We stopped to have dinner here after going to the falls. A day trip to remember and quick service. Store was very clean and the employees were very friendly.

One of the few fast foods in town where the order is seldom incorrect or missing items and the sides are almost always fresh. Staff is friendly and inviting.

The staff is passable. They looked all tired and exhausted but still managed to ramble a few useful customer service words towards the end of their shift. Original Chicken Sandwich is the only thing I get

Burger king will always have a soft spot in my heart as the best fast food place. I just cant help but to dig into that amazing whopper especially when you ha e it woth cheese its like no other experience. I just want to thank the food gods for creating such an amazing establishment, and they usually got this cute girl hannah working there. So the sights always good.

I love this location. I've been coming here literally since I was a young child and I've known the managers my whole life. Its always well kept, the food is great, and there are even regular customers that you can count on me there with lively conversation.

Came in this morning for a sit down breakfast. Found out they had cheesy tots. Decided to order off the breakfast menu. The front counter staff was rather chipper and presented a great smile for the order. Asked if i wanted to get a large or try a coffee. Good upsell.

The woman that took our order was Friendly and Pleasant, but My sandwich, the Crispy Club tasted overly Salty. Our shakes, a Peppermint Oreo and a Regular Oreo, were The Bomb!

Most days everything is great. Today I did an online order, only to get there and find out they were out of burgers. BURGERKING WAS OUT OF BURGERS . They apologized and replaced with chicken sandwiches...smh

In my experience the staff is always pleasant, the food has been fast and the orders are correct. No complaints really. For fast food, this is one of the most decent locations around.

Might have just gotten lucky with circumstances but it was good. Got a whopper junior and the burger patty was almost crunchy how burnt it was but aside from that i had a good time. (The party of 8 i went with helped).

Whopper Wednesday is worth the visit. Fast and polite lunch service. Everything you expect from burger King. I would visit more if the mobile coupons had better or more offers.

Not much to me said about Burger King.... At least everything was warm or relatively hot, and the fries are better than usual!

I recently pulled up to the drive thru at 5:55am. Instead of taking my order and pleasantly responding with pull around and well get that ready, I received a " we will be open in 5 minutes and if you can leave the drive thru until then.

Ordered 2 bacon double cheeseburgers. Didn't get the bacon but paid for it. The tag said it was what i ordered, but no bacon. And they want 20 dollars an hour.

Eh. Burger King is burger King. I got kids meals for the kids, a couple cheeseburgers, and we tried those new tacos. Don't try those new tacos, I do not recommend doing that. They were not good, at all. The kids enjoyed their kids meals though.

Bought the $1.00 tacos and would warm anyone not to waste the money. Everyone that works there knows they are terrible Hopefully corporate management will take them off the menu sooner instead of later!

What can you say about Burger King. We drove through, so I can't say anything in regards to the dining area and the restrooms. Our food was warm when we received it, the drinks were incorrect, but we survived.

Medium Burger King, average worker who usually half hates their existence work there like any casual quick service. It’s Burger King which is a bit boujier than competitors but the workers normalize it and put it right in the middle. Food is cooked normally Nothing out of place and the people don’t seem to be disrespectful.

Newly refreshed interior/exterior including a dual drive thru lane. Sat in the drive thru for a hot minute a few times since they reopened and only ordered one of those times. There's no need to have to wait the better part of 10 mins in a drive thru that's now 2 lanes!

Is it me or are all burger kings going downhill? None seem particularly clean, most are dated and look and smell worn out and abused. Like they take enough time to sorta clean and maybe change a light bulb a month after its blown out. My biggest gripe is food always seems cold. I've never ordered anything...either in or drive thru where the food was hot. Or even warm. Thankfully I know my way around a microwave... This explains why I may go once or twice a year to BK..

Unfortunately, they're very short staffed. I went thru the drive thru, and when I was about to give my order, they said to give them a few minutes. It took 8 1/2 minutes before I could place my order!! I love the food there, but the waiting for the food is getting to long.

Burger King is nice and clean on the inside especially after its redesign a few years ago. It's a typical fast food place. There breakfasts are good and deals are ok. It's not anything terribly special.

Workers don't seem very happy in their job. The female mgr. is not very pleasant to deal with. I always feel like I am disturbing her when I go inside to place an order. Sometimes I go to BK's competitor just so I don't have to deal with her. Interaction with customers played a big roll in my review.

Just ordered limited menu items and got screwed. Only one was right, and that was the plain whopper. Not one of the specialty burgers had what was supposed to be on it, just the sauces. Don't love getting charged those prices when almost nothing we ordered was correct. Disappointed.

I usually only get my special rodeo cheeseburger with bacon and tomato added. Always ok, just not usually warm. Pictures are the backside with the drive thru side. Don’t go in cause that’s all I get. The attitude of the workers are poor and not so welcoming. Otherwise, it’s fast food so don’t except any more. Located on the corner on Payne ave and east ave in North Tonawanda.

Their breakfast crossaints seemed just thrown together. No cinnabons available or even listed. No cashier's are at fault, it's probably all corporate. Sad.

Had a very long wait time in drive thru...at least 15 mins before any car started moving. Ordered impossible burger...terrible; hard crust around edges. Also had jalapeno bites....cold. Will never will go to the North Tonawanda location again!! Tonawanda so much better!

It took a very long time to get my food thru the drive thru. Then when I did get it, they got it wrong. This was in the evening and there was one person ahead of me. Staff was nice but gave me the impression that it was my fault. I will never use that location again.

French fries were disgusting. Tasted like old grease and left a horrible taste in my mouth. Disappointed...too bad checkers wasn't opened yet.

I really like burger king but this one blows every time I go they mess up my order or my food is so sloppy its unedable and the fact that they expext me to bring the food back after I drove there to get it in the first place is ridiculous I shouldn't have to drive back for new food I should get my food right the first time!!! If you can't handle making food go get a new job with less work.

It's just horible. I went in there today and the whole place smelled like staright sewer. The food was honestly worse than the restaurant itself, the fries werent cooked enough and along with the fries I found a surprise onion ring with them, i dont know if its a good or a bad thing lol, they were also still cold. the cookies were hard as a rock. the only good food in there was the nuggets. The burger had spoild lettuce on it like it was literally brown. I suggest not to eat here unless its the last food on earth.

It was horrible I stood there reading the breakfast menu for a few minutes and when I was ready to order they changed the menu to lunch time and didn't bother to let me know breakfast was about to end while I am looking for something to eat. Then I ordered a coffee instead and the worker looked upset with me when I asked for more sugar than he gave me and then forgot to give me a stir stick to stir my coffee.

DONT EAT HERE! OR ANY BURGER KING for that matter! My husband and I ate Whoppers and immediately after our throats and muscles stiffened up and our whole bodies got numb and sore for the entire night. The drive thru people got our food wrong. We told them we were missing something they asked for our bag back I watched the girl take everything out of our bag place one item back up on the holding rack place the correct food back in our bag and return it. Very very unsanitary. Once the food leaves the window it definitely does not come back and you cannot take a sandwich out of my bag and give it to another customer. That's gross

Minding my own business while patiently waiting to pick up a DoorDash order that was still being prepared when I arrived and this rude female employee didn't even greet me after she was finished taking care of another customer and simply ignored me until another courteous female employee assisted me with an update on the order I was assigned to pick up. Then that impertinent & impolite woman has the courage to finally speak to me after all that time passed just to miserably say "next time wait in the mobile pick up area instead of the queue." Ok I still have to wait regardless because most of the time when I arrive to collect an order, it's still in the process of being prepared anyway so no I'll continue to wait where I desire. This has to be the worst bk location and I travel all over WNY for work daily. Let me start off with that they barely ever give you a receipt so you can't call and complain about your messed up order or give negative feedback through their BK experience website. I ordered a regular whopper meal along with a Whopper jr meal and my whopper was warm. The lettuce was mushy like it was microwaved and not even remotely crisp. I ordered a double cheeseburger big kids meal as well as 2 double cheeseburgers, an order of onion rings and a Frozen icee. Nothing wrong with the burgers. The fries/rings were old and cold like they have been sitting there for quite some time. I spent $31.90 on mediocre food. I wouldn't go to this location nor recommend if the customer doesn't order their food fresh off the broiler or fresh out of the fryer. Every time we go the fries are always NASTY...

I don’t usually give businesses bad reviews but countless times this location makes our order wrong. Impossible whopper with an extra patty. ALWAYS forgets the extra patty that we pay extra for. This time, again, but just puts mustard on it and nothing else? Waited in a 20 minute line and even ordered ahead. Like come on?

Refused service because I'm disabled on a scooter at the drive thru. They will serve able bodied people on motorcycles. Was told we don't serve you people on those things, I need to call ahead and they'll hold the door. No handicapped button to open access. I posted this yesterday but it was never posted.

Cashier was great, but the manager on duty was ride and picked up fries that fell in the counter and put them with his bare hands and put them in the bag that the other fries were in. I told him I wanted new fries and he gave me an attitude over it. Pour managerial skills, and role model for that matter!

i ask for a cheese burger. literally said i want the cheese burger with just burger bun and cheese, then again i say, so basically i want it just plain. 3 hours later i eat into my burger, and taste pickles and ketchup. now i can't enjoy my burger because it wasn't plain, when i asked for a plain burger. now i have nothing to eat. how do you mess that up? i stated twice i wanted it plain, not once, but twice. and received a non plain burger. so from now on, i will not be going to burger king for my burgers.

Third time trying to order and eat at this location since the remodel open. First time I walked in waited 10 minutes, was ignored at the counter, and I refuse to use the kiosk. Never had a correct order when using it at BK. Second time the broiler was broken so no burgers only fried foods available. Today pulled up to drive through. Waited about 8 minutes for the staff to take the order of the car ahead of me. Then I pull up and they said “it’s gonna be awhile we’re short staffed and have to catch up on orders we’re behind”. I left horrible service since the reopen, I’ll go elsewhere.

I normally don't have a issue with bk but once again there mozzarellasticks are no good. I called to let them know the one manager told me I could get a free mozzarellasticks when I come back. He was really nice to take my name I called on Saturday last week so I go in today. The mozzeralla sticks are bad. I talked to the female manager idk her name but she got really rude. Not her fault I guess the night manager who I talked to didn't write the name down. But no need to get rude tho. Needless to say. Pls check ur mozzarellasticks before getting home. Another day I go in to get a hamburger I see a guy spit in my food that has drama with my roommate n takes it out at me. This person calls me disrespectful names for no reason 👿. Bk was my go to get food n now it's not.

Place was clean but the food order was wrong. I put on the kiosk Mild mayo, and the burger was drowning in mayo to the point that I couldn't eat the burger. The picture was taken after I tried to scrape the mayo off. I went through the drive through with my step mother initially, but the lady started to yell at us through the microphone thing on the box so we ordered inside. Even if they were short staffed that was still extremely unprofessional and inappropriate.

I arrived at approximately 10 pm on July 2nd. I had a mobile order placed for this exact location and my card was charged for approximately 10 dollars. I wait at the drive through window and the employee at the cash register is blatantly ignoring me. I then knock loudly on the window to get his attention. He comes over and says the system is down and he can’t see my order. The kicker is he then refuses to refund me or provide me with any food, even when I am able to show him the order details that it was paid and what food I ordered. So not only did this location take my money they also made me go to bed hungry. Really hope these employees go through some tough financial times and pay for food then are told to go hungry… terrible feeling and I will never go to Burger King again after being a life long fan.

The girl working the inside cash register on June 11th at 3pm called me a douche bag then threw my burgers on the counter. All because I simply asked her if she could grab the burgers for me over 5 mins after they got put on the rack.
