Esta oficina es muy buena hace muy buen trabajo pero necesitan poner a alguien que maneje Los telefonos y asi uno pueda hacer una cita. Trabajan por citas pero no se pueden hacer por telefono.

Yo creo que son buenos en su trabajo y conocimiento pero creo que lo que mas la gente y yo también nos quedamos es que son una oficina pequeña y tanto que cuesta comunicarse con ellos, pienso que deberían poner a alguien al telwf9no y que también maneje sus agendas para hacer citas también por que cuesta un ( egg) comunicarse con ellos para hacer cualquier consulta de algún proceso o simplemente hacer una cita.

Hace par de meses fui a conseguir una informacion me atendio un senor llamado Joel muy informativo tomo su tiempo en explicarme todo. Hace par de dias llama para citarme de nuevo con Joel pero no me salia la opcion cuando marque el 7 para hablar con Joselito el hombre hablava tan rapido que no me dio ni chance de explicar lo que queria y ni cita pude hacer por que cuando iva hablarle ya me habia cerrado.

La peor comunicación que pueden tener no sé cómo algo que brinda un servicio no atienden el teléfono espero que nadie asista a un lugar como este en todas las extensiones

Joselito, yo no dirìa que eres malo, pero sì digo que lo que tù no sabes no hagas creer que lo sabes porque eso hace daño, tanto a la persona a la que le das el servicio como a tu negocio: es mas le hace mas daño a tu negocio que a quien le das el servicio. por ejemplo yò estube en tu negocio hace aproximadamente 8 años resolviendo mi caso de immigraciòn y me llevaste a cabo un caso que no procedìa y perdì mi tiempo y dinero. ERA UN CASO DE VISA V1 hijo de madre residente que entro al pais como menor y a los 12 dias de estar aquì cumpli mayoria de edad, y cuando quise hacer papeles me hiciste un ajuste de status bajo el estatus de mi mamà que no calificaba para hacerme papeles a mì por ser residente, pero tù me hiciste perder mi tiempo y dinero. pero ya hoy gracias a dios soy ciudadano americano porque busqué ayuda con verdaderos profesionales sobre immigracion. asì que yo a ustedes le darìa el titulos de unos buenos llena papeles que para muchas personas funcionan en casos normales y sencillos, pero cuando se trata de leyes complejas ustedes no estan capacitados y entonces hacen a la gente perder su dinero y tiempo vendiendoles falsas ilusiones.CUIDADO HAY QUE SABER QUIEN ES VERDADERAMENTE ABOGADO DE IMMIGRACION Y QUIEN ES UN LLENA FORMULARIOS DE IMMIGRACION, LOS CUALES VIENEN CON TODAS LAS PREGUNTAS YÀ FORMULADAS Y CUALQUIERA, USTED Y YÒ LO PODEMOS LLENAR. Muy mal mi experiencia que tuve con esta oficina , la residencia de mi mamá está perdida , Joselito , y Adriana tavera llenan los formularios mal , no ponen la dirección correcta, ellos nos trabajaron el caso y siempre cometieron errores y eso causó demoras en el caso , y aún así tú llamas para explicarle que ellos llenaron los formularios mal y dicen que no que eso no fue llenado en su oficina . No pierdan su tiempo y dinero con personas incapaces de dar un buen servicio y hacer su trabajo bien . ☹️

No sé de cuándo son esos comentarios positivos, pero lo que estamos viendo ahora es todo lo opuesto; no responde teléfono, mail o WhatsApp y nuestra cita es en unos días. Vamos a contratar otro abogado y dejar perdido lo que pagamos. NO LOS RECOMIENDO EN LO ABSOLUTO Y OJALÁ PUDIERA ASIGNAR CERO ESTRELLAS.

Muy mal servicio el hijo de Joselito cometio un error en la peticion a mi padre que hasta ahora a retrasado el proceso 3 años por una simple pregunta incluso se tuvo que someter el caso y hasta ahora no me contestan el telefono no me devuelven la llamada pero tampoco quieren que vayas sin citas,si quieres un servicio efeciente de migracion vaya donde un abogado certificado y evite esta oficina.

Estube en este lugar cuatro veces y es de todo el dia , la primeravez para saver lo que necesitaria para un cambio de status la segunda para llenar todos los papeles de migracion , la tercera por que todos los papeles q se havian mandado estaba con errores lo cual en sus 5 minutos de trabajo haciendo todo super Veloz q no permite ni una opinion respondiendo muy poco Cortez joselito dice q el save lo q esta haciendo q no opine y bueno la cuartavez los papeles regression que las formas no eran las correctas perdi casi 600 dollares de examenes medicos , tiempo en esa "oficina" y la respuesta q obtube de el es que moralmente nose se siente bien y que busque otra persona . Y lo peor eso para saver el error mio de haver creido a savian lo que hacian eso hiso q mi tiempo demorarar mas en Areglar mi situacion en este pais . Consejo no pierda su tiempo ahi y si lo hace no se lamente ya lo save.

This establishment is completely unprofessional and I definitely would never recommend it. You would think your experience would be better because you interact directly with the owner but no. Very rude and does not understand the value of a customer and the value of a good service going a long way.
