Jashim is always there to help you with whatever you need. They typically play music on the speaker with a variety of different genres so every day is different.

We tried a slice at 4 different pizza places in NY (Manhattan). This was by far the best tasting pizza we had. If it's location wasn't so far from everything else we were doing I definitely would've gone back. I got a meat lovers slice. It should've been called bacon lovers cause there was so much hubby got a Buffalo chicken that was also done perfectly. Only downfall of NYC pizza is they haven't seemed to have heard of dill pickle pizza. Hopefully the owner will see this and give it a shot cause if any of the pizza places can do it right it would be this one.

The Dave's single was very good and fresh. Customer service was also good. There are no seats but you could probably sit in the departure and arrivals seats of the Staten Island ferry located right next to the Wendy's.

Fast grab and go before on board the ship to Staten Island. I think if there have order machine, it would be perfect.

This is a high paced area because it's inside the Manhattan side of the Staten Island Ferry. Occasionally they mix up the orders especially when people are in a rush to catch the ferry and don't necessarily take the time to check that they have the right order or the whole order which was the case with me. Luckily my order was switched with someone who was still there and they were able to quickly fix the problem. The food is usually hot and made to order ( I have never seen food standing around like some other restaurants). I have always had courteous professional service. The atmosphere can be a good or bad thing depending on the day, season, weather etc. but I think it's worth it for a quick satisfying filling meal on the go.

Service kind of slow. Not too friendly. Food rather bland, but hot and edible. In retrospect it would have been wiser for me to have boarded the ferry still hungry…

It's been a while I tried Wendy's , got my usual the fish burger with medium fries. The food was good. After I open my bag I saw no napkins so I asked for some. The guy put some on the bag & I run to take the ferry. When I was ready to eat & taking out napkins I find out he only fave me one napkin! Who does that ! Even after I had asked ! After all day working & trying to eat but I had to wait to go home to eat that burger! Because I had no napkins with me..! I could have tried to eat the burger without being messy but I was too irritated to even try lol..! Besides one issue my service was good. Place could be much cleaner & organized tho..!

So at this location, the free frosty key tag doesn't work unless you order a meal. So much for using it for my kid, food never fresh here. Don't waste money funny lady in the front setting her own rules. Always get something to eat for me and my kid and sadly this place is what he wants. The food never hot or fresh and the amount of food that's inside the carton is horribly low. I dont understand how the small portion of food cost so much. They getting everyone that's getting on the boat, run tourist. Price and food amount does not match.

This Wendy’s has significantly declined. Service is incredibly slow, and the food quality has deteriorated considerably. To add insult to injury, they recently implemented a substantial price increase. For instance, their large seasoned potato wedges, a staple for my morning routine, have jumped from $2.60 to a shocking $4.35. Consequently, I no longer consider this my go-to breakfast spot.

I frequent here often because it’s budget friendly. I have seen people miss the ferry because the service depending on staff is very slow. The manager does his best but he is not in sync with the other employees. Not all employees are courteous and have satisfactory service. For some reason when you order meals that require or customary condiments like ketchup they make a big deal like you are not suppose to ask. Then if you ask for more than what they gave they act like the ketchup fee is being extracted from there pay check. The one star I have chosen for this establishment was well earned and deserve. I hope Wendy’s HR improves the quality of the service or put a sign up that says may encounter som disgruntled employees who are stingy with ketchup like there life depends on it smh.

Uncooked/RAW Chicken is the most dangerous to eat. & that’s exactly what I received at the ferry Wendy’s. Very hazardous, horrifying & violates all food safety regulations & protocols. Can’t believe they served something like this.

The cashier is very disrespectful they laugh and smile at other like myself who have a speech disorder , very disrespectful , won’t be going back , and they give me a dry hamburger

I ordered nuggets and a small chili from this location and let me tell you, I had to throw it away. The nuggets have white web on them and the chili is literally soup! Ruined my entire lunch. Close this location down.

Mobile order with Wendy's gift card as payment never work in this location. Mobile coupon lost with the error and they won't honor the mobile coupon promotion on site. Then my punishment for complaining is a half filled chili. Worst Wendy's ever.

Go somewhere else! Absolutely the worst and most disgusting Wendy’s I’ve been to. The employees were rude to customers and made many orders wrong. My order was missing a single item but I didn’t make a complaint. I was afraid the employee would spit in my food. Their work spaces were unclean, garbage everywhere. Most of them wore gloves that look like they had them on all day. I noticed they were also harassing a new worker. Overall I was extremely disappointed in the service from this Wendy’s.

Wendy’s, like many other fast food establishments now, has a mobile app with discounts and exclusive offers. Every time I’ve tried to use mine at this Wendy’s, there’s always an issue. And the people that they’ve hired either 1. Don’t care to try and problem solve or 2. Simply don’t know how. It’s one thing for regular employees to not know, but their manager is just as clueless. And I hate saying that cause I get that working in fast food is no easy feat. However, it’s extremely irritating when you’re literally just trying to scan a code and when their scanner malfunctions, they just look at you like “well that’s your problem.” They’re rude and uncooperative, plain and simple. There are ways to manually add an offer to an order. Last time I was there, the employee who took my order actually claimed that ALL Wendy’s scanners were down. WORLDWIDE. And when I asked to add it manually, she said she couldn’t find it. Yeah, you read that right. This time, the Manager said it was working, scanned, saw on my phone that their system redeemed my code, but stared at me blankly when somehow, the price wasn’t adjusted. Why would I or anyone else for that matter, want to pay $17 for an order that should be $9? The cherry on top and maybe the most ironic thing about it all, is the fact that all of their POS systems and screens have ads telling everyone to use the mobile app. Same app that their own employees have no idea how to navigate.

I hope this is the only location that has declined on quality, but significantly increased on prices. My go to is the chili. While the flavor was there, there weren't hardly any beans & meat AT ALL. This was a cup of watered down chili and had it not been so cold, outside, I would have taken it back. Yet had the audacity to double the price. 🤬🤬🤬

I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger and a berry lemonade. The burger was cold loaded with Mayo, no bacon and the cheese was just thrown on. It wasn’t even melted. I have not purchased anything at this Wendy’s in a long time. It used to be good, but it’s clearly it’s not now. Got a lemonade it was warm. The person taking the order in the drive thru seemed dry but I give grace idk who went before me. Overall the main issue was the food. Never again and would recommend.
