Jesse was a great service, very hospitable. The food as always was solid and delicious. Definitely worth a visit! The interior is looking a little worn though - and am sad they took out the tree!
Me and my partner came here for dinner before they closed, the service was the fastest i think I’ve ever experienced, waiter and waitress were really nice. California roll was absolutely to die for. The orange chicken was the best I’ve had and fried rice was fantastic. 10/10 experience I recommend. It is on the expensive side but I still think it’s worth it. If you have the money to go, don’t waste your time thinking about it.
Came to P.F. Chang's randomly and it truly turned out to be one of the best possible outcomes I have had in a while. Great atmosphere, amazing food and presentation, drinks were spot on and delightful, and the kind gesture to sing my friend a "Happy Birthday" was the icing on the cake. Our server Melissa was exceptional. What an amazing waitress. Was kind and welcoming, wonderful knowledge of the menu and great recommendations. P.F. has now been added to our rotation of upcoming restaurants in the future. Thank once again for such a memorable moment.
Amazing Solo Experience at P.F. Chang’s I’ve been to this P.F. Chang’s before, but today I came alone—and honestly, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. I ordered the orange chicken and a strawberry margarita, and everything was delicious. What made it even better was how comfortable and welcomed I felt. I didn’t even feel like I was dining alone because the staff was so attentive and friendly. Huge shoutout to Q, Lexus and Danny—they were amazing the entire time. They checked in just the right amount, made great recommendations, and genuinely made the experience feel special. Definitely recommending this location to anyone, whether you’re coming with friends or solo. I’ll be back for sure!
Service and atmosphere was great. I ordered Mongolian beef and lo mein. Keith is an excellent server. My rating for the food is 2 stars because the beef was dry and lo mein was as well. I liked the flavor only for the price, in my opinion they need a new chef. My girl Stormy went with me 😃
This was my first time visiting, and I was truly impressed from the moment I walked in. Beth and Daja greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. They introduced me to Alex at the bar, who crafted a refreshing Sunrise cocktail that was out of this world. I started with the pork dumplings appetizer—flavorful, perfectly cooked, and a great way to kick off the meal. For my entrée, I had the Mongolian Trio Platter over white rice, featuring chicken, steak, and shrimp—all seasoned beautifully and cooked to perfection. I finished with a slice of key lime pie that was absolutely delicious. Overall, a 10/10 experience. The staff, atmosphere, and food were all exceptional. I’ll definitely be returning
My girlfriend and I did an impromptu birthday lunch! Keith, our waiter, was amazing! He catered to all of our particular needs, with enthusiasm and professionalism. And he brought out dessert with a big sparkling candle; they sang and she rang the gong!! We had a blast. It was very celebratory and she was ecstastic. Thanks Keith! See you next time!
Jesse was amazing ! He made my experience wonderful, food was great I had sesame chicken and fried rice it was perfect . Also my lychee martinis were bomb ! I would definitely come back to this location again .
I loved my recent experience at P.F. Chang’s. Jesse was a great server! His energy is so contagious and positive and inspiring. My food was lovely too! Will definitely be back.
The food was delicious and everything was really good. The service was excellent as well — Jessy was very friendly, attentive, and made our experience even better. Great service and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!
Service was great and fast. Alex the bartender made sure I had a great experience, very nice person, he made me a drink that was very flavorful that I enjoyed 🍓❤️food was great, and the manager made sure the guest were doing okay. Def recommend stopping by. 💖
I was at this Union Square location and served by Michael. He welcomed me as soon as I sat down. He came back later, explained the menu and then helped me to scrutinize it. He brought me water and told me to let him know whenever I was ready to order. I really appreciated that because as I am an experienced diner, PF Chang’s menu was new to me. Michael came back, I ordered my lunch, Mongolian beef with a side of a hot and sour soup. I also ordered a glass of wine. Michael told me PF C has a special 1/2 price of a bottle of wine. That saved me money but I was taken aback how nice and thoughtful Michael was. Mongolian beef was really tasty. The H&S soup was ok. All in all, the meal was delicious. Service was exceptional. Atmosphere was excellent. I would come back again. I higher recommend it. Sit in Michael’s station.
This restaurant has more of a luxury Asian vibe with an amazing ambiance and excellent friendly service. Big portions, delicious flavor, and great drinks. Everything here is satisfying and full of flavor.
Came here for a Friday afternoon lunch and had an amazing dining experience. My server, Keith, was so kind and attentive. The food was delicious, and I really appreciated the calm atmosphere of this location. Would definitely come again!
I throughly enjoyed my experience at this P F Chang's in Union Square area. It had very nice atmosphere and a warm reception upon entering the establishment. Our server Lexis was very pleasant and gave us great customer service.I had the Mongolian Tofu with brown rice....Chefs kiss. The food was DEEEEEEEEEEELIOUS!!!! I love when they are attentive. I definitely give them a 10 out of 10 recommend!!!!
Amazing cacao and the only place you can get a real cacao latte without a ton of sugar etc. very kind staff, lots of options, coffee is great too. So special that places like this are still around!!
A great space to hang out in, get work done, and satisfy many cravings. It’s chocolate heaven on earth, appreciate the natural elements intertwined throughout the decor. The customer service is friendly and polite. I happened to come in on a day that there was an event booked out for the evening. They let me know in advance and I quickly took a mental note that this cafe would be a hit with just about anyone I introduce to it. Hope you enjoy it as much as I have!
Great little find, but can get busy and it's a fairly small place. When I visited in the evening there was a 4 piece band belting out upbeat songs. All doorman should be like their doorman, no ego, so friendly, just trying to help everyone stay safe.
One of the best Cafes in the city! The vibe is cozy, food and drinks were great, friendly staff and an amazing location right off union sq. Love this place for their funk nights and for studying - fit for every occasion. Would 100% recommend their chocolate Cloud for all the chocolate lovers. Would choose this place for any occasion, any day!
Stripes is warm and inviting, with a cozy atmosphere that immediately draws you in. A delightful selection of wine, cookies, and some of the best rugelach I’ve ever had—flaky, rich, and full of flavor. Every bite felt like a treat. What made the experience even more special was the proprietor. Warm, kind, and genuinely welcoming, they made me feel like a regular from the moment I walked in. If you’re in the area, don’t miss this spot. Whether you’re in the mood for a sweet treat, a glass of wine, or just a pleasant chat, this place is a must-visit.
If you are fortunate to live in the village or just really love truly exceptional home made coffee and phenomenal desserts that are also baked on the premises, you have to visit, the Blue Stripes Cacao Shop on 13th Street. A former member of their staff rurged me to try their chocolate ruggalahs, which might be New York City’s best kept secret because they are absolutely DELICIOUS!. And their chocolate brownies are possibly the best I’ve ever tasted. It’s a very warm and welcoming cafe complte with an entire selection of books for you to check out will enjoying your desserts and coffee. And if you end up sitting at one of their very comfortable tables for any length of time, you’ll be happy to know that their unisex bathroom is spotless!
Cozy cacao coffee shop. Blue Stripes takes the best of coffee culture and scales it to cacao (chocolate). An easy and delicious substitute for coffee in a space filled with art, books, and warm wood colors. Feels straight out of South America. Drip cacao brew score: solid! It’s essentially pure hot chocolate, so those less familiar with raw taste of cacao may opt for a cacaoccino or cacao latte. Everything else score: 5/5. Great atmosphere, variety of seating, and incredible bourekas. Additional amenities: bathroom, self-serve water, and friendly staff.
Coming from Oregon, I made sure to include Blue Stripes on my visit. It was a hot & humid afternoon and I was grumpy after my thrift store shopping was unsuccessful. Blue Stripes offers their brewed cacao iced! It was a perfect lift me up- no caffeine jitters, and excellent cacao flavors that didn’t need sugar! Lots of people hanging out, working on their laptops giving such ideal coffee shop vibes. Highly recommend!!
Cute little coffee shop just a block away from Union square! Came here on a Sunday evening after dinner for a nice place to catch up with some friends. The environment wasn't too loud and there was ample seating for my group of four. Got the lava cake, chocolate babka and a dark hot chocolate. The lava cake was drizzled with chocolate syrup. I loved it because the cake was warm and moist but yet not too sweet. The babka was a little sweeter but it was baked to flakey perfection and topped with a drizzle of milk and dark chocolate syrup. On top of being a cafe that serves all types of chocolatey goods, there's also a section of the store that sells cacao related merchandise. I would definitely be back to try out some other food items. Overall, I will definitely drop by again if I'm in the area. This is a chocolate lover's dream come true.
Dare you not to love this place. Tons of delicious choices. The Turtle Kreamz is amazing. It’s huge and taste like heaven. We also had the black Forrest shake with cake. OMG! Kids loved it. We loved it. The staff was friendly and obviously love their job. The manager/owner was passing out “clouds” - chocolate mousse on draft. Need I say more.
We dined at P.F. Chang's in January and had the pleasure of being served by Lexus, who truly made our experience exceptional! As a picky eater, I appreciated her patience and attentive listening. Her recommendations were spot on, and I enjoyed trying new dishes thanks to her guidance. While the food was decent, Lexus's welcoming personality and outstanding service made our evening memorable. We'll definitely return, and I look forward to being served by her again!
the food was good but could be better, however, the service was AMAZING! everyone was so attentive and kind. our server Angie was fantastic! constantly checked on us and made sure we were well taken care of. will def come back and try other dishes and make sure everyone knows about Angie :)
What a gem! So glad to have been to this place as I discovered some new favorite cacao creations - the iced cocoa drink and the beautiful fruit bowl with cocoa fruit were quite the treats! The beautiful fruit bowl says it comes with pistachios and though there weren’t any pistachios on mine, it still was tasty (though maybe not worth as much as I paid for it). With a fix to the menu to accurately describe the item, or making sure to not forget to add those pistachios this place would rise to 5 stars in my book!
What an awesome coffee shop we stumbled upon after I got on the wrong train to head down to East Village. The decor and delicious treats makes it very inviting. I felt very relaxed and not only enjoyed my meal but also the relaxed feel. My friend and I enjoyed the quiche and hot chocolate. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great spot!
An adorable coffee shop we stumbled upon after perusing at the Holiday Market. It was a warm winter day and decided to have our cocoa fix here. The front of the store has large windows and a designated table with outlets encouraging patrons to bring their laptops to study, write, etc. The cafe is catered to patrons who want to enjoy a coffee and dessert to catch up with a friend. We drank our cocoa outside because the inside seating was packed, and it was such a warm day, it merited outdoor seating. My BF and I ordered the hot cocoa with dark chocolate and a chocolate chip cookie. They put a rim of chocolate on the cup, which is an added flare to the drink, but for warned, you will get melted chocolate on your lips. The chocolate was delicious, but it could have been warmer and less milky. I would have enjoyed a little bit more chocolate flavor since I did choose the 70% dark chocolate, but overall, I enjoyed my drink. I like the round cups it comes with and is instagrammable. A chocolate drizzled on the cookie I could do without. I like cookies as is, so make sure to let them know your preferences. Overall, a cute coffee place near Union Square.
Service was a bit slow (waited almost 10 min for a slice of cake that was sitting on the counter). The atmosphere is so nice though. The cake was too sweet but cacao shake with coconut had a great kick with shredded coconuts in it!! Worth a visit, but unless you have a huge sweet tooth, no need for a second visit
New food finds♥️ I love it when I bumped to a place and get surprised with great food! Well, this place has more to offer than what’s on the menu. Has very intimate ambience:). They have a small sitting area with books and comfy chairs. The tap chocolate mouse is worth trying. By way it is FREE with generous serving too-so try it out! They have excellent selections of drinks as well. I tried their hot Chocolate and it is absolutely amazing! For one the sweetness is just right. The temperature is perfect. The cashier was very friendly. Great place to hang out. I would definitely come back and bring friends to this place. Happy eating everyone and be well♥️.
Love the brand and the mission but disappointed that this small shop doesn't connect as strong to its brand. They don't even sell their own chocolate bars.. really?!?! The pastries were OK. Ordered a chocolate cup, oreo cookie, apple turnover, and chocolate bundt cake. Also tried the chocolate milk with oat. All the patriots eye alright. The chocolate milk was smooth but also alright. The vibe of this spot is immaculate though. Wood and forest type design with glass windows for plenty of shine and some desks with plugs for working remote. Perfect small section to work from. Overall if they had more of their brand and emphasized more of the fact that they are upcycled or use upcucled chocolate or ingredients to be sustainable... this cafe would be much better.
For a place with such a pretty ambiance and somewhat high prices, the food and service were overall disappointing. When we first walked into the restaurant, we were excited to try everything - but the hostess didn’t even acknowledge us. She was on the phone, but she could’ve at least glanced over or nodded to let us know she saw us. Instead, we stood there awkwardly until what seemed to be a bartender came over and silently pointed at seats. No greeting, no “hi,” no welcome, not even a smile. It was a strange first impression, but we were hungry, so we brushed it off. The menu felt a bit all over the place. The wine glasses were dirty, unpolished, and had visible stains. We ordered the miso lobster dumplings, which came out lukewarm - not even close to hot. The sauce was good, but the dumplings themselves lacked flavor and were mushy. For a twenty-dollar appetizer, we expected much better. My girlfriend ordered a Caesar salad with salmon, and while the salad tasted good, the salmon was dry. It was also unclear on the menu how much the salmon upcharge was. We also tried the crab wontons and the Mongolian beef with lo mein. Every single dish came out lukewarm (Hence why we thought everything was frozen), and the funny part is that we sent the crab wontons back because of an issue, and when they returned, they were actually hotter than when we first got them. The presentation on the dishes was nice, though. As for service, we were never given water, and when we finally asked, it took a while. The server offered me a refill on my Coke and brought it quickly, but never checked in with my girlfriend about anything. He was kind, just seemed very laid-back and a bit slow but other than that we enjoyed his service. I also asked for a dinner menu and never received it. And this wasn’t during a rush; the place was slow when we arrived at 3 p.m. We also really enjoyed the chocolate souffle, it was really yummy a good choice for dessert. We might give it another shot in the future, but definitely hope for a better experience next time. Hope the feedback helps improve the place.
The restaurant looks beautiful, but that’s where the compliments end. The food and service were a huge disappointment. It was our first time here — me, my husband, and his son — and for the quality of the Asian food, I’d give it one star at best. The portions were tiny, my rice was wet, and either the cook got the order wrong or the waiter did. To make things worse, my seasoned chicken sat for about 15 minutes before the rice finally showed up — completely ruining the meal. For the prices they charge, the food should taste a lot better and come out together. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I ended up walking across the street to Little Italy Pizza afterward because I was still hungry — and that pizza tasted way better than what I had here. Pretty place, terrible experience.
I visit this PF Chang’s location frequently, and often order the kids chicken fried rice to-go as it is reasonably priced and easy for me to eat quickly in between a busy schedule. The employees are very kind and quick! However, today while finishing the rest of my kids chicken fried rice, I took a bite of the chicken, and felt something very sharp and hard poke my cheek. I spit it out, and the chicken had a piece of bone. I am concerned because as a former waitress of PF Chang’s, I have never witnessed bones in the chicken used for fried rice, but also because this is supposed to be a KIDS meal. Though I am disturbed, I am thankful this meal wasn’t given to a child as the bone is a choking hazard and could have easily cut the inside of my mouth. Keep in mind I typically order this meal multiple times a month, and this is the first I’ve encountered bones in the food. PF Changs, please do better.
Terrible chocolate products, from their hot chocolate to the cloud drink. They used to be a special place as seen from Action Bronson’s youtube video, however as they are close to Union Square they’ve changed their business model to cater to tourists, with cheap croissants and bowls, with cacao fruit indefinitely out of stock, along with what they used to stand for. They literally have a sign on the wall from when they used to be a proper place, saying how chocolate producers waste most of the chocolate bean, however they also don’t carry the chocolate fruit anymore. All which they have is worse than market bought products. Money was sweeter than chocolate for the owner.
