Today, I stopped by for a breakfast bagel, before meeting up with my son's class at the Witte Museum. I don't believe the pictures will do it justice. This All nighter breakfast bagel was delightful to say the least. Ty to the friendly, and very attentive staff.

So picking up a quick Togo items and Scarlett was absolutely amazing!!!!!! 😁 she made me feel very welcome and had a smile on her face that made me feel happy. I seen her take care of the other customers with such a professional demeanor and same welcome smile that she gave me. Very few people have the charisma that I she gives everyone at this location. Highly recommend eating here, makes the restaurant ALOT BETTER!! 😁

Quick service. Be sure you understand if you order online and they don't have what you order in house that there is a very long process to refund. So much so that I just said forget it and I'll take whatever you give me. They are not able to refund you in house for some reason.

Very Friendly and helpful staff here and the bagels are amazing. Good spot for breakfast if you're looking for a change from tacos or donuts. Location is always clean and we'll stocked and the parking isn't much of an issue even in peak times.

The food here is pretty exceptional! From breakfast sandwiches, burritos, lox salmon, or just exotic bagels, Einstein Bros. brings the quality and the taste! There is a reason it's always busy and it's not because it's in a small building. Food comes out fast and fresh and while it's a 'little pricey', it's not much more than everyone else for the area. Employees are all friendly and helpful and patient ....in some cases. We'll be back when we come to visit Schlitterbahn next time! Get the Hash Brown Bagel - Sooooo good!

I'm from Wimberley, Texas but my neighbor was having some work done on her Jeep which was suppose to be ready by noon but wasn't. No surprise there. Anyway, we decided to get coffee on the northwest side of New Braunfels but couldn't find a coffee shop. So we stopped in Einstein Bros. Bagels. The people were really friendly and didn't seem to mind that we only wanted coffee.

Love going here when I’m in town, Typhanie is very kind, friendly and provides excellent customer service making a place I visit with my friends and family quite often.

Bagels for breakfast were awesome. But the best thing about this location is their kind caring staff. I left my phone in the restroom, didn’t get back to the shop for a full hour. They had the phone waiting for me, no questions asked. That kind of integrity is hard to find these days! Y’all are the best!

I've been to this location a few times and the bagels have always been great. Most recently I had a toasted everything bagel with the honey almond shmear. The bagel was ready quickly and it was tasty!

I wasn’t sure what to get for my staff, but Bianca made a few suggestions and she did not steer me wrong! I got several different options and everyone loved it! Today was my first visit to an Einstein Bros. Bagels. I happened to stop at the one in New Braunfels on Hwy. 46 at I-35. Mike and a young woman behind the counter were very helpful in telling me about the bagels, my choices, etc. I decided on the ham, Swiss cheese & egg on a six cheese bagel, with iced caramel coffee. It was warm, delicious and wonderful! The staff were prompt, attentive and so helpful. They even checked in with me after a while to see how I liked everything. The only thing I'm wondering now is why it took me so long to try Einstein's! I'll definitely be back.

The manager Sierra was a very professional and kind young woman and the staff were all so welcoming and friendly, I think I can take a guess as to why. We’ve been Einstein Bros Bagels fans since our grown kids were just little. (Noah’s Bagels) We recently moved near New Braunfels and discovered this location. The shop is clean and their staff was super friendly. We got their Dozen Box (13!) with a choice of 2 cream cheese tubs. Everything was great. This will be a regular for us!

We have been here a few times so far, and each time was pretty good! I would highly recommend getting there earlier in the morning, because the one time we stopped by later, they didn't have much options to choose from. Today on the other had had lots to choose from including layered donuts! Kids love those! The bagels are yummy, and toasted just right. I ordered the ham and Swiss bagel sandwhich with egg ( I was picturing it was made with a fried egg, to have that nice egg yoke to dip the rest of the sandwhich in, but it was more of a pre-made processed type egg... if that makes sense... still tasted good. But if your like me and love those egg yolks, this didn't have that. My son got to pizza bagel, and loved it as usual. Over all the place was clean, staff was busy with orders and engaging with customers, friendly for the most part. Prices wernt to shabby. And everything came out in less then 5 min, even with a packed place! We will be back, and would definitely recommend! Ps if you love chocolate chips, the chocolate chip coffee cake is delicious! (I think that's what it's called)

Great food with a friendly staff. Restaurant is clean and very accessible. Only knock is an obnoxious and loud older counter person with an East Coast accent who never shuts up. If you can get past that it's definitely a great place to eat.

Amazing food and college student atmosphere here at a convenient location not far from I-35. Usually lots of traffic due to nearby traffic signals, so sometimes a pain to get in and out of. However, the food here is well worth it. I have it 4 stars due to the wait time being a bit longer than desired and a hard location to get to as well as a bit pricey (quality ingredients though!). However, I must recommend this establishment to anyone passing through or locals. Come for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Just don't come during rush hour if you're in a rush! The line can be out the door at times!

The arrangement is confusing like nobody knows where to wait and where to form a line to order, but I got the bagel very quickly.

This is my routine place for my daughter and I. And they have always had smiles always have what we want and we have been here so much that one worker has remembered our order (creatures of habit). We are welcomed every time.

Good food, friendly service. My only issue is the bottles soft drinks. For the 3rd time in a row, I received a bottled Coke that was just a few days away from the expiration date. I usually just throw it away, but this time I brought it up to an employee because it tasted terrible. They kindly replaced it with another one, but same issue… terrible taste because it was 3 days away from expiring. So I just gave up on that.

We hadn't been there in several years. Now it's one of our top three breakfast places. The bagels are always good and specialty bagel sandwiches are delicious. I had a brisket and gravy-type breakfast sandwich that was terrific, as was the Texas brisket bagel I enjoyed last time. The coffee is good, too. I always order a bagel to go with a side schmeer. I cut it in half and have two breakfasts.

Went in with my girl to split a bagel 50 minutes before closing and the lady was cleaning up making us wait to take our order. After we got the bagel I had asked her if she could cut it in half and they said they weren’t allowed to do that because I touched the bag so I asked if I can borrow their knife and they said for safety reasons they can’t give it to me. The bagel was on the stale side making it difficult to cut with the plastic knife they had in the lobby. Mood of the two employees seemed a bit down and not inviting of an atmosphere.

I ordered the Oktoberfest sandwich at 11-12 pm on 8/27 and they put so much mustard and the other orange sauce in it I had to take the top bun off . Also the top bun had way too much salt sprinkled on top of the bun it was inediblle .ine other time they slathered the spread everywhere but the bagel it was a mess. Next time I’ll just go to Chipotle where I can watch wat they’re doing

We have been multiple times and the same thing happens each time. Bagels are great, I normally do the farmhouse bagel sandwich and coffee. The coffee is ALWAYS Luke warm or empty! I understand we go towards 1pm but either offer fresh hot coffee or don't offer it at all. First customer in the day and last customer should get the same quality of products.

The Brisket sandwich was ok. The sauce is what made it good. Unfortunately it sat on the bagel for 10 minutes before the sandwich was made so the inside of the bagel was soggy. The customer service was definitely lacking. There wasn't any friendliness or joy in either of the two workers up front. After the customers backed up to 8 deep, then the 2 people came from the back to "help." I could see why the employees were unhappy due to the barking leadership style. I gave 3 stars because I love Einstein Bagels at other locations.

Used to be decent location but increasingly becoming less so. It’s like pulling teeth to actually find enough coffee in any of the coffee pots, or get creamers. Bagels are generally okay but tend to be slapped together haphazardly most of the time, filling may or may not actually be on the bagel when you open it. Just think it’s a shame the quality is getting a bit dodgy, other locations generally do pretty well.

Tried this place for breakfast for the first time (mind you this was the ONLY thing I had eaten at the time. The day is over and still have not had anything but this bagel due to what happened) and got food poisoning. Not sure if it’s from the bacon or turkey sausage that was on my bagel but I was highly highly disappointed due to the fact that I was so excited to try this place out.

I just got my order from ubereats and BOTH my sandwiches were on bagels that had been BURNT BLACK! I normally love your food but this really really upset me.

Would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the extremely rude manager named Dawson who was working this morning.. we were using Samsung Pay and he told us it didn't work there in a very short rude snippy tone. Pretty bad experience when the manager has a crappy attitude and even AFTER Samsung Pay worked he refused to apologize and just kept insisting why he was right to act so rudely...Jacob who was working the front register was very nice and helpful though as well as the girl who was making our drinks, she recommended a drink that was AMAZING and as long as those two are working I'll go back, but if I have to deal with Dawson's poor attitude I think I'd rather take my business elsewhere...

Went by this morning and the first lady who took my order was sweet and helpful (I wish I would’ve caught her name she was very nice) but my next interaction with another worker who I paid with, not so much. Especially to start with when I’m asked how my morning was and I said good and she replied “You don’t look like it…” I then replied “long night”, where she automatically assumed I “drank too much like her” to where she kept talking about “it was the Tequila…” and proceeded to tell me how she hasn’t slept at all and was running off some coffee beans and looked at me oddly wide eyed. Very uncomfortable. But what really did it for me was when she started to mock me. “Well since you’re talking like this, I’ll just match your energy”. My jaw about hit the floor and I couldn’t wait to leave. Never thought I would be disrespected at Einstein Bros. But it was a very uncomfortable feeling. I’ll just stick to ordering on food delivery services versus the people interaction. Everyone else was a delight and nice. The 2 other individuals who handed me my drink and food were very sweet and nice as well. But sometimes it does take one bad apple to kill an experience.

We walked inside they said they’d be with us in a minute (there was nobody else inside when we got there) while waiting three other people walked in we waited 25 minutes for someone to take our order as we’re doing our order and everything and I go to Pay she proceeded to tell us they do not accept bills over $20. There was no sign on any doors no sign at the desk or anything so we sat there 25 minutes ordered food and was able to leave with nothing. Slow service with a not so great attitude.

I had been to the local Einstein once before and with the new promotion of $8 for a bakers dozen of fresh and ready, I decided to give it another shot as my previous experience had not been overly fantastic but certainly not worthy of keeping from trying it once more. I walked in and was greeted at the register in the typical good morning fashion. I was asked what I wanted and I stated, "I would like your $8 bakers dozen fresh and ready deal." The gentlemen behind the counter said alright, would you like to pick or should I," I stated that I would pick them. I picked out my 13 bagels as well as a spread to go on them. The total came up to 17 and some change. I questioned the clerk and he stated, "Thats for our fresh and ready." It accured to me, I hadn't asked what exactly fresh and ready meant. I assumed that it was simply the store slogan for their morning bagels. My biggest frustration is this. I said specifically what I was looking for. The gentlemen behind the counter was extremely vague on his response. It seems to me that I should have been informed as to what my options were. Where has customer service gone? I paid the total and went on about my business. I'm pretty sure I won't be going back to this location.

Rude, incompetent... and it is just bagels... Approached the counter where the lady just stared at us. I said "good morning." (no response). We then asked for 2 french toast bagels (1 w/ reduced fat strawberry cream cheese, 1 w regular strawberry cream cheese) and a bagel with lox, no onions and a fruit cut for dine in. 1. To-go bag. 2. Onions. 3. No fruit cup 4. 2 identical french toast bagels (i could not tell the difference) I went to ask, which was which? They could not tell. Then we discover they only have reduced fat strawberry cream cheese. Where was that statement when we ordered? They said would you like them remade? I said fine.... "oh sorry we don't have any more french toast bagels. Would you like a plain one?" "No I will just take the one I just handed you." Oh... we threw that away. 😑 Here is your $3. New Braunsfels has been a epic disappointment; this was an appropriate conclusion of our visit.

The bagels are so small and hard as a rock. The staff isn’t well-trained for knowledge of product or customer service. When you say don’t cut the bagels, they cut them. When you say don’t warm the cinnamon roll, they warm it. You’ll leave dissatisfied. HEB has the best bagels!!

I was using my rewards points to get a free large coffee. Asked cashier if it's going to take any points off. He said no. Then is see it took off 120 rewards points from my account. A large coffee should have been 75 points. And free coffee is only for in-app purchace. Manager was rude and couldn't fix the problem.

I called this location 5 times at opening hours on a Saturday morning to make an order for a specific food restriction because the app and online options dont offer customization. Nobody answered, so I ended up going to Kyle, Texas. New Braunfels do better!

The avocado, tomato egg white sandwich I got ordered has so much potential but was terrible. Bread wasn’t toasted & was super soggy. There was also a homeless lady asking people for rides and being very rude in the dining area. Wasn’t a very inviting environment. Won’t ever go back. Thanks for taking my $8.

It was the worst visit ever. They lost the order and then only had 4 of the onion bagels we ordered. The manager was rude and said "" just give him his money back. " My husband just got plain bagels which was not why we drive from GardenRidge to New Braunfels to not get what we wanted. Very disappointed in the whole staff really not caring. I( his wife ) sat in the car for over 30 minutes waiting for my husband to get the bagels and when he did return the anger was a 10. Think we deserve better service as we are regular customers and not tourist.

I am traveling stopped to sit eat & potty before going on my way. Was told only paying customers could use the restrooms so I spent $30. Then she refused to let me potty. Said company policy no public restrooms. They have two restrooms in the dine in area. No signs saying they are out of order, no restrooms or no public use. She told me to find a gas station . Then my order was all wrong. Instead of having her correct it I just put it in the trash. This place was a ghost town at 730am which is a first for me. I'm use to standing in long lines at Einsteins. Not here McDonald's across the street order was correct and I could potty.

No hot specialty coffees?! Only iced coffee (in the middle of winter) or plain, which I can make better at home. Only reason to go is for their bagel sandwiches. (They didn’t even have plain cream cheese for a simple bagel). What lousy management.

I attempted to place an order online like is recommended. You can't order a day in advance. Has to be same day. When you call to place an order ot tella you to do it online or visit the store and hangs up on you. I drove all the way to the store to order a pickup for next day and the lady there said I couldn't do it because they already had a large order to do. Is this a place of business ?? Honestly, I was beyond words. I will not recommend this place or do business here ever.

These guys get my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. So frustrating. I don't mean small errors either. Forgetting entire items. 3 orders in a row this has happened to me. Horrible customer service. I ordered the brunch box but wanted sausage instead of bacon. The cashier yelled at someone to ask if we could modify it. He yelled back no. I ordered it anyway. Went to pay with a $50 bill. Since my tab was $44.80. She said they don’t take anything over $20 bills. Will never come back to this location.

I love Einstein Bagels, but this location I have never had the best experience. Every time I go to pick up my food or I have it delivered through Door Dash, the order is wrong every single time. It’s either a completely different sandwich, or I don’t receive an item at all.

The only reason why I'm giving Einstein in New Braunfels a one star is because I was charged 9.56 for two extra pieces of bacon!! I've been going to Einstein Bagels 15 plus years. I always get a cinnamon raisin bagel with bacon or peanut butter. Well today I got extra bacon. If anyone has been here you know their bacon is small and thin so I asked for extra bacon. The general manger ring me up and for four small pieces of bacon he charged me 9.56!!!! Me, my family and friends are loyal to Einsteins so now I have to go somewhere else where I'm not charges 10 dollars for what looks like two pieces of bacon cut in half. That is unethical and a rip off.

I recently visited the Einstein Bros. Bagels location in New Braunfels, hoping for the same quality and experience I’ve enjoyed at their San Antonio shops. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet expectations. To start on a positive note, the staff member who helped me was friendly, and the bagel selection was decent in terms of variety. Some bagels had a good amount of toppings, which I appreciated. However, the overall presentation and quality fell short. Most of the bagels looked quite unappetizing: pale, flat, and lacking the fresh, inviting appearance I’m used to from other locations. The store itself wasn’t very clean. The dining area and beverage station were noticeably dirty, with a wet cloth left near the coffee carafes, which was off-putting. I tried three different coffee varieties, all of which were cold (and this was mid-morning), a time you'd expect fresh coffee to still be flowing. When I asked about it, the response I received was simply, “There’s plenty left,” which didn’t address the fact that what was left wasn’t worth drinking. Overall, I left disappointed. I paid for a breakfast experience I didn’t really get to enjoy. Between the unappealing food presentation, dirty environment, and cold coffee, it just didn’t live up to the Einstein Bros. standard I’ve come to expect.
