⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 recommend!!! Bella Luna is such an amazing spot on the UWS, couldn't recommend it more! The rigatoni vodka pasta and the ravioli were sooo good, definitely the standouts of our meals. We absolutely loved sitting out on the patio, it’s the perfect vibe for people-watching and soaking in the city! Our server Kat was so awesome, super friendly and extremely personable!! Highly recommend coming here for dinner, you'll love it! :)

The Best veggie dish, Roasted Vegetables Napolian, I've ever had by far. Not sur how they did it but the seasoning was so delicious, unique, and unbelievably tasty. I cannot wait til I go back to have it again and again and again. Never thought Vegetables can taste this good.

We walked up about 30mins before they opened just looking for coffee. Before we walked away they stopped us and invited us in early. We were served the best food ever! Seriously the best tiramisu I have ever had. After eating they told us their cooks weren’t even here yet! I can’t imagine how it could be even better with the cooks! Seriously the best!

A Delightful Dining Experience We had a wonderful time at Bella Luna! The food was absolutely delicious—from their fresh, vibrant veggie pizza to the classic Margherita, each bite was full of flavor and perfectly prepared. The hospitality stood out just as much—friendly, attentive staff who made the whole experience even more enjoyable. And whatever you do, don’t leave without trying the desserts. The berry tart and the chocolate-coated ice cream slices were heavenly. We’ll definitely be back!

My kids I really enjoyed our late lunch here. We had the Cesar salad, fries, garlic bread, pasta & meatballs, margarita pizza. Everything was fresh, hot & delicious. Service was friendly & attentive. We live in the area & will definitely return.

Delicious authentic Italian food! The staff were prompt and professional and our came out quickly. The pasta tasted fresh and everything was delicious. We especially enjoy the portion size and found it to be a fantastic value as well as amazing quality. The interior is comfortable and the wine selection had a good range.

Excellent Italian restaurant on the Upper West Side. The Calamari appetizer was tasty and delicious. Salad appetizers fresh. A large number of main courses including brick oven pizza to choose from. Linguine in white clam sauce absolutely delicious. And, with "real and large clams in the shell". Shrimp scampi and Lobster Ravioli were outstanding. The Tiramisu was one of the best I've ever had. Nice atmosphere and very good service. Ciao Bella!

This is a wonderful, welcoming neighborhood place that I have been coming to for over 35 years. The food is very good as is the service and decor. It's lovely to be greeted by name and made to feel welcome. It's a comfortable place to linger. Pro tip: Bella Luna usually has seats during brunch times when the usual brunch places are impossible to get into without a reservation.

Wonderful local modern Italian with busy family orientated vibe. Excellent food served in functional bowls that prevent the food from cooling too quickly. Pretty plants on the ceiling and art work. Great sconces. It’s not a romantic venue as many bigger parties containing some noisy children. I would def go back as there were so many enticing dishes on the menu. Plus plus it was not cold unlike a lot of NYC restaurants. I can’t say how much it cost as we were treated by our companions.

Neighborhood favorite for well priced Italian fare. Wide variety of thin crust pizza, some good vegetable dishes, grilled fish and nightly specials. Very pleasant for date night or quieter evening, friendly staff and good shedspace outside.

Food was fabulous (except for the mashed potatoes, so don't get that!). However, as you can see from one of my photos, there was one waiter who was quite arrogant and obviously doesn't think beer should be served in the restaurant and just poured the beer into my dining partner's glass, on both occasions, and left half a glass of head. And then weirdly had to be asked twice to get us the bill. But the rest of the food was great, especially the Tiramisu, and the wine was lovely. My partner said the icecream was very creamy and one of the best he's ever tasted. Lasagne special was great, as was the prawn scampi. Food was so good, we will probably be tempted to go back & just insist Mr Blue shirted waiter isn't ours.

We visited Bella Luna on a Saturday afternoon in May after going to Riverside Park. We were greeted so warmly by the staff and the handsome waiter even offered to charge my phone. I had the Eggplant Parmagian which was excellent although the steamed veggies on the side were very bland. My sister had the Chicken Piccata which could have had a bit more flavor. The Bow tie pasta with marinara served on the side was very good and perfectly al dente. . Dessert was a Berry Tarte which was delish!

PARENTS: Good place to take kids for the price. It’s a little tight, but the bathrooms are clean and they do offer outside seating. The pizza, minestrone (veggie soup), and julienned vegetables. The total with tax, came to $30. Not bad! The pizza was shareable but it’s a little bigger than a personal pan pizza. Perfect for anyone who orders with a friend and you split everything. There’s enough but the other person should still order something else if you’re looking to be full from the meal. The minestrone soup wasn’t good. It lacked flavor and the zucchini chunks were under seasoned and too mushy. The cooked veggies had much more flavor!

Really popular long-standing, upscale neighborhood Italian. I've been going here for 25 years! Service is attentive and friendly. Pizzas, pastas, salads, fish dishes all satisfy. They have good outdoor seating now too. They still have plexiglass dividers between tables.

I've eaten at Bella Luna for years but not sure who was the Chef the last two nights when I ordered takeout, the first night was the Pesto Linguini Shrimp that I literally had to throw away the pasta for it was bland, not one ounce of seasoning and no matter how much Parmesan cheese I added it didn't help, but I must say the shrimp was grilled perfectly. The next night I ordered the Eggplant Parmesan and that was also surprisingly awful. Instead of slices of eggplant, it was a mound of ground eggplant with so much breading and again no seasoning with a thin slice of cheese. My guest both nights ordered the Grilled Salmon with Roasted potatoes and Asparagus and both days they were fine with their dish. I'm going to have to think twice before I take a chance on delivery again. So disappointed 😞☹️😥
