. So we walked to pick up our pizza. It’s was very dirty and unsanitary inside. We didn’t witness any sanitary practices being followed. No gloves were worn while touching food, no hairnets were worn. We don’t recommend this business to anyone.

I’d rather have a slice of Hunt Brothers pizza over this cardboard, no taste, no cheese, mediocre pizza $35 for two pizzas that were a huge disappointment. To think we actually drove 10 miles into town for this! I should have eaten a sandwich or can soup for supper. Pizza Hut used to be so good. Only reason we got it was our “close to us” Hunt brothers is closed on Sunday

Not sure why you cannot leave a review with no stars. This place does not deserve even 1 star. I placed an ordered for delivery. No one asked me how I would be paying. She hung up after taking the order. The order arrived and because I did not have cash to pay for it they took the pizza back. It was not my fault the employee did not ask for payment information when I ordered. If I can place an order on over the phone and pay for it why can they not run my credit card over the phone when the driver called in. I in no way blame this driver. He I did not take my order and is not the one that chose to take the order back. This is MAJOR poor management. Doo better Pizza Hut. I will never again eat at any Pizza Hut after this.

I’d rather have a slice of Hunt Brothers pizza over this cardboard, no taste, no cheese, mediocre pizza $35 for two pizzas that were a huge disappointment. To think we actually drove 10 miles into town for this! I should have eaten a sandwich or can soup for supper. Pizza Hut used to be so good. Only reason we got it was our “close to us” Hunt brothers is closed on Sunday

Not sure why you cannot leave a review with no stars. This place does not deserve even 1 star. I placed an ordered for delivery. No one asked me how I would be paying. She hung up after taking the order. The order arrived and because I did not have cash to pay for it they took the pizza back. It was not my fault the employee did not ask for payment information when I ordered. If I can place an order on over the phone and pay for it why can they not run my credit card over the phone when the driver called in. I in no way blame this driver. He I did not take my order and is not the one that chose to take the order back. This is MAJOR poor management. Doo better Pizza Hut. I will never again eat at any Pizza Hut after this.

This is very bad Pizza Hut. We placed our order online to be delivered. Then we received a phone call from this business explaining that they don’t have a driver to make deliveries. So we walked to pick up our pizza. It’s was very dirty and unsanitary inside. We didn’t witness any sanitary practices being followed. No gloves were worn while touching food, no hairnets were worn. We don’t recommend this business to anyone.

Their management has gone downhill. Last time I went, they didn't have my wings ready with my food because "the other employees ate them". Their own words. This time they sent me around to the side to wait for my food. A fair request. They then forgot about me and had me wait an extra 20 minutes till I went in to get it myself. Needs some serious leadership.

Jeers to Newboston Pizza Hut! Ordered 3 topping pizza on line go to pick it up and got home it was a cheese! Called back up there Manager Missy was rude and said that’s what they got on they end and if I wanted the one I originally ordered i would have to pay for another pizza! No mam I will not! Last time I will order from them! So if you order from them don’t do it on line bc they fix what they want to fix! I always order online to get my rewards points but no more with them! They need a new manager and someone who knows how to talk and deal with the public. If I wanted a cheese pizza I would ordered one! Customer service should be their first Priority but not hers! 🤬

I go to this Pizza Hut about once a week on my way home from work. I have never been so DISGUSTED with the attitude and behavior of a manager! She practically threw the pizza at me through the window and immediately shut it and walked off. I honked my horn to ask for cheese and pepper and she started yelling from the counter area that I had everything I needed in my box. I went in to complain only to find that she is the manager!!! I thought managers were to set and example and be the best at the place? She yelled at me in front of my daughter!! When I went in to complain and she said she understood why but still wouldn't even apologize! I have NEVER given a bad review, but I won't be back at this place until she is gone!
