I just had the most wonderful service at this particular Subway. They have veggie patties, which most Subway’s do not. The worker went above and beyond to ensure my sandwich was perfect. Thank you Austin for the lovely conversation and I wish you well on your trek back home to Wisconsin, your family is lucky to have such a kind soul!
Edwin at the Oakdale location was all alone today serving customers and quite frankly doing a great job. Kept his cool and served with grace. Unfortunately i doubt the people who can make this happen will but it would be great to see someone like that get a large raise. Clearly he deserves it. He exhibits everything an employee should. I hope they treat you as well as you treated us today Edwin and God Bless. Otherwise I got a job for you that would pay you way more than that place could.

I stopped here a while ago, looking for a good meal on my way to a church activity. I am so glad that I made the stop, not only were the people nice but the line kept moving as well. I decided on the sweet chicken teriyaki sub, since it is definitely one of my favorite. I liked how I not only was I able to customize my sub, but that within 7 minutes of walking in, I was able to get my food. This was a sweet start to enjoy my meal, before my activity. Everything really did taste fresh, and everyone was just so nice as well. So good to go back sometime soon.
I stopped here a while ago, looking for a good meal on my way to a church activity. I am so glad that I made the stop, not only were the people nice but the line kept moving as well. The food has always been pretty good but don't ask for extra meat, they will charge you for double meat. It hashappened to me on a few different occasions and only one time did they fix the charge.

Most unreliable location. They are literally always closed before the time they claim to be open till with no signage or anything posted on their door that they are going to be closed early. Its 8:40pm and they are supposed to be open until 9pm. All the lights are in but the door is locked and no employee in sight. Waste of time and gas. Keep your doors open until your advertised time or make your open hours accurate. This has happened several times and only ever at this location

I ordered a chicken salad sandwich I asked for less Mayo on my sandwich. The sandwich is drowning in Mayo and I consider it inedible for me to eat. I do not like a whole lot of Mayo on my sandwich. People need to follow directions..it also wasn't cut to my specific direction in the notes

Whenever I go into the restaurant and get food, my order is right but every single time I do delivery they either miss something or something is wrong. The problem never gets fixed. I ordered delivery last night. One was supposed to be a meal. The other was just a sandwich. We only received the two sandwiches. No drink no happy Gilmore cup and no chips! Every single time I order delivery this happens! The food is good. The service just sucks whenever I order from the app!
hi, I did an order yesterday through DoorDash at 5:30 yesterday evening June 22 of 2025. I had ordered a bag of Doritos nacho I did a cold cut 12 foot inch on Italian herb and cheese bread with lettuce spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, oil, mayonnaise, black pepper, and salt and my cheese, my American cheese. I got the sandwich but it wasn’t on the Italian cheese bread. It was on the regular Italian bread there was no cheese nor did I get my chips or the correct Bread and when I tried to call the store yesterday, it rings and then goes to busy signal. How am I supposed to reach someone to complain about this when I don’t drive that’s why I had a DoorDash so I spent almost $15 at this restaurant and I didn’t get anything for it that I had ordered, so I’m not really happy with this restaurant

Not sure how he’s even an employee with a job. Will never be back to this location based on the reviews, it looks like others have also had this experience.
I just stopped in at this Subway at about 6:30 on a Wednesday. I got a footlong meal deal. When it got to putting veggies on my sandwich I said "and lots of mayo". The kid said we are out of mayo! I'm like what that kind of ruins it! He didn't offer a solution, discount, or anything. At that point I should have walked away. I paid for my meal and said "just hold it here for me I'm running over to Holiday to get mayo". A sub without mayo for me is useless. Holiday graciously gave me the mayo packets for free. I got back to Subway about three minutes later. The kid gave me my food and had the nerve to say "by the way our lobby closes in about 17 minutes". Really. If you are reading this kid, figure out how to treat people. All in all, I had to rush to eat (only ate half) and couldn't have a relaxing dinner. Store was dirty too. Last time I was here was such a great experience I think I actually left a good review. Owner of you are reading this, you need better employees. Someone could have run to the store to get mayo or at least the kids could have told customers before they ordered.
Very poor experience. First visit here was average, but second visit terrible. After my first visit, I received an electronic email invitation from Subway to complete a survey for 2 free cookies. As usual, it had me write down the code on the receipt. I took this receipt and code back to the store. Mikala refused to give me my cookies. She said they had no way to verify the code was legitimate. I stated I had the email, receipt and code. She then stated this is the policy of the Owner, that until they have a proper way to verify, you won’t receive any cookies. I was stunned. She told me to come back the next day to discuss with the Owner. Most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. But what is worse, was the way it was handled. No apology, nothing. Don’t appreciate the insinuation I faked a silly code for two free cookies. Any other Subway would have given the cookies and advised of the policy next time around, as a courtesy. Go to another Subway if you want to be treated like a valued customer.
I've been a fan of Subway but a recent experience here wasn't positive. When I paid for my $9.99 sandwich I was charged $10.99. I questioned why it was different from the price on the board where I'd made my selection, and was told prices have been going up. I asked to pay the posted price, they refused. I asked to speak to a manager, they said he'd just left. When I looked for a table (around 2 p.m.) more than half were still showing remains of the lunch rush, hadn't been cleaned by any of the three staff I saw. When I used the bathroom, I noted the toilet bowl was badly stained. I almost never post a negative review, but since I can never remember a business refusing to honor their posted price I took the step of contacting the owner through the Subway's corporate website. I received a canned generic reply that made no reference to my actual experience.
Horrible service, and a horrible steak and cheese sandwich. I was told that the steak and cheese is a cold meat sandwich? When I ordered online and complained after I got home that it was cold. They never even offered any kind apologies or solutions, like making me a warm sandwich, and told me that the sandwich I ordered from the warm sandwich section on the app menu was not supposed to be warm. They did make me another sandwich after I asked if they would, but insisted that I was wrong and that if I wanted it warm I had to put in special instructions to warm the meat. I used to eat here all the time. I refuse to ever go back.

I think it’s pathetic when you don’t close until 9pm. But we’re cleaning up to close early at 7:30. Lazy employees and management for letting this happen. Don’t bother if you want a sub after 7pm at this location
Worst garbage place ever! App is a piece of garabage. Never will eat here again. Thank god for jimmy John, firehouse, jersey Mike which are all better sub places anyways. Tried to set up payment and it lists my address in other foreign countries. Employees were useless for help
