Excellent service, Jesus the local mgr, makes sure u are a satisfied, background barbecue chicken is delicious, definitely above the other pizza chains. Also a special shout out for excellent service above and beyond the normal paradigms of a franchise Pizza Hut , the gracious Andrea , who made sure to satisfy my every whim and keep me coming back . Highly recommend this location in North Hills to everyone.

The staff here has always been helpful and even have a good sense about the menu and the current deals going on. Pizza is always piping hot and delicious as always. Never once had a bad experience. They came in clutch for a family dinner 👍

The young men working Sunday August 13, around 12 in the afternoon did a fantastic job, from customer service to making the pizza.. got home to open a perfectly made pizza the two young men were very nice and fast and kept smiles on their faces while working! I asked for names but I did not want to butcher the spelling I only remember one last name Garcia. Thanks boys, oh and I forgot the mention while I was getting my pizza. The cashier young man was dealing with a very rude customer who was being very complicated and he handled it very very very well was impressed how calm he was.

My heart goes out to absolutely anyone who has to work in customer service or deal with people as a whole, these reviews are a prime example. I don't think a $15 pizza warrants "negative stars" when the poor guy's just trying to clock out... you're not starving, relax.

Placed an order on their app for curbside pick up. We arrived a little early and the associate who answered the phone was so kind, helpful and polite. The young lady who brought out our pizza's was so also very kind and polite. Great customer service received!

Could’ve been cooked a little more and I ordered extra pepperoni and it seemed like a regular amount of it. If that was extra I’d be extremely disappointed at the regular pepperoni pizza.

Order online to get it quick. Remember the 15 mins is really just a framework. Expect it to be longer if its a larger order. Parking reallllyyyy sucks here.

Fast friendly service . They employees were nothing but smiles . And the food was as good as you can expect from a fast food pizza place . I was very happy with the service. Although $15 for a large cheese pizza is a bit pricey....

Ordered the "edge" pizza. It had so much seasoning on it..it felt like I was eating sawdust. Its like the lid fell off when they were seasoning it. There was literally more seasoning than pizza.

They restaurant added sausage to a vegie pizza - I am Vegetarian. They remade the pizza when asked, but the delay was frustrating anyway.

Arrived at 10:45AM on Friday to pickup my order. The door is still locked and customers are waiting outside. I believe the open hour should start from 10AM. Is there any changes to this business? Please check it out. Thank you.

Good pizza, pasta and bread in dinner box. Make sure you check for marinara in the box or expect dry bread sticks. 3 stars because of two things. $1.00 service charge to offset rising costs in California??? You're running a business. Get used to it. I already cover these costs at the pump daily. The second is charging for parmesian and red pepper now. They put it in bottles now so no free packets. Pfffft!! It's a condiment that helps bring out the flavor in their food dramatically. They been in business over 30 years and trying these tactics. Pfffft!!

I ordered bbq chicken pizza but there was no BBQ sauce on my pizza. I requested no contact delivery, delivery person still made contact.

I’m sorry but tonight I have tried one of the worst pizza for a long time. I had to see the box because I couldn’t believe it is was Pizza Hut. Just because I was starving I didn’t return it Justin

I ordered bread sticks and they forgot my dipping sauce. One of my pepperoni pizza taste like they used buffalo sauce and tried to cover it up with a extra marinara sauce. But u could still taste the buffalo sauce though.

I really wanted to get to store a one star first off they were 30 minutes late for a delivery and when I called all they could say was oh that’s not good. I made the mistake of ordering from them again and they charge my card twice overdrafted me. Horrible experience just trying to get food for my family.

What is the attitude for? Do not work in customer service related jobs if you have no idea how to work with customers. Amateur hour at this pizza hut. Furthermore, this location is one single mile away from my ordering location yet it took 50 min to get here after the dude got mad at me for ordering food

I always order from this place but would never do it again! This time I received a wrong order, driver forgot to deliver one of my order, and pizza is overcooked and hard! I called, yet, I have to be put on hold for about 10 mins before I can place an order of the right pizza!

Rude staff Second time at this location, second time very disappointed, we are not getting what we order always something else, when we let them know about the "mistake" they want us to wait another 15 minutes which is just bad wait longer than we expect. This time was difficult to park and had to park blocking i guess employee cars because no customer inside restaurant and a lady which there is no way to recognize her because employees at this restaurant they have no batch to know their names threaten with towtruck is coming to remove your car from parking, i want to be very clear on this i never left unattended my car because my wife and my son went to order I was driving and ready to move my car at any time Maybe this location 15650 north off #101 North Hills CA 91343 Is a franchise and they operate with different set of rules and qualify than a corporate location Very dissatisfied at this point Customer for over 15 years which at least 2 times a month get our food I'm considering now to switch to other pizza chain

I dont like doing reviews but I had to do it. I buy from this pizza hut once a week, the wings Quality was super bad. The wings were super hard and it had to much fat ont them. It was so nasty. So hope this review helps this place change.

This location has the worst service I have ever experienced, whether its an online order or placed over the phone they can't seem to do their job right, management and staff appear to have no knowlege to what customer service is and fail to represent Pizza Hut in the proper way it should be! I've ordered from here a few times because my wife loves the cheese crust, but seems they mess my order up everytime. Last time they actually forgot stuff and said they'd credit my account for the next time. Now they won't stick to their word saying nothing has been credited to my account. And if you want them to call you when they're outside so they won't wake your baby ringing the doorbell, forget about it.

Go somewhere else. Anywhere. Pizza Hut does not care about its customers more than their bottom line. We as consumers have a choice. To choose a company that has a heartbeat. I reached out to their customer service and got back a generic response. Shameful. I will not be back again.

Never ordering from this store again!! I spoke with "German" there & apparently he is a manager and he is absolutely useless!!

And when I asked for store credit the manager didn’t give that! The delivery fee was removed and I still haven’t even gotten my food. Waited over an hour and the restaurant is only 10 mins away. I’ve never seen such inconvenience from a pizza delivery restaurant.

But on call when I told lady that there was no pineapple in it, she was like oh now you have complain for another one too. Obviously I paid for my big order then why I’m not gonna ask them about it!!!
