Good pizza, but it's certainly not Neapolitan pizza. It's not gourmet or made with refined ingredients; it's a lifesaver. But it's good and cheap—a nice large Margherita costs 5.50. Plus, the guys know what they're doing, and if you spend more than that, they'll give you a free drink. Well done.

Good pizza, but zero organization. If you go to a pizzeria, you know when you're coming in but not when you're leaving... Between Deliveroo, Glovo, deliveries, "Amici"... you never know when your pizza will arrive. If you order it for delivery, they give you a specific time (with a 15-minute grace period, fair enough), but when it's out of order for 5 minutes, you call to find out why, they tell you it's just out of the oven, and basically, it arrives 20 minutes later. It's better to give a long time than to rush to "keep" the customer and then leave them disappointed with a long wait. Never again.

Too bad you can't give half a star! A *DISCLAIMER* experience to say the least. An evening at a friend's house turned into a bathroom run because of this pizzeria!! It all started with a reservation made at 6 PM with delivery scheduled for 8:45 PM, half an hour after the agreed-upon delivery time. There wasn't even a pizza, so we decided to call the pizzeria, who informed us that the delivery driver had just left the pizzeria and told us to start heading down (the distance between the pizzeria and the delivery point was 6 minutes). So, at 9:30 PM, still no pizza. We called back complaining about being down in the cold for a quarter of an hour, and they answered, for the second time, that the delivery driver had just left, taking the piss out of us again!! Needless to say, the pizzas obviously weren't ready yet! Moral of the story: the pizzas arrived at 10:15 PM, RAW and inedible, 7 pizzas, all raw. From there, the war began in the house over who should go to the bathroom first!!! I strongly advise against this place. I'm sorry because I'm not one to write negative reviews or judge other people's work, but at this point, I'm not going to stand for it anymore, health comes first.

Embarrassing in the management of the delivery, one can understand a temporary difficulty but not the taking the piss, repeatedly lying knowing that the pizzas were not even made (nope), then the pizza arrived not hot and poorly topped on top, absolutely not recommended, I don't know how people like this manage to keep a business afloat, bad bad.

We ordered a few pizzas, and they arrived over an hour late without warning. We had to call three times to be told the delivery guy was on the way when he wasn't. Terrible pizzeria, first and last time I'll order pizza from here.

It was a terrible evening: the pizza was supposed to arrive at 8:30 PM. We called several times and were told, "The guy is leaving." He wasn't leaving at all! When it arrived, the pizza was frozen. This attitude is not only unprofessional, it's also rude! I felt like I was being mocked. Never again!

Disappointing experience I ordered a pizza through Deliveroo at 8:00 PM, but the delivery didn't arrive until 9:30 PM. Additionally, there was a further delay of about 15 minutes due to the delivery guy stopping at the wrong address, and we had to coordinate to correct the error. When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold and practically inedible. A very disappointing experience, especially considering the wait time.

Second time ordering through Glovo; order placed at 7:15 PM, delivery scheduled for 7:45/7:55 PM, but after 8 PM still no pizza (three slices of Margherita and a Coke). We called for information: the first time we were told the wait would be 45 minutes; after 45 minutes, they told us it would take another 12 minutes because they were late, and after 20 minutes, we were told they didn't know when they could deliver. The order from Glovo cannot be cancelled; they can't cancel it, therefore: money given away to the pizzeria. Unacceptable. If you know you're going to be busy on Saturdays, you need to make other arrangements. It's unacceptable that people haven't had dinner at 9 PM on Saturdays and have to find an alternative for your order. Never again.

1 star because they can't not put them. We always order from them, but everything has a limit. Waiting more than 2 hours after the delivery time for 4 pizzas should be illegal. Every 10 times, 11 are late, so we decide to go get them. Maybe it's a delivery issue.... And instead.... After ordering 2 pizzas by phone at 7:15 PM, saying they'd be there in 15 minutes, we arrive at 7:40 PM, hoping they're at least in the oven, thinking we're late, and instead.... Another 20 minutes of waiting. I'm not hungry anymore, thanks.
