Sketchy.... very much. Lots of weirdos in the bathroom that go in and out constantly. Table next to me were a crazy couple doing coke, right in front of my son having a happy meal. I told the security guard and he went down on them hard, which I appreciate. They still manage to keep the place clean, running smooth and with good food and drinks.

Conveniently located McDonalds just steps north of 34th Street, Penn Station, Moynihan Train Hall and the 8th Avenue A, C and E NYCT Subway station entrances Prices are closely on-par with other McDonalds, but this one does not participate with some McDonalds deals Bathrooms were clean and seating here is plentiful

This woman pretends not to hear, turns her back on the customer, and throws away the order, resulting in an incomplete order. Train your staff better, and if they don't have patience, don't work in customer service.

The food is great, the service is fast. The security lady is bothering a lot of customers. Make sure your uniform is clean because they don’t look like they’re employed here.

Two stars are given to the star “Carla” who made our visit experience acceptable due to her helpful behaviour and lovely personality. Food was good but the place is not recommended for anybody especially tourists because it is always dirty not cleaned after every customer and I had to clean my table and the chairs. The branch always have homeless people who kept annoying the customers.

Fast and friendly service but absolutely filthy. No clean tables or chairs in the open areas. Bags, food and everything else under the sun on the floors. Floors sticky. Food in bathroom sinks. Only here because it’s quick and near my bus.

You have 30 min to eat. The manager called the police because a couple was drinking their coffee for 40 minutes while the restaurant was almoast empty...

Disgusting security always kicking everyone out because “it’s a fast food restaurant so u need to eat fast” horrible treatment from her. The staff is amazing is just this certain female security guard. It’s impossible to eat in peace. Food is good as always tho.

The only reason I come to this location is because it’s near my job. This McDonald’s is the worst due to the amount of addicts and homeless that hang out here. There’s always an altercation going on. The employees here are a hit or miss. Some are nice and some aren’t. I came today to buy a Big Mac meal, and my sandwich was under cooked, and poorly made. My fries weren’t fresh. I’m about to walk a little farther and go to a diff McDonald’s because this one is a huge disappointment
