I won a big energy series labubu, a sonny angel, and a hello kitty bag charm here! The games are all easy to play and there is a good selection. Really fun to come here with friends. Destiny was very helpful and kind every time I visited! She is constantly around the arcade helping everyone and has great energy!! The only thing I would change is the fact it’s VERY hot in there so dress accordingly.

Partea NYC in Union Square absolutely deserves all five stars! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, bright, and welcoming the space felt. The interior has a modern, calming aesthetic that makes it a perfect place to unwind or catch up with friends. It’s spacious enough that you don’t feel crowded, and the atmosphere is really inviting. Now onto the drinks. I ordered one of their signature fruit teas with cheese foam, and it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. The fruit was fresh, the tea had a rich yet refreshing flavor, and the cheese foam added a perfect creamy, savory touch that balanced everything out beautifully. You can tell they use quality ingredients and put thought into the presentation. The toppings were generous, and I loved that you can customize the sweetness and ice levels to your liking. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, especially when I asked questions about the menu. They made great recommendations and genuinely seemed passionate about what they serve. Service was quick, but nothing felt rushed. It’s also worth mentioning that the location is super convenient, right by Union Square, which makes it a great stop during a shopping day or before hopping on the train. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and can’t wait to come back to try more from the menu. Partea NYC is a must-visit if you love high-quality bubble tea and great vibes.

Partea is hands down one of my favorite bubble tea spots in the city! Their drinks are always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet, and the boba has the perfect chewy texture. The menu has a great variety of options, from fruity teas to classic milk teas, and everything tastes top-quality. The shop is clean, cute, and the staff are friendly and quick. Whether you're a bubble tea lover or just looking for a refreshing drink, Partea is a must-visit!

Went here for the first time with my bestie. We had a blast and it was all because of lovely Miriam. She was incredibly kind and welcoming, making our visit so much more enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure we were having a great time, even celebrating our claw machine wins with us! She walked us through how to use each machine. Her sweet gesture of offering to take a picture of me and my bestie for memories truly made our day. Such a thoughtful and genuine person—thank you for the unforgettable experience!

Awesome bubble tea experience. First of all, the bubble tea was excellent (I got Mango Sago with Pomelo Yogurt). Second of all, the whole feeling of the place is great. It is upbeat, playful, and filled with games. I got a mystery box filled with a cool surprise! And, I tried my luck at the claw machine and won a cool toy! It can get expensive quick, but a real fun time. And tasty!

We had a great time here. We spent way too much money on crane games but the kids did enjoy it. It’s $2 per play and can take several times to get a small plush sometimes. The food was really great though and we didn’t expect it to be so good. The Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken was some of the best we’ve ever had and we’ve had a lot and the teas were amazing as well. We came here for the crane games and didn’t expect the food and drinks to be so good!

Every time I've come here, I have had a great time, and the food they serve were delicious as well. I highly recommend getting the Soy Garlic Chicken Thigh Sandwich, Popcorn Chicken, and Honey Butter Fries, and all drinks come hot or cold, I recommend the Whipped Creme Brulee Oolong Milk Tea. Staff are super friendly and will assist you with any problems like readjusting any plushies in the claw machines. They gave me tips and tricks on how to win the claw games, and I won the Mew on my first try! The small machines are definitely easier to win, but the others aren't impossible♡ 1 token = $1, each claw game cost 2 tokens. I believe it's fairly priced, 10/10 would keep coming back. Fun date idea and kids' activity as well! The store is clean, well kept, and the customer bathroom is also clean, which is great.

Wow, this place is awesome!! Such a cool spot to come and eat and play some claw machines, most times there’s a line yo get it because the space is small but once your in it’s all bright and no rush in leaving, but then again you’ll be spending a good amount on food and games haha, I think it’s $1 for 1 token, but the small machines are easy to win, the big ones are rigged which is expected right? Lol. The food here is amazing and HALAL!!! I was super excited to know this, I had there burger which was good but I didn’t love it because it has some Korean flavor I wasn’t a fan on, but please trust me and get the popcorn chicken! It’s amazing and you can walk around and eat that! Bought 2 drinks and they were both good. That’s mostly your personal preference so ofc you might not like the same stuff I got. Also staff were very friendly and helpful! Overall it was a W day and I’d definitely come back! Make sure to check this place out if your in NYC!!!!

I miss their Flushing location which had more Pokemon and other plushies. Choices are much limited here and more than half of the machines were Labubu related. The food and drinks are still the same.

A very fun place in New York to try out claw machines. So many machines to choose from. They also have a lot of bubble tea drinks, I always like getting a mango drink it was quite tasty. The claw machines are fun, reminds me of Japan.

8/13 - I didn’t buy any food there since I was mostly interested in the neon lights and prizes. Sadly I didn’t get anything but it has very cute plushies!! This place also has gacha machines with really cute figures to win Each coin is 1 dollar, if you pay with card it adds 35 cents. 8/28 - Update: I went back to PARTEA and wanted to pay with card but I had scan a QR code instead of tap my physical credit card. The internet is so slow inside so you have to wait a minimum of 4 minutes for the page to even load, plus when you do pay it doesn’t even go through the first time.

Food is good, the soy garlic chicken sandwich is the best. Sparkling drinks are delicious-try the lychee. Costly ( both food & tokens for machines). Fun, quick spot for a bite and some fun. The ParTea meal comes with a toy ( best option if your not good at claw games).

Food was OK typical fast food, staff were friendly. Bubbles were soft and the tea tastes authentic. The food is a bonus but you really come here for the claw machines, a chance to walk away with a winning feeling. I do feel like the machines were rigged. Spent about $200 on the claw machines (another $50 on food) and left with only two small cheap keychains. The claws would grab the balls and I see a pin pushing down and the claw would randomly open and drop the ball every time. I tried a few different machines but feel like it’s much easier to buy from popmart directly. The Pokemon cards would drop from the machine and the fall alone could damage the cards. (I’ve submitted cards for professional grading and it’s hard to get a PSA 10!) Anyway, won’t come back. My kids said they wish they stayed home.
