Soo good it came with a ton of food and it was delicious my family loved it definitely buying again
Really great chinese food and the service was very good, definitely going again.
Best pork fried rice I had in a long time. Lomain was perfect. Everything else was perfect.
Outstanding food, great prices, excellent staff and service. Best in town.
Good food, just call in for pickup half hour before so it's ready 👌
The food is always amazing and always ready when I get there!
One my favorite restuarants in New Paltz—try the scallion pancakes!
Great fast casual place and friendly staff <3
Great food and low prices!
Awesome food. Best around
This place is the best, is much better than NY
Best Chinese in New Paltz.
This is a good place for aet
Food was great
Amazing
Best food in town the only place in New Paltz worth spending your money at. The lady that runs this beautiful establishment it's polite clean and works very hard. If I could put a thousand stars it wouldn't be enough.
My family had a dinner at this place during a fall trip and I didn't expect this perfect food in a small town. Delicious food and kind service. I will be back to here someday.
the owners are very nice, very friendly. the food is great! very tasty, i wish i lived closer so i could eat here more often.
Great food. Hidden amidst all the other restaurants in town. Service is amazing. Would definitely recommend.
Really nice people who work there love there food. I usually get a normal order but I trust there food the most.
Been eating there for over 30 years, the MOO GOO GUY PAN IS THE BEST, AND OWNERS ARE THE BEST, ALWAYS GREET WITH A SMILE AND A KIND WORD🤗🤗🤗🤗
Had enough between me and my cousin with an appetizer (Fried Bean Curd/Tofu) and entree (Phoenix and Dragon). Maybe should have waited til after bouldering 🙃
Very good food, the delivery was fast, and it stayed nice and hot as well as fresh.
The hot pepper chicken is delicious with the new chef they have! The lady is always very nice and appreciates feedback about off the menu items.
Great local chinese restaurant! Nice people and the food is good. The price is great for the portion size as well. Definitely the place to go if you're looking for a good chinese take out place in new paltz.
I ate here back in 2019 and I hated it, I recently moved back to new Paltz and figured I’d give it another shot….I’m honestly so glad I did! My pork fried rice and beef with broccoli combo was incredible and plentiful! My lo mein side also just as delicious. I had it delivered via DoorDash and my food was steaming hot upon arrival. 10/10 I recommend.
5/5 service. Server was amazing, so wonderful and caring. Always making sure me and my family were good. The chief came out to ask how our meals were, our meals were fresh and delicious. I wish nothing but the best for this establishment and I can’t wait to come back!
Everything Was Delicious ! We Ordered 50.00 $ Worth Of Food ! Portions Were Plentiful ! Our Delivery Driver,Was Brian...He Was Prompt,Friendly, and On The Ball ! Thank You So Much ! This Place is Terrific ! We Had a Great Mothers Day ! 👍👍👍 Highly Recommeded ! Best Chinese Food in Hudson Valley ! 😄
Really good food! Blazing fast delivery. I will definitely order from them again. Only took 23 minutes to deliver my food. This is not your typical "American ized" Chinese food. This place is legit.
We stopped here on the way home from a hike. The lovely couple that owns the place quickly made us an amazing dinner! Great dumplings, noodles, and chicken!
I miss this place so much, used to eat here all the time when i was in college. the food is delicious, fresh, and homemade tasting. not typical chinese takeout. The owner and staff are so friendly too!

A nice Chinese restaurant that has been there for years a great place if you're in the mood for Chinese food
Good food at good price. Liked Spring Rolls.
Actually, it's the ONLY good Chinese in New Paltz. It certainly can't compare to the Chinese food found in Manhattan, but if you're in New Paltz and craving some General Tso's Chicken, head to China House.
So much better than expected! Far better than your typical Chinese spot, but with all the same dumpy esthetics. The food is awesome!
Food was great! The staff were kind, though I think there may have only been one person working nearly everything, which meant that everything was a bit slower than it could have been.
My go-to Chinese restaurant in New Paltz. Although not as good as the Chinese restaurants I once frequented in Manhattan, this place has a home-style quality evident in its excellent dumplings, tasty sauces, and freshly fried crispy noodles. The menu is a cut above New Paltz's other takeout joint, offering chicken-corn soup (which is hard to find in this area) and numerous steamed options. I would give the place five stars if the corn was blended to form a puree and there was more chicken in the soup! That is the way it's done in Manhattan. Also, many Manhattan Chinese restaurants have delicious veggie protein options that add variety and flavor to the typical tofu-vegetable dish, and they offer stir-fries in broth instead of oil, which adds flavor without the calories and fat. Nor are the wonderful slimy black mushrooms that are a staple of Chinese cooking in the city offered here. Not sure why those options and techniques haven't wended their way up the Hudson River by now....
best chinese food in the area. the people there are very nice and the food has lots of good flavor. my favorite place for take out. being of the the few chinese restaurants that still having a dining room, we will eat there from time to time too. the decor is pretty dated, but honestly, i enjoy that too.
I am here all the time! Food is pretty ok, but you can't beat the price or portion sizes. Deffinatly the best value in New Paltz, hands down. I will definitely be back many times to come.
Delicious food yet could have been a bit better with less oil. Prices were fairly reasonable for the portion sizes (updating their online price list would be a big plus). 😷

Nasty place. You can always rate a Chinese restaurant by the condition of their bathroom. Wow, really bad. But I was hungry so I took a chance and ate there. I had the chicken chow mein, no soup or egg roll included at the price I paid. It's been a few hours since I ate and I'm still alive. The owner was friendly but there was a large guy there acting particular.

When 1st opened food was so fresh and delicious however that has dropped off and now it's just average greasy Chinese food
Pretty much the same as most other basic Asian restaurants. 10 dollar minimum for any credit card payment.
Food isn’t so bad but the service is very very slow
I like their wonton soup and chicken fried rice.
slow
Broccoli and chicken is good. White rice lacks a little flavor as well as pork fried rice. Decent
Food was good. Took a little while to prepare so it probably wasn't sitting around. My only issue was there was 5 people and there was a service charge of $12, I'm not against service charges however I felt the service was lacking, had to ask for extra utensils, ask for more napkins, ask for soy sauce, ask for hot sauce. Things that should already be available at a restaurant that really only has 1 table for dine in. Also there is no AC, or it wasn't on and it was quite warm.
The staff is very nice and helpful. The vegetable fried rice was amazing and overflowing! The Shrimp Lo Mein was excellent too! The General Tso’s chicken was great but the ‘extra spicy’ was still not at all spicy. We also ordered Kung Pow and Szechuan Chicken but wasn’t my top choice around from other places.

Slowest service ever but good food
Dumpling
Have given this place a few chances, quality is consistently poor. Orange/sesame/general tsos "chicken" is really just fried balls of corn startch with sauce. i am not exagerating, on my last order, the entire serving of orange chicken contained two pieces of identifiable chicken. After spitting out my 3rd ball of corn starch, I went and checked piece by piece. It was inedible. The boneless spare ribs are also dissapointing. dry and overcooked. Even the plain white rice was gummy and overcooked. In my experience, the only things that are passable are their fried chicken and fried rice. And I mean just barely passable. wouldn't call any of it good.

Gross place
Very rude over the phone. Took 1 and a half hours to get my meal, and when I got there the woman answering the phone made a comment to me about my small tip.
Very slow service, looks like a mess from the outside and inside, surprised it passed inspection
Very poor, I have actually gotten sick by eating here. I have not been back since.
Got food poisoning and the male cook came out of kitchen topless!
Good place to go if ya want to not go into work the next day
Called them several times during normal business hours and no one answered.
Worst place in New Paltz
The food was not good and my friends and I felt incredibly uneasy and unwell after eating it. I will not be welcoming another dumpling in my mouth for a long time; it couldn’t even qualify as a dumpling.
Will not be back. The place looks like a horder owns it. Has a bizarre amount of junk everywhere. The place smells of b.o. and the chicken was awful. Made me not want to eat the rest of the food.
We waited 30 mins for service, then decided to just get take out and had to wait an hour and a half to get our food. Many people came and went while we were waiting and when we confronted them, politely, about having waited so long they were rather rude.
Never going back. The egg roll was burned, I complained and they gave me BS that if they cooked another one the same thing would happen. I left the egg roll on the table. Unacceptable.
When I use to go here in the early 2000s the woman that would wait on me was cold as ice. I would always get a sore throat eating their food the day after. When you first walk in the place was a mess like you were going into someone's messy, unkept house.
I ordered a large amount of food for my family here, not one of us could eat it, it was greasy and tasted horrible, like old food horrible, threw out over $65 in food
This place is the most inedible disgrace of a Restauraunt I have ever been to...Easy. The chicken was grey as is my mood now. I just want to die quite frankly and it is just upsetting because I was really looking forward to some good sesame chicken BUT IT DIDNT EVEN HAVE SESAME SEEDS ON IT. This is just a warning #simplyahazard
It's a shame the staff is so friendly here however, the food simply isn't fresh at all. After eating here I got pretty sick. I will spare the details but it was quite nasty. How do I know I got sick from this place? As soon as I bit into my chicken I could tell it was tainted. I should've learned my lesson from eating here previous times...the food simply isn't fresh. Sometimes they would throw random vegetables in my fried rice and they were clearly tainted and I could smell them. I will not be eating here again. I'm surprised this place is still up and running....Steer clear from this place unless you want to get sick. I'm surprised it's still up and running and obtaining business...the food is simply a hazard to eat.
Talking to my friends and noted the cups of water were dirty, owner heard and immediately kicked us out and told us to never come back. If you can’t take negative feedback, don’t open a shop. Simple
