Absolutely loved Chip City! The cookie was soft, and goey just the way I like it. I tried the Snickers flavor, and it was rich chocolatey goodness. They have a great variety of flavors too, which makes it hard to choose just one. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more!

I recently passed by this Chip City location plus, it's my first time visiting this location because of finding out about the Limited Edition Cheeseburger, Cheeseburger Cookie to celebrate 50 years of SNL, so I decided to go and experience this cookie. I must say the experience here was a blast. It was my birthday week and weekend and I wanted to close out my birthday with this cookie as a gift to myself. AICHA, made my visit wonderful, her top notch customer service was beyond Superb, I'm a little disabled, and she helped me out tremendously. Just know that if you run into her for assistance you'll be well taken care of.

Wowwwwwwww. Just WOW!! 💕🍪 This place was a gem! Located in the bottom floor of the plaza, this little cookie shop offers some of the best cookies on this planet! They offered 2 vegan (dairy free) choices. We got the vegan chocolate chip. Blown away! First off, these cookies are HUGE. We shared it and one was plenty for the two of us. They are kept warm- so you get a massive, gooey warm cookie made of dreams. Perfect crispy outside with a doughy soft inside. I’ve had a LOT of vegan cookies but this… was one of the best, hands down. Come here! You won’t be disappointed. Move over Crumble- you got Chip city in the lead! Bonus points for their adorable branding!

Head downstairs in Rockefeller Center for this sweet treat. I got the weekly flavor Teddi-Fetti on 1/31/24, as well normal menu items oatmeal apple pie, and the fan favorite cookies and cream. I got a 3 pack and the 3rd cookie was half priced. Heat them for 5-10 seconds in the microwave or at 350 for 3 to 5 minutes. Delicious and dense in the best way. I’ll be coming back again and again.

The best cookies I've ever had, especially the gingerbread one. They're really big and thick, and you could split them up. I purchased a box of six to share with my kids and family. They're better when warm, so I heated them up in the microwave for a few seconds. The instructions are on the box. I understand that the cookie flavors switch every week, so gingerbread is not guaranteed. Enjoy!

After visiting the NBC studio, we wanted to have a treat and we were delighted to find this cookie branch nearby. It’s located inside the concourse. It’s one of the best chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever had. It’s crispy on the outside and chewy with melted chocolate chips inside. It isn’t too sweet and the taste is just right. YUMMY!!!

Nice! Very nice cookies. A bit too sweet for my liking but if you have a sweet tooth you will enjoy chip city.

Chip City was highly recommended to me and best of all there was no line. Unfortunately the cookies I would have preferred were sold out and there was a wait as a fresh batch was in the oven. We decided not to linger and opted for 3 cookies as it was slightly cheaper to get the box. I found them very enjoyable but not quite delivering to my expectations though I liked that they served warm

Perhaps all Chip City locations are created equal. The one at the Roc did not disappoint. I tried the dairy-free brookie. It definitely tastes like a cookie and brownie combined. Personally, it could have cooked a minute or two longer. The variety of cookies available was good. The employees were helpful and eager to serve. Check them out!

I was so excited to try this on my NYC trip and was underwhelmed. The cookie was hard. It had a decent flavor to it but I personally love a gooey soft cookie and these certainly are not it. Make the trip to Levain - much better in my opinion!

These cookies smelled soooo sooo good while we were walking past in the Rockafella Center. I stopped in, who can just pass up a fresh cookie? Purchased three. They were huge!!! I couldn't wait to get back to our hotel and eat them with my cold water. WRONG!!! They were hard as a brick. If you're going to buy them, I'd suggest eating them right then and there.
