This place charges for dipping sauce--my local kfc in canoga park doesn't-- but bc of the fresh/hot sandwiches, had to rate this place a 5

The food is ALWAYS FRESH. And the new $4.99 special with 2 legs, mash potatoes & gravy and a biscuit with butter and honey is an AWESOME DEAL!!! especially in times like today with inflation. It's a deal that lets you know that KFC is trying to help the people save money. I APPLAUD them for that.

Fast, fresh food. Literally placed my order and received my family sized order in less than 5 minutes. Chicken was crunchy and well coated, not under or over cooked. They are observing social distancing. Masks required, no more than 6 people allowed in the dining room at once.

This location has the best tasting chicken amongst KFC locations, I can't quite put my finger on it, perhaps it's the way they're blending their spices and or the amount of time cooking their regular chicken making it crispy and yummy. I've always been impressed by the great service and cleanliness here, there's plenty of parking as well. Love it.

Great straightforward service, great smiles and just genuine ppl working there. Grateful for the experience. Def 4.763542 stars out 5. 1 piece of chicken had too much fat. But the other 4 pieces were superb 🙌🏽🙌🏽. Also pray for human trafficking to end and for raising public awareness of human trafficking. Baby steps.

Consitently good chicken at this location. The dining area has limited seating. Friendly staff, they are often out of honey for the biscuits. One of the better KFC locations in the Valley.

Best thing about this KFC is it's employees, very fast & efficient employees. The only thing that had me lean toward a 4☆ review was that this restaurant wasn't equipped properly with napkins & limited to hot sauce.

This KFC is superior. Be prepared to be transported back to the 1990s when the food was great. The lady who works at the front is also so nice every time I’ve been here.

Everything was good except the Mac and cheese. It was thin and an off white color. Not the rich yellow and flavorful I have had in the past. Chemical eating at its finest!

My go to spot. I love the bowl ughhh so good. I need extra gravy in there! But so yummy. I need to try the pot pie next. Love the hot sauce. The fries are good but I miss the wedges :( I like KFC good flavors.

There was what looked like a homeless person who really made me feel so uncomfortable|. I ordered my food, and took my food, and got out of there quickly! I will not go back to that KFC again! I can't believe the kfc in Granada Hills closed down. :-(

Remember back before COVID when you'd say you were picking an order up and they'd tell you how long it's gonna be? Lol the manager just says "Okay" and walks away with his arms folded, what happened???

Prepare to wait 15 minutes before they even take your order. Then they'll give you attitude like your business is an inconvenience.

We went one night to buy 20pcs of hot wings and 3pcs of regular chicken. We had to wait 9 mins for the wings but they gave us 3pcs of Old and Uncooked chicken. After eating 1 of the 3pcs of chicken my wife felt sick to her stomach and started vomitting. They should shut down this location. We are also planning to complain them to the BBB. Their food is so disgusting...and that is the last time we are buying from KFC...

When I got home with my order. My chicken was literally sitting in a inch of grease..chicken was soaked in it..couldn't eat it..reported to complaint dept. Manager called and said he would replace with new..lost my appetite and had to ask for refund..he didn't offer...The manager kept insisting that the way their spicy sauce is..maybe get a new sauce thats not half grease...really?!! I'll pass on KFC....

Place doesn’t have a drive thru, I had to walk inside. It took Staff a few minutes before they noticed I was standing waiting to order, when the cashier finally took my order she forgot to hand me my receipt. She was too into the conversation with her coworker talking about personal things.

I hope management trains their staff to work in customer service since making the ugliest what do you want face is not it.

Went in to get food for my family and I was left standing at the register while dude was on his cellphone. After 8 minutes of waiting I finally got to order. I got home and chicken sandwich was 2 old chicken pieces instead of the classic sandwich. Horrible service.

Total disappointment, I ordered through the mobile application, it said the time when I had to pick up my order, I arrived a few minutes later in case my order was not there and I saw how they gave the order to others and when I ask for my order they tell me that They were waiting for me to tell me that I should wait longer because the chicken ran out, my rest time passed and my order finally took more than half an hour, and the manager did not want to take responsibility. I will never go there again

I ordered online but when I got to the facility they said my order was canceled so I called customer services and they said my order was ok in their system but unfortunately the store did not provide me my order and still my money is not returned

Staff has been rude most times I've picked up. Tried ordering on-line for pick up and my order was not done on time plus they couldn't fill my order because what they offer in this location is not up to date with KFC website! Also, website charged me a different price for a side and when the store couldn't fill it, they didn't give me a refund for the difference. Try a different KFC if you can.

The service at this KFC is horrible. No "thank you" or a smile from the cashier. The chicken was dry and it wasn't fresh. It seemed like the chicken was sitting there for a long time. The gravy was dark and thick and the second portion was very runny. When we parked I noticed the building was tagged and walking inside the glass windows looked horrible, they looked dirty and foggy. They need to fix this place. The image it's giving to other KFCs is definitely not good.

I pass to buy food to take my son that's in the hospital. When I get to hospital I noticed something in the soda I open it and it had a roach in the drink. I can't believe it . This is the worse experience I had. This business should be close down.

We came in around 9:00 PM. There were no customers, and it already looked like the staff had decided the night was over. By 9:05 PM we were ready to place our order, but the cashier told us they couldn’t cook wings or thighs and that we had to choose only from whatever was already sitting there. He pointed to the glass display where some chicken strips had clearly been sitting for a while and said that was all they had. This was extremely frustrating. The restaurant is supposed to close at 9:30 PM, not 9:05 PM. Refusing to cook menu items 25 minutes before closing and pushing customers to take old food from the display is just lazy and unprofessional. It felt like the staff simply didn’t want to do their job and were more interested in going home early than serving customers. With that kind of attitude, it’s no surprise the place was empty. We definitely won’t be coming back.

If there was a 0-star option, I would give it. I had a very disappointing experience at KFC Northridge (8644 Balboa Blvd). I spent $41.15 on a meal that was completely inedible. The chicken was soggy and undercooked, and you could barely swallow it. Both the chicken and fries tasted and smelled like old, dirty oil. After only a few bites, we had to throw the rest away because it was unsafe to eat. The store also appeared unclean and had a strong, unpleasant odor, raising serious concerns about hygiene and food handling. Overall, the food quality and customer service were completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this location under any circumstances.

The woman behind the counter kept arguing with some guy over fixing the ice machine instead of having the broken AC fixed and then when I finally order I told her Original and she kept saying Crispy. We went back and forth 4 times and when I got home and opened the box, CRISPY and it wasn't fresh either. Maybe we should contact the help dept, Better Business better business bureau and maybe OSHA for the outright disgusting conditions of the place.
