I was recommeded to come here last evening. Im so glad I came to experience a delightful and delicious meal. This place is a gem. Ill be sure to come back when i visit Oklahoma City. I started off with a quail appitizer which was taisty with pleny on my plate. I got a ceasor salad with delicious smoked salmon. Very very good. My dinner was a large meaty pork chop and mashed potatoes with caralized onions. I also had a latte coffe drink which I enjoyed as well. Service was exceptional. Seating was comfortable with lit candles on the table. Theres even a large comfy bar. Place is very comfortable and inviting.
Incredible service and food. Very happy and we will return on date nights. Most of what we ordered was from a seasonal menu and we enjoyed it. Decor and atmosphere is very cozy for how elegant it is, and we found ourselves very comfortable. Staff congratulated us on our anniversary and even gave us a signed card!
Fantastic first experience. It's a hidden gem. The salmon is wonderful and the mac and cheese is amazing. Can't wait to return.
We went for cocktails after work, and they were great. We also had their snack board, which was excellent, and packed with great things. The candied pecans and cashews were great, and there was a good selection of cheese and dips. The ambience was also very unique and inviting. The speakeasy room is worth checking out too.
This place is amazing! The atmosphere is like a speakeasy and the service was exceptional. I could easily spend all day sitting by the fire. A hidden gem! Our server, Lizzie, was the best!
My new go-to in okc. Great happy hour menu
I wasn’t very thrilled about this place originally because it’s in Northpark Mall. That alone almost keeps you from going. But was I surprised. It’s a little tough to find if you’re using Apple Maps. It guides you to the front parking lot of the mall right where Walgreens is. It’s actually on the backside of the mall, a single opening. Look for the Hamilton awning. Once inside, it’s really nice. Good date place. The food was really good. I had the Succotash which was very filling. To top it off I had the chocolate chip cookie skillet for desert. It was really good as well. Overall a good place for dinner.
Nice lounge vibe. Staff was friendly and helpful. Enter thru the back side of North Park mall. No entrance from inside the mall. The Why the Quail Not appetizer was amazing: lollipop style quail drum sticks on top of a nice gravy - yum! The cornbread salmon was like butter and the brocolini was fresh and lemony. The veal sacpolini was delicious and the rib eye looked great. The mashed potatoes were really good paired with the hatch corn. Need to go back with friends and try some of the adult beverages. They have leaned hard this direction and it should be a good time.
Great place I had the Rombaur Chardonnay, Tuna Tower, and the Cornbread Salmon. It has a beautiful atmosphere and is nice and cozy. Definitely didn't expect to find this place when we got the directions to the location. Give it a shot and be surprised as well.
An absolute delight from start to finish. The ambiance is cozy, and a little bit like you are partaking in a secret. Which is crazy considering it’s located in a mall. Drinks are imaginative and tasty but the FOOD is really where it’s at. We had a wonderful sample of the menu: the tuna tower is bright and fresh paired with hand fried tortilla chips. The quail knots are crispy and tender. Caesar salad was perfect with croutons packed full of flavor. Filet mignon melted in your mouth and paired perfectly with the whipped mashed potatoes. They are home to an AWARD winning Mac and cheese that lives up to the hype. Lastly, bananas foster crêpes completed the entire meal & experience. Service was phenomenal and attentive, an overall 100/10 would recommend to anyone !
A wonderful place! The atmosphere was top notch and the courses of food tantalized our palates. Unique and delicious takes on comfort food and impeccable service. We will definitely reserve a table and bring family when we are in town again!
Amazing food and service! The ribeye was delicious! The halibut was amazing. Quail appetizers lobster bisque is delicious a d salads are massive
My husband and I went here for the first time this month. It was delicious and the service was stellar! We started off with cocktails and the tomato burrata appetizer, which may be one of my favorite appetizers in OKC. I had the cornbread salmon and my husband had the pork chop. Both dishes were delicious! We also couldn't help but order a side of the Mac and cheese and we were glad we did! Despite being full, we ordered a round of dessert cocktails and the bananas foster crepes and cookies to share. We will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing date night.
We fell in love with this cozy little restaurant! Service was impeccable. The food was as delicious as it was beautiful. Great place in OKC to dine!
Thick, smokey burger, plenty of hot fresh fries, and the Old Fashion mix drink was the great equalizer. Great atmosphere, great conversations👍 👌 place.
Enjoyed snacks and drinks during happy hour. The vibes were excellent and the bartender was very nice.
We’ve been coming for years. Always consistent always good. First time having a snack board and ohhh myyy it was one of the best charcuteries we’ve had! The spicy cowboy drink was out of this world. Service was top notch. My husband had the tomahawk and I had the salmon
Finally got the opportunity to have dinner at this lovely establishment. First, the atmosphere is so cozy and well done. The lighting isn't too dim, and you aren't seated too closely either. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays, but I imagine it lovely all year round. I strongly advise you try the snack bar as a starter. Everything I ordered was delicious, and the service was great as well. The menu isn't huge, but it has a great selection of tasty dishes. We will definitely be returning!
My hubby surprised me for our anniversary dinner here, and I am not disappointed. The food was delicious and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. The waitstaff was sweet and attentive. The host greeted us immediately and wished us a Happy Anniversary. Overall, we enjoyed our night. I would recommend this place and plan to come back.
We went for my birthday dinner. Fantastic calm vibe, wonderful service from Raif. Cocktails & our meals were outstanding. Highly recommend for a, relaxing yet delicious dinner.
great atmosphere, albeit a little heavy on the christmas decor. pro tip: if you make reservations, try to get a spot near the fireplace. food was a little pricey for a supper club and more fine dining prices, but good. service could have been a little more professional. I'll be back to give it another try for sure.
The wife and I have been talking about visiting for quite some time and finally had the opportunity to do so yesterday evening. We had a great experience and I would highly recommend them. Our entire meal was phenomenal! Jay and his team do an excellent job and it was a great dining experience. Our waitress Chelsee was extremely helpful and knew the menu well. We will be back in the near future!
Last weekend we went to The Hamilton for a staff Christmas dinner. My husband is a dentist and we had his small staff and their spouses come and eat and celebrate Christmas. I had never been here before and we really enjoyed our experience. The restaurant is small, well decorated with a cozy chic vibe. I love that they had decorated for Christmas. Our servers were attentive and friendly and the food was really good. I especially loved the snack tower and buratta appetizers. So good to snack on while chatting. Several favorite meals in our party were the salmon, the tomahawk pork chop (large and delicious), the steak and the fried quail appetizers. Several people ordered cocktails and enjoyed them, especially one that came with rock candy! The atmosphere was perfect for our calm group and as mentioned the staff were super friendly and helpful. We will be back!
If you've never been, you're missing out. Although The Hamilton hasn't been there all that long, it feels like it has been for years. The atmosphere is awesome and the food is even better. I highly recommend their tomahawk porkchop...it's ridiculously good. On our last visit we had the meatloaf and it was incredible. And the cocktail sauce for the shrimp cocktail should be sold by the gallon! The wait staff is attentive without being intrusive, Erika is fantastic, and I can't think of a single negative to say.
I’ve been to the Hamilton 3 times now. The first time blew me away by how good everything was. From appetizer to dessert, drinks and all, EVERYTHING was delicious. The second trip solidified the Hammy as the best ribeye I’ve ever had in my life. Perfectly trimmed, seasoned, and seared. The majority of steak experiences, for me, usually end with some criticism of at least one of the aforementioned aspects, but the Hamilton knocks it clear out of the park. And once again, every course was a winner. The third trip, last night, I finally got to bring some first timers. I was worried that it was just me, that it was just my personal taste that made it seem so incredible. This was not the case. Both of them loved it, and one said it was the best meal of her life. I have yet to have a single menu item from the Hamilton that was in any way disappointing. I couldn’t find a valid criticism about their food if I had a gun to my head. If you haven’t gone, you should. Immediately. It’s pricey, to be sure, but it is, without question, worth every penny you pay for it. Keep killin’ it, team!
The service is great, the food is excellent, the atmosphere is a mix of inviting/classy. The absolute best dish we had was the appetizer 'why the quail not'. I love a good pun on a menu!
The Hamilton is amazing in so many ways. I got to take my Dad there for Father’s Day and Stephanie and the whole staff outdid themselves. We walked in to smiling faces and a beautiful ambiance. After we were seated, Stephanie (the owner and head chef) came out and said hi and welcomed us to the restaurant. She spoke to my dad about the bourbon list and made sure that all of our questions were answered about the menu. We ordered the burrata appetizer. The presentation and flavor were out of this world. We then moved to our main course and it was on another level. Two of us ordered the tomahawk pork chop and one got the halibut. I’m not always a pork chop person, but that pork chop was something i will get again. It was mind blowing! We then ended the night with a piece of the strawberry cake and coffee. After dinner, we went into the speakeasy for a glass of bourbon. It was beautiful in there. The bartender came over to make sure we were ok and offered us water or any other beverage we wanted. At every step, the staff was so attentive. The food was beyond good and the ambiance set the tone for the perfect dinner to celebrate an incredible person.
Wow is all I can say. Such a wonderful spot for all things food and fun. The service is outstanding and the food is so good. Perfect date night they even have a speak easy 😊Don’t deny yourself the experience of eating here. These Brussels sprouts are fantastic!
Always a great time, highly recommend enjoying your dinner in the speakeasy and asking about their specials. Food never disappoints!
Vibes vibes vibes. The Hamilton draws you in with it's rustic colonial interior and accents of velvet; but it keeps you with an impressively stocked bar and comfortable, delicious food. The quail knots especially are delectable, and are cut in a fantastic way. Quail is a small bird, and these bite size morsels are straight juicy tenderness. Trust the staff! We were served by the bartender Emily, who had a great presence and a full understanding of the bar. Great experience!
Always love eating here! Great happy hour deals, have yet to order something I didn’t care for, and they have NA beer options :) Perfect for casual drinks/apps or a date night! But please oh please bring back the portobello stroganoff I beg of you!!!
The Hamilton in OKC is a gem. The staff were friendly and attentive, making every moment feel welcoming. The beautiful dark ambiance sets a sophisticated tone, and sitting next to the fireplace offers the ultimate comfort and romantic setting. Perfect for a memorable night out.
Definitely a vibe! The Food , the drinks and the service was excellent. Wish I could afford to go more often, they have the BEST smoked Salmon appetizer!!
To die for. I had the Portabella Mushroom Stroganoff. It melted in my mouth. Would definitely eat here again. Friendly service. Great atmosphere
Delicious charcuterie and quail appetizer. Very relaxing and good ambiance. Del ious tomahawk pork chop and the ribeye was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Great shareable family sides also. Definitely recommend
The weekend specials are delicious. There are too many favorites to count, but the lobster ravioli and crab cakes are divine. The ambience and service are top notch.
Fantastic place to have dinner. We had an excellent server, met the service manager at our table, as well as two of the three owners (one being the head chef). We were there to celebrate my birthday and upon arriving we had a hand-signed card from everyone working that evening to wish me a Happy Birthday. How cool is that? All of this alone was a really neat experience, but to add the ambiance of the restaurant and the food, this place is top-notch. Not too self-absorbed with over-the-top pricing, the value of this restaurant is one of the best in the OKC area. Don't get me wrong, it still qualifies as an expensive night out, but you'll probably be glad with the money you've spent. I'm from Maryland and Alaska and I had their crab fritters for dinner and their smoked salmon as an appetizer. Both were EXCELLENT, and I've had a lot of each seafood in my time. My wife got the pork chop and it was the best entree at the table. For dessert if you get the multi-layered strawberry cake, you're going to be really glad you did; it's fantastic. The only negative I had in our experience is that I'm a big Old Fashion drinker and I felt their Happy Hour OF wasn't as good of a mix as I'd like. It was too much bourbon and not enough ingredients. Just a personal preference, there. At any rate, we still talk about the night we had here two days ago. It was really cool to meet everyone and have such a great meal. I'm trying all of the top restaurants in the OKC area slowly over time and Hamilton's is probably my favorite overall.
I cannot say enough good stuff about The Hamliton. It has been our go to for great cocktails, a quiet spot back in the speakeasy and good food. I've never been disappointed in any regards here. The staff are the best part of the experience. A+ to all!
This was our first time visiting The Hamilton Supperette. We were greeted at the door by an incredible ambiance that transports you into an otherworldly experience. You feel pulled back into a different era; into a cozy, moody library/den with a warm fireplace to chat by. Time feels like it stops while you are there. Conversations seem to mean more; everything focuses naturally on your senses: taste, smell and sight. Each food item we had was carefully crafted and creatively imagined, from the Mac and cheese to the quail, the handmade boursin to the frites and steak. You will not be disappointed by the artichoke dip, the pastas; everything was cooked to perfection. Try all you can while there, even if it means a bite or two from everyone’s plate! The only time you will be disappointed is when you finally finish, belly and heart full and you reluctantly venture outside to your car. There, you will realize; life has gone back to normal and your Experience at The Hamilton Supperette is complete. The next day, you will wake up and hope there are leftovers saved in your fridge ❤️
Great place. Past 3 years celebrated our anniversary there so that tells you something! Shared the charcuterie tray with another couple and it was very good. Food is always good and drinks are yummy. This is one place that we eat and drink what we want in celebration and it is always worth the price! Would highly recommend.
First tried it years ago after it first opened and it was great! Went back just a few weeks ago and it was just as good! Nice neighborhood restaurant with some style and great atmosphere (and good menu!). I love the way the place is designed. Just feels like a little swag in the middle of bland. We ran up there late one night for a friend’s birthday and had a brilliantly delicious strawberry cake. Mmmm num nums!
As you walk in the restaurant there is a pretty strong “bathroom odor” that is covered up by a lot of candles. Service was good. Our server was covering a couple tables, along with some gentlemen having drinks. The drinks were absolutely fantastic! Most of the food was great! The Mac & Cheese, Mashed Potatoes, and my Wife’s Filet Mignon were all fantastic! However, my Ribeye was under cooked, cold and pretty fatty. I only ate half of it.
Let me start by saying that the service was amazing. No they aren’t following CDC guidelines. If that concerns you I would call and see if they have changed up their seating arrangements prior to going. Now to food, which happens to be this mama’s expertise 😉. Tomato bisque was good. Nom nom. Needed some bread to soak up the remaining drops, so that would of been nice. My friend actually said u just had to say bread service in order to receive but we didn’t so I don’t know. I tasted my husbands Caesar, it was kinda sweet which I thought was strange and not a lot of flavor. Their special that night was chicken parm. So I got it. It was good but I mean not anything to write home about. I’m indifferent as to whether I would order again. My husband ordered the tomahawk pork chop. I wanted to like it..... it was really smoky. I just stopped belching smoky flavors this morning from last night. We ordered creamed corn and Mac and cheese as sides. Mac and chee wasn’t bad. I’d order it again. So all in all, if you want to go out to eat to pay the amount we did😳 for stuff you definitely can make at home then by all means do it. I just don’t think I’ll be going again except for drinks and maybe an appetizer or the cookie ice cream dessert. That thing was really good. I just had a bite😉 Oh yes. Why the quail not! Order it. You won’t be disappointed. Hell maybe I will order that and the bisque all for me.
The Hamilton is a great loyal hidden gem in North OKC. The food is very good and the atmosphere is lovely. Service can very.. depending on who you get. The tomahawk porkchop is great! And the NY Strip feature was excellent. PS... Check out the Speakeasy in back. All is worth a visit.
This is a really nice place an the service was great. I was recommend to go by a previous employee, I'm glad I did! I sat at the bar, had a great view of the entire place, loved the decor. They have happy hour 4-6 an its own menu, which is nice. The staff was top notch from start to finish! Lady Emily & Sir Michael at the bar were my favorite, of course. The owner even came out an joined the service team, I didn't even know until I started asking who was who. Such great team interaction 👏. I ordered wine which was really nice. Chicken strips & no salt fries. Their sides are shareable size, which was nice. I'll be back to try other things on the menu. 🥰🥰
My only complaint was that the Perfect Margaritas were incredibly bitter or sour. The recipe was off. But the food was delicious, everybody was attentive to my needs and refills. Dessert was amazing. Christmas decor was fun.
We came here for our anniversary dinner and it was both our first time. The atmosphere was amazing and very intimate. It took a while for a server to come greet us but we weren’t worried since we were there to spend time together.. We got 2 appetizers and the scallops were just a little over cooked, but not a big deal. For the second course we each got the ribeye steak (under seasoned but cooked well) and the tomahawk which was okay? The Mac and cheese was very delicious, but the Brussels sprouts were burnt to high heaven. They were cooked WAY too long. Service was very slow and we had to ask multiple times for different things repeatedly, almost like we were forgetting about. My husband never got his second drink so he needed up drinking the rest of my pain killer (which was delicious) We ended everything with the crème brûlée, which honestly was meh. I wasn’t very impressed with this place based on the reviews, we were expecting it to be amazing and somewhere we would want to go to again. Unfortunately this is going to be a place that we pass on the next night out.
I have been hearing great things about this place but after trying it, I don’t understand the hype at all. The ribeye was full of gristle and fat, potatoes were average. The one redeeming dish was the hatch chili corn. Prices were above average which is fine if the food is good but I’d rather eat a simple sirloin at a chain restaurant than come back here again. It does have a nice cozy atmosphere and probably some good drinks but it’s really hard to botch a fine wine or cocktail. We did not try dessert because quite honestly the entrees were so disappointing we didn’t want to risk another fail.
Really disappointing! Great vibe and decor. Sat by the back bar which is where our waitress spent most of her time talking to the bartender. My pasta was not even al dente but with it being our anniversary I let it slide. My husband’s quail was mooing!! Not pink but bloody. He rarely sends anything back. When he asked the waitress to have it cooked more the waitress returned saying, ‘The chef said quail is red meat and it should be rare.’ End of story. No offering anything. Mmm.
The drink was good, but the food was bad. I found a hair in my food. I asked the waitress to take it back to the kitchen because it killed my appetite. However, they still charged me for the food even though I never touched it.
