March Crabness!!! Need I say more? Place was super busy tonight. Got in and was able to order in a reasonable amount of time. Staff were excellent. Pizzas taste just as good as we expected. Great all around, which we’ve come to expect from the Newburgh location.

Interesting concept: pizza made in 3 minutes. It has the potential to be really good, but I found the dough to be disappointingly chewy and dry on the regular pizza, and slightly doughy and undercooked on the square. The sauce and toppings were very good. I think with a few tweaks, it would be really good.

Delicious pizza and order was ready right on time. The curbside pickup delivered my order at the exact time specified. The pizza and garlic bread tasted amazing and were hot upon pickup. My only complaint was the side cup of marina sauce was unexpectedly cold.

My 1st experience with Azzip was at this location, and it was my reason for return. The thin crispy crust in an individual size was just enough to not leave me feeling miserable. And I actually saved a few squares to eat later at home. The entire cooking process is very quick and simple, however I feel like the menu could be formatted differently for customers to clearly understand their options better. I get that its a style, and maybe its merely personal opinion but Ive never been a fan of super unique food names. It reminds of the anxiety I get when Im about to order in the drive thru at Taco Bell. Desperately scanning the menu board for a hint of the thing I had seen on the commercial. It was called something like a nacho cheesey chicken quesorita something or other...ah screw it. I cant find it. I'll just take 2 soft shell tacos.." If I cant find it, with an oddball name, Im more likely to stick to what I do know. This visit I ordered their TRIPLE DOUBLE RANCH, PEPPERONI, GARLIC BUTTER, MOZZARELLA, MORE PEPPERONIS, ITALIAN RED, ZIP DUST I also added banana peppers. This could have been one of my favorite pizzas however I did not enjoy it as well eating my leftovers just a few hours later, as what tasted like vinegar possibly had absorbed throughout my crust. I did take advantage of their holiday cookie special to receive a dozen free with $30 in gift card purchases. Those chocolate chip cookies didnt last long. The cashier forgot to give them to me, but was very courteous and apologetic when I returned to retrieve them.

As an avid Azzip pizza fan. I was very disappointed during this visit. When we walked in the line was not too long. While waiting we noticed that they kept making pizzas and not taking orders from the people in line. They were making them for the on line orders. This was frustrating after waiting 30 minutes to order a pizza. Again, I love Azzip and I will always be a customer. It would be nice for the on line orders to have a separate oven/prep area. Thanks

I am tired of seeing the register position leave and having the employee that just cut my pizza stop and move to the register when my food is out of the oven cutbutnotplated to hand out. Please finish the process before moving to the register. Food can get cold themoney will not change temperature.

Literally no point of visiting this location. Let me clarify that its one star due to the fact the staff only offered to cancel it rudely and walked away with no further explanation. THEN to make it worse, someone had the audacity to ask me to change my review, well, here's my change. THIS specific location has not been good customer service since the location change, yes, I'm aware its been a couple of years... its been that long since the customer service was worth visiting the NEWBURGH location. I will continue to visit OTHER Azzip locations. Just not Newburgh and my 1 star stands.

Disappointed and horrible. Typically it’s our absolute favorite place to eat, but on July 19, 2025 at 815pm we went into have supper only to be greeted with we’re out of a lot of items. After asking what they are out of the employee states, “bbq sauce and the veggies and stuff that isn’t out were not out of we just don’t want to get out due to closing soon.” Bbq sauce happens to be what I always get but said I would try something different. 3 employees were standing at the counter with no customers in front of us… We stood there for 15 minutes before leaving due to being ignored and not waited on. Horrible service. Completely disappointing.

I always order online and do curbside at this location and this is the id say 5th time I’ve got a pizza and it’s not made right! I usually push it off and think maybe they just messed up but almost every time now?? Can’t be that hard to read a screen and put what it says on it. Do not recommend this location

The worker didn’t ask if I had an allergy or preference on my gluten free pizza (I have celiac I can’t eat gluten). He began making my pizza on a regular pizza mat that was just reused & the counter top wasn’t wiped down. So after he began putting sauce on I told him it was an allergy & he slammed the pizza into the trash & took his gloves off & walked out of the back of the store. My girlfriend said she never wanted to go back to this particular Azzip.

This place literally opened 13 minutes ago while we waited outside. The tables are visibly dirty and there is food on the floor but no one has eaten here today...which means it's from yesterday. Currently sitting in a booth that my legs are stuck to because it's SO STICKY! Super disappointed since we went to the green river location and it was flawless! I also want to add it is HOT in here and the alternative AC they have on the wall is not working well. There's also huge chunks of dust hanging out of the air cents and directly above the food prep area. 🙁
