Curbside pickup was quick and the order was exactly right! Employee that brought it out was quite pleasant as well.

Integrity is a rare thing these days so it is important to note it when it happens. Today I stopped in Dunkin Donuts in New Paltz to get an Egg and Cheese. There was a small line of maybe 5 waiting at the pickup. The wait was a bit longer than usual when the Manager (I wish I asked her name) ask me and someone else what we were waiting for. About a minute later she came back handing both of us money. We both questioned it and she said she was refunding us because we were waiting long. We both tried to said this wasn't necessary and give the money back but she insisted says she didn't want her customers to wait over 5 minutes. Pretty classy!!

Had their Iced Mattcha for the first time, and it was excellent. Their staff suggested I get it with almond milk, and I am glad I followed their suggestion. Also, I got an iced tea with lemon for my girlfriend waiting in the car, and their staff recommended liquid sugar (it mixes better) instead of one sugar packet as she requested. In the future, she will ask for liquid sugar instead of granulated sugar!

Went in at 5 a.m. sharp and everything was ready to go, fresh, and the staff alert to welcome me. Just down the road from my new spot will definitely continue to spend my sunrises with a cup of Dunkin’. Love supporting local coffee more than anything but in a pinch and off hours this is the spot.

Recently they have been doing a lot better, so I definitely want to give the team at new paltz's dunkin a thumbs up for the massive improvement, and the great job they've been doing. Place was Very clean, woman was cleaning all tables as I arrived, plenty staffed for a swift americano and happy to cater the amount of espresso to less than normal for me...they did this well considering there was approx 5-6 others in line/waiting. Seemed everyone was in and out. Music wasn’t too loud Or aggressive, I like to work in the morning so hanging out for an hour or so. Also WiFi functioning well. Great job new Paltz!

The way the line is set up makes it a little difficult to get from the pickup area to the tables, but it was a busy Saturday morning. Friendly service, and my sandwich and coffee were well prepared (in particular the bacon was perfectly cooked, which is unusual for the Dunkins I've been to).

We went to this Dunkin Donuts 2 days in a row. Once around 11 am and once around 9 am. Both times the store was packed and very busy. Being from Boston this is something I'm used to and usually means that they are swamped behind the line, everything is going to take a little longer and the staff might be a little stressed. But the experience I received here was the complete opposite. My order was taken very quickly by someone who was so polite and cheerful that I was caught completely off guard and forgot my order. Everyone working behind the counter was working with quiet efficiency and together as a team. As a person who runs a bakery this was beautiful to see. The staff served all the customers in a quick expedient manner with absolutely no hint that they were slammed back there. Both times my rather complicated and large food and beverage order were sent out very quickly, without any mistakes (which is practically unheard of) and made to excellent quality. I go to dunkin donuts often and have not seen this level of service at a location in years. Whatever is happening at this location someone is doing something right. Someone in management please take notes!

I came in on 2/27 around 7PM. The two workers there had a very long line of people with a lot of stress. They handled it fantastically. If a manager is reading this, find out who these two people were and let them know they did a great job. This Dunkin Donuts is great. The location is convenient for both entering and leaving town, and the quality is good!

Coffee and choices are pretty good. The one complaint I have is if you order a donut from drive they should give you a napkins or a paper in the bag when they picked up the donut with and then put it in the bag not just drop your donut in the bag. the last stop for a hot cup of coffee before you're back out on to 87. It was clean, friendly, but they were a little short staffed-- not unexpected at 5:45 on a Sunday afternoon. But they had no maple donuts! No maple! And hadn't in over a year. I dock them a star on this alone. If you couldn't care less, then this is a fine option for the armies of Purple and Orange.

My Beautiful wife and I have visited this Dunkin Donuts for over 18yrs. We're from New York but she attended SUNY New Paltlz in the early days of our courtship. I have so many memories at this shop. I use to order two cream cheese donuts with my medium caramel coffee. Those were the good ole days. We visited our son on his birthday at Hamilton College and on our way home we stopped by for a Cup of Joe. This Dunkin has obviously had a face lift and looks great. The place was crowded but the wait wasn't long at all. The staff were friendly and professional. After receiving our order we used the restrooms before we hit the road and they were surprisingly clean given the amount of people going to and fro. Great Job Dunkin Donuts. We give you a solid 4 Stars.

I stayed the night in New paltz to go hiking the next day. I ordered a medium hazelnut and a sausage egg and cheese english muffin. They had 4 people behind the counter and it still took them almost 15 minutes to make a sandwich. The food was still good but c'mon

Dunkin does not need any reviews but I feel each location has it's own challenges and strong points. This location can get overwhelmingly busy in no times as the Apple picking season rolls in. We visited before getting on I-87 and so did 10 other families. The store was so busy with just two employees doing everything from taking order and filling them. Our order and so as other customers had to get their coffers or lattes adjusted and I feel this location fills all the drinks little too less than normal. Just check your order before you leave the parking lot.

The problem with being one of the only DD in an area is that you get packed very fast. This one is by a college and in a very popular town that is packed with visitors year round vut especially more during the fall. This was probably one of the best grilled cheese sandwiches I have had.

It's DD, they still make great coffee and the staff is friendly and helpful but donut variety can be hit or miss and hard as hockey pucks if you're not there first thing in the morning. The place is clean and has nice seating.

This is honestly one of the worst Dunkins I've been at and it's not even the staff they're friendly, but the main issue is the service and how long they take to make the orders. After waiting just about 10 minutes for an iced caramel coffee with cold foam the coffee was far too bitter, there was hardly any cold foam in it at all and it was all around horrible.

This place was clean and the staff was friendly, I got a regular coffee with half and half and my wife got an iced latte with 1 sugar and 4 cream. Well they put 4 plus sugars in hers and it was so thick at the bottom with sugar it was ridiculous. And my regular coffee was probably the worst coffee I have ever had. It tasted terrible and had so much half and half in it it was undrinkable and lukewarm. I couldn't go back because I was already on the the thruway when I opened it. Maybe just a one time thing, maybe a new person working, but I probably won't stop here next time I'm upstate.

Not the best DD I have ever been to, but not the worst. Very often when we go, they seem to mess something up. Last visit they actually got everything right on ours, but others were visibly upset. There is also a VERY small parking lot and NO DRIVE THRU so often you can't even get in. Off hours they are much better in my experience.

If you like terrible coffee with grounds in it, this is the place to go. Order ahead with the app and still have to wait at least 10 mins

This is the most incompetent dunkin' donuts I've ever been to in my life, right next to the one in Warwick New York. Every single mobile order I've ever gotten at this place has been wrong. Today there was literally a supervisor teaching somebody how to make sandwiches, and another worker next to her, so THREE people working on ONE order still managed to get my entire order wrong (as well as several other people there). The supervisor himself did not even apologize to my partner who was picking up the order, he simply threw out the order and kept going. I've been working in RESTAURANTS since I was 10, if you're 16+ and can't make a Dunkin sandwich... you're just not trying hard enough. Samantha is the only worker I've ever seen do her job and be polite, and today my partner said someone named Roy was running around cleaning up after everyone else. Kudos to the only two workers that do their job, you deserve better coworkers. Also, there was no pink receipt so I could submit a survey, so instead I'll just submit my review here and call corporate. I'll just drive all the way to Modena next time to get a breakfast sandwich, it will take half the time and taste 10 times better

Most employees are nice. Older lady who seems to be in charge is extremely rude and never helps anybody else when it gets busy at times. Also feel ignored when you stand at the counter and nobody acknowledges you for several minutes and then says "be right there". Should of said that 5 minutes ago... this happens about 75% of the time you walk in there. There is always new people working there so you never know how you are gonna get your coffee when you order it. Very little consistently when you like something a certain way every day... maybe just will stop supporting, even if it is convenient.

The manager spoke to me in a rude and aggressive tone and threatened to ban me from the store for a situation that could have been easily handled. I believe this could have been a discriminatory act because there was no reason to be cruel and nasty to a paying customer that wasn't causing any issues. Poor management experience. The manager, James, is very rude and lacks understanding toward staff. He was completely unreasonable about someone being only 5 minutes late due to bad weather. Things like traffic and weather happen, and a good manager should know how to handle situations like that with basic respect. No professionalism or empathy at all. This kind of behavior creates a negative environment and makes stuff no having your back when you are in their position, being a manager doesn’t mean just have a high level position, it means be understanding with some situations the are out of human control, have respect and be sympathetic with you work team stuff. 5 minutes late isn’t like 1 hours or 30 minutes late, however if it’s you case you are later, will someone tell you or treat you same way? And if I’m talking about this, it’s because isn’t just one person who talks how bad manager James is and how bad he treat his stuff. I’m a manager of whole restaurant and bigger stuff and believe me both side work as a team and both had ourselves backs. Disappointing Experience with Assistant Manager James I’ve been a loyal customer at this Dunkin’ for the past two weeks, ordering the same coffee every morning without issue. The front register staff, including Manager Elisa, have always been really warm and welcoming. However, this morning at 7:24 am I had a frustrating experience with the assistant manager, James. From the moment he took my order, he was noticeably rude, pressing the register buttons aggressively and making me repeat myself unnecessarily. His attitude made me feel like I didn’t belong, as if my order didn’t matter. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I was so put off by his behavior that I decided to walk away without completing my purchase. Since Dunkin is part of my morning routine, this experience completely threw off my day. Unfortunately, due to this level of disrepect, I will no longer be spending my money at this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because no customer should be treated this way.

They never make iced coffee correctly. I order large with 4 cream 4 caramel and it is never sweet at all and never mixed. They never stir the iced coffee everything is not mixed I can see all the cream on top and some caramel on the bottom I don't know why it's so difficult to mix a coffee when making it..
