Thank God this place is under a new management! Seriously the food is so much better and place is more cleaner than before. The delivery is much more better it comes earlier than expected. Overall the food taste 10x better than before under the old company👌👌👍👍

They're food is usually decent. Its basic Chinese American food. They're chicken wings are good. I ask them to fry them soft because they made them a little too crispy for me.

First and foremost they are very, very rude. Very bad customer service and don't know how to speak to customers, very nasty attitude. Second the food is not all that good. The chicken wings, shrimp lo-mein and shrimp and broccoli is the only decent meal to me. One time I ordered food for take-out they was a baby bird flying around in the waiting area, I left immediately. I miss the old Double Dragon when David and his wife was running the business. Please just be mindful when you order from there. THE FOOD AINT ALL THAT GOOD.

Lady on the phone was very rude. Tried to tell me that if I wanted sauce that I would have to pay 25 cents per packet. Imagine that. If the food wasn’t good, I would not be ordering from this establishment.

Food is good. However you feel like you got scammed when you pay by card for "take out" the amount that's charged never matches the amount the lady stated before swiping or tapping your card. There's no sign that states there will be a surcharge for credit/debit card payments. And the lady is rude. Im going to REPORT JADE DRAGON TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

I give them 2 stars because they are disrespectful. I recently called to have food delivered to my apartment and the man that answered the phone refused to send them in the building. Now I understand why they choose to do that but how he went about it was disrespectful. I am wheelchair bound and was home alone with my 6 year old son and grandmother who suffers from dementia. She's already "escaped " the house twice and was missing for days so I didn't want that to happen again and as I was explaining why I couldn't come down to get the food the man was laughing at my situation. And said no Chinese restaurant delivers to apartments. I corrected him and told him while he was closed for months I had to find another restaurant to order from and they all delivered to my apartment. Then then laughed again and said then order from them and hung up on me. I felt so disrespected. And yes I know I can order from another place which I did but I prefer there food because it is better than others in the neighborhood and cheaper but he dint have to laugh at me that was uncalled for disrespectful and unprofessional.

There are no signs in the restaurant stating there is a fee involved nor any printed on their menus. GENERAL BUSINESS LAW §518: NY LAW RELATED TO CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD SURCHARGES states clearly that "Businesses are not allowed to advertise a price and add a surcharge at the point of sale when a consumer elects to pay with a credit card."
