Charley's Philly cheese steak sub is absolutely delicious. I especially love that if you fill out the back of the receipt within 3 days you get a drink, and fries with the purchase of a small sub. Each time I go there I use the back of my receipt to save big bucks.

This location has been consistently great when it comes to food quality. Always fresh, wait times are never more than 5-10 minutes unless it’s Friday or Saturday then you’ll probably be waiting a little longer because it will be packed. Most of the staff is very nice and respectful and the few bad interactions I’ve had I’ve just chalked it up to them having a bad day or something unrelated. The atmosphere is nice and usually you can get a table and enjoy your meal without being surrounded by a group of people. Overall I’d give this location a solid 9/10. The only issue I have is on the back of every receipt you can take a survey to redeem a free regular sized drink and I’ve done that before and everything went fine but recently the employees say “we don’t do that anymore.” and I’m unsure if that’s the truth. If it’s on the receipt then it should be honored. Other than that, great location with great food. Update: I went there today 02/04/23 and the employees were incredibly nice and respectful but the quality of the fries really dampened the experience, they were just barely cooked and still white. This is a rare occurrence at this location so I’m hoping this was a simple mistake and nothing more. Overall, still a good place to eat.

I ordered a cheese steak sandwich and asked for some hot sauce. I was told the hot sauce would be 85 cents. Hot sauce is free at every other Charley's. You can get hot sauce at Wawa for free. You should be allowed some hot sauce with the purchase of your sandwich. This place is ridiculous.

Not a bad crew. They were respectful. I felt like they were a bit stingy with the ranch and ketchup. The ranch cup was barely full and they gave us 3 of em for 2 meals instead of 4. But the worst part was my boneless lemon pepper. Way too much grease. It was terrible. The chicken was cooked for too long it was just gross. Whoever was cooking today needs to stop doing that

I went there today for lunch, and the girl behind the counter was so rude. First of all the soda was flat and whenever I asked for a different drink, they didn’t have anything that was not flat so I asked for lemonade. She told me there was gonna be a up charge for it even though there was no other choices. She had an attitude about the drinks being flat the guy making the sandwiches was very nice. I felt bad having to ask him for silverware and ketchup, but I was so uncomfortable with the girls attitude that I ask him when I got my sandwich. It barely had any meat on it. It was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had in my life.

Putting fries straight into a styrofoam container is disgusting and unsanitary. 7 holes in my container from melted styrofoam touching the fries... Also why does my Chicken California have more ranch than chicken...

I hope I don't get sick, the steak was rotten. I know power was lost, but I can't believe they kept it, and then sold it to me. If I get sick, there will be a lawsuit

I ordered a cheese steak. Double checked that there was no mushrooms. Cook said no, cashier said no. I advised that I was allergic. Well as I was eating my sub I noticed it was full of mushrooms. I got really sick, and had to go run in the bathroom because I started feeling sick while I was showing them all the mushrooms in the sub, I’m still continuing vomiting. I felt my throat couldn’t swallow as the Cook kept saying he didn’t cook it with mushrooms. Now he see all the mushrooms and says “that was my bad”Now my throat is red, sore and hours later it hurts to swallow and I have to go to the hospital. After I told him there was mushrooms he said it was chopped bacon.

Ordered the premium jalapeno fries which supposedly comes with a regular drink. After paying, was only then told that they were out of jalapenos and if I wanted a regular drink, I'd have to pay $2.49 extra. What a rip-off plus false advertising. Never eating here again.

This location is very unprofessional. My wife and I wanted to try them out and saw people standing there in line. So we got in line and was waiting for five minutes and their employees saw us in line and never acknowledged us. Then acknowledged the woman in front of us and told us she's the only one they'll serve because they closed five minutes ago. They saw us in line and never said anything until they were serving the lady ahead of us. Then the cashier which is the only woman there, started talking about my wife and I to her co-workers in front of the customers and I. Would not recommend this place. The cashier was handling money and cooking with no gloves. They need a state inspection.
