Bardolino's is great! The crew works really hard to get you your order quickly, it's all delicious, and some of the best pizza shop prices for this hig quality in UES/East Harlem

Got the grandma slice and was pretty darn good! The service is polite and good, and the place is clean. $3 for pretty decent pizza with a good sauce.

Great pizza and the price is even better. I would recommend this place to all that wants a great slice of pizza for a low value.

Great counter-service pizza joint. Reasonable prices for Manhattan($2.50-$3.75 for a slice depending on toppings, $5 for 2 slice & drink special). Pizza was fine! There's 3 tables and a counter to stay and eat, enough room for 10 diners. No public restroom. $7 minimum for card. Considering it's a counter-service pizza joint in the upper east side, it hits all the big targets: 5 out of 5 stars.

I would sometimes come here during my break or after work and I usually get a pepperoni and sausage slice and the pizza is very good and the workers are great! Highly recommended eating here!!

The Pizzas are delish! The service is great. The order taker (man at front counter) is friendly & very polite, so is the deliveryman. Thank you, keep up the good work. :-) Satisfied customer.

Whoa! I’ve walked by this pizza place hundreds of times without noticing it but happily that ended today. There’s not a lot of room to sit so we ordered several different types of slices (plain, onion and olive, and pasta pizza) as well as garlic knots. Absolutely delicious!!!! The staff were very nice. Prices are very reasonable too.

When u walk in you think, no way here to have good pizza, the place is pretty beat up. But whe you try the pizza you change your mind. The crust is so good, I can eat its without any toppings.

If you're a tourist roaming around NYC, visiting here for a quick slice is a good idea! It's a tiny place, but the owner is quite nice, there are several 1 and 2 seater tables in the hall and the pizza is reheated in the oven right before they give it to you so it stays nice and warm till the end. $4 for a huge slice of OG New York Pepperoni pizza is crazy! Very glad I skipped the food trucks and street vendors.

If you're a tourist roaming around NYC, visiting here for a quick slice is a good idea! It's a tiny place, but the owner is quite nice, there are several 1 and 2 seater tables in the hall and the pizza is reheated in the oven right before they give it to you so it stays nice and warm till the end. $4 for a huge slice of OG New York Pepperoni pizza is crazy! Really, a gem in the wall I go here when I'm nearby I don't know how the chef does it but I call his pizza slim thicc, thin NY slices yet somehow fluffy and taste is Really great.

I'm a city where you can find a pizza shop on nearly every corner, Bardolino's stands out from the rest. Not your average pizza here. They use quality ingredients and it shows (smells/tastes/looks). They are much better than most spots in the neighborhood. Prices are not bad either. Def worth skipping past the other hole-in-the-wall joints to get to this one. Go grab a slice!

Pizza was good and the prize was reasonable, HUGE PLUS they stay open later than other pizzerias

I buy 10-15 pies at a time every week during the summer to feed large groups. They've always been reasonably priced and on time with deliveries.

My go to Pizza spot of I don't go to 115th and 2nd ave. Pizza is very good. Have no complaints. Prices are affordable in my opinion

When questioned, they blame the app which is another lie, since they are the ones who set the prices. Happened twice. I won't give them my money again.

Maybe better ordering a pie for pick up - I came here at lunch with my kids. The guy behind counter kept changing how much the bill cost , overcooked our slices, not a great experience. Pizza looks like it has quality but we couldn’t experience it. I won’t be back here which is a shame bc I live 2 mins away. Rather little Luzzo or walk longer to zesty.

We ordered 7 pies for the nursing staff and the owner/manager denied we ordered the pizzas despite having a recipt that we were charged 160 dollars and the mangers continues to deny our order was made and said we got fraud despite ordering from their website. Never again will we try to order. They are very unprofessional. NEVER ORDER HERE!!!!

I showed up to pick up a pizza I had ordered online and the person making the pizzas refused to make it (mind you this was after 20 minutes of placing my order). I stayed waiting until he told me he was cancelling my order. He had my phone number and could have contacted my prior but didn't. 10/10 would not recommend. It also looked crusty when I got there so I guess it was a sing from above lol

I ordered online through their website, I paid 159$. The pizza never arrived, I called the owner and he said, there was not order. I explained I have the receipt with the order number and the name and address of the restaurant, the owner said that was a fraud, and that was nothing he could do. I asked the owner how he allows his clients to use his website when he knows that by entering the cc number the client is at risk of fraud. The owner said he needs the website for his clients. So I am not telling you to not eat there. I understand people have business. So sure go and eat there, but DO NOT MAKE ORDERS ONLINE!!! You will be charged and Bardolino won't take responsibility for that charge. Even when you use their website.

Only one star because of what it is. Burnt piece of food inside my marinara sauce. I’m vegan and this made me sick

I’ve been a regular at this establishment for almost two years now. However, ever since they completed their renovations, the service has been horrible. I’ve called to pick up food from this twice and which they’ve told me the wait will be 15 to 20 minutes. The first time, I waited 15 minutes at home and walked over to the restaurant. They had me pay for my food and then informed me that the wait will be “5 minutes”. 5 minutes turned into 15. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried to place a takeout order again today. I ordered pasta and they told me 15 minutes and it should be ready. I set a timer for 30 minutes this time and went down when the timer ended. I informed the lady of my order and she told me it would be another 5 minutes. Just to watch her run to the back of the kitchen to start cooking the ziti. I told the owner to cancel the order. Don’t give time estimates that you can’t keep. I’m honestly over Bardolino.
