Worst McDonald’s ever. Don’t ever come here go to Lauderdale Lakes to the 1.6 miles west. They don’t even answer the drive-through when you drive up and then they put signs on the door every night that say “machines broken“ and the employees lock the door so they don’t have to work and just collect their hourly wage. It’s absolutely a farce. I cannot believe a McDonald’s corporation as big as they are allowed such an atrocity. Completely ridiculous so please don’t come here because you’re not going to get any food.

I was handed the wrong order twice at the drive through, in the same interaction. And even after being handed the right order (third time’s the charm, I guess) the bag didn’t include the sauces, and I ordered the spicy snack wraps but was given the regular ones.

Last night, at around 11 pm I went through the drive thru, usually I pay with my phone and there's never a problem. Last night though drive thru girl took my phone, gave me a total, changed the total and then asked me 3 times how much money I had in my card, I kept telling her it doesn't matter I have more than the total your telling me, then I see her exit my wallet screen, (my bank app is open) swipe, click, swipe. I kept on telling her to just charge me and she's literally all over my phone. Weirdest encounter, didn't even eat, just asked for my phone and left.

During the day this place is fine but Avoid at all costs at night. Only One car in front of me in the drive thru and I still had to wait 30 mins for my food. Has happened multiple times.

This is one of those locations with hidden closing times. What I mean is that they’ll be open to delivery request and the like, but as with some other locations, they take an unspecified grace period to prepare for breakfast and will essentially claim that they’re closed if you arrive between 3-4am. Save your gas.

I had a question for her, but when I tried to get her attention, she looked at me, slowly walked away, and did not return. Very slow, I was in the drive through for 25 minutes, and there was only 2 cars in front of me, when I pulled up to the window, they gave me a small coffee instead of large, then I had to wait for them to remake my coffee, and it took them more than 5 minutes, this is crazy, my launch time is almost ended, and I didn’t even had chance to eat, horrible service, 0 stars!

The place sucks they are so disorganized. You order a happy meal? They give it to you in a brown bag. No kids toy. What are you paying for also? They have like a 10-year-old boy. Working the drive through window. I thought child labor was illegal in the states.

If attitude was on the menu, this place would be fully stocked. Pulled up to the drive-thru expecting breakfast and friendliness, but got served a full combo of rudeness with a side of unnecessary attitude. I was told my food “wasn’t there”—only for it to magically appear moments later. Surprise! It was there all along. Shocking, right? I don’t know if they were having a bad day, but trust me, I ordered a McMuffin , not negativity. McDonald’s is supposed to be fast food, not fast sass. Next time, I hope the employee remembers: the ice cream machine might be broken, but the customer service shouldn’t be. Do better. Stay golden, arches—not attitude. ✨

I placed the order via mobile app and picked it up at the drive through. I checked the bag and it was missing 2 extra Sweet and Sour Sauces which were clearly showing in my check. I never had any issue getting them upon asking, especially because they are in the order, but they are in the check with a 0 value and this time your employee decided to piss me off. They said that I should pay for it and it is not their fault that the check shows 0 dollars, moreover after multiple attempts from my side to settle it, they decided to become rude, refused to give me their name and showed me the middle finger, at which point I think that they should be fired and I really look forward for you to contact me and let me know that they got fired. This person should not work there and treat your customers like this, I have it all on video and Im happy to send it to you. No employee can act like that and keep getting paid for such behavior. Moreover, I want their name, because now I am afraid for my life, given they have all my contact information from my Mobile App order. I hope the other persons laughing behind there, also get punished for agreeing with such behavior and not trying to solve this. I am not a conflict person and did not even try to escalate this, but someone may and this employee can easily get you in trouble.
