Thanks for accommodating my milk allergy Jimboys! Still a delicious original ground beef taco minus the cheese and parmesan. This is also a great place for those with gluten allergies.... those folks should stay away from the rice tho.

There's something special about Jimboy's. The food has it's own unique taste. This visit was my first time at the Northgate location. I was not disappointed. The entire street is saturated with Mexican Eateries (that are authentic). So why pick Jimboy's (which is more or less "americanized" Mexican Food)? Because of its unique, consistently yummy taste. Give it a shot.

Taco plate, and a combo plate was incorrectly made. When we ordered with additional carnitas taco and asked for a cheese enchilada instead of a beef neither was correct. We got a mixed messed up order with crazy beef and chicken. Service was quick.

The lady that took my order that had totaled out to $24.32 I had $22.32 and she said that it was okay but when I got my burrito it barely had any meat in it mind you that I told her that I could have went right back up the street to my house and got the other two dollars but she told me that it was fine it'll be okay

It was my very first experience and I bought the combo burrito. It tasted worse than a microwave Burrito. It had no cheese, barely any meat and the lady didn't even ask if I wanted any type of salsa. How embarrassing.

I ordered 3 combo beef burritos and i got more flour shell and hardly no meat. They were so small that one person could eat all three and still not get full. I call them so i could bring back their burritos so i could get my money back or make them and she told me to call the company and they stopped answering the phone when i tried to call them back. DON'T GO TO THE 535 WISCONSIN AVE LOCATION

We placed a large online order with Jimboy’s Taco for a business lunch. We received both the confirmation and the receipt, so we expected everything to be ready. To our surprise, when we called the restaurant, we were told the order had not been processed at all. We called twice, explained that we had the confirmation and receipt, but the staff refused to acknowledge it. The lady on the phone was aggressive and insisted that we physically come to the restaurant with the receipt. Our office admin went in person, only to be told again that they would not honor it. When she asked to speak to the manager, the response was simply that he was “too busy.” This entire experience was extremely frustrating. We had to scramble for an alternative at the last minute, which disrupted our business lunch. We will not be ordering from Jimboy’s Taco again, and I strongly advise anyone considering them to think twice.

Worst tacos ever the amount of chicken in the 6 tacos u could have made 1 good taco and she'll was burnt and soggy what a waste of my money never going there again don't bother going there u will be disappointed

This place went downhill fast after new owners took over. They are stingy with everything. Tacos barely have meat and the enchilada sauce is watered down. What made it worse is they gutted the inside. It used to have life with cool art and cozy seating. Now it looks like a boring overpriced chain with a modern minimalistic going on. It has no soul anymore. Straight up ruined what made it special. Hope it shuts down. Use to eat here weekly, but no more.

I’ve been going to Jimboys for the past 26 years every time I enjoy it but last night I was super disappointed i added extra cheese to my taco per usual and this is what I got ive never seen this type of cheese on a jimboys taco it was so nasty the cheese tasted like some cheep brand of cheese you could get a Walmart for a dollar i will never again go to this location and neither should you if you want that authentic jimboys taste go to the one on arena blvd or Stockton blvd or Franklin blvd the best !!! And I will be calling corporate

This is the absolute worst Jim boys ever!! I used to eat here as kid in the 80s and 90s. It seriously has gone downhill. I ordered 2 tacos with sour cream barely ate the first one and threw the other one away! It tasted like spoiled meat. Just stay away!
