1st time here and I have to say I'm impressed. Pizza was excellent. The only hiccup was our cheese bread came out at the same time as our pizza. We sat @ the bar & the bartenders were very friendly. We will definitely be back.

Great neighborhood bar in Newburgh known for amazing pizza and food. Cheeseburgers with a cold beer for me today, nice people, friendly service, definitely worth the trip to stop in !

Went to gave a drink on my bf's birthday after going to the Zombie Farm. Great service and friendly staff and patrons. It was 9:35 and tried to order a pizza but they had just shut the ovens off. It wasn't very crowded and I feel like "What" it's a bar and if u keep them on until 9:30 why not until 11 or 12? At least on Thurs, Fri and Sat. My son and I hadn't had supper so we left and got pizza on the way home at dominoes. There was 4 of us and we would have probably bought another pitcher with the pizza. Just saying they could have added $25 to their register tape.

Great little hole in the wall bar. Love the bartender Brad and most of the people that go there are nice, older, and laid back. The drinks are great and so is the food. They have karaoke, live music, and a jukebox. No pool tables or dart boards or anything, though.

My husband and I eat here sometimes because it’s inexpensive & close to our house. My go-to is the cod sandwich. We went last night and it was good, but nothing I would particularly crave. The bartender/server was polite. However, a lot of things put me off - this place seems to have changed. For starters, the staff need some basic hygiene training. The bartender grabbed every straw by their ends (where you put your mouth), and then tapped the tips again with her fingers to push the straw further down into the drink. She did this for hours. She also filled up someone’s reusable thermos with ice & water (doubt it was clean), let it overflow into the ice bucket, and then shook off the excess ice & water back into the ice bucket. Later, after accidentally touching someone’s food, she said “oh well, I washed my hands 30 minutes ago.” I’m not naive enough to think that everything is always perfectly hygienic, but this carelessness should not be the default.

The pizza we ordered was missing ingredients and cold. Crust was chewy. Will not visit this establishment again.

The sound system was really good. The people were friendly. When it came down to singing. It was not what would be expected. The difference between this place and every other place was monetary. We were told to sign up to sing. That meant to put your name and song choice on the list and of course as new people entered the bar they would be added to the list sometimes before your next turn. Which is to be expected. However. What was un expected was that at some point the only ones called to sing were the ones who offered up the highest bid . Bid as in tip for the D.J. . No secret or mystery about it either. It was actually said over the sound system. The latest and highest dollar amount to sing is at 40 bucks. If you want to sing again that’s the number to top. Maybe not word for word but the same intention none the less. We will not be returning.

Last night was the second time we ordered food from there for pick up that they got the entire order wrong on. We ordered two 9” pizzas, one with green olives and one with jalapeño peppers. Both of them had Bell Peppers on them we discovered when we got home. When I called them and asked them about it they told me that they don’t have green olives even though they took my order of green olives, it’s a Bar that doesn’t have green olives? Strange but stranger yet is that they replaced green olives on a pizza with Bell Peppers? Not a valid substitution. Long story short we’ll NEVER be going back. Very unintelligent staff.

Bartender was nasty and foul mouthed. Bashing men and calling them names while standing right next to me. I got up and didn’t even finish my food or drink. I hadn’t been in this establishment for over a year and it will be a lot longer before I ever go again if I ever do. Horrible horrible atmosphere

The breaded tenderloin was delicious. My rating comes from the bill being much different than what was expected. Menu said 7.00 but was charged 8.00. Then to add fries menu said 1.60 was charged 2.00. Was charged for 5 drinks when there was only 3 of us at 3.00 each instead of 2.50. For three breaded tenderloins and fries with tea our bill was over $50.00. We had no alcohol. Contacted the owner who said menu prices had changed, but we were not informed of that prior to placing order. He also said he would look into it and we've yet to hear back.
