Not very impressed with bakers, probably was one of the best hamburger joints in Southern California, the food was fresh and good, it was relatively inexpensive, service was good, and it was clean. However, I have not visited Baker’s in about six years. Not really impressed on the food, the food has changed, especially the hamburgers. The food is very expensive and overpriced for what it is. $11 for for a burrito and nearly $5 for a razor thin Cheeseburger? I don’t think I’ll be re-visiting this place again. They apparently changed their supplier for meat, and potatoes, the french fries do not taste like they use to taste. And it is too expensive for what it is! Someone made a big mistake in changing things, they don’t know what they’re doing! The nine dollar burrito that I bought, I ate half of it, and threw the rest in the trash! Not impressed!

French fries way too salty and they messed up on my cheese burger had nothing but meat then I went back and they gave me another cheese burger with cold cheese so I’m assuming they just slapped a piece of cheese on the one I gave them back way to expensive for that

I’ve been to this location just a few times throughout the years and every single time their sodas are flat. It’s not even drinkable..what are they doing over there with their soda machine. So incredibly disappointing every time.

I wouldn't know how the food is I never got that far. They have this order in kiosk which was stuck on a screen meant for clocking in. So I couldn't order no one acknowledged me no one spoke to me. Now that they have the kiosk they can just ignore the customers. I'm not impressed

I came in and they made my burger wrong. I gave it back to them and I literally watched them serve it to another customer. I called them out and ask for a new one but if the employees did this in front of my and dont care I dont know what other health codes they are violating.

The drive through girls are always rude. Never make my order correct, and they charge PER RANCH even though you just spend 50 dollars on food. I recommend this place to NO ONE. I hope it shuts down because we don't want companies that dont train their workers properly.

I'm convinced this location hired people who can't read or the manager just doesn't care. I come to this location a lot but the last 10 or so times they've messed up my order. Is it hard to put 2 patties on a double cheeseburger? Is it difficult to put no sauce when it says so on the receipt? This place used to be good

So I came to the baker's, in Ontario, walked into the dining room. I was told I had to use the kiosk, even though they were not busy. ordered on the kiosk and still paid cash at the Register. Makes no sense. then could not claim my rewards Because I ordered on the kiosk and then paid the cashier cash. then when I got my food, they have no hot sauce. What is going on with bakers? Very Disappointed.

Stopped in to grab a quick bite, they now have A kiosk to place your own order. I get it, especially in California labor costs are expensive, but when you don’t have anybody in the drive-through you have more than two people inline and you see a young family struggling to put their order in on the kiosk, why ignore them and then still have to adjust the order at the cash register. Second, their large fry used to be a 1/2lb of fries now their large is a medium at several other food places. Lastly, on google maps it said (updated by business four weeks ago) opening time was 6am, I arrive at 6:30am and was informed by the employees they do not open until 7a. Which was no big deal, but why would they list their opening time as 6a then? I love bakers I grew up eating it and there is no better burger or bean and cheese burrito in SoCal imo. I drive from the OC just to get it. But after this experience I really don’t have a desire to come back.

I really don't know what the issue is. It's been awhile since my last visit, because we received such horrible service - a 45-minute wait, For bean and cheese burritos, fries and beverages, and the manager did not care to refund our money, nor did she apologize for the ridiculous wait time. Before you start thinking they were crazy busy - no they were not. The manager, and her staff, was only busy having a conversation behind the counter. No, it wasn't a training, but a conversation with jokes and personal information, that lasted 45 minutes! Doing their jobs, and providing quality service was the last thing on their minds. In speaking with on of the employees about the lack of care and lack of service received, he frankly admitted, "They're like that." Fast forward to today. We decided to give this Baker's location another chance, because I have a thing for their burtitos. We asked for, and paid for sour cream in our bean and cheese burritos, and even though it was listed on the receipt, not one burrito had sour cream in it. We received a crazy amount of salsa, but no straws, and no forks. Now, I have heard that we're supposed to ask for straws, in the State of California, so we returned for straws. I would think that if you're providing napkins, you would provide a fork for meals that require the use of one. Oh wait! Did we receive napkins? Needless to say, we will not be returning to this Baker's location, on Archibald, in Ontario, California. How many others are being robbed? These small charges multiplied by daily, weekly, monthly, yearly purchases add up. Think about it.
