I just went here for lunch on a whim, and I'm glad I did. Burger One has some of the of the best burgers and fries I've ever had. I ordered the New York Burger Deluxe, and I love how original the taste was for the burger and especially for the fries. The flavor wasn't nearly as copy-paste as chain fast food places. Also, the 2 people working there were friendly and fast, and the place has a nice neighborhood NY atmosphere imo.

Love this place. I go there pretty much every saturday while I am working in the neighborhood. We moved from Texas couple of years ago and one thing i missed the most was breakfast tacos. They are so nice that they dont have breakfast tacos on the menu but they always happily make one for me whenever I go. Love their spicy salsa!

It's a cute little place. Had a burger and fries, and they kept the burger really juicy. The prices are good for what you get and frankly I've had worse burgers for more money. Not lot of seating but if you manage to grab a seat, it's fine. The staff was nice and quick with the service. I think it took maybe 5 minutes to get my food. Overall, I'd go again.

Solid choice for grab and go food, and you can't really beat these prices. Also super convenient that they open at like 6am, so you can get your burger fix in during the wee hours of the morning. Would not recommend dine in as there is a bar with literally six stools. Cheeseburger : really nice and juicy. cooked perfectly. I made it deluxe to get some onion, tomato, and lettuce, with a side of fries. The fries looked great, but I think I waited too long to eat them (I had a bus to catch). Definitely would get again. Steak taco: Meh, not bad, but I've had better. Kinda too spicy for my preferences, and there weren't any other toppings besides steak and sauce. Probably would not order again. Service wasn't over the top friendly, but not really unfriendly either. Keeping it real I guess.

I ordered the California burger with bacon. A generous sized beef patty grilled to your desired temperature. The toppings were crisp and fresh. The bun could have been better but the burger was overall satisfying. The fries were piping hot & crispy too. I like pickles a lot. So I would have appreciated a bigger slice of pickle. Space is very limited. Seating can accommodate about 8 people tops. I would return for to go.

I have been a customer for over 2 to 3 years. I haven’t ordered with them for about six months to a year. I always order my breakfast with them, which is scrambled eggs toast half a slice of cheese with avocado and french fries. today with all the snow everywhere, I figured they would probably be the ones delivering closest to me so with that in mind I ordered two cheeseburger deluxe For myself and a colleagu. as I am waiting for my order to arrive. the store calls me back Not to tell me my order is ready but toaccuse me of not paying for Some order that I Allegedlyplaced A couple of weeks ago, Saying that I never came down for the food so the delivery guy just left The order downstairs. Now i have been on LOA for A few months So automatically, I’m trying to make sense of this conversation because I truly was caught off guard, but I’m thinking they clearly have the wrong person/number. I asked Him are you sure you have the right number and he’s insisting that he Does. I then asked for proof and a date he was unable to produce. He went from saying he has the receipt that The credit card never went through (Which is a lie because why would you send the food if the credit card never went through )And that he’s looking right at it so I said send it to me- Now he starts to backpedal and switches up his story By saying his delivery Guy told him he remembered that I never Paid Because he remembered the number “i don’t know”. Are you kidding me? You’re going off of what someone said.I was totally surprised at the conversation that I was having with this Individual then on top of that he tells me “don’t worry about it, sweetie. Your food is on its way” as if I want to order anything from that store ever again I told him keep your food and get off my phone with this nonsense with this lies with these accusations that you have no proof of. They should be ashamed of themselves and I will make sure my story is on every platform because They try to scam me. God only knows how many people they do this to And get away with it

I was just there. I was kinda excited to see there was a restaurant that does Mexican food and haven’t had it since moving from the west coast. When I said that, the guy on the grill says, “that’s not all we do.” Who gets miffed over a customers excitement?? Ordered a simple sausage, egg and cheese sandwich with the chubby guy working the counter. The guy on the grill however made an egg and cheese sandwich. No biggie but I asked, “excuse me, where’s the sausage?” The guy who took the order, rudely waving his stubby finger, “you didn’t order that. You only said egg and cheese.” I replied, waving my stubby finger, “Yes I did.” I wasn't annoyed until that moment. If he’d just apologized I would've been just fine. The sandwich wasn’t anything special…took a bite and tossed it. I can’t judge the rest of the menu but I can Judge the customer service. He was a jerk and probably shouldn’t be so defensive when THEY MAKE AN ERROR. Definitely no need to return and I’d spare myself.
