We stop here for drinks. They have beer on tap and it's a larger size than other places in the park. It's the only place we'll order drinks.

Really good and unique vegetarian options here, and more than just veggie burgers. The braised tofu is really good, and they have a lot of other fresh options. There are a lot of good meat options too. The A/C is really cool on a hot day, and There is also an annual pass holder lounge here that is a nice place to sit and grab something cool to drink.

The food is fantastic. The prices are OK, less than other parks, plus passholders get a discount. It's always busy, but there is ample seating inside and out.

The food was so tasty, and the service was extra extra nice. I would like to say a special thank you to Emerson the supervisor there he was very helpful with me and my party. We did have an issue and he settle the situation without a hesitation. I got the tickets with "All day dining" so you can eat here and you don't have to pay if you get 1 option per person +sodas, but I didn't know that so, the cashier was VERY nice and helpful to adequate my order. Thank you!

I come for the black beans. Everything else is just a bonus. It's one of the only (if no the only) place that has pudding for dessert. Another delicious dessert is the chocolate chip stuffed cookie dough muffin. Main meal items include: steak, checked tenders, and tofu.

Pass holders can buy an entire at Waterway Grill and eat in the passholder lounge. You can buy a SeaWorld stein and get craft beer refills for less than half of the price of individual plastic cups. Return the stein and they wash it and store it for your next visit.

I’m always a HUGE Hendricks, tonic and lime guy. The lady made two of the best I’ve ever had.

Waterway Grill Bar was great. Craft beer recommended by nice young lady bar tender was spot on and she also helped us with directions and suggested venues and attractions that made our visit more fun and entertaining.

Yum! Turkey Leg was amazing, cold beer hit the spot. Inside seating was nice!

The food was really good and the service was fantastic. We had the Chicken salad and the roasted pork with rice and beans and some plantains. And you have self service fountain drinks. Over all one of the best places to have a bite to eat while you are in SeaWorld.

It's a good spot to go for food if you want something different than theme park food. It is still going to be theme park food but with a better twist highly recommend beef however if you're using the dining plan it's extra $5 for beef so I really like that other options.

When getting the steak or chicken meal, I always ask for the rice and beans to be put in a separate container. This makes it much easier to cut the meat.

They've recently reduced the amount of seating, it's not as appealing as it used to be (lounge included), but a good place to sit and have a well cooked dish, and take a breath.

Really for park food, it's good. The portions are fairly well sized, and everything is well cooked, and even with all the covid restrictions they serve it pleasantly. If you are an annual pass holder, the lounge is right inside and adds an extra level of comfort plus of course Coca-Cola products. The only negative as far as portion size is their salads. Not much greens or toppings for the price.

The staff was great. The restaurant was clean and well kept. The selection of food was not that great but they did have a few items that hit the spot. If you need any kids of sauces you need to ask for them.

The line for food is extremely long! We have eaten here several times and the line is longer than most rides. Food is good and prices are as expected. I like the steak and plantains. Definately appreciate the beer selection at the bar.

The place was packed as expected but the lines and the tables were moving pretty fast. The food was good. It's a pretty big area and a lot of seating areas but depending on the amount of people going through you may have to either wait or ask for someone to give you some space to sit. Very nice and you can relax for a bit before heading back out to the park

I was slightly skeptical at first because it seemed very cafeteria-esk, but in actuality the pulled pork, rice, black beans & sweet plantains were realllllllly amazing and tasty! I was not able to eat it all and the flavor was delicious! Some of the staff in the dining room were awesome, others were kind of pushy. Overall I would definitely return for our next trip!

We became annual pass members this year because Disney no longer offers this option. Have enjoyed our experience at Sea World so far. We did bring guests with us and stop here for lunch. Place was clean and staff were great. The food was OK a little too much salt in the BBQ. What I did find hard to deal with is the way they set up tables for dinning. Not a good set up.

Hidden over by Infinity Falls, this restaurant was not crowded and had a great menu. The typical load your tray and ring up at the cashier type restaurant. Plenty of open seats, both inside and outside. You really get a lot of food for the price, so don't be too worried about the high theme park pricing. The only drawback was there were many tables that were dirty, so we had to clean off ours quite a bit. Most people these days are too inconsiderate about simply throwing out their own trash, or not cleaning up after their kids. I would eat here again on our next visit.

I was pleased to learn many Gluten Free options available at Waterway Grill. Having Celiac and dining at an amusement park can be challenging. Pulled pork looked extremely dry so took a chance with the grilled chimichurri steak. I know what your thinking steak at SeaWorld? Well your definitely right to think this, nothing I'd recommend. Rice and beans were under seasoned and steak had a spongy texture. At $16 I did eat most of it as I was very hungry. My partner tried the chicken tenders, said texture was odd. Not a place I'd choose to dine again. Wait there is a plus, cold beer and wine available 😁 🍺🍷 Cheers.

Typical theme park restraunt.. over priced and not so great food.. little secret if your a pass holder come in here and they have a pass holder lounge. They serve free drinks in here to.. so if your having a problem finding a table this is the place plus you can wind down and relax with less noise and plenty of space.

Rude service and with a limited menu still most items weren't available. I did however like the pass lounge for members. They provided free soda, clean table and chairs.

Did not care for one of the team members‘ attitude. I had a special order, and she rolled her eyes at me and was literally talking about me rudely in front of me. So when I called her out for the inconvenience of my order and asked for a refund, she was sent to the back. Literally all I asked for were crispy fries for my kid, and I went up when there was me and one other person in line and she made it seem like I was asking the world and she had no time for it. She even rolled her eyes at me. I did speak to a supervisor and did get my food, and everyone else who worked there are saints. But one bad apple can ruin it. I know she doesn’t care, she made that clear. I hope she finds a different job not with people in the future. 3 stars because the food is good, and the rest of the staff were great.

The food was fine, but the restaurant was understaffed. We were there when it opened and had a 10 minute wait. By the time we paid the line was out the door. Try to eat at off hours to avoid a wait. The food here was part of the all day dining plan.

Even the ice maker is down.

Waited 30 minutes in line to pay $30 for 3 puny chicken tenders, four McDonald sized chicken nuggets, and some waffle fries. No straws.

Disappointed that they don't have the steak. It was not on the menu at all. When I asked they said it was because of the event. That event is thu-sun for the next few months and should not be the reason it was taken off the menu.

The food was way too salty. We ordered tacos, and chicken with beans and rice. They are crazy salty! I think it was my first time in a long time when I had to sadly throw away the food after a few bites. Unbearably salty.

This place is amazing if you don’t enjoy waiting in line for rides, because you can now wait in an even longer food for over priced school cafeteria quality food. Oh, and there won’t be any tables available so you get to eat while standing.

The drink refill system is ridiculous. Spent 45 minutes in line for the food, and then spent another 10 minutes to fill up my drink. The soda fountain has people there needing to check your receipt to make sure you paid for the drink (which I obviously did, since I had a cup). Went to refill the cup again before I left, and was told I need to pay for a refill. I bought the cup today, but I threw out the receipt with my food, so I couldn’t “prove” that I purchased it today. There needs to be a better system for this

FOOD POISONING!!! My son is violently ill from eating there today. I am trying to reach management to make them aware and the rude call center employee named Jay will not let me speak with management. He is keeping me on eternal hold. Lol so Sea world has this promo of one free beer, my dad, brother and I stopped by to request it and the lady said no bc mu dad showed his temporary ID wish he gor directly from DMV. They refused to hand him the SMALL beer. We ended up leaving bc they didn't explain why they wouldn't take a valid temporary ID from FL. Here comes a lot of people from all around the world. But they not taking an ID from FL. How ridiculous is that. And on top of that, we bought right next the beers and they took the ID. Definitely the worst experience besides having a long line waiting and only 2 people that had the worst customer service ever. Never coming by again.

i got over heated at Sea world and we went to waterway grill and the strawberry short cake was terrible the only good thing that I got there was the reusable cup and the beverage was coke .but once when we were paying and checking out the employee gave us the straw for it and she touched it all up the straw and the lid and no air conditioning I almost passed out and I forgot to say that we were in the middle of Corona virus I don't want to get the corona virus and I'm only 10 years old I totally totally totally totally not recommend

Ordering through the Mobile Order is such a TRASH system. We placed an order to be estimated to be 1:45 and says it’ll let us know when our order is prepared. Instead of letting me know it’s been prepared, we had to go into the Mobil Order line to let us know I was here, then they started the order. Mind you, it was 2:00 (15 mins past when it was ready). Terrible operation system

Workers look miserable did not even say Hello nor Thank You they also closed super early way before dinner time. It was 5pm went to grab a refill and all the machines were shut off by the employees. Why would a restaurant be closed at 5pm. Food was bland. Do not reccomend.

Went here Monday the 19th 2020. Bought 2 steak churrasco( or chimichurri) with rice and beans. Absolutely no taste/flavor in the food at all. The steak was tender with a bit of flavor(churrrasco) but no salt/seasoning. All food tasted like nothing, just plain! My wife said same thing. For the kids I had the chicken tender with the waffle fries. Fries were ice cold and i do no know about the tenders. We ate the steak because we were hungry otherwise everything ended in the garbage. The kids didn't touch the fries or tenders. Very disappointed..... For the price and amount of food it is almost reasonable but for the taste absolutely zero! How you gonna serve cold fries for the kids? Ridiculous!!!!

This restaurant at the park was extremely dirty. The tables are sticky and food left overs everywhere. It took forever to get something to eat and the meals are not even affordable. Way to expensive for this poor quality food. The drinks as well. Unfortunately the only spot with indoor, air-conditioned seating so far. I feel sorry for the overworked staff. One of the reasons why I wanted to avoid supporting SeaWorld Orlando.

As a gold pass member my experience alone at this restaurant today was enough to make me wanna cancel my pass to sea world entirely!!! Came with my daughter to get food I specifically asked if it was fresh cut fruit as the side she says yes. I go to counter to pick up my order a server with a bad attitude throws a bowl on my tray with three oranges in it. I said can you please change that side to a dessert I was told it was cut fruit bowl not three unpealed mini oranges . Needless to say they wouldn't help me my daughter's crying at counter. Overall the worse experience.

The churrasco tasted like boiled meat. It was gross. The nuggets for the kids were overcooked and they no longer offer some of the other foods others described who gave higher ratings. The one star is over the soda dispenser where you can refill as you wish. Avoid completely

I ordered a salad that was supposed to have grilled chicken black beans and street corn, but instead I got a bed of wilted lettuce, ice cold black beans, frozen chicken and corn. I explained and asked for a reimbursement and the girl said only the manager was allowed to do it but he wasn’t there. So I asked her when he would be in and her response was “I don’t know” then ignored me and proceeded to help the next person in line.

Park closed at 6pm. We walked forever so we could eat at Waterway Grill. We got there at 4:15 and were turned away!!! How can a restaurant that has a sign “All Day Dining” be done serving at 4:15?!?! I can understand 5ish so that customers head to the exit. Be better Sea World Restaurants

The lane I went to is the one directly in front of where I ordered and my receipt didn’t say another lane ( wish she would’ve told me this 40 mins earlier). She eventually just took my receipt and filled the order herself and then slide the tray to me and walked away. 0 stars wouldn’t recommend.

Park closed at 6pm. We walked forever so we could eat at Waterway Grill. We got there at 4:15 and were turned away!!! How can a restaurant that has a sign “All Day Dining” be done serving at 4:15?!?! I can understand 5ish so that customers head to the exit. Be better Sea World Restaurants
