One of the worst McDonald that I have ever been to .. oh my god . It’s just full of commotion inside ! We thought everything in New York is really good , but this one was just a bummer .. kids were hungry and we took them to McDonalds. First of all - the restroom had a longgggg queue and took 20-25 mins ! The tables next to the bathroom were so uncomfortable to sit and eat . Noise plus cleanliness - could be much better ! Food was average . Burger was good. Asked for spicy one but they gave a bland no spice burger … 🍔 fried were average too. Chicken biscuits as also very normal ! Everything was not fresh ! I don't understand what's the point of having a time that you open then keep the store closed...completely unprofessional and this needs to be looked into. I normally don’t leave reviews, but the consistent experience at this location needs to be addressed at the corporate level. The store is staffed and managed almost entirely by one group (Hispanic/Latino), and the treatment of customers is noticeably unequal. On multiple occasions, I have watched Black customers — including myself — receive dismissive attitudes, unnecessary pushback, and outright refusal for simple requests such as an extra sauce or a receipt. Meanwhile, customers of the same ethnicity as the staff are assisted quickly, spoken to politely, and often given the exact same request for free, without issue. For example: A Black customer asked for sweet and sour sauce and was told she needed to pay for it and was met with attitude. A few minutes later, a Hispanic customer requested the same sauce and was immediately handed multiple packets at no charge. This is not a one-time incident, this type of differential treatment happens daily. The janitorial staff also behaves as though they have authority over customers, confronting, staring down, and making certain customers uncomfortable, as if deciding who is welcome and who isn’t. I have seen Black customers told the dining area is “closed,” while Hispanic customers are allowed to sit and eat without issue at the exact same time. This behavior creates an environment that is unwelcoming, discriminatory, and frankly unprofessional. No customer should feel like they are being judged or treated differently based on race or background, especially in a corporation as large as McDonald’s. I am requesting that McDonald’s Corporate review the management and staff training at this location, including: • Customer service standards • Non-discrimination and cultural sensitivity expectations • Fair and consistent policy enforcement This is not about attitudes or personality, this is about biased service and unequal treatment, and it reflects very poorly on the brand.

You need security here on the weekends. A racist crazy couple attacked and harassed me here and insisted on sitting with me/ cursed at me for not leaving MY seat that I had been seated at way before they came in. This was a completely random attack and unprovoked. I was sitting as a paying customer, minding my business and they came in and insisted on sitting at my table with me despite the store being uncrowded and plenty of open seating. They hurled slurs cursed at me and refused to get away from me. Most McDonald’s have a security guard due to crazy people like them but not this one.

This place is horrible. Very dirty and nasty. Also they let absolutely anyone into the dining area. A bunch of teenagers came upstairs without even buying anything from McDonald’s and they were being so loud, running around and screaming like they own the place yet nobody was to fix that.

Let me be clear, I couldn't get my food at all. They put an elderly woman who can't speak English well as the only service representative, everyone was stuck like sardines, I did a mobile order and eventually the app just said enjoy your food and I had nothing in hand and they were serving numbers after me. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to, please avoid.

Upstairs crowded, a single working bathroom had a line, and seating mostly taken up by people napping or taking a break from outside. Kiosks downstairs left it feeling very impersonal.

This is officially the worst McDonald's restaurant in midtown. For sure the worst I have ever been. Everything is literally up side down (photo). In addition to the poor service and nasty attitude from the cashiers, the place is filthy. The tables up stairs all nasty. Garbage full. There is no cleaning there. I will not talk about the restroom. Management should close it and allow customers only. I already bought my food and went up. Gosh I wish I hadn't. Worst. Zero stars out of 5.

If I could give them no stars I would! It looks more raw in person then my phone can capture. Highly disappointed! I throw up last night! Thanks to this I will never eat out at fast food again. Don't even know why I started in the first place. If you get from here make sure the meat is cooked before eating.

I asked the staff for a key to the restroom following my order and paying. They told me to go upstairs to the 2nd floor and use the bathroom up there. I stated to the staff I was disabled and not able to walk up the stairs easily and asked nicely for the key to the bathroom on the first floor. The staff said no and walked away. I then over heard them insulting me and staying how ridiculous I was that I should just walk upstairs (I am assuming they didn't know I spoke some Spanish). I needed to use the restroom, it took me 10 minutes to get up the stairs and caused me great pain. When getting in the bathroom to was DISGUSTING! I took pictures, there was pee all over the toilet and floor. The sink was covered in what looked like blood which I hope was not the case. The toilet had paper in it and was unflushed. I will never return to this location and has made me reconsider ever going back to any McDonalds. The lack of respect for individuals with disabilities was appalling. Not allowing someone to use a restroom on the 1st floor when there is no elevator in the restaurant after they have stated their disability is horrific. No one should treated in this manner. DO NOT EAT HERE!
