Opinions de Artisan Cafe New York
I love this coffee shop! They are so kind and welcoming. They even remembered me after only going one time making the visit personable which can be rare in a city like NY. I was craving a honey lavender latte and they make the best one I have found in the city. The coffee is so smooth and the flavor is perfect. I eye the pastries every time because they also look so good!
A simple and warm cafe with good service and coffee. The staff was welcoming and as the name suggests the coffee was fresh. The interior is good for brief work or friendly chats. I would recommend the mocha and flat white along with their lemon glaze cake.
Really great cafe. Great service, tasty chai, matcha, and the coffee itself is very good too. Small but seating is comfortable. A great place to spend an afternoon.
Visited twice. Small, cheerful space with half a dozen places to sit. Excellent cappuccino. Small selection of baked goods and cold drinks. In addition to the cafe, they sell a small selection of woven bags and baskets.
This artisanal coffee shop is a gem. The service is outstanding, thanks to the barista who is a coffee specialist and instructor. You definitely have to try it. The atmosphere is cozy and family-like, and the best part is that you can bring your pet. There’s also a dessert, I can’t recall the name, but it’s a Jewish pastry similar to a croissant, with a sweet layer and a round shape. It’s delicious! Highly recommended!
Walked past this coffee shop and I’m glad I stopped by and got myself a cortado. They also sell pastries and coffee beans (I noticed they even had Pacamara which you don’t see often, I’ve only had them while traveling in El Salvador). Nice ambiance as it was quite and you can sit and enjoy time for yourself or conversation with friends. I’d definitely come back if I see myself in that side of town.
Don't be deceived by the beautiful handbags and totes on display! It's a café and a five-star one. The peaceful and cozzy atmosphere round up the experience of the delicious single-origin coffee served here.
The candid, attentive owners of the place demonstrate great passion for what they have to offer here. This coffee shop is a bridge between the old and the new of Salvadorian espresso drinks and environment-conscious fashion. I had their origami coffee which accentuated the floral notes of their Geisha blend. Their cappuccino is smooth and brings great delight when paired with their great pastries. A great spot to work on my illustrations, this guarantees more visits in the future for me.
This cafe is very close to my kids’ school. Nice place to take a break before or after pick-up. And it looks nice.
Amazing new place. Best cappuccino in the neighborhood - Leo is always on point. Fresh pastries and an always welcoming vibe. Must go.

First coffee that is what it says on Google ... Clean, great pastries and beverages. I loved my carrot cake and chai latte. Worth the walk !!

Great service and amazing drinks! I’ve visited twice recently, and both times the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The flavored lattes are delicious, especially the Salted Caramel, French Toast, and Coquito. Each one was fantastic. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I tried the Honey Lavender Latte, and it was perfectly balanced, with incredibly smooth espresso. It’s a rare gem that feels truly personal and authentic.
Heard about this through a tik tok comment and had to try it out for myself. They have a variety of lattes and teas. Especially loved that the coffee beans were from El Salvador. I got the strawberry choco latte and my girlfriend got the lavender latter. Both were really good. Also loved the ceramics they sold here. It felt like a slice of home here. Will definitely be back and bring my family here.
Their cold brew is smooth as silk, no bitter aftertaste. Baristas remember my usual order (iced latte with oat milk) and start making it when I walk in. Cozy nook by the window is perfect for getting work done, and their avocado toast is always fresh.
Definitely a must try place if you are in the neighborhood! Tried the spiced pumpkin and the pistachio latte both amazing.
People are very nice, the girl who served me suggested the Special French Toast Coffee… she was right! It is delicious!
This place is a pearl. I live in the area and whenever I get a chance I walk down here and have an espresso. The owner is awesome and kind, the vibe is laid back with a Latin American flare and the coffee is amazing.
Amazing coffee, been buying the beans here for my partner and have also gifted a few bags to family. Everyone loves it. The folks behind the counter are also so friendly, it’s always great to see them. I always recommend this spot to anyone in the area!

I am obsessed with this place. Their iced chai latte is AMAZING. Their muffins are also very good, especially the lemon poppyseed. They play nice music and there are a lot of places to sit for such a small space. Our barista was super kind and helpful! And there are outlets available so I was able to do some work on my computer.

This cozy coffee shop is my go-to spot for a perfect latte. The baristas are friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Their pastries are fresh, and the Wi-Fi makes it great for working. Definitely a hidden gem in the neighborhood! 10/10 - ARTISAN CAFE
I ordered a cortado with (light) cardamom syrup ($6.59), which seems pricey for a cortado. However, the drink was delicious! They use quality roasted beans. They also will serve your drink in the cutest ceramic mugs if you stay. There is no public bathroom though…
Artisan Cafe is an unassuming coffee shop that was quite pleasant. It is spacious and clean with a good amount of seating available. The noise level from the music playing is just right and it’s actually not a bad spot to read or work. The latte that I got was quite enjoyable as well. Overall it’s a great place to stop by for coffee and probably one of the better coffee shops in the UWS. I guess the only downside is that there is no bathroom or wifi, which is not uncommon in the city.
