Tomas, the guy taking our order who also brought us our pizza was super nice. The restaurant was clean and the stuffed crust pizza we ordered was delicious.

I had a wonderful experience thanks to the amazing customer service provided by the cashier Gaby who helped us. From the moment we stepped up to the register, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and even helped us with a few questions we had. Truly appreciated their help it made our visit so much more enjoyable.

I had the vegetarian pizza which surprised me at how delicious that was. My favorite is the Maui pizza .I had to order one to go!

I got pizzas delivered for staff and a work event. I liked the ease of online ordering. For example, you can split toppings on a pizza to suit a large group with differing dietary boundaries. Also, the delivery is very quick, the delivery man was courteous and nice. I know we have many choices to pick from when ordering, and thanks to everyone for supporting local businesses mom and pops or indie businesses. But even for chains- many of these are family-owned that employ the locals. I'll be mixing up my orders between these local businesses from now on.

Service was fast, 12minutes for my order (small personal pizza). Walked out bought a energy drink at a store nearby and came back to pick up my order. There was a small issue and they needed to check my receipt to make sure I was the one that ordered the food which I typically throw away after ordering otherwise there probably would have been more of a hassle with me having to find the employee who took my order to confirm that I was I said I was. ( Verifying me took less than a minute, and staff was courteous and apologized for the mix-up )

Overall I would say it's just a takeaway kinda place and unless you having beer 🍺 😉. They have food and drinks! Cheers to whoever reads this 🍻

By downloading the round table pizza app and ordering through it several times out of the blue I was given a free 1 topping personal pizza 🍕 which I ordered and picked up tonight. I recommend everyone to download the app to enjoy all of the perk's of being a loyal customer.

You will always have to wait 30 to 40 more minutes because they will never have your order ready even if the place is empty. It is the only place I have visited that takes until you arrive to start preparing your order. What is the use of ordering and paying in line

My wife and I always order the pepperoni Artisan Pizza. Every time I need to tell them to make sure they do the toppings right. One time I had the manager make it. When I don't tell them, my pizza is always not done correctly. I shouldn't have to tell people how to do their job. If they worked would excellence no one would have to worry about what their pizza look like.

I go way back with Round Table. I was born and raised in Palo Alto and (proud moment) my father purchased the first pizza from the Colorado Avenue location. I literally grew up with King Arthur Supremes and Sausage & Linguica pizzas. Times have changed. The big ovens have been replaced by the conveyer belt oven and the prices, well, don't get me started. But whenever I come back to the Bay Area to visit, I always bring Ziploc bags to bring Round Table pizzas home with me. This time I visited the Washington Avenue location in San Leandro. The pizza was good -- still have some in the fridge I'm munching on for lunches at work. But there were some things that worried me in the restaurant which I shared with the staff member who phoned me asking for my opinion on my dining experience there. I truly hope those things get corrected because they did not leave me with a warm fuzzy feeling.

On 4/23/2025 I had the lunch buffet with pizza and salad and was charged more than the posted price. The big sign as you walk in showed pizza was $12 and salad $3. A smaller sign at the cash register when ordering showed the same prices. I was charged $16 plus tax and when I questioned the cashier on the dollar difference he said the sign is wrong but said the price is in the computer as $16 and that's the price. I paid the price as I was hungry and was already there and wanted pizza. After maybe 10 minutes the cashier came to my table and said he asked his boss about it and gave me $1. Technically I was still overcharged 11 cents, but I wasn't going to argue with him over it. So you might be thinking someone forgot to change the signs when they updated the price, but one sign behind and above the cash register was updated. That means they knew the signs should be changed, but didn't update all. I didn't appreciate the initial dismissal about the price discrepancy. It doesn't matter what's in the computer. When you have a price prominently displayed as you walk in, that's the price. When I left, guess what? The big sign wasn't changed or atleast price wasn't covered up. Fixing deceptive prices just isn't a priority here.

They don’t blow it here and you get your money’s worth most of the time. Edit: since the Round Table closest to the studio will no longer deliver - yeah, they are odd like that- this Round Table plays politics with this fact and refuses to deliver. Its always the same person on the phone who sounds sweet as sugar but fundamentally won’t lift a finger to make extra effort to deliver to me. I gotta down rate corrupt politics, as we all should.

Recently had a small get-together with family Both of bathroom was out of order, and also I couldn't get any pitchers of soda they wanted me to by single cups for 20 people so had to go next door to buy soda. They didn't even offer water and they wouldn't give us a pitcher of ice which didn't make any sense because they sale pictures of beer.

I’ve ordered from this location countless times as I’ve lived nearby for many years. Within the last 6 months, each time I’ve received my pizza it has been prepared incorrectly even though my receipt reflects exactly what I asked for. I feel as if staff members are blatantly ignoring any special instructions or adjustments I ask for. It has happened with both pickup & delivery and it’s disappointing to have same issue repeating especially when I’ve eaten here for several years. First couple times this happened the staff immediately accommodated me with no problems. Except for this last time, the manager Cynthia insisted I was lying about when delivery was actually delivered. She kept repeating that it was delivered at 6:00 pm when the my receipt clearly says the order was placed at 5:44 pm. No way Roundtable places order and has it delivered within 16 mins! The misunderstanding is not a problem but the fact that she kept insisting I was lying is very frustrating when as the customer I’m calling you with an issue that you all created. All in all, I was eventually accommodated after several minutes of waiting on hold and going back to back with Cynthia.

Food is good, service was fast, but beware of shady operators on the premises and don't turn your back on anything valuable for even a minute. I had a very bad experience today. Ate my lunch, took a little too long and rushed out as I was late for a phone conference call. Got to my car and realized I didn't have my phone. Walked back in, and my table that wasn't cleared when I walked out no more than a minute earlier had been cleared - but no phone. I asked at the counter, and although no one was sitting near me, the employee said a man with a child had come from that area after I left. I suppose it's possible in that minute he got up and walked over, grabbed my phone and left without passing me as I came back in - but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Apparently there aren't any security cameras either to help identify who stole my phone. I was in town for business and thought I'd treat myself to lunch in between client meetings, but instead, that "treat" turned into me spending the entire afternoon getting a new phone and trying to restore my data. Of course that is entirely my fault for forgetting my phone in the first place, but at the same time, you'd like to think you could make a mistake inside a restaurant like this and it would still be there 1-2 minutes later. Lesson learned and I'll treat myself next time somewhere else. Hoping posting this review, as well as the police report I filed, helps someone else not repeat my mistake.

Spotty service, several beer taps were out, unclear ordering process, an all in all ok experience after a long day at the oakland zoo. We were a party of 14 and they made it as difficult for us to order as they could. We were hungry so most people said it was pretty good. We order the classic family pack.

Don’t charge me for double mushrooms if you’re not gonna put them on there. You should be so covered with mushrooms I can’t see the cheese

Terrible customer service!! Ordered 2 pizzas (XL King Arthur & Large pepperoni) about 25 minutes later, and my name was called, handed me 1 pizza (pepperoni) and told me that my other pizza couldn't be made because they ran out of pizza dough, I could wait until they deliver more dough. What a waste of time!!

This pizza chain is not good they tell you an hour and 15 minutes for delivery then they make up excuses and lies when it reaches 2 hours and nobody shows up with the pizza.and it's not worth all the bull.ill just order from other places in the future sanleandro roundtable is not worth the time you'll waste for nada I'll.save my 50+bucks. And Maria ,or ron or whoever the manager is is making your company loose money and being unprofessional

I tried to give them a chance. Last time I ordered from here my pizza was 2 hours late. I decided to give them a chance because I like their pizza. Same exact thing happened. I order my pizza to be delivered at 5pm but I called at 5:10pm to ask and they hadn't even started. I ended up receiving the pizza 2 hours later.

I used to love RT pizza. But this place consistently screws up orders. Tonight they gave us a completely wrong pizza that was from someone else’s order (inedible for those here that ordered) and refused to correct the order because it was “too late.” (Seems like if you mix up orders, that’s on you to fix, but not here) it was a BATTLE to get a refund for the pizza we were given but couldn’t eat, and they refused to replace. AVOID THIS LOCATION .Terrible service

I am very disappointed. This Round Table Pizza Restaurant used to be fantastic. Now it's very sad. Tables were dirty and so was the floor. The woman who took our order, Cynthia C insisted that I show ID even though I was using my debit card. She didn't have an answer when I said it had a pin. She didn't give us a table number so the guy who brought our had to look for us. Pizza was just so so. Not going back.

Ordered delivery at 6:15. Said delivery by 7:15. Called at 7:45 and was told the driver was on their way. Called at 8:15 was told it was still on the way. I insisted that they check with the driver. Turns out, driver did not have my order at all. Had I not persisted, they would have dismissed me again, for how long? Clearly they don't take their job seriously. Making mistakes is one thing but being dismissive of customers concerns when they are clearly valid is just negligent. Now I am making dinner for the kids at their bedtime now. Never, ever order from this location, ever.

Terrible service! Ordered 2 pizzas online through the online system and paid with my Debit card. Never ordered from Round Table before, and now I’ll never again! I sent a friend to pick up my order and they would NOT make the order since this was a “First Time” order with a Card. Since I wasn’t there to verify the card, they called me to let me know. I told them to cancel that order and I would pay CASH. My friend drove back to my camp to get the cash and went back to pick up the order. No problems until I checked my balance. I saw that there was a hold on that amount on my card. I knew that the charge wasn’t suppose to go through so I wasn’t worried at the time. Two days later, the CHARGE turned into a “Paid” charge. I contacted the restaurant to report the charge. Cynthia took all of the info and she told me she would be back in touch in a day. Now, a week later, they don’t talk to me when I tell then whose calling! They leave me on HOLD. BEWARE!!!

This is the worst location ever. Purchased the order online provided the restaurant my order number, id and stuff. They refused to give me order even tho Ive informed them I paid through an app for pickup. Lady who worked the front register didnt have a name tag on. The co worker beside her stated he was manager but he name tag didn’t indicate that. Prob lies. Worst service I ever seen

I ordered on 05/23 and asked the staff member (who I won’t say his name but should) if there are any specials at this time he told me there was a special for 35% off in store pick up. I said I would like that discount. He said ok. I placed my order and he charged my card. I asked if he applied my discount and he said “no but the good thing is that you can apply my discount to my next order” . I said “that’s not what I wanted to do , I told you I wanted the 35% special”. I proceeded to say for him to cancel my order and refund me. He said that he canceled my order and that I will be refunded in 3-5 business days it’s been almost 3 weeks I have been calling multiple times a day and can’t get a hold of a supervisor or anyone else that can resolve this manner. I do not work hard for people to just take my money and I will follow up with other actions if necessary.

I called to order a pick up while I was on the freeway passing Mountain House. They did pick up until I was on Coral Hollow. I ordered my food. He said it will be 25 mins. I waited 25min and plus another 15mins. I saw what I thought would be my order. 2 cashier was helping at the register. I stood in line. It was my turn next. Then the cashier walked away and did some things and then was near the register. Then a person on the side asked the lady a question, and she walked away again. She came back and was stepping away. I said excuse me. Can you check to see if that's my order. It was. Unfortunately for the wait my pizza was close to cold and I live 5mins away. When they leave the counter and you see several people standing around. they should ask whose next? Because some people will be in a rush and speak up and ask about a door dash or Uber eats order.

I had lower bottom cramps and stayed in the bathroom..my bowels were loose and I was sick..I'm 70 and I have never been sick like this. There was also a White woman in the corner booth with a big old dog..both looked nasty..the cashier order taker said that there was no sign saying no dog and that this woman could just sit without a purchase..this place was horrible.

If there was an option to rate less than one star, that would have been my choice. This store should very much consider ending its delivery service through DoorDash. My food was delivered to the wrong address with a receipt containing my personal information. The issue was not resolved, and they suggested I meet up the person to retrieve my food. I was unable to drive at the time, hence the need for delivery. Terrible experience. With the high price tag for the food, I would expect a much more professional experience. Avoid at all cost!!!
