Opinions de noodlelove New York
If you’re looking for the best noodles on the Lower East Side, this is it. My friend and I stumbled upon Noodle Love while walking around the LES looking for something fresh, light, and flavorful. And wow, we hit the jackpot. I ordered the tofu bibimbap and I genuinely cannot stop thinking about it. The flavors were rich, perfectly seasoned, and satisfying without feeling heavy. Every bite felt balanced and intentional. My friend built a customized noodle bowl with udon noodles and fresh toppings, and it looked (and tasted) just as incredible. The ingredients were clearly high quality, super fresh, and cooked perfectly. The service made the experience even better. The staff was so kind and helpful. They walked me through the menu and helped me pick something that matched exactly what I was craving. You can tell they really care about the food and the customer experience. The space itself is spotless and welcoming. Clean, bright, and comfortable! Perfect for a casual dinner, quick lunch, or cozy catch-up with a friend. If you’re in the Lower East Side and craving Korean-inspired noodles, bibimbap, or customizable bowls, Noodle Love is a must. 10/10. Already planning my next visit.
Wow y’all these noodles actually hit the spot so hard. Got the Tingy Tangy and added roasted chicken. The noodles were thick and so soft, and the flavor of the sauce was on point like tingy tangy really describes it well lol. I thought the portion was pretty good too!
This place is AMAZING!!! I had a customized udon noddle bowl and it felt good to eat it because the ingredients are so fresh. Run don’t walk to noodle love!
amazing noodles! highly recommend coming. portions were great as well
The food was delicious. I got the Peanut Chili Noodles and it’s definitely one of the their best sellers for a reason. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Very clean place as well.
The food is definitely good! You can customize a salad or noodles! I also got the bibimbap and customize noodles! The kimchi is perfectly fermented! If you’re vegan, this is recommended place!!!
This is one of my favorite spots to go to after work for a quick bite! Food is always flavorful and service is great. Would recommend the peanut chili noodles and ube horchata drink!
The food was delicious, but what stood out was the service. I ordered delivery and got a dish with fried chicken in it. Unfortunately the chicken didn’t arrive. Without me asking, the restaurant caught the mistake and sent me an extra large serving of friend chicken.
I absolutely love this place! I’ve been at least 4 times and each time I’ve tried a different dish - the KBBQ fried rice was the first thing I tried and it did not disappoint! Today I went with the Hibachi salad and added Korean fried chicken and I am sooooo fulfilled. You literally can’t choose wrong here. The staff are really kind + the vibe is so calm and inviting, I’ll order my food to go and literally finish it onsite because I don’t want to leave haha. I definitely recommend!
Came earlier today right when it opened! Great customer service! The cashier was v nice & helpful. I built my own bowl & got the Udon Noodles with veggies & Thai Chili Sauce and it was amazing! Fresh & delicious! Will def be coming back ! Glad to finally visit, after having this place saved for quiet a while now .
Not a huge reviewer -yet felt compelled bc this place is not your ordinary fast casual -it legit actually reeks of quality. When’s the last time you got delivery and thought both dishes were about perfectly executed? Kimchi Glass Noodle Salad Exceptionally fresh, the arugula and cucumber contrast beautifully with the noodles, while the julienned radish and carrots add a satisfying crunch. The kimchi brings a depth and complexity without overpowering and the spicy dressing ties everything together nicely. It’s savory, nourishing and a generous portion. Eggplant Buns The buns were substantial yet fluffy -exactly as they should be. Eggplant was deeply soaked in flavor and cooked tenderly. The mooshoo style cabbage topper added another spot-on delicate complementary crunch. What really stands out is how intentional everything feels. Knowing the story behind Noodlelove makes complete sense once you taste the food. This isn’t just about specifics; it’s about overall care, nourishment, and connection where each bite is thoughtfully well proportioned and delightful. I finished the meal at home genuinely satisfied and happy -the kind where “that was so effin good!” keeps replaying in your mind. Shout out to those with realtime bs detectors wondering if this review is legit. I assure you it’s authentic. Game respects game and when something is really this good, it deserves recognition. Can’t wait to sample more of their menu. Serious Kudos to the team behind this spot. Try it!
I’ve a soft spot for anywhere that offers crispy, flavorful lotus chips - Noodlelove fits the bill. The food is like if sweetgreens specializes in asian fusion thanks to its fresh, filling, and flavorful options- and it’s it’s lifesaver if you want a quick bite later in the evening. The staff was friendly and conversational.
Very pleasant discovery in between Little Italy and China Town. I really liked that you can either choose preset meals, salads, noodles etc or you can compose your own which is amazing. The staff is very friendly and explains how it works very well. It tasted delicious. I really enjoyed my Ube drink too.
nice place for a casual meal with friends, coworkers, and acquaintances. it feels like an elevated fast casual restaurant. there is a good selection of options for someone who doesn’t want to build their own bowl. i tried the chili peanut noodles and they were served with udon. good flavor and the sauce was thick so the dish was pretty heavy but that just means i could have it again for another meal. i would come back and build my own next time.
The staff was friendly and the restaurant nice, but my kimchi bap tasted burnt. I was so disappointed because the ingredients looked fresh and inviting and it was a pretty dish, but all I could taste was an unpleasantly burnt flavor. I had my daughter smell it (she doesn’t like spicy so didn’t taste it) and she agreed it smelled overwhelmingly burnt. She had ginger scallion noodles with tofu and they were fine. I ended up eating some of hers. The portions were generous and more than we could eat. I was a bit tired from a long day of travel, so I wasn’t up for complaining, so I don’t know how they would have handled things if I had asked for it to be remade. Certainly my dish was a 1 star. But, because my daughter’s food was fairly good, and I didn’t give the chance to make it right, I’m giving 3 stars.
Good prices. Good portions. Good amount of veggies. Good music. Flavor in my opinion was just ok. I love bibimbap and this one was only meh. the braised beef soup was good, good amount of meat inside. We were there on a cold day and it was very cold seating inside- that part would make me not return.
I never leave bad reviews—unless both my taste buds and my mood are simultaneously offended. My friend and I came for dinner around 8 p.m. There were only two other tables, and they were nearly finished. It was our first time here, so we weren’t familiar with the menu and took an extra minute to decide. The cashier got impatient and walked off to do something else. After we finally placed our order, it took about 20 minutes before we even heard the kitchen start preparing our food. The dishes looked decent when they arrived, but the first bite was overwhelmingly salty. A few more bites, and the saltiness turned bitter. The same thing for my friend’s dish. I had paid extra to add shrimp, but after digging through the dish, I found only 5 or 6 tiny pieces the size of a fingernail. We were starving after shopping and could’ve easily finished a whole bowl, but we barely managed a few bites… Never coming back!
We got two different woks and both were SOOOO SALTY they turned bitter after a few bites. Absolutely not edible. We left right away, such a huge waste of money. What’s worse, We got shrimp as the protein, which was +$6.5, and there was no shrimp in sight (as you can see in the pic), only two tiny pieces after digging. The service was bad, the waiter walked away as I’m ordering??? We also waiting 25 minutes for these two simple woks… Don’t go to this place period.
