If you eat here, eat after 11am. They only serve breakfast before then and trust me it's not worth it. The lunch options sounded good, but unfortunately it was 10:45 when I ordered so I was stuck with the really awful breakfast options. I got the breakfast burrito- it was so bland I thought my mother-in-law made it.

I've been here 3 times. The food is only okay. The menu is small. The beer is good. The service always seems disorganized, overwhelmed and slow, slow ,slow. An airport restaurant should be able to get out a salad or breakfast burrito in less than 25 minutes. Management needs to invest in staff and menu. Staff seem sad. Come on! I know there isn't much competition here, but make this place good!!!

Recieved my order wrong. And tortillas from the taco seemed to have been sitting out because they were hard. They were also extremely small. Taste wasn't terrible. Waiting service pushes you to tip and to tip in cash. Almost 40 dollars for 4 small tacos and two coffees.

The ladies working here were nice, but this place had what might be the most flavorless food I've had in my life. The mildly undercooked tortilla was the highlight of it. Guacamole was green but it might have well been paste. Skip this place and hit Caladava or whatever is called.

Ok, for airport food (not like you have much of a choice) I ordered the Pork Burrito; it was ok, needs seasoning (no flavor). The pork was moist, but zero taste. I also shared an order of nachos and used the nacho cheese sauce and jalapeños to put on my burrito for flavor; it help to get it down. The nachos were good (not great). The service could use a little friendliness. Not sure if it's just the fact that the airport causes everyone to be in a miserable mood, but that was the vibe.

Not enough seats, dirty tables, very badly mixed drinks... mediocre food, overpriced.

How is this place still in business? At 5 pm on a Sunday, they only have one person who can take orders. Waited in line for about 20 minutes then she went on a break to go to the bathroom. 5-10 minutes later she came back and continued to take orders. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to place your order at an airport restaurant. Crazy.

Service was good. Food was horrible. Fries were cold and soggy. Hamburger was way overcooked. Philly cheese steak meat tasted like roadkill. The Philly was a white roll with fake cheese, very few veggies and 2oz of meat. Nothing was worth the price we paid.

This place was really disappointing. There was no Pyramid beer on tap, at Pyramid Brewing Co. The food was not good. We ordered a chicken burrito and chips and salsa. The burrito was soggy, had clearly been premade and wrapped for a while in foil. The chips and salsa were store bought/ jarred, and bad. Do not waste your money here.

Charged nearly 20$ for a burger that was dry, bland and overcooked then charged $10 a drink. Took over 30 minutes to get my check to me after I was done and then the hostess put my drink on someone elses tab. I heard at least two people ask to speak to a manager over their checks, but apparently there wasn't a manager there ever. Honestly worst part of trip. Would advise everyone avoid.

You may not have The Classic breakfast with 3 eggs. The number of eggs must be divisible by 2. For examble you may have 2, 4, 6 or 8 eggs. You may order your eggs scrambled soft but regardless they will arrive with the texture of cardboard. You may only have a Double Bloody Mary, not Single. No, the waitress does not make the rules. But she would be happy to accommodate your request for a Single Bloody Mary by having the bartender make you a Single and charge you for a Double. When you express your surprise at the arithmetic this establishment uses, the waitress fixes her mouth with tight lips and reminds you she does make the rules. I guess the only other complaint about The Classic Breakfast is that it comes with tater tots. Tater tots? Well, of course.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I literally never review anything, but the “taco” I just ate was so vile I can only assume it would be illegal in most countries, and I felt compelled to act. This place is neither a brewery, nor a tap room, nor can it rightfully be called a restaurant. In the future I would opt to starve in sobriety rather than set foot in here again.

Walked in, sat down, server walked past me no fewer than 15 times utterly refusing to look at me even when I was looking directly at her. Rang their little tabletop 'prompt service' button. Nothing. Table next to me waited 25 minutes for a beer and a plate of chips. After 15 minutes of being ignored I went to the bar and asked for the manager. She gave zero F's and told me the 'prompt service' button is "probably broken" so I left and went to Vino Volo where I was seated and served a drink within 2 minutes.

Food was ok, I had to wait 10minutes to be served, then 20 minutes just to get my beer. Burger finally arrived later, it was ok I guess. Had to wait another 10 minutes after I was done to get the check. I only saw two wait staff and it was very busy so I'm not sure if it was their fault or not, maybe they just need more people. I could have easily drank another beer maybe 2 but at the rate it was going I was worried in wouldn't have enough time to get it so I didn't.

Would have been better off going to Taco Bell. Should have read the reviews before I ordered here, the food is terrible. The tortillas are cold, the egg and chorizo is meant to be mixed not lumped together, and don't cook the eggs in butter the flavors clash. There's a canned salsa on top followed with some pre made guacamole. These should not be allowed to be served especially in California where we have so many good taco places. Oh and the $13.99 mimosa is such a scam for the price. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Visited Pyramid Ale Taproom at Oakland airport and was thoroughly disappointed. I was charged a staggering $19 for a Margarita that tasted like it came from a premix bottle. To add to the disappointment, I paid $15 for two tacos that lacked the authentic flavor and presentation of genuine Mexican cuisine. Won't be returning or recommending.

I don't normally give 1 star ratings, but this place really deserves it. I used to come here in the past, and remember it being decent. Came here today for the first time since COVID and I was surprised how badly it went downhill. After noticing that none of the Pyramid brews were on tap anymore, I went to look into what was happening with Pyramid (since I knew that the Berkeley alehouse had closed down some years ago) and apparently Pyramid Brewing ceased production back in January, which may be why no one seems to care about the quality of the food here anymore. I ordered a chicken rice bowl, and there was some barely edible chicken on top of cheap rice with cold shredded cheese on top and canned salsa. My husband got a veggie burrito that essentially was just rice and beans. We ended up taking a few bites before deciding these overpriced items ($14.99 each) weren't worth the torture to our taste buds and threw them in the trash where they belonged. Do not recommend eating here. Pretty much anywhere else at the airport, including the grab and go options, are going to be significantly better than eating here.

This is the absolute worst quality of food and worst value for money I have ever experienced for airport food or otherwise. For $17.50 you can get a burrito that wouldn’t even make it to the value menu at del taco. They are taking advantage of the fact that most of the restaurants in the airport have closed down and are taking advantage of people. I hate this place so much. Oakland airport should fix their restaurants and give people decent food and a fair price.

Go to gate 30 instead. This place is the most expensive low quality fast food I've ever experienced in an airport. I paid 48$ for taco sloppy/dripping/torn chicken tacos, chips & salsa ($5, also equivalent to Pace Picante salsa), and a small bloody mary and wasn't even guaranteed a seat after ordering at the bar. They should convert to a grab and go and stick to primarily a bar. I want my money back 🙄

This is the worst airport restaurant I have ever had the misfortune to patronize. Food was expensive (typical at an airport) but far below the quality one would expect, even at an airport. Breakfast burrito was almost certainly frozen. Bloody Mary was undrinkable, and all they had to do was use a mix. Service was equally terrible. The wait staff didn't follow even the most basic protocols in the industry. We had to ask for the bill multiple times, as did to of our neighbors. Truly awful. Go to the bar at the end of the terminal. Edit: I forgot the mention the cherry on top: Paper plates for meals. You've got to be kidding me! The whole experience was degrading. Update: Been feeling sick to my stomach for a few days now, since we ate here. Hard to know conclusively, but I wouldn't be surprised if it were the awful breakfast burrito that I had.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The manager is HORRIBLE. She is so rude, ZERO customer service. She said she apparently called “last call” 1.5 hours before they closed but yet no one heard her say it in entire restaurant. The business lots out of HUNDREDS of dollars in a min hour time frame from food and drinks. If I owned this business, there is absolutely no way I would want someone like her representing by restaurant. She was horrible to everyone in the restaurant. *note the young girl order taker/bartender was nice* I would 100% go somewhere else

Oh my goodness! All I needed was a quick bite at the airport and I stopped by Pyramid, WORST AIRPORT FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD! So disappointed! I got a burrito bowl and so did my mom, and we were both so disgusted after, I felt sick. Luckily the shop across the way sold Tums or else I am not sure what I would have done. Go anywhere else but here. Farley’s cafe looks very cute!

Worst burrito I’ve had in my life, makes Taco Bell seem gourmet - even 7-eleven beats them by a long shot…the salsa taste like tomato paste and the chips may as well been made of cardboard. By far the most miserable $25 I’ve ever spent. Never again.

The beer was fine. 3 working taps, no actual Pyramid beers. Food was middle school cafeteria quality mexican food. No flavor and very over priced for what you get. Tacos are tiny street taco sized and very drippy. Burritos and bowls are meal sized but still flavorless.

I suggest that you do not eat here. I would sooner eat a taco off the street of Oakland itself before ordering a street taco from here again. Hopefully you ordered a strong drink with your order because I suggest having one if you're trying to eat their food.

Let’s be honest, reviews tend to error too high or over inflate, (how many 5 star restaurants are actually out there?) This place has two things going against it, nothing is stock (currently forgivable) and the most disappointing and disgusting food a restaurant could serve. The tacos had cheap salsa drowning the cold tortillas with a huge scoop of store bought fake guacamole.

This place is awful. Service was extremely slow, selection is limited, and the food is bland! Even for an airport restaurant, this place is overpriced - $40 for a subpar burrito bowl and a drink. I know there are limited options at the Oakland Airport, but don't make the same mistake I made - go literally anywhere else. Skipping a meal is also a better option than trying to eat their food.

First customer in there upon opening, ordered two breakfast tacos, both came out cold. I asked for a glass of champagne and receive basically a portion equivalent to a shot which I paid 13.99 for. I commented on the portion, the girl didn’t care. Poor customer service. Many other airport vendors will give you a generous portion of wine and champagne for the same price.

I can’t believe we spent as much money as we did on cold “tacos” made with ingredients that clearly came from a can. I’ve now learned to look at reviews before trying a place out but at least I got a good laugh reading all the one star reviews. Pray that we do not get food poisoning on our flight.

Make sure you ask how much it cost as far as alcohol goes and remember the food price are without taxes and California has a lot of taxes, I guess:). I understand is Oakland, CA but this is exaggerated and illegal to not post your prices and no itemized receipt. The picture represents one 4"burrito and add a cup of plastic tap beer. Boicot the business!

If I could I would give it zero stars. I ordered a pineapple mimosa, it had about an oz of champagne in it. She filled the glass 2/3rd of the way full. 14 bucks. So dumb. Order chips and queso and was served rubbery cheese in a plastic container. Worse than a concession stand at a 10u girls softball tournament. Don’t go here.

This is about the Pyramid "Taproom" at the Oakland airport -- Why aren't ZERO or MINUS stars an option? This place takes advantage of a captured audience. They don't attract customers because they're a "good value" ... or provide exceptional customer service ... or serve phenomenal food. Their value pales .... $25+ for a glass of so so wine. Had nachos ... they were tolerable at best. And, I wish I could think of a nice way to quantify their customer service. Stood in line for 20+ minutes waiting for a table. Finally got beverages and food ... when it was time to refresh our drinks, I was point blank told that we had to go back to the end of the line of those waiting for a table. That was the final straw. I wouldn't give this place another dollar.

When I said I ordered Buffalo the server didn’t believe me and begrudgingly took the wings back. Then when they came out again I could tell they just put buffalo sauce on BBQ wings. I told the server about it and again he played dumb and said they should be fine. I took a bite and they were the most foul wings I have ever tasted, and I love wings. I immediately sent them back and then the waiter finally started apologizing and said he’d get new wings. I declined and got the bill and left. I will never eat at this terrible establishment again.

Feedback doesn’t change your behavior or menu. Trust me skip this one. Unfortunately there isn’t much to eat in this terminal. Sucks!

The food was disgusting. $42 for nachos that consisted of canned black beans, jarred salsa and cheese, sour cream, and a tiny bit of pork plus 3 mini chicken tacos with equally disgusting ingredients plus a bottle of juice. About 3 hours into my flight I got really sick and threw everything up. Thankfully my mom was fine. I'm pretty sue it was something I ate there because I started feeling sick within an hour of eating. I had chills and horrible stomach cramps. But once it was out I was better. Planning on calling and letting them know what happened. Pretty upset about it 😕
