We to this one for a team building activity and we all had so much fun. It was a big group of us split up and our referee was so funny! I absolutely loved her colorful nails too lol. But we got there, had some BBQ made by them, and then they got us playing. Everyone who worked there was so nice when we asked for help and kept us laughing from start to finish. My team won and the certificate they gave us was so cute and funny as well. My boyfriend and I are already planning to come back with a group of our friends within the next few weeks or so. I can’t wait!!!

I loved the nostalgia of being at Dave and Busters. From Canada to the US — it always has a special place to bring out the child in anyone! 😝 It was fun playing games here with my partner. As adults, we enjoyed grabbing a drink from the bar and playing arcade games. 🍹 The atmosphere was great. 👌🏼 A large variety of age groups from children, families, to couples on dates. 👧Clean. 🧽 Large space. Highly recommend. 👍🏼 We enjoyed the Mario game, Halo, bowling, shooting hoops, and the spin the wheel games so much. They were all so fun! Great prizes to be won at the end as well.

The place to go for any gathering. They have plenty of games to keep you entertained. Some are awesome!!! Not just one type either, they have a variety of them. They even have some virtual games. The service I experienced was great and very friendly. The food they serve was excellent!!! Definatly a place for a good time. I would highly recommend this place.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! my girlfriend and i have a blast every time we come. Decent foods and drinks. Multiple huge screen to watch the games. All of the arcades was supper fun too, my favorite are the racing game. Prices is very affordable to play. I wish they have more claw machine game with higher quality plushy. Overall, great experience definitely will come back.

This was my first visit to Dave and Buster’s and I was impressed. The food was delicious!!! I was worried about eating out after a weekend of horrible out to eat meals. I figured I would give Dave and Buster’s a try. My family has a blast. I ordered an American cheese burger and some Buffalo wings. The food was delivered to the table in timely manner. The ordering process was all digital and user friendly. They also offered a 15% veteran discount for military and first responders. I use my veteran discount for my meal. The discount can only be used food and drink purchase not the games. There was a variety of games for the whole family. We purchased a play card to use on the games it was not that expensive the prices varied. I would anticipate spending about $150 to eat and play depending on your budget. A big thank you to Dave and Buster’s for a wonderful experience. I look forward to returning in the future.

I use to visit this venue weekly when I was living in Arlington. I love the setup,lights and all the gaming! This location was not as big as the Arlington one but it was the same experience! The customer service was really nice. I was greeted with a warm smile and the staff was very courteous. The tickets are on your card in contrast to it being printed out from the vendors. I felt like a little kid playing those games. I’ll definitely return to try out their menu!

It has been a while since the family and I made it out here. The staffing and service were amazing - even when it was peak busy. Can’t say enough have friendly the staff was. My daughter enjoyed her birthday party very much.

Micheal is amazing server as well as Mr.Chris , service was fast , food was good way better than what I expected and I enjoyed the big screens. Me and my family also played darts super fun with the game in the background ! Will be back ! Packed with fun !!

My daughter and I purchased the Unlimited Fall Pass and she played her heart out while I enjoyed the game. Our serve Silvanus was so attentive and amazing, very knowledgeable about the menu items and even made some recommendations to accommodate my needs. We will definitely be back.

Wow, it's been years since I've been to a Dave & Buster's! The age range in our party was 3 1/2 to 78 with a jumping 12 year old in the mix. We fed 4 adults, and one childs bought 2 game cards and had drinks for less than 300 with the tip. Everyone stayed amused. The kids and my mom had a blast. The service was so good that my mom made me add 20 after the bill was sent in. Even with that, I spent less than 300. If you eat out a lot and take kids to game places, you know what a deal this was. The only down part? USA lost to Panama on the GIANT screen.

We took our friends here thanks to Matt Beery and it was honestly the best time. Not only because the games but the staff went above and beyond the manager Michael was such a a kind genuine person and he made my friends bachelorette party amazing our server Darrion was amazing he went out of his way to make it a great night the girls in the winners circle where so sweet Kiki and Latasha thank you 💓 So I wanna say thank you to Matthew, Darrion, Michael, Aaron, Kiki and Latasha. We had a great time with the Lil. The food, and drinks were good. They also have a variety of games on sight. I really enjoyed playing Centipede Chaos, it's a bit different from the original. The large Hungry Hippo was out of order, so we'll have to come back. The staff was courteous and polite. They were not too busy when we went. Family friendly atmosphere with adult activities as well. They also have several party rooms to book for private events.

This is a nice Dave & Buster's location! We got some food here as well which was pretty good. Our only complaint is that a few games were not working... So we lost a couple credits because there wasn't a sign and when we should've won a jackpot it didn't give us credit. Otherwise, we had a lot of fun. There are a lot of games and a really big restaurant seating area.

I’ve been to a million Dave and busters, this one is by far my favorite. The service is next level and the layout is amazing. Specifically, the manager (Casey) and bar attendant (Rodney) were super nice/helpful, we came in early on a week day and they treated us so special! 100 percent will be back!

Had the best experience ever at lunch today. Roney our server was amazing and he answered all our question and was the perfect tour guide for our experience and Dave and Busters. I brought my partner here with our kids and I wasn’t feeling well but what I enjoyed was the food and the big tv. I watched the Mexico soccer game. I enjoyed the service Robert my server gave. Casey the manger even came over to check on our table. I loved seeing my kids have fun and when one of the games wasn’t working the service team fixed it and reset the game so my kids could play again. The food was good very enjoyable. I recommend the wings. My partner had drinks which was recommended by Robert the Mexican candy shot was great taste just like a Mexican mango sucker.

The manager Casey was very hospitable and helpful to me and my family. He got me a table for my party of 9 as well as greeted everyone with a warm welcome stating he is here to help. Ronnie was such a good waiter, as well as very well spoken and helpful with recommendations and even threw in a few jokes here and there haha. I had an amazing time at this location Robert was my server and he was very attentive and helped me make a selection of drink. This location no longer has the drink I wanted and so he recommended a drink which was awesome . When my photo didn’t print out Casey the manager helped make it right and fixed the machine. I 100% will be coming back to this location. My kids had fun and the human crane machine is a must try.

Looking for a fun outing for the family… D&B Dallas is the place. Took 4 kids and 3 adults and we had a blast. I felt safe and secure, we got each kid a $45 play card and it lasted about 2.5 hours with a few coins to spare. They got over 2k tickets each and had great prizes to choose from.

My friends had their bachelorette party here and we had such an amazing time! Hector came by multiple times to make sure we were having fun. Our server was friendly and kept the drinks coming. Would definitely come back!

We had the best experience! I ordered the blackened chicken Alfredo with shrimp and it was AMAZING!!! TGI Friday was my favorite restaurant because they had some pasta that tasted almost exactly the same. They staff said this was a new item for the menu and it was AMAZING! The only thing I would change is to add more pasta noodles. My husband got a chicken quesadilla and he said it was okay. He said the chicken tasted like canned chicken. We sat at the bar and Rayshard was our waiter. He was amazing! So kind, friendly, and attentive!! He made me a strawberry daiquiri and it was SO good!

Not being from dallas and only here for the weekend., the only place we knew may have the game on that we were looking forward to watching was Dave and Busters. We drove 45 min to Dave and busters to specifically watch the spurs vs okc game however none of the TVs had it on when we got there. The Manager immediately turned on the game and we sat and enjoyed the game over some delicious drinks. We didn't get a chance to thank this manager before we left! But this manager should know He is awesome! Thanks for making our night in Dallas complete. (I wish I've gotten his name!)

The games were fun. The atmosphere was great. The menu was expansive, but the food was sub-par - at best.

We went first thing to this Dave & Buster's and my son had a good time. When you add up the money spend on acquiring tickets versus flat out buying the toy outside of the gift shop, its better to buy the toy outside of the gift shop than to focus on winning tickets to buy it parents. Just go for the experience and have a good time playing games with the kids.

This place is all shades of fun. I had so much fun. Well, I went with my friend and our kids, it was so beautiful, we spent hours there. All the exciting games, so much to try out and so much to see. It was really an experience. It was my first time and definitely won't be our last. My daughter is only 9months old but she had a great time. The food was great too. Only reason I'm giving 4 star is coz the waiters weren't as friendly as the place. There's Noone to tell you where to sit in the dining area, would be nice to have someone greet and direct people to vacant seats or just signal where to go. Also, the food took a long time to come, maybe it seemed really long coz after the game time, we were all starving. The food was good tho, so overall very pleasant experience. We had the ice cream cocktail. It was good too. Just go there with your kids and have a great time.

This was my first time at this location since I used to frequent the old location around the corner. It was a lot more open and not as congested moving around from places like the bar, to the restraunt area, to the games. I was disappointed that there were only two pool tables at least that's all I could find. The food was excellent but I feel the prices could be tamed just a tad bit but it wasn't horrible. The staff was friendly and accomadating. All and all the place was clean including the bathrooms and the men's room has a game you play on the urinals while you handle your business, lol. I will be back, definitely on a pay week. I had a lot of fun and its good all around for someone and their coworkers or their family.

Some peers and I visited for lunch, and all of the upgrades caught my eye.. I was looking for the cauliflower appetizer, but it's no longer there☹️ Instead, I shared the Cali Avo Salad, wings and Brussels.. The salad stole the show for sure.. It was so good!!😋 8/15 Update (4 stars): We went back for lunch and would not recommend the fish and chips (too much breading) or the spinach dip (not pictured because we sent it back. The wings and burger meal was decent.....

The place is definitely past pandemic restrictions so bring back the waiters working zones. The app ordering is horrible. Hard to get anything...from refills to Togo box ....2/24 update I came by after remodeling was done they definitely added more can see the additions looks good . Food was still great service was good no complaints on this visit . I know a hand full of people that didn't do much D&B because of their prices before well they'll definitely not do D&B now. I can definitely see the increase on things from how much thw beers went up to how many playing credits you get for your money. I'll still continue to come here but probably a little less than I used to. Do recommend coming here

We went on a Saturday afternoon. It was busy but not to busy. Service was really slow. Food was delicious. We didn't like kids running wild in the game area. Especially when there are families there with younger children. Prizes are ridiculously priced. For the tiniest toy, a child had to dish out 75 tickets, that's like charging $8 for a toy from the dollar store. Lower the tickets needed for those tiny toys .... Give a child a chance to get something without spending a fortune.

Ordere spinach dip that I told them I didn't like it and they still charged me for it, drinks was not strong at all tasted like juice I was not happy about that at all. O spent over 200 dollars there on. Food drinks and games wasn't worth it .Definitely Overared

Service was not it at all, our server was extremely green and didn't seem to have any knowledge of the job. The food was blah. The drinks were good and we enjoyed the variety of games although some nee some major updates.

This place has a sick aesthetic with bright colorful lights and tons of screens to keep you entertained. Not to mention the music is fairly intense which could be good or bad depending on the person. The food is great and the drinks are well made at the bar. The main complaint is that a decent amount of games are broken in some way. Also more games would be appreciated since most are actually duplicates so it’s easy to run out of things to do. Seems to be a good date spot though 🤷‍♂️

Slow service, takes food a long time to arrive. They really need to have all screens be on WWE PLEs due watch parties in the watch party area. No one is watching other sports during these premium live events. Overpriced mid wings and wilted celery although the desserts, fish and chips, and steak salad are good.

Was hoping to celebrate my sons 9th birthday there. Place was clean and welcoming host was super helpful however I am giving 3 stars because the lack of efficiency with management and lack of customer service from “Attendees” we purchased a “Crane for 2” at $30 and we waited twice for assistance. The first time we waited 5 minutes and noone showed up so we figured we’d be back at the end , once we played games went back 45 min later waited 10 min still no one so I notified a staff, she Radio staff to come assist us and still no response for additional 15 min. We wasted 20 min in total still no assistance, I called for manager to cancel/ reimburse me instead . But the said he couldn’t do it , that his manager was not available and that if they did process my refund it would take about 7 business days, which I was fine with , however the tone was condescending. I didn’t get any proof of Cancellation and he said I could keep my receipt, so I asked if I could at least snap a pic, which he could not refuse.

Lisette is a horrible manager...she could not give a crap about the issues we had at cash out. Luckily there was security guard who stepped in to help and expressed its not the first complaint he has heard about her lack of managment sklillw...speaks volumes! Twitty at the restaurant was absolutely amazing from the second we walked in and if I could take him with me I would! Hes the only reason there are 5 stars for service! Do better Dave and Busters!!

Food here isn't bad, but the drinks were just sweet like crazy. I had ordered a hurricane and I thought I was drinking cherry cough syrup. The service is a bit slow for me and probably won't go here to eat again. Though, we had some issues with a promotion they were doing and we had the manager Shannon come over to turn things around for what we were thinking of the place. She was the one that got me to stay here rather than walk out and I'm glad she did come over to assist us. Personally, I'm not one to really just come to this place, but she kind of made me want to visit this place again. I'd say this place isn't bad, but not at the top of my list to recommend.

There was no one at the entrance/host area to help us with finding a seat to eat before some games. I had to flag down a waiter who was busy to ask them if I should seat myself or what. The food was lackluster, not great, not terrible. Plenty of games, but the pricing is expensive. I would hit up cidercade before I return to Dave and busters.

Just too crowded. It was hard to find games to play. They had some really cool games but we were unable to play them since they were always taken. Just too loud and too many people! Did not understand or like the ticket/token/game play system…..why not charge per game and give tickets for prizes…why make it so complicated. Do not plan on going back.

Food arrived a bit cold. When I asked our waitress if the Tennessee drink was good she rudly said I'm not taking drink orders and walked off.. I was like ooook. Kids had fun but that was a bit unprofessional.

We went for a birthday party and our bill was $623. Smdh. Like we didn't order anything. Our server said one of the drinks we wanted was $30 just for a small tea glass. We quickly declined. Like the food is ok but definitely not worth almost $700. But the kids had fun thats all that mattered but never again. Chuckie will be getting a lot of hugs next year!!

Seriously. All bartenders busy on "personal " business. Waited 20 minutes sitting at bar to even be acknowledged. Had a question about the menu that the bartender could not answer. Spent $100 on food and drinks and that came with disrespect and being ignored. The bartenders would not even make eye contact. Earned a free entree from being a prime member for 3 years and still treated like it did not matter if we were here. So sad and disappointed. Finally decided to try again. Service much better tonight. Did not order food but the drinks were good and timely. Cheyenne is awesome.

I went to Dave & Busters on 12/16/25 to spend time with my estranged brother and brought along my sister; Food: to start the food was mediocre and the server got my order wrong and i had to wait an extra 15-20 minutes just for a side of fries. My sisters burger still had pink and not cooled to what she asked. Service: The waiter didn’t know much about the menu items when asked and we felt rushed when orderIng. The food took very long to arrive about 30 minutes or more. Atmosphere: the location was clean and very “cool” looking and the games were fun. Game cards: we bought the 90 minute unlimited play but later found out you have to wait 30 seconds between each game you tap your card with and most aggravating was you have unlimited playing of games BUT not unlimited winnings from the games you play, you can only win up to 1,500 tickets on the unlimited play card; any more tickets you “win” will not go to that card and you will receive a “no tickets awarded, just for fun” message if you hit the 1,500 ticket limit. Price: $104 for 3 meals, charged for 2 strawberry lemonades and 14.99 for a whiskey glass sized alcoholic beverage. all in all: eat before you get here and just pay for the games, dont get the unlimited play.

The gaming area was great minus a couple of broken games. Our dining experience was terrible. Our waiter acted like we were an inconvenience to him and didn’t make us feel welcomed. We ordered 4 plates and two came out within a reasonable time. However, one of the plates was missing 2 wings from the 10 piece we ordered. The other two plates didn’t come out for another 20 minutes and our server never came by to check on us during that time or to see if we needed anything. When it was time to pay, the server didn’t give us any time to review the bill on the machine before he shoved it in my husband’s face for him to pay. The atmosphere in the restaurant is nice, however, the service is not great.

Every year for the past 10 years we have our company party with over 100 people attending. Always a great experience. Today I pulled up to the front to pick up family because they had prizes and a bunch of food from the party. A security guard ran out and took pictures of my license plate. No warning or and no signage saying anything. When we asked him what he was doing he ignored us twice. It wasn't till the third time we asked he stated he was turning in to Dallas Police. This is disgusting and no way to treat families and companies who religiously use this establishment for our large company gatherings. Had he came out and said something I would have immediately moved. There was a white truck that was parked for 10+ minutes but for me to be there and no traffic or any issues this was uncalled for. More busters than Dave's at this location. I will be letting our company know hope we were treated and still not be participating in any future company events at this location

I usually go to Dave & Busters in Arlington, but we recently went to the Dallas location. I'm not sure what was going on, but it was insane. After being seated, we waiting an hour, and no one ever came to even take our drink order. We chased down a manager to take our drink/food order. The food came out of the kitchen quickly. No server ever came to our table to check on refills, etc. It took almost an hour after finishing eating to find someone that could provide us with the check. We spoke to multiple servers who said they could not pull it up on their screen, because we "weren't their table." Finally, we were able to find a manager in order to pay. To top everything off, my daughter got food poisoning, and I feel confident it came from this experience. I would highly suggest going to the Arlington location, rather than Dallas.

I want to start by saying our server, Jillian, was kind, attentive, and genuinely trying her best to help us throughout the evening. When our food took an unusually long time to come out, she stayed professional, checked on us, and clearly did everything she could. Hannah, the manager who greeted us when we first arrived and was very friendly at the beginning of the night, was unavailable later in the evening when management assistance was needed. This left both us and our server frustrated, and the issue was never addressed. It was disappointing to see a server working so hard without the support she should have received from management. Manager presence during service delays like this is important, and unfortunately that support was not there when it mattered most.

I waited for more than 45 minutes sitting at the table and no one came over. I had to get up and find the manager and tell him, and he sent a waiter from another area to take our order. All the waiters in the area near the big screen are incredibly lazy. They need competent people who actually want to work. And even after all that, he still told me the tip was 20%! What an incredibly rude guy! I'll never set foot in that place again.

My car was almost stolen from their parking lot. The security officer did nothing and did not even offer help. Dallas PF do not come out for these types of reports. I take my son here all the time but will not be returning. Doesn't seem safe anymore. Appears the security officer is working with the criminals who attempted to steal my car. The manager was nice but only could apologize. I was never offered anything for the inconvenience! I spend hundreds of dollars here monthly!! We have to spend $1,000's of dollars on the damages to the vehicle plus a tow truck because the criminals reprogrammed my car!! Don't recommend be careful and watch your back!!! Security can't be trusted!!
