We've received 162 reviews, resulting in an average rating of 2.2 out of 5. We are committed to providing convenient service throughout the week.
Altitude Burgers receives overwhelmingly negative reviews, citing overpriced, low-quality food, including dry, overcooked burgers with unmelted cheese. Many customers report long waits, cold food, and rude service, leading to a poor dining experience at SeaWorld.
Tip: Avoid this restaurant due to the consistently poor food quality and high prices. Consider packing your own lunch or exploring other dining options within SeaWorld.

The cheese burger was really good and comes with 2 patties. Onion rings were crispy and tasted good. Fresh fruit is high quality. I would eat it again but going to try to eat somewhere else to try it.

We enjoyed eating here! The burgers are good and their serving is a lot. If you go to SeaWorld, make sure to go here to eat. Some might not have a good experience, but for us, it's worth it! 🍔

The burger wasn’t quite as bad as what I thought it could be after seeing these reviews, but it was cold and far from great. But it was edible and did the job. As with most of these places, the best value probably was on all day dining. Since we didn’t pay the ridiculous prices, we weren’t as worried about it. But it is expensive!
Unfortunately this has been our worst dining experience at Sea World. There was no line and we figured it would be a quick stop, but the service was still actually quite slow. The worst part is the food was bad. The burger was dry and way overcooked. Saying it was well done would be putting it nicely. I would absolutely skip this location in the future since there are far better options elsewhere in the park.
It is a cafeteria style with burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, onion rings, and sold chili, mozzarella sticks as additional sides, and had kids meal. Had one cashier which created the line to back up, food sat under heat lamps forever, and made food cool, then waited in line for cashier, I paid cash, but it took 5 min to pay since the wi-fi went down and then had to reset. Seating outside was ok, but the tables were not cleaned. $$$ our meal was $57 and was not that good, cold food. Would not go there again. BTW a 5% surcharged due to cost of food items, also tax.

I visited Sea World on 11/30/2025 This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant I had the worst disgusting Cheeseburger in my life this restaurant need to be investigated my family and I all got sick with the chicken sandwich also PLEASE DON’t eat at this restaurant I will report them to all the websites until they are investigated
I ordered 1 cheese burger with fries and two drinks. Over $42.00. The drinks were flat. You have to ask for the lettuce if you want it. Also, nowhere to sit, had to eat sitting on a rock. I know they are pushing the all day dining plan, but those prices are stupid.
I have never felt more passionate about giving a negative review. My hope is that this review causes some serious changes at Altitude Burger. The burgers, nuggets and fries were cold and disgusting! The service was horrible. The women working the register had such long nails she couldn't actually use the touch screen. It took her so much more time to ring us up. The 80.00 we were charged for this garbage lunch is JUST APAULIMG. Don't bother going to this establishment!
The slowest restaurant I’ve ever been to. Food was bland, portions were tiny, prices were sky high. Absolute joke of a place.
Family of 4 at altitude burgers around 14:30 in the afternoon. Pre made food couldn’t have taken longer. No manager present. No leadership present. Moving slower than I’ve ever witness at any restaurant. When it came to the final drink station the person that was serving drinks just left. It took 10 minutes…..10….. for the team to have someone figure out how to get water out of the drink machine. No one knew what was going on. By far the absolute worst experience for any restaurant I’ve seen.
Very disappointing. Ordered 2 Altitude Burgers, advertised as 1 lb (2 patties) with mozzarella sticks (plural). We both received 1 patty, bacon crumbles and a single mozz stick. I did ask if this was correct, and the young man behind the counter, just nodded. We were there just after Christmas, at night and it was very busy. Also, no designated eating areas. Sat on a planter wall and balanced the trays on our laps.
Disgusting and cheaply made. Ordered the Altitude burger for 24.99 in the pictures it has two bacon strip. Instead we got a employee grabbing a spoon full of bacon bits in the center of the burger grease and all. Sea worlds food quality sure has gone down hill. Also misleading not having the same item as pictured. They have been going downhill for the past decade especially since they are owned by a investment firm cutting corners.
The lady at the front (serving the food ) decided to throw away 4 dishes instead of letting the kids keep them on their trade because we were confused on how the “eating passes “ worked . We thought it was 1 dessert, 1 side and one main dish (first time at sea world Orlando and first time buying the pass) so she got mad and started yearning and getting annoyed and grabbed the food from the traits and throw them in the trash can!!!!!!! If you are going to waist food like that is better to explain how the food bands work in a nice way so we learn and know the next time and just leave the food in the traits. Isn’t sea world about “saving the environment and not wasting “??? This happened to me and my family on 8/8/2024 at 4pm lady wearing glasses, blonde, 50+ years old. Thanks for ruining our experience here
I had the great displeasure of dining today at Altitude Burgers. Everything about the experience was awful. Picking up food was chaotic and disorganized, there seemed to be no procedures being followed to complete orders, so it was a Mad Max situation of survival to get food, which despite the effort and cost to obtain was so completely sub-par that a new level of awful was somehow achieved. The burger patty was exclusively filler so had the spongy texture of a bad meatball, and the bun was dry as gravel. Absolutely garbage.
Most disgusting experience getting food at any of the parks. Old meat for the burgers, fries that look like they were sitting in the grease and tasted awful, chicken nuggets that were so old they were hard. The smell of old bacon filled the entire area. Food was inedible and the total was over $40.
Absolutely the worst food & service at Sea World or Busch Gardens (or anywhere). Terrible Value! My wife and I both ordered "The Altitude Burger". It is supposed to be 1 pound of beef, and it was a 1/3 pound single patty at best. It was COLD FOOD, and not even close to the picture advertised. Service is VERY SLOW and pathetic. Place is dirty. No inside seats. With drink & dessert, we paid $33 each. We feel robbed.
This might be the worst food establishment on this planet. The only reason they make money is because they’re in SeaWorld. They had the most miserable incompetent people working and consider your self lucky to get a room temperature burger and fries, and my god at $20 a burger I almost wanted to do a charge back with my bank for how awful it was. I almost want to blame SeaWorld for allowing this dumpster fire to run business there.
Tasted like a dirty grill. We only took two butes. Cake was even stale. $108 for 3 burgers, 3 fries, 3 pops, and 3 desserts for all but the pops to be thrown out. Will be asking for a refund on the way out.
This place was so unorganized, I got the chicken sandwich and the bread was stale me and my family were happy to come to Seaworld and we ate here and it made our experience less amazing. I really didn’t want to leave this review but the meals are overpriced and the fruit bowl didn’t come with any other fruits! It only came with 3 cuties but nothing was mentioned about you only getting cuties… I also saw a cockroach and that was enough for me. I will never spend money here again!
Food is cold. Burger is dry and overcooked. Stood outside for 10 minutes after they opened waiting for them to open to unlock the door. They really should consider shutting this place down and replacing it with something else. Absolute garbage even for theme park food.
It took us 50 minutes to get food here. Very unorganized no one was in a hurry to do anything on top of it all, the burger was subpar and I don't know how they did it but the bacon was not very good either. I will not be returning to this place ever. On top of it all, there was a $2.12 surcharge for something that just said "Surcharge" that nobody knew what it was.
When I go to buy food I ask the staff about the menu prices and three different people inform me that I can have one of each for $ 15, as there were two comfortable at the time of paying, everything went to $ 48, I refuse to pay That amount, since the total was $ 30, these people throw all the food in the trash in front of me and I decide to talk to the manager Eder, he ignores me and tells me that I must pay what was agreed because my duty was to read the prices and not ask him nothing to the employees, we are in Florida where the customer is right but these people with this attitude are the ones who destroy a corporation
If you like those frozen burger patties that are in a shape of a flower that Walmart sells in a box of 20, then you will like these burgers. Tasted more like a hot dog, over cooked and dry. No toppings either. Just a flower burger and cheese. The plus side, the fries tasted good. All outdoor sitting. Any other restaurant at seaworld is better than this.
Total and complete disappointment. The burgers were cold and flavorless. The French fries and onion rings were cold. The best thing was the cheesecake which was also not the correct temp. The prices were completely way too high. Definitely do NOT recommend this. The employees even seemed miserable. Just another overpriced waste of time.
They should be ashamed to sell such cheap quality burgers and they are so over priced. My 16 yr old daughter had to throw out over half the Burger and waffle fries because they weren't good. I forced myself to eat mine because I paid for the meals and we couldnt get anything else. I'm glad I got the all day meal pass at a discount, but you can only use it every 90 mins. SeaWorld should do better. If you are going to charge $16.99 for burgers and fries, at least make them as good as chain restaurants, but preferably better because of the price. This meal was a TOTAL waste of money.
We ordered 4 bacon cheeseburgers and 2 large cokes for $73.21 . Waited in line about 2 hours for food that was NOT edible! We ate some of it but didn’t finish it. The food had NO taste. After we ate it we were sick and vomiting! Didn’t get to finish enjoying the rides at the park because we were too sick! I give this place zero stars!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!
This place is horrible. The food comes out cold. Just burgers fries. The bread is stale. We threw out more food than we ate. They definitely need management go through randomly and do a taste test on everything. It was so bad we got upset. Two of us got sick to our stomach. They serve better food in jail or prison. Read the reviews this place is horrible.this is why people read and write reviews if I would have looked before you can definitely see they have major problems.
Taquanda and the young lady cashier with the buck teeth ruined my SeaWorld experience. My family came a group of 15 of us with all dining passes. The buck tooth lady literally came up to my husband and took food from his tray saying “we don’t have a free food policy” when we literally purchased a $75 dining pass. This experience has turned me off from even visiting this park again cause the customer service is abysmal
To whoever may this concern: Your location sucks, your staff is very rude and don’t care about your customers, specially the morse serving the drinks, also pay attention to the one grilling after sneezing all over the fries, literally. Romina was actually the only one that said “Hi” and smiled. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE CORRECTLY, you all are such a joke. Do not hesitate to reach out as needed. - MR
We waited in line for a good 15 mins outside, before they opened the 2nd entrance and we got right in. I got the bacon cheeseburger (only thjngs available) and my GF wanted the grilled chicken. They didnt have any avaiable at the moment so we paid for the food (cashier didnt really seem to care about the missing food) and waited a couple mins before the fresh tin full.of chicken came over. Girlfriend went over back into the line with the receipt and the woman making the burgers wasnt even paying attention after severall attempts, ignoring her and only still making the one burger even though other options were offered on menu. I tried afyer several attempts and Finally got her attention after almost screaming at her and asked for the chicken, she seemed to give me an attitude about it (sorry you know how to make only bacon cheeseburgers 6 at a time and nothjng else and ignore customers) and handed it over rahter rudely. Not sure if she did any cross contamination with it. We ate the food and it was dry, stale like(even with added sauces) and definitely not worth the money they charge. But we were really hungry after waiting and fighting with that woman. Better at McDonald's. For a place with focus on burgers, they failed. Thankfully we didnt get sick.
They should change the name to Attitude Burgers. Definitely one of the worst dining experiences I've ever experienced. It was subpar at best, and the staff looked bothered by the fact we chose to dine there. Never again I can promise you that 💯
This is the most expensive and most disgusting food we've had anywhere in our 2 week stay. The staff are rude, the food is absolutely vile and inedible. We had chicken Caesar wraps which had no Caesar dressing, no flavour, the chicken was more like dry wood. Our son picked out the lettuce which was grey and slimy and seemed to be mouldy! My partner had a cheeseburger. The pattie looked more like dried up, aerated rubber, totally bone dry, vile, he never leaves food normally and we were so hungry! This practically ruined our day. We've been spending around $80 on lunches everywhere else, this rubbish cost over $118!!! When we complained and asked for a refund (something we never do) the staff were rude, initially they only wanted to refund $35, they begrudgingly increased this to $45! No apology at all. AVOID THIS HELL HOLE!
Altitude Burgers – Why? Why? That’s honestly the only question that comes to my mind. After several attractions, roller coasters, rides, and a long walk pushing my child’s stroller, you finally spot it: a bright, eye-catching sign. A very American-looking burger place. At that moment, you get excited. You imagine a juicy, tasty, classic American burger — exactly what you need to recharge. Then reality hits. You end up eating one of the worst burgers of your life. It’s extremely frustrating, especially because I paid for the dining plan and, even worse, had to serve this food to my 6-year-old child. That makes the disappointment even bigger. We’re talking about SeaWorld Orlando — one of the most famous theme parks in the United States, if not the most famous for many people. With all the investment, structure, and overall experience the park offers, it’s shocking to find such low-quality food. The burger was bad, the wait was long, the line was ridiculous, and the whole experience was simply disappointing. How does this happen? How can a place with so much visibility and responsibility deliver such poor food quality? This was, without exaggeration, the worst burger I’ve ever had — and in a location where you expect at least something decent. Very disappointing.
This is a long one. I know MANY reviews mention the food was bad. Is it as advertised? No, but I didn’t hate it. What I did hate was the service. It should be called ATTITUDE BURGER. Unfortunately the SeaWord app doesn’t show restaurant hours on the app. Google says it’s open at 9am. We asked some kind employees when it was open, in park employees said 10:30. We arrived at 10:40, it looked empty, We asked an employee, she assured us it was open and gestured for us to enter. Inside the 3 employees were setting up the food. They seemed flustered and said they were not ready yet then asked us to wait. Okay no problem, we waited. Another family joins us in line. The employees then ask “are you going to order?!” we looked at one another surprised, I had thought they would announce when they were ready which we said calmly. One of the employees said “Oh we tried to tell you but you weren’t paying attention”. There’s no way, we stood maybe 3 feet from them? The employees were talking to one another but didn’t say anything to us. Nice try though. My friend orders a Beyond Burger, an employee goes to make it. The cashier asks us to keep moving forward to pay. No problem. We pay and move out of the line so other patrons can check out. The man with the beyond burger returns, and asks what my friend wants on it. We are unable to return to the line as its single file and barricaded so he yells. I respond back for my friend “just the burger and cheese” and he gets so irritated. It’s not like he needs to put lettuce or tomato or pickles or condiments on. Those all come separate and we had already grabbed them. Please see the photos below :) As she tried to make her way towards him to get her order another customer steps in her way. The employee then shouts in a NASTY tone “Why don’t you come get it then?!”. And so without cursing or yelling I did respond to him, “there’s another customer in the way. What would you like us to do? Push her out of the way? Thank you.” He had a whole attitude about it and I felt the younger female employee rushed to console him. Come on. I get it, food service sucks, working at theme park sucks, these people are underpaid and get yelled at on the daily but we did not deserve to be yelled at by this man. SHAME ON YOU. If you can’t handle being a customer facing employee please ask to be reassigned.
This was the $25 "Altitude Burger." Dense overcooked meat, fatty floppy undercooked bacon, slimy greasy onion rings, a tough mozzarella stick on a squished bun. This was a $25 burger. Then the fries were undercooked, yay. This was a $25 burger. 1 meal, $25 burger (did I mention that yet?) + $6 drink + $9 slice of chocolate cake (which had watery frosting - WATERY FROSTING is something I never had to write in my life before this day) = $40 + tax + the 5% extra surcharge on EVERYTHING sold at Sea World. Garbage food, insane price, deceptive if not outright fraudulent 5% surcharge. No creature, neither man nor beast should eat here. Sea World, you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself.
Horrible experience . Susan manager doesn’t know how to organize the process . Just a chaos

I would rate it lower if I could, everything is so goddamn expensive. Tha atmosphere feels like falling into an endless time loop full of sad sweaty and weary individuals there is NO air conditioning and everything is 40 dollars the service was abysmal with the drink lady glaring at you for her job which is pressing a button also we didn't even get a top for our cups no seating out here and it's hot as hell also did I mention everything is 40 dollars this pudding cup I got was EIGHT WHOLE. DOLLARS..AND IT TASTES LIKE AN ARMPIT! "Everything is served with lettuce tomato and our signature altitude sauce" BS bc if it was THERE WOULD BE GREEN IN THAT LUNCH LINE there is no vegetables there is no hope there is no love fun or care the burger patty tasted like PURE GARLIC POWDER. ALSO NOBODY KNOWS HOW TO WALK AS SOON AS YOU GET IN
I deeply regret waiting 45 minutes for the worst burger I can remember eating! It was overpriced, over salted, and overcooked. Cheese was not melted, bacon was burnt, and meat did not taste like real beef. For $22.95 I got 2 thin meat patties, stale roll, cold cheese, burnt bacon, no lettuce, tomato, or pickle as advertised, and standard fries. No drink included in that price. The order process involved yelling over the cook line and grabbing your own food from an assembly line as your pushed along. It reminded me of my high school cafeteria. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Sad, Sad little burger. I don’t think McDonalds has a burger this sad. The menu item… “bacon cheeseburger” with a side of fries, a fountain soda and a terrible Oreo cupcake totaling $36. Fries were the best thing about the meal. It was the most pitiful burger I’ve ever had, really…. A McDonald’s cheap cheeseburger at 1:00am looks like a steak dinner compared to Altitude Burgers “Bacon Cheeseburger” at SeaWorld. I’m surprised at just how bad it was, awestruck really. I would assume it starts as a 1.6 oz beef patty (pre-cooked weight)… Haphazardly slopped between a top and bottom bun that could work part-time as a cardboard cereal box. Add in a toss of cheap, pre-chopped iceberg lettuce, a tomato slice that went bad last week, topped off with a slice of cheese that is reminiscent of yellow candle wax. The fries were good, steakhouse style cut and texture with a nice zingy seasoning. The cupcake…. Tastes like the definition of the word artificial. I thought to myself “I wonder what concoction they put together to create this “icing.” I would assume it is purely a mix of synthetic materials blended together in a lab to imitate, imitation cake icing. Walmart (I’m assuming) would have better cupcakes on their bakery shelves. I’m not certain if SeaWorld is aware of how absolutely depressing the food is from Altitude Burger is or if they just don’t care. But they should certainly step in and shut it down or bring it up to par.
⭐️ 1/5 I visited Altitude Burger at SeaWorld Orlando on February 8, 2026, around 1:20–1:40 PM, and the cashier added a tip of about $12 without my consent. That is unacceptable. Tips are optional and must be approved by the customer. No one should be charging themselves extra. Management: please review the transaction and camera footage for that time window and fix this immediately. I’m requesting a refund of the unauthorized tip and a clear explanation of how this happened.
Absolutely horrible experience. Staff working mega slow (except the manager), line is huge simply because to put food on the tray takes 38 minutes. Time in line 22 minutes, time to pickup my food 38 minutes. Everything is messy, stuff is yelling and not friendly.
So i got off icebreaker and ho here for lunch and im sorry to say this seaworld but altitude burger SUCKS. It has dry food, and it tastes TERRIBLE! But the workers are nice(most of the time). And finally, on a busy day this place gets BUSY!!! I went during Christmas and there was a 3 HOUR WAIT.
$25 for a frozen, overcooked, jerky-textured hamburger with gloppy, waxy cheese, and some fries. Are you joking? Highway robbery. Do better, SeaWorld. Save your money and pack in your lunch.
Do not eat here. Cheeseburger cheese was not even melted. Burger was cold. Twenty something dollars for a below par dollar menu burger anywhere else. Will give you the runs. Beware
I came here on a field trip to Sea world seeking food and decent service, I got the exact opposite of such. In fact, this is one of, if not the worst establishments I’ve been to in my life, and that’s being generous. Me and 3 of my friends decided to go here as we all unanimously decided on fresh burgers and fries to eat, little did we know, frigid food is all that awaited us. Entering the establishment, the line was initially long, so we waited that out. We don’t blame anyone for this, but once we got to the man distributing the food, the first thing you notice is his attitude. He was clearly very upset, and it took multiple times for him to understand what we were asking for, but we ignored that and kept it pushing. The issue raised when two ladies in the front of the line were attempting to pay for their food, but for some reason the register wasn’t working. We ended up waiting over 30 whole minutes to leave the establishment, because the lady at the cashier refused to seek help, and instead just stared at the cashier with a stank face. She didn’t call maintenance, and she didn’t try to find a way to fix it, she gave everyone at the register attitude as if we broke the register. We were offered no new food, and instead we had to pay for cold food after 30 minutes of being in line. There was also absolutely no compensation despite all the time we spent in that line. Do not come here. The workers are miserable, the manager did not care about the fact that the register was broken, and instead ignored complaints and LAUGHED, and there is absolutely no care put into anything here.
Burgers are tiny, vegetables like from yesterday, and they put them out. Soda is very chemical in taste. Avoid!
That has to be one of the worst burgers I have ever eaten. Did even taste like a hamburger. Staff were great.
Had a burger here today and I agree with alot of the recent comments stating how bad the food is here. Awful, cold and just plain rubbish

They should change the name to Attitude Burgers. Definitely one of the worst dining experiences I've ever experienced. It was subpar at best, and the staff looked bothered by the fact we chose to dine there. Never again I can promise you that 💯
I ordered 1 cheese burger with fries and two drinks. Over $42.00. The drinks were flat. You have to ask for the lettuce if you want it. Also, nowhere to sit, had to eat sitting on a rock. I know they are pushing the all day dining plan, but those prices are stupid.
