As long as Anna G doesn't take your order you should be fine. The person who took my order was the absolute worst at providing customer service let alone professional service. Never had any issues until today's visit filled with attitude, snarkiness and multiple errors on her part. If I could give it 0stars I would!

I wish I could just give zero stars. Not only did the car hop try giving me the wrong items that I didn't order but also completely broke my debit card in half after she process the payment, for which she never gave me a receipt either. When I ask for the "manager" instead of opologizing or something for his employee breaking my debit card, he just said "what you want me to do about it, just put tape on it and order another one" why do I even bother with thos place?? Why!??

Service was terrible workers are lazy and slow when we ordered 2 ranches it took longer than 10 mins to get it out to us I recommend going to any other one for better service and food

We normally like Stars, but on a hot day when we wanted ice cream, we were disappointed. We ordered a medium avalanche. Got home, took a bite before I put it in the freezer. Pulled a short curly hair out of it. My husband took a bite also found a hair. I thought maybe the 1st one could have just been from the wind blowing. But to find multiple hairs all throughout the ice cream.... I called to let them know, the person I spoke to said nobody there has light colored hair. Funny because the person who brought it out to us, light colored hair!!! So I dumped it and lost $5. I don't care about the $5, but that's disgusting. I can only think it was either beard hair or something similar to that "type" of hair. Nasty

I come here every day. Usually just ice water twice a day. There are some sweet girls who bring your orders out. But today was the 3rd time i waited way too long for my water which never came. There were 2 cars there besides me. Takes 1min to make and bring water. Do better. I always tip well!

Young lady(Kim)on speaker was rushing & had zero patience. I’m very picky so I let her know my son’s order very specific all he got was a cheeseburger and substituted the kids drink for a small vanilla milkshake. All I wanted was a regular cheeseburger with meat, mayo and cheese no vegetables and a regular fry. I was honestly undecided if I wanted a drink or not I really didn’t want to, but I was asking if it would be cheaper but she did not bother to help and let me know she was steady rushing asking me is that it!! is at it!! I told her I don’t want a drink but she ended up charging me for a drink anyway and she never gave me the price and just cut off. Never never said anything else that was all. One of the young ladies I was walking by (Angelina). I asked her what was going on because she(Kim)just quit talking and I didn’t know if something had happened but she never let me know the price and or asked me if I still wanted a drink. I ended up saying no but it had cut out at that time she was saying something but speaker cut her off. Then it was nothing. Ms. Angelina was super helpful and considerate(I give her 10stars for Great customer service).She was on it on trying to fix what the issue was. While she went back inside, I was trying to add up my total what I was getting and what receipt she brought out it was almost a $.50 difference and so I asked why was there a receipt more. They ended up letting me know that it was more since I took off the drink instead of keeping it and at that point, I’m like you want to save the customer money for getting food but at the same time that something she could’ve let me know instead of rushing me. Make a long story short I ended up taking off the drink and just returning my meal. once I receive my food, the bag of fries had a whole hole at the bottom and it wasn’t worth almost four dollars worth whenever it look like a good $2.50 some of them were even burnt and hard the burger looked just fine but the service is what made me not want the food at that point. I did not even want to deal with it anymore. I told the young lady thank you for trying her best to resolve the issue and see what was going on. My meal came out to be less than $10 for my son. I ended up tipping my car hop(Angelina) $10 just for her trying. I love stars but the service is terrible. Thank you for that 1 of 10 that does try Angelina. She really didn’t want me to leave without my food but I explained to her it was not her but thank! I wasn’t trying to “Go off”.In all honesty it would be better if Angelina was on the intercom instead of “Kim”(needs more training in customer service) you can tell that she doesn’t enjoy her job. Star employees forget we can see through the windows so we can see the hostility and the attitude that’s going on behind the doors. Always room to grow. Especially in the customer service industry.

Customer service sucked by Kacie C. I doubt I’ll be going back until rude kids like that are gone for good. I was rudely interrupted when placing my order several times while having attitude. I then gave my attitude back. Learn respect you ungrateful little girl it’s us customers that pay your salaries. Also whoever was on fryers needs to learn to cook chicken nuggets correctly not where your tearing them just to see if they are cooked.
