Good service and friendly staff including the manager who went above and beyond to cater and customize our order (my son has food allergies and he cant eat a sesame bun so the manager replaced it with a potato bun at no extra charge). Wait time was minimal. Place was clean and well maintained. The parking lot where we ate the food (because of CoVid) was well lot and safe.

Stopped here for a quick dinner on the way home from the pool. Kids loved it obviously. Great service inside, the people were wonderful. Freestyle drink machine for the win!

I went to the Burger King in New Paltz, NY. I found out that you need to request new burgers dropped in the broiler. They are all broiler cooked but often they precook many burger patties ahead of time. I spoke with Troy, the manager about getting fresh dropped patties. He said 'Certainly, just request this in the future should you want that. Troy was so accommodating and the food was very good! Thanks Troy!

My experience here was great starting with my welcome at the ordering board. The young lady at the drive through was so customer friendly. And I must say BK needs to use the talents they have. This girl voice was an amazing voice for advertising. You just know when someone smiles taking to you and you can't even see their face. With my order it was well prepared and presented.

I'm on the road a lot for my job and usually get fast food cuz I have shipments to deliver. Most of the time I get McDonalds (I'm a McRib guy) but I was driving through uptown New Platz and saw the Burger King there and thought I'd give it a shot. Something different from the usual. I got a call that the warehouse was opening late and I had some time to kill so I decided to eat inside. The first thing that struck me was that it was a little darker than inside Mcdonald's. The ambient lighting and simple but elegant decor really set the mood. This was an experience. I believe food has a story to tell but this meal was a Homerian odyssey. When the sommelier came around he recommended a Chenin Blanc to pair with the BK Filet. A dry Riesling is my go to but this white wine was divine. Notes of quince, tart pear and hints of ginger spice. Really hit the spot. It was so good I decided to change my order. I ended up getting the seared scallops and baby spinach with spiced pomegranate glaze. I also got the grilled steak and cipollini onions with Meyer lemon butter and finished it down with a floral Bordeaux. I was in heaven. The steak was tender and had a wonderful miso marinade and the onions were sweet but not overly sweet. The Bordeux was full-bodied with aromas of black currant, plums, and earthy notes of graphite. I didn't wanna overdo it cuz my doc says I have the bad cholesterol so I got the mixed berry compote for dessert. Classic and unostentatious. When I finished I tipped the valet and got ready to hit the road. I'm a Burger King guy now. Next time I'm there I'll try out the Filet or Fiery Bacon Whopper. At BK you can have it your way.

On Monday at 12:30am I went to the burger king in New paltz and all the employees were friendly very upbeat the lady at the counter was awesome and I don't know who made my sandwich witch was an original chicken sandwich I added onion rings I don't know what it was I get the same thing at every burger king I go to but this sandwich was phenomenal it was the best chicken sandwich I ever eaten at any burger king whoever made it loves their job I know this because it definitely had to be made with love

I've been a regular customer for quite some time now, especially for their breakfast, and I'm always blown away by the quality and taste of the food. As a fast food joint, food is pretty fresh. It's a fast food joint and I shouldn't be eating there anyway but it's great when I work too long and I don't have to cook.

My love and I used to love going to this Burger King! It is very well-kept and the associates are friendly. Some even recognized me! However, we have noticed a downgrade in the food quality. This is probably a result of the business itself instead of this franchise location. The food has gotten cheaper. There's smaller portion sizes too.

As always they forgot part of the order so I had to run in. Ended up waiting 15 minutes (I was the ONLY customer in line) for them to hand me what they forgot to put on the bag. They had 2 people (1 was management) running drive-thru & 1 disabled person running the lobby & they had her not only running the lobby but had her putting ALL of their drive-thru orders together & then handing them out. She put together & handed out 15 orders before asking what I needed. Unreal....

The coffee is so bitter I don't know why. I order it light and sweet and it's always got a strong bitterness to it even with lots of cream and sugar. I guess it Depends on who makes it that day. I've had one lady make it perfect! But she hasn't been there lately.

I just want to ask how difficult is it to make a customer happy, or how much does it cost? I don't usually go to Burger King, rarely, do I go...but I have a friend who gives me coupons that he gets in the mail, because he doesn't want to spend the money there. So, I have been getting books of coupons that are valid within a months period and I have been using them. I spend about 10.00 to 15.00 a week with coupons on meals, something that I would not do if I did not have a coupon. So in the last 3 -4 months I have been using these coupons, and spent around $350.00, on them, which I would not do if I did not have a coupon, and I cannot get a $0.25 buffalo sauce for my fries. I buy two meals, a week, with fries, And I can only have one sauce. Not to mention, I never eat in at the New Paltz location for a reason...So I don't even get free refills for sodas, which I could get if I ate in...so I save them money on that...and they can't even give me one per meal sauce to make me go back to them. The Burger King in New Paltz is the only one that has zero tolerance for one extra sauce. Just remember What I said BURGER KING, I don't have coupons, I do not spend money on you. You are getting to much money from me as it is...I know you are still making profits on these coupons, if not you would not hand them out. Just think about this, if I don't get coupons for the next 3 months, you will be short $350.00 for these months, minimum....See if it is better to save $0.25 per two meals, or make a 350.00 sale on a three months period...because without coupons I would not, ever Spend that money at burger King. THAT IS EXACTLY WHY YOU GIVE COUPONS, TO BRING PEOPLE TO YOUR LOCATION, WHAT IS THE PURPOSE, TO NOT MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY ABOUT BEING THERE?

We waited 35 mins in the drivethru. Unacceptable I would have left but food was already ordered n paid hir via the app. They need to hire more people .there was only 2 people working total in the whole place. They did apologize and was very nice . Management needs to do better . It's a college town I'm sure they have plenty of applications in . I know a few people who have applied but hear nothing back

Great drive through service. Not sure what the reviewers below are talking about. The lady was very attentive. Patient with our order. I made a mistake with calculating our bill. She explained very pleasantly and made everything right. Everything else in town was closed. Bae and I split the whopper duo with cheese. 5 buck special. We also ordered the cherry fanta slushi. Perfect combo. For after a long hike at Minewaska state park. Quick update. We went to a BK by me in Queens and had to order more Frozen fantas. When it came we realized the large in queens is bigger. The BK girl gave us smalls and charged us for large. Good thing we said somthing and ahe fixed. But still tricked us into thinking the drinks were large..

This location is hard to pull in and out of. The workers are friendly, but underpaid. I once say a worker walk out of the store and directly pick up a protest sign and stand outside and demand a higher minimum wage. The food doesn't taste good. Of course, it's fast food though, so thats to be expected.

No front service at the counter inside. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 for making me a correct order. Staff is completely indifferent to the customers and couldn not care less for even trying to be polite. I understand that working at fast food place at afternoon/night shift is tough - I worked at McDonald's back in high school. But that's not excusing that attitude and lack of customer service. Sometimes they have great customer service, other times it is awful. I visited today to take advantage of a promotion for two free kids meals with ant any purchase. When I was handed the food in the drive thru, an older gentleman said in a *very* sarcastic tone "why don't you bring the kids next time, alright?" because it was just me in the car. Very unhappy with the treatment and tone from this employee. On the other hand, a younger woman who I believe is a manager is always amazing.

They are either intentionally cutting back on the syrup in their soft drinks, or no here can tell the difference. I ordered a Diet Coke and it ended up mostly seltzer water. I exchanged it for a Diet Dr Pepper. It pretty much tasted the same.

We had some questions and had to get our app up, and even though the inside was closed and there was no one behind us, it was like she was in a major rush- while simultaneously not helping us at all. “Do you have a 10 piece nugget meal?” **”we don’t have 10 piece anything”** “oh, what size nugget meals do you have?” **”we don’t do nugget meals”** “oh, do you do chicken fries meals?” **”yes.”** “… what sizes?” **”8 & 12”** it was so weird, she was answering all of our questions so literally, and just not expanding on anything- same thing happened with the mobile code. We gave her our code and she just kept saying “it’s not working.” when we were literally looking at it on our phones- I even tried reading it back to her and she didn’t try to confirm the number or give any suggestions. Then at the window, I took a moment (literally MAYBE 20 seconds) to check the bags to make sure everything was right) and Melissa just… stood at the window, and stared at us with a “really??” Look on her face. It was so bizarre. !!! *we asked for potato buns because there’s a sesame allergy, and there were sesame seeds on the bottom bun* !!!

Extremely disappointed with my culinary experience at this franchise. When trying to order an item directly off the drive through menu in front of me I was met with confusion from the drive through attendant and not allowed to enjoy the meal of my choice. Furthermore, with only two cars in the whole drive through we still had to wait a significant amount of time for our meal to arrive. Then to put the icing on the cake there was no napkins or sauces with our order. I can assure you that is certainly not “my way”, BK.

Twice now they've screwed up my orders on two separate delivery apps. Waited a long time for the order to arrive only for the super nice drivers to tell me they were given difficulty, thought I was notified about cancelation (I wasn't) and tried their best to take time to do it and refund me properly. Please learn to fix your delivery management if you're going to cancel someone's order and leave them waiting. Food is fine and service is fine in person, but please fix your delivery management 😭

Went through the drive-thru and ordered lunch around 11:30 on a weekday. The bread/bun didn't taste fresh that the whopper was served on and the burger was dry. And way too much mayo was used. At least the fries and onion rings were fresh. Not the best Burger King experience I've had.

There was a strange man staring at my child for a long time before realizing I was staring back at him. He was just hanging around, not eating, not working. There was also two different customers who didn’t seem to know each other, cussing each other out in front of a kid that was with one of them while sitting and eating. My kid and I did not feel safe here, but we finished our food and went on with life.

this Burger King was severely understaffed when I went at night. It looked like there was only one employee working. they weren’t busy and the employee said that they wanted to make our food fresh but when she finally gave it to us after like 30 minutes, it was clearly not fresh. she was nice and it probably wasn’t her fault but still overall a bad experience.

I worked at a different BK for five years, I know how things are supposed to be made and done. I've gotten chicken sandwiches with nuggets subbed for a patty. Sandwiches almost always missing ingredients (ie: missing onions on whopper Jr., missing cheese when specifically asked). Sauces are missing from orders. Orders of fries and onion rings are only half full. I am almost always pulled to the side, which happens occasionally and is alright, but this is quite literally every time no matter what I seem to be ordering. I will say, the workers have always been polite, seem to have a positive demeanor. But all in all, this is the worst Burger King I've been to.

Burgerking was horrible. I ordered a BK stacker with 2 patties at drive thru. I received 2 patties on a dish with cheese and ketchup. No bun nothing.. I would of taken it back but I was home already...never will go there again.......

I do Uber Eats. I seen the cashier ringing up orders and touching money, right after she did that she went straight to the fries and touch them with no gloves. Also the gentleman working in the grill was making sandwiches with no gloves. He was grabbing the bread, and putting the condiments on barehanded. I believe he did this with two orders, I can only imagine how many times he did that in a day. It’s very unsanitary and we are in a PANDEMIC still. This not proper food handling for any restaurant.

I just drove a long way bringing a team back to the nearby college and was desperately hungry but only the drive through is open and my bus doesn't fit in a drive through. One of the managers was super rude because I went outside with my drink and wouldn't allow me back in when I went to refill my drink. Her reason? Because covid. I was right outside the door. Wouldn't go there again.

The messed up the drinks and food. When asked to fix the whopper they messed up they gave us a whopper jr instead! I was not going to have them make it a 3rd time so we just took it. Over payed and still got the wrong food and drinks.

Molasses in winter! That's the best way to describe the service. Plus I ordered only one item. I asked for it not to be put in a bag. (I was going out to my car and eat it quickly) But you can't untrain a monkey. The Dopey guy who, FINALLY took my order (no one else in the store) was the one who "trained monkey" put it in a bag anyway! Again, no one in the store, at least 10 minutes until I got 1 little cheese burger!

The food is exactly what you would expect from a Burger King so nothing to rave about, but it is consistent. The big problem is that the staff are consistently rude and short with customers. The manager set a new policy where customers have to show their online order code a second time at the window to confirm it is still counting down - unfortunately sometimes the service is so slow that between ordering and checking out the timer expires.

Fixings to my burger were like thrown into the wrapper. I had to assemble the burger myself. Minimum wage goes up, service goes down. So sad.

Ordered a double cheeseburger, two original chicken sandwiches, and two small fries. First issue I ran into was that they didn’t have any frozen drinks at the moment and that was the main thing I wanted, not even the food, but I didn’t want to make the trip worthless. They asked me to pull up because the chicken was being cooked. After waiting about 15 minutes in the parking lot, they brought out the food and it was barely hot, the chicken was definitely not “just cooking” and they gave me a whopper instead of a double cheeseburger, sounds like a good deal considering a whopper is more expensive, except I only eat burgers with cheese on them and this doesn’t have cheese.

If I could give it no stars I would. Tonight, my son, a person who stutters, ordered food via the mobile app. When he got to the drive thru he was stuttering. The woman couldn't understand him so started to yell at him and then told him to pull up. When he got to the window she asked for his name after arguing with him because apparently the order number wasn't the number they needed. He had showed her the confirmation on his phone. . When he tried to say his name he was stuttering. She looked at her coworker and rolled her eyes. They told him to pull over to the front and when his food was brought out, they shoved the bag in his hand (the order was also missing an item). He was so upset by this transaction. Neither he nor I will let this go. I will tell everyone and anyone including corporate about how he was treated. I hope both workers get fired for their horrible treatment of my son. May you never experience your children being treated the way you treated mine. You're both horrible people

Three friends and I visited this restaurant on a Tuesday night in December. We ordered more than $40 of food and were planning to eat in. Although we ordered our food "for here" we were handed our food in bags and were told "you have to eat outside" because it was CLOSE to closing time, it was not closing time yet, we would have been there no more than 15 minutes, and would not have been there past closing time. I know expecting professionalism from a fast food restaurant is high hopes, but this was just rude.

One tip of advice: if you’re going to work at a restaurant whether it’s fast food or not and you’re dealing with the public all day long you should not be disrespectful and have an attitude. Every time I’ve gone to this Burger King the staff is so incredibly rude and disrespectful and straight up just mean. I’d rather starve than eat here and deal with disrespectful rude staff. I’m always nice to everyone and anyone and people who deal with the public all day like FAST FOOD WORKERS should be too . It’s not that hard to have patience and say thank you and be respectful. Around 8:00 3/14, experienced really bad service. I was given attitude when asking to add a separate drink after placing a mobile order. Then I was given 3 large drinks in a single carrier which was not sturdy so it spilled all over my car. The worker seemed to have seen it happen and didn’t offer a replacement, just shut the window. Very unsatisfied.

Horrible. Order cheeseburger and fries. Fries were hot. Cheeseburgers were at or below room temperature. Buns were stale. Went back and returned them. Host said to who i assume was a manager that i want refund due to cold burgers and he took bag from her threw it in trash and refunded money. Never asked any question and no apologies for serving food that has a good chance of sickening people. Staff definitely needs to practice safe food handling before they sicken people. Buyer beware if you risk eating here.

constantly making my orders incorrectly. if it only happened once I would brush it off, but it is so consistent its unreal. I just ordered the ch'king and there was nothing on it no sauce.. still no pickles (bubble bass voice) and I didn't hide them under my tongue! As I said before this isn't the first time my order has been messed up it is consistent.. I ask for no onions or Tomatoes I'll get onions and Tomatoes. I ask for extra ketchup.. I get no ketchup. McDonalds is right across the street if I wanna eat unhealthy fast foods I'll take my money to them.

Made a mobile order, went to the drive thru waited 5-10 minutes and had to go inside because no one answered at the drive thru. Then once i went inside waited another 15-20 minutes just to be assisted. So this is 20-25 minutes just to get someone to talk to. Then waited another 10-15 minutes just to find out we got the wrong food. I'll say from now on i will be going to mcdonalds for FAST food. Very disappointed.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE and DISGUSTING!!! The food was LUKE WARM AT BEST!!! The original chicken sandwich was so cold that the cheese didn't melt. After 2 bites i realized they mayo was bad. The jalapeño poppers were DARK brown. They were so cold that the coating was super thick and the cheese inside had concealed. The fries were dark brown and they were also cold. STAY AWAY! I went there at 4:45pm in the drive thru. There was only one other person there. Now I know why. The food was horrible and the staff not much better. Now I know why they didn't give me a receipt. So i could complain to corporate. If traffic wasn't so bad I would have went back and demanded my $23.00 back. BTW I got chicken nuggets to bring home. When I got home they were so dried out and over cooked it looked like the breading was peeling off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!!

Severely understaffed. Same person at drive thru has to work the counter. I've waited half an hour for what is supposed to be "fast" food. Worse run BK I've ever been to. Owners too cheap to hire enough staff. That's why they lose business to MCDONALD'S

Was put on hold at the drive thru for 10 minutes before going inside. There was nobody in the building building!! Took my order and then made me wait while they filled a drive thru request. Never going here again!

Pulled up to the drive through at 11:40 (place closes at 12). Waited 3-4 minutes before saying “hello” , as i am usually not that type of person and will just wait until you show up to the speaker. Immediately answered me, said i was here for a mobile order and she told me to pull up to the window (repeated my order of a fiery chicken wrap and large fry) Pulled up to the window, staring off in a different direction. Sat there for about 2 minutes until she slammed the window open and stated “your chicken will take 7 minutes to cook so pull up to the side” In an aggressively rude tone. I just said no problem. She then slammed the window. Waited until 5 minutes after midnight to receive my food. A different lady walked out, i rolled down my window and she stood there for about 30 seconds staring at me. She said my name, to which i said yes, and she stared at me again for another 15 seconds before handing me my food, which looked like it was thrown together in the wrap and it was not even folded. Sauce and ingredients were everywhere inside the wrapping. I usually dont write these, but i worked on homework late and needed something to eat, and this was my option. I would understand getting upset if i was rude or if it was just a couple minutes before close, but it was 20 minutes and i was polite, so there was no justification on how she (who looked to be a manager) acted in the window.

It would have been better if they were doing the job that they were there to do waited 10 minutes after placing our order one guy talking on the phone one person just standing around another person I would think she was a manager but I couldn't tell because she was playing pass the phone with the other guy on the phone I took my receipt my self then she put the phone down and proceeded to get my order apologizing, and then I had to ask for my drink. I won't be going back here. The food wasn't worth the wait.....

I implore anyone who wants to eat here or wants to support this Burger King establishment to not do so. I went in with my family a couple of days ago and just remembered to write down a review ..I was horrified by how the supervisor treated its employees. I received second-hand embarrassment from the neglect of care and the violent excessive yelling done by the superiors. She looked like she had a small dark black hair ponytail and glasses. My partner and I were heartbroken to witness such violent behavior and I will make sure my kids never apply to work there . No one deserves to be yelled at!!

The food was cold. The cashier at the drive through said for us to take the drinks then and to wait in the parking lot for the food. She forgot about us and when I went back in to ask for our food, the same cashier gave me a cold look. The Dr Pepper tasted like cough medicine. Asked for chicken regular chicken fries but instead they gave me spicy chicken fries for my niece. Overall bad food

CHECK YOUR FOOD!! I ordered a Whopper meal and a bacon melt meal. Food wasnt hot. Whopper fine but the Melt oh Lord. It wasn't toasted at all meat was cold cheese not melted and only TWO strips of bacon on a BACON sandwich.. this is not the first time this has happened. Apparently there's a issue with the guy who give out bacon. Going to highland from now on. Little bit longer trip but at least my food is always hot and correct.
