Usually I get the crispy chicken, but this time I got the mac'n'cheese bowl with chicken bites in them, and they were super delicious! KFC is a fast food restaurant, but it doesn't really taste like fast food! The chicken wings can get a bit greasy, so if you can handle some grease, it's really good, especially the seasoning when it's compared with a crunch or crispy chicken skin!

The honey-bbq chicken tastes just as great as it did back in the 90s!! Nice smoky-sweet flavor. I would recommend that you try it.

We were having a party for my dad's birthday and we had more people show up than we were expecting. So we decided to make a quick stop at KFC and they didn't disappoint! We had a huge order that was a bit confusing, and they came through for us! The service was fast and friendly. And the food was warm and yummy.

I went through the drive thru. The employee was very pleasant, patient and helpful. The communication was clear and at a volume that made it easy to hear and understand the employee I was speaking with. The signage seemed accurate, clean and well lit. The property seemed cared for and free of trash. My visit was pleasant. I ordered large sides of mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw. Which was what I mainly wanted. Last minute I decided to order 2 pcs of dark meat chicken. One for tonight and one for tomorrow. When I opened up the box with the chicken in it, I was shocked to see how tiny the leg and thigh were. I'm not sure I've ever seen such tiny pieces of chicken. Maybe they were tiny because it was nearing the end of the night. They should have put them in a much smaller box as they only filled about a quarter of the one they were in. I could have stopped nearby and purchased a whole rotisserie chicken for less than $1.50 more than I paid for these 2 pieces. I should have thought to take a photo. Could a, would a, should a, it's too late now. I'm not sure when KFC's chickens started being butchered so young and tiny, but it was a lesson learned by me for next time. Other than that I enjoyed my food.

Wife went to get crispy. Order was wrong when she returned home. I went and got my order corrected by another lady, confused but the other young girl inside said “I thought they got half and half.” First of all, how would you remember “us” and what we ordered. Second of all, IF it were half and half, you still got it wrong! Facepalm

This should NOT be a high score, EXCEPT that I am SO impressed with the guy who was running things tonight! (3/12/24 at 9:15pm). The drive thru was backed up, so we went inside, only to discover that no one was there (at the tables OR behind the counter). And then I heard that there was only 1 kitchen staff (?) AND ONE guy handling walk up orders AND drive through... He was working SO hard and he was running back and forth to make things happen! They were out of major stuff, and he still managed to give great service. So... I give "management" a 1 star, because things shouldn't be in such bad shape. But I give a 5 for hiring people who give great service, even in less than ideal circumstances. Oh yeah, and the food we got was good, as expected from KFC

They should ask if you'd like butter and honey to go. It shouldn't be an after thought when I got home. Still the best coleslaw fast food wise. In my opinion. Great way to feed a family on a budget if you don't feel like cooking. Please bring back the popcorn chicken famous bowel. Was great bang for the buck. Way better with the popcorn chicken.

Food was good but they ran out of chicken and only had enough for 1 chicken sandwhich so we had to order something else which was disappointing.

The chicken was actually nice and juicy and tender but the biscuit was hard as a rock and it was 5pm so I think they should have had some fresh biscuits. I also ordered a small Mac and cheese....it was 3.95! For literally a 1/4 cup of food and it was dry as can be. Their Mac and cheese use to be amazing years ago. So overall I was pretty disappointed.

Why has the price gone way up, and the quality and quantity gone way down. Got a 20-pc tender meal and an extra dozen of biscuits and almost $80. Less sides, and on top of that, they messed up the order completely. Thank goodness the biscuits were warm. Last time they were dry and old.

It seems pretty clean in here but... They totally messed up my order. I took the food out to the car it was supposed to be this big family meal. It came to 43 and change with tax. My wife went through it and thought it was wrong. I took a nuget out while she was looking at it and burned my mouth enough to put it back in the box. Well it was way wrong only about half the food was there. I took it back inside and told them it was wrong and the lady was very polite and said she would make it right. They made us fresh food? I don't know I watched her take every thing out of the box put it back in the warmer thing. Including the tender nug I took a bite out of... We ordered tenders and an 8 piece. Can they really put food back that was already served? I mean yes they can... But should they?

They got my to-go order wrong. At the register I stated distinctly and precisely: "Two 3-piece Big Box combos exactly alike: all white, original, with mashed potatoes and gravy, and coleslaw." Verified receipt before leaving; got home and discovered all 6 pieces of chicken were dark meat. Very unsatisfactory.

This is mostly a review of the food. The last few times I’ve gotten KFC from this location, it’s been pretty bad. Food is consistently cold, overcooked, or prepared improperly. The last time I got food from here, I got a Famous Bowl. It was filled with room temperature mashed potato’s, cold corn, and 5 extremely small and overcooked pieces of chicken. In years past, they would fill the bowl with chicken and it cost less than it does now. It’s just not worth it to go to this location anymore.

Where is my extra two biscuit tho ? 🤦🏽‍♀️. Made my dasher wait 30+ minutes and still didn’t get my full order right. Instead I got a cookie I didn’t ask for

Totally. Disappointed the chicken was old and has a funny smell. Worst $40. I've ever spent I've been customer of KFC for over 30 years and this is the worst experience that I've ever had in my life. I will not be returning.They are trying to get people sick

Just left.. Never got all the stuff i order 😞 New .. 12-31-21. Never got my two large mash. There’s always something missing…! 6/18/23. The crispy chicken was so salty somehow. 7/6/23. Came to pickup a mobile order and was given the smallest pieces nobody would ever want. These are the ones you should never give to customers.

My fiancé and I ordered a to go order from this KFC tonight. When u went to pick it up they initially told me it wasn’t done yet (no problem there they were busy), but after waiting about ten minutes they checked again and found that the order had been made but given to someone else. Instead of offering to make it right they told me that unless the person who picked it up brought it back or called in there was nothing they could do. So ya, don’t order to go from this location unless you are ok with your chicken being stolen.

I ordered 3 pice chicken strips and it had a old busted open ranch in with the chicken the ranch was on the chicken and had started to dry threw away as it was obviously old and had been kept worm

My whole order was wrong. Chicken wing half gone - down to the bone. BBQ and honey mustard sauce both missing. My fries were missing too. Mayo on sandwiches. Asked for there to be none. Did not get corn that was ordered. Got mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese instead. Definitely not worth the $30 I just spent. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Terrible service and the food I did get didn’t even look edible. Hands down worst KFC I have ever been too.

MY WORST KFC EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I ordered 2/24 pieces of hot wings and The Taste was the worst I have ever experienced... the hot wings were mushy with lots of additional breading... I believe the order was rushed... this was the worst experience I've ever had with any takeout ever.... my wife and daughter also said it was the worst Hot Wings they ever tasted... Management should not have cooks that don't ensure that every order is quality

We passed by this KFC while walking with my children and my son insisted to go and eat inside. It was the dirtiest restaurant I’ve seen in my life and it the order took a very long time. I had a bite from my son the chicken was very hard like a rock I am not sure what kind of chicken are they using… I had stomach problems thanks god my son was ok. Added to all that you are short of staff and they are rude due to pressure

Worst experience ever; the country fried steak reminded me of the paper thin food that we got in school lunches, potatoes, and coleslaw was tiny , and I was overcharged for it too and the ding-a-ling at the counter couldn't fix it probably won't go back to KFC again. Is gross and disgusting and the management or the company even responds to you when you call them and email them. They're a joke I hope they go under.

had to wait 15 minutes for him to come to register( arm tattoos, curly hair guy) and then had to wait 5 minutes at the drive through, very unprofessional way of speaking and horrible experience. all of this while the resturants was 90% empty.

Went drive thru and ordered 10 pcs fried chicken "thigh part only". When I arrived home I have 1 thigh part and 1 small wings and 1 drumstick and the rest is breast. Poor kids they have to share the only thigh part that was sent.

Got my order completely wrong even after confirming it. Extra crispy was completely dried out and mashed potatoes that we didn't order were gross. Coleslaw tasted rancid. Service was very slow. I definitely do not recommend.

I currently have food poisoning.. not sure if it was the chicken that tasted a little.. off? I’ve never had kfc so I thought they just had different flavored chicken but apparently not because I’m extremely sick today. Will not be coming back here and I don’t recommend anyone else does either.

I ordered a small gravy to go with my meal and I got a container that was barely filled up to the decorative line on the bottom. Super disappointed. Not to mention this place never remembers the silverware.

The mashed potatoes had a rancid taste, the gravy was flat and the cole slaw was old and nasty. And it's all topped off with outrageous prices. All of it went in the trash.
