What a great place! Excellent service by Marcus; great atmosphere and aesthetics. I had the Godfather sandwich it was delicious excellent thin crispy chicken cutlet, fresh mozzarella, nice fresh tomato slices, prosciutto. Like Wow! My wife had a very tasty omelette and our friend had the Juevos Rancheros. We all loved our food, the boozy coffee was also spectacular! Can’t wait to come back and try more!
Went for breakfast this morning and everything was fantastic. All the food was seasoned to perfection. The service was amazing, loved Joe up front keeping things entertaining while guests wait. Michelle our waitress was tentative and a delight. Highly recommend you check this place out but check in online on your way to cut down on the wait time.
We had the BEST experience on Valentine’s Day. Jayne was our server and she was exceptional, truly a highlight of our experience. The gentleman at the host stand was equally as enjoyable. The food was great. Everything went at a good pace. Will come back.
My husband and I had breakfast here for the first time this morning, and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by the host, Joe — what a wonderful man! He made us feel like we’d known him forever. So kind and funny! Our waitress was just as lovely — attentive and so friendly. Then we met the owner, Joey… another genuinely great guy. And the food… holy smokes. Hands down the best breakfast we’ve had out in a long time. It tasted just like homemade. We’ll definitely be back — not just for the incredible food, but to visit our new friend Joe! Thanks for the great experience! Dave and Annette
My all time favorite food is a good banana foster and this place did not disappoint. I got the French toast which was amazingly done and perfect with some banana foster on top. This is our new favorite breakfast place. The service was top notch and super warm and inviting. The place is a little small and cozy but super worth the wait and the vibe is off the chart. 10/10
Figmor is hands down one of the best breakfast spots around. Everything was fresh, hot, and packed with flavor — you can tell they really care about the food. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the staff is super friendly and on top of everything. Joey, the owner, is the best as well and makes the place even more special. Perfect place to start your day. Can’t wait to go back.
Had a fantastic experience at Figmor. The banana waffle was perfectly golden with a rich, comforting flavor—sweet but well balanced, with a fresh, homemade taste. The fajita omelet was outstanding: tender steak, fluffy, hearty, and packed with bold, savory flavors that really stood out in every bite. The food had great depth and richness without feeling heavy, perfectly matching the warm, local vibe of the restaurant. Service was excellent as well—Kayla was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.
We went to Figmor today for brunch with my entire family, including a baby, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The food was perfect—excellent flavor, perfect portion sizes, and everything came out in a very timely manner. This is easily shaping up to be one of the best brunch spots in all of Western New York, and it’s no surprise the place was busy. The atmosphere was comfortable, welcoming, and a great place to enjoy a family meal. Haley was our server and she was completely on point—attentive, friendly, and professional. Joe, the host, was incredibly cordial, welcoming, and helpful, especially accommodating us with a baby, which made the experience even better. Outstanding food, great service, and a warm, inviting environment. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend Figmor to anyone looking for an amazing brunch spot.
Figmor absolutely delivered. The food was outstanding fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. But what really set the experience apart was the staff: welcoming, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. You can feel the pride in both the kitchen and the service. A place that gets it right from start to finish. Can’t wait to go back.
Figmor is exactly the kind of restaurant you hope to stumble upon when you’re looking for real, scratch-made food with quality ingredients. I discovered it while staying on the American side of Niagara Falls and searching for a breakfast spot that felt genuine and thoughtfully prepared. Even though we had to wait about a half hour for a table, it was obvious why the restaurant has such a loyal following — everyone in line and inside kept saying it was worth the wait, and they were absolutely right. The system is super convenient: they take your number and send a text when your table is ready, so you can explore some of the little shops nearby instead of hovering around the entrance. We went for breakfast and started with the Mimosa flight, which included four different flavors. Each one was unique, but the hair flavor ended up being my favorite — perfectly balanced, refreshing, and just the right amount of bubbles. For food, we couldn’t resist the stuffed French toast since it’s one of their signature dishes and it was everything people said it would be. The toast was perfectly cooked — warm, fluffy, and topped with just the right amount of sweet and fresh toppings. Every bite felt like it had been made with care and attention to detail. We also tried the sausage biscuits and gravy along with some eggs, and everything came out at the same temperature, which is always a sign that the kitchen runs smoothly and cooks everything to order rather than letting some dishes sit under a heat lamp. The staff at Figmor were attentive and welcoming, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant itself is bright, inviting, and very clean — even the bathrooms were spotless, which always adds to the overall comfort. It’s the kind of place where you feel like the staff genuinely care about the food they’re serving and the guests they’re hosting. If you’re in the New York Niagara Falls area and want a breakfast spot that combines scratch-made meals, attentive service, and a welcoming, clean environment, Figmor is absolutely worth it. The combination of high-quality ingredients, perfectly cooked dishes, and thoughtful touches like the Mimosa flight and efficient seating system make it a memorable breakfast destination. Even with a short wait, I would gladly line up again because the food and experience were that good.
I come here every Sunday for breakfast with my Dad. It is amazing! Hailey and Michelle always make us feel like we’re at home here, truly makes a difference when the service is impeccable. Today they had chicken & waffles on special, it was PHENOMENAL! Perfectly crispy chicken and fluffy waffle. Highly recommend getting that if they have it on special. Eggs Benedict is also on point. Truly a great restaurant. 💛
OMG I litreally had the best experience here , the lady michelle was so so sweet , i dont eat bacon and i ordered florentine eggs and the side potatoes had little bit of bacon added not only she gave me a new whole dish full of food but didnt even charge me for it , I was so shocked of such generosity which is so so rare here. This place is amazing and michelle you go girlll 🙌🏻. BTW the food wass delicious
Why has it taken us so long to get here? The menu seems like we wrote it - house-made crab cake Benedict, homemade corned beef hash, and a lemon and blueberry ricotta-stuffed French Toast. They have a mimosa flight, lots of other interesting dishes, and a super-friendly staff. We love a good breakfast place in Buffalo and they're hard to find...but no longer.
W O W! > Turkey skillet > Biscuits & Gravy > Nutter Butter Stuffed French Toast Servers had smiles on their faces. Everything was delicious. I loved the monstera decor & the Golden Girls decor. When my family comes into town I'm definitely bringing them here. I do just want to mention the host said it was okay if we sat outside and he said he would come get our name and phone number, then proceeded to sit many others. Instead of apologizing, he said what did you wait 15 minutes? That's not bad for a Saturday. Just weird! But otherwise had an extremely nice time. Thank you for having us
I had the meat lovers omelet and it was wonderful! The bacon in it was crispy and all the meats were nice and bite size. There were also plenty of meats in it. I'm pretty sure the menu called the potato that came with this dish "home fries" but most other places would call them breakfast potatoes. Whatever you call them, they were tasty! Edit: I've done some research, it seems that "home fries" vs "breakfast potatoes" is a regional difference I didn't previously know about. The only real difference is that home fries sometimes include peppers and onions and breakfast potatoes are always just seasoned potatoes like what FIGMOR serves. The mimosa flight was the only dim part of this meal for me, but not enough to deduct a star. The problem with the mimosas is that they all taste crisp, bubbly, and generally fruity. They look different but you can taste the difference between grapefruit and peach or pomegranate and cranberry. I think these should all taste very distinctly different. Again, what they did taste like was nice but they may as well ask you what color you want and leave it at that.
There's always a wait, so prepare for that, but I promise it's 100% worth it! The breakfast tator tots with the chile hollandaise sauce - to die for, honestly! Chicken cutlets are my favorite, so I always go with the godfather sandwich, never disappoints! (Hence the double pic) The vibes are impeccable! Golden Girls themed, the music Playlist, down to the leaf placemat, can't beat it! The staff is super friendly, my husband and I had a great time eating at the bar chatting with the bartender. I highly recommend trying this place out if you haven't yet!
Oct 2024 The food was amazing and the staff was friendly and quick. A few things to mention.. I didn't like that we made reservations and had to still wait 15 mins for a table which was minor. Also the sausage gravy eggs Benedict didn't have Benedict sauce so technically it wouldn't be eggs Benedict( note the menu didn't mention hollandaise sauce which we didn't notice when ordering)? The skillet was misleading. It was served on a plate which was fine, but probably should be called a breakfast bowl or something else. Would definitely return. May 2025 Update went back again. Food is still delicious. Used the restroom with my 3 yr old. When washing out hands the water was scolding. It was dangerously hot and I would say a risk for a burn. We didn't report the incident because they were busy, but I hope management/ owner sees this.
This place is in a beautiful, quaint location with shops, a theater across the street, and just down the street from the waterfront walking/bike path! My parents and I came on a Saturday for breakfast. We waited 15 minutes for a table (and enjoyed a little walk in the meantime). When we got a table, there was barely any wait for our food. I got the brioche French Toast stuffed with sweet cream cheese and topped with strawberries/strawberry glaze. My father got an omelette, and my mother got pancakes. The food was fresh, flavorful, and all around perfect! I couldnt find something wrong with it if I'd tried! Prices are very reasonable too, especially for the quality of food that we got. Service was amazing. Friendly staff who were really on the ball as the place was pretty busy! The menu was pretty expansive with something for everybody. Do yourself a favor and see for yourself. This place is worth it!
There's no real signage yet outside the building, but word of mouth gets around quickly. I'm glad to hear we got another breakfast restaurant and anxious to try. I got an omlet while my wife got a hash eggs benny. Both were excellent. The cook on the potatoes just needs to be a little bit longer, but otherwise, the food was great. Service was quick and constant. My coffee never went too cold or too low and that's important. Great job and we will be back again soon.
Food was great - it was our first time there. We tried the breakfast tater tots, Eggs Benedict, and kid's French toast. We all enjoyed the food! Our waiter was super friendly even though they seemed to be extremely busy and not many people working FOH. However, the back room we sat in doesn't have any fans or circulation whatsoever, so it was extremely hot and uncomfortable. We were all sweating, and it was very muggy. And unfortunately every single piece of dishware we received had broken pieces on it, which doesn't seem very safe. The dishes could break while eating, or perhaps someone could accidentally get cut.
When you think of brunch places, I’m immediately transported back to a time where I was surrounded by good food, friends and most importantly great cocktails! Figmor delivers. I always say that you can immediately tell your experience at a restaurant or business by your first interaction when you walk in. The host, who we later found out was the owners brother was everything you want as an introduction. He was as effervescent as the bubbles in my Mimosa! We decided to have a couple drinks at the bar and Bree our bartender was friendly, charming and personable. We made our way to our seats and ordered our food which I had the 50 Shades of Green salad with Chicken and Cilantro Lime dressing (which I didn’t eat because the flavor wasn’t for me) and my friend had Country Bennys with sausage gravy and a breakfast sausage. Plus after all the drinks he consumed at the bar he ordered Mac & cheese too lol. Now, the only feedback I have and it’s why I took away a star is the knives aren’t adequate for eating. You need something that is serrated and I say this, because my chicken was quite dry and I couldn’t cut it with what looked like a smaller butter knife without tipping over my bowl. Which is what nearly happened several times over. These are easy fixes and with some tweaks this spot is a must see if you’re visiting North Tonawanda. In the warmer months there is also seating outside, which is covered will be the place to be!
Adorable little diner with a quirky/unique & upscale feel & lots of options, including for dietary restrictions. Half hour wait to be seated, & the (brunch for 3) food took a good while (~30-40 min) to come, so that's the only reason I didn't give that 5th star. Loved the golden girls theme!! So fun!
