Awesome. Got a pulled pork pizza with the guys on Wed. Went back that Fri and bought a large one to bring home. Excellent hit at home!!

Since they're new to the area, they were REALLY BUSY for a friday night 10/ 23. But, they all hustled and remained friendly and courteous. Bravo to the staff! I've heard good things about Cariglio's on the west side. 1st time having their pizza. We will definitely be ordering our pizza from them for now on. DELICIOUS!

Great pizza! Gotta pepperoni and cheese sheet pizza and added meatballs and onions to half the pizza. Used a code I got from from and saved 10% off. They also offer a plan for $12.99 a month and you get a slice of pizza a day.

Moved to the area over 6 years ago from Buffalo and haven't found good pizza or wings until now!!! I will start making the hour round trip to get their pizza and wings.

Actually comes as ordered! Not all mushy and wings cooked to order as well! Staff and drivers always friendly from the Ontario site. Keep up the good work!

This place is new but amazing. They do not skimp on anything and cater to your request excellently! I believe they use real fresh mozzarella either that or magic for cheese lol. Give em try!

Don't know much about the atmosphere? The food I do get is really good!!! The first time I had their pizza. I fell in love with it!! A great sauce and dough. Not to skimpy on toppings either.

I do not normally leave reviews but after stopping after work at caraglios (the one in Ontario) I just had to. The Pizza and wings were great, and the service was wonderful the three ladies working tonight were extremely outgoing and welcoming. Great experience definitely coming back !

We called in an obnoxiously large order right at lunch time this Sunday and were not disappointed. Working in the industry, I understand how difficult it is right now being understaffed and overworked so I was very apologetic while ordering. The guy working was there alone with his delivery driver and was still able to keep his composure and was extremely friendly while taking my order. Every single thing we ordered was hot and absolutely delicious! This guy didn't miss a beat. We were all thoroughly impressed, even my kids didn't complain 😅 Thank you for a great meal! We will be back for football season! I forgot to catch his name but it was the manager with glasses. What a Rockstar 😎

Great place! Yeah made a mistake or 2 but all ways made up for them . I never lost faith in their customer service. And they never let me down. The food is top notch .

The service was incredible! They were super friendly, and even called me back after I forgot to pick up my wings!! I had the chicken bacon ranch pizza, and it was delicious! Strongly recommend!!

Loved the taste of the sauce and the pepperoni was yummy. We ordered a large pizza. The reason I give a 4 star instead of a 5 is because it was lacking in the cheese department. Could have definitely used more.

Both slices had too much dough, but had some chew and had a nice oven char element toward the end. Buffalo chicken slice left a lot to be desired. One, it was less fresh than the roni (which had just come out), and two, the sauce and Buffalo expected flavor was nonexistent. Bonus points for a ton of good chicken, however. Just too dry in my opinion. Was craving that spice element as well. Won’t go out of my way for the pizza here, but the staff was friendly and roni slice was incredibly decent.

Calzones are good, never get what you order on line. 7 for 7 on garlic dipping sauce, wonder if it good. Calzones are good.

Food is always good but third time of them taking almost two hours to deliver and they gave us a delivery time way before that!

The two in place working during my visit were awesome. The food was fantastic.. $18 for a steak sandwich it's a little steep in price

I ordered 3 pizzas and two dozen wings approx 4 hrs ahead of time for pick up at 6pm. My family is big on bleu cheese so ordering a chicken wing pizza I ordered 3 extra bleu cheeses at .93 each. Walked into the store at 6pm on the dot and our food was not ready. After waiting an additional 15 mins my food was finally ready to go. I asked 2 separate times if the extra bleu cheese was in the bag and was reassured it was. It wasn't. Luckily we had some Marie's at home in the fridge so that we were able to accommodate our party that night. This was this past Tuesday, the restaurant had no one else in it but me. A gentleman walked in around 6:05 and said he had just called his pizza in 20 mins ago.... his was ready. I'm a patient woman and my parents have always instilled in me to plan ahead, which is why we ordered at 2pm while multi-tasking at work as well with our contractors at the moment. It was irritating, but we are always willing to give our business to local companies. The food was delicious and our wings were perfect and extra crispy like we enjoy. The only reason for the 3 stars is the lack of service and our missing items we ordered.

I'm not a fan of the dough. There's nothing wrong with it; it's just not my taste. I also didn't care for sauce inside the calzone. I prefer it only on the side. I did really enjoy the sub I had! I will still try other items in the future.

The pizza is good but the staff is often rude and they always, and I mean always, forget something. We have tried them meany times thinking maybe it was a fluke or they were overwhelmed but it’s not gotten any better. It’s too bad because the food is good but with all the other options we will go somewhere with better service.

The usual pizza shop I order from down the street was closed, so we tried this place out. The pizza is pretty bland in terms of taste, medium wings are definitely way spicier than all other places i’ve had them from. Not terrible, but I wouldn’t order again.

2 hours and still no pizza..called 2 times and was told its on it way..

Pizza tasted like pre made dough, wings were over cooked and smelled like really old oil. I guess it’s back to Mark’s pizza, will never go there again

Would not recommend, low quality pizza no flavor. the cheese makes me feel like I’m chewing gum.

Under cooked the employee al they did was talk n talk after I specified the pizza to be crispy it was under cooked I would never go bck much less recommend it!!!

The sloppy plate was not appealing or appetizing and while eating i found a long hair in my food and when I returned all of my food for a refund the manager had a nonchalant poor attitude about giving me a refund, I will never come here again.

Ordered a sheet pizza for me and friends to try got half red sauce half white garlic sauce and we all agreed it was probably the worst pizza we've ever had there was barely and sauce on the red side to the point that we thought the entire pizza was white. As for the white side being a garlic sauce there was literally no garlic it tasted like they maybe use garlic salt and it was awful. Will not return and will not recommend. After about 10 minutes of eating it all of us felt sick to our stomach do not go here. I'd much rather go to little ceasers or even fast trac.

Pizza ordered from Caraglio's through Doord Dash sucks! I ordered two toppings (onions & mushrooms) on a pizza and still trying to find any. I've ordered directly through Caraglio's before and it's been the best in town. I'll never use Door Dash again!

Ordered over an hour before they closed. Driver dropped off after 1hour and 20 minutes later. Said he didn't know if pizza was still hot and he did not care. When asked his name he got in his car, back up recklessly out of my driveway. Stopped his car and yelled F.....you for ordering lastminute. Never will order again.

Poor quality pizza making. Used to be good. Inconsistent. Ordered a thin crust pizza. It was paper thin, soggy. Waaayyyyyy too much cheese, cut poorly, greasy. The people are nice enough.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered a sheet pizza, got a mess. It wasn't cooked all the way through. Couldn't pick it up bc the sauce was so runny the cheese came right off. No flavor. Peices weren't even cut right. You'd get a really thin peice or really big one. I will not recommend this place. Waste of money. And all I seen working there was teens. Girl at register was really rude. It was just disappointing. A new place comes in town you want to help by buying from them and they let you down. They need a lot of work.

When this shop came to town they were great.... But since then they have not been giving the same effort on there pizza, poorly cooked , very little toppings and they don’t have slices after 4 any day of the week . Will be a matter of time till this place shuts down

Always been a fan, before tonight. On my way back into town I tried to place an order and as soon as someone picked up I was greeted with carliglios, we’re closed. I’ll do business else where! Fix your hours if your not going to serve people at a certain time.

I ordered from here while I was on break at work and found plastic in my sub. When i called to get my refund, they told me i would be receiving a credit at the store even though i specifically asked for the money to just be back on my card because i don’t plan on ordering from here again. So the credited amount would be pointless to have, I’d much rather just have the money put back on my card. UPDATE: i got told to send my info to the email & i did 4 days ago but still haven’t received anything.

This was our 1st time getting any food from them and there was a piece of hair in our sloppy plate. The young lady whom was the acting manager didn't seemed to be concern about the piece of hair in our food but we will see if an receive my refund in 3-5 days. Will not good back our 1st time and our last time.

Went in for a slice of pizza for the first time, walked in and it was very slow. Asked the girl what slices they gave and got all snotty with me for even walking in. Was not polite at all. Wont be coming back. Learn how to treat people.

We ordered a sheet pizza for delivery. It came but the box was folded and the entire toppings were completely stuck to the box top !! The women on the other end of the phone actually didn’t believe that it was ruined! She asked the delivery driver to confirm it ! We ordered another one but it wouldn’t be delivered for a very long time because the delivery person had 6 other pizzas in the car. They also wanted the destroyed pizza back!!’ Unheard of!! No offer to discount the new one! Very very poor customer service!
