Edges crispy. Pizza saucy and cheesy and oh so hot. Wings were okay, definitely would pass on those. Parmesan bites were very good. Will be back!

Excellent pizza, great service! The kid in the kitchen Sam is a good guy. Hey Sam's manager, the guy deserves a raise! Not much seating but this is a good option for take out for sure.

This has always been my go to Pizza place. I can always get creative with whatever toppings I want and they always deliver with top notch quality and the Pizza just melts nicely with every bite! So good! So buttery!! Only dough I’ll eat!

Yum! I ordered pizza for delivery and was very impressed. Their delivery seems to be done through DoorDash - but food was made quickly, and delivered earlier than quoted on a Saturday night. It was also still fairly warm on arrival. The food itself was really good! I ordered a square pizza (just cheese), a round Bianca pizza, and an order of parmesan bread. The pizza was excellent. A nice crispy crust, and a flavorful crust. The bread was really tasty, and had a good texture. It's a little pricey, but common to what to you find for specialty pizzas. I'd definitely order from again.

Darius is amazing! He has great vibes with positive chill energy. He took the time to make sure that every question I asked was answered. He went above and beyond with his customer service making sure I had everything I needed (parmesan cheese utensils etc.) and helping me when the machine didn’t work when I tapped to pay. I was in the area dropping my daughter at a friends and saw the sign from the road and decided to get a pizza to go. I had never been there before. I ordered the butter crust pepperoni pizza, it was delicious and the guy working “Darrius” was polite and professional. He made sure to ask if I needed plates, napkins, etc etc. Great experience.

We got the grandmas pretty mess and a supreme regular pie. Both were delicious, but I thought the pretty mess was an amazing simple pizza if you’re not in the mood for toppings that’s still really elevated compared to a plain cheese pizza. So this is some of the best detroit-style pizza you're going to find here in Orlando. The dough is airy considering how heavy the pizza itself is. Thats a good thing because that means the bread isnt overwhelming. We tried the pepperoni and the Bianca we also got some spinach artichoke rolls. The pepperoni was crispy, a bit soicy, and delicious and the cheese on the pizza is great quality. The sauce is sweeter than usual in a good way. The Bianca was also very delicious as well. The spinach rolls were not my liking because it was heavy on the spinach taste but for others I'm sure it will be great. I will repeat, the cheese that they use is fantastic. The only downside of the establishment itself is the atmosphere, it is a very small takeout type of situation and that's understandable, and it's a bit hidden in a strip mall. The service staff there were pleasant and did a very good job. The pizzas are a little on the pricey side. Expect to oay upwards of 30.00 per pie with tax/tip.

Delicious Detroit style pizza. I normally prefer thin crust but this Detroit style pizza pass with double thumbs up. The crust is thick, crispy, and chewy. They do use the small pepperoni too. We love to build our own squares that can feed up to 3 people. It does get pricey with the amount of toppings you want. Order online for pick up so that you don’t have to wait.

I went to Buttercrust Pizza because I watched a tik tok and was already craving pizza. I got the grandmas Pretty mess and it was instantly the best pizza I’ve had in Orlando. I ate the whole pie by myself.

Ordered through uber eats back in October and honestly 10/10, still think about this pizza on the regular. I ordered a pepperoni and added sausage, best choice. Will be returning.

The pizza was delivered fast and the pizza was pretty good. It was fluffy, crunchy and flavorful. Above average pizza.

We ordered a whole squared pizza, I thought the crust was the highlight of the whole thing, it was soft , buttery and airy, almost like eating focaccia bread topped with sauce , cheese and toppings with a caramelized crust (caramelized crust as it should for Detroit style pizza) the flavor profile of the overall package was good, but not great in my opinion. The wings we had on the other hand were not so good, the flavor and texture of the wings just wasn't for us, doesn't necessarily mean they were bad. Would eat here again , suggest those who love pizza , to this place and determine for themselves.

Inconsistent. 3rd time: I won’t be eating at this place anymore. When I opened the pizza box I thought they had given me a lasagna. The pizza was so thick that I felt like I was eating a loaf of bread with sauce on it. I don’t know what went wrong with the crust recipe but it was about three times thicker than the first time I tried one of their pizzas. Apathetic staff. 2nd time: I went back a second time and the pizza was not that good- it was too salty and not cooked extra as I politely requested and tipped to reflect. Staff friendly. 1st time: Best pizza I've had since I was a kid (back when Pizza Hut used to be good). I am extremely picky about my pizza and am always dismayed when pizza places don't do it right- not worth the carbs! This pizza is AMAZING! Totally worth it. Go and try it! You won't be disappointed. It didn’t live to my expectations, I saw they had 4.5 reviews and thats why I went plus they are close to my house.The first sign should have been when I called, the guy seemed like he didn’t want to be there and was not friendly. It was just a very doughy pizza, the sauce didn’t have much flavor and they didn’t add much of it, it was not loaded with meat or cheese. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and what bothered me the most was that they put canned pineapple instead of real pineapple. For the price it was expensive $28 for a medium size square pizza, just because is square no. In my opinion not worth it to me, Also the kitchen seemed dirty. They need to do better!

Was stunned by this pizza. Have never had a problem with Buttercrust but this pie is drowning in grease, the dough is disintegrating and each barely cut slice has massive lakes of grease on it. So many pizza options in the area this bummed me out.

I got a 12-in vegetarian option pizza and I ate three slices simply out of survival because I hadn't eaten anything and it was 4:00 and because I paid $20 for it. I threw the rest away because I was not enjoying it, like not even a little. Although the crust was good.

So I go in tonight 09/26/2024 and I was met by a young kid with a subtle but apparent attitude. I ordered 15 minutes prior. I observed the kid was overwhelmed and understaffed. I wait 40 minutes to get my food. So that didn't really bother me. I get home with lukewarm pizza to see the large veg and the pinwheels were undercooked. Buttercrust was amazing when it opened. It's gone down hill ever since. Mama Mias, Pizzahut, PPjohns, and Domino's are all up the street. For 65 bucks I could have gotten better quality elsewhere. I called and got a hollow apology. Having an 80k XLT pizza oven doesn't mean much if you can't cook with it. The management and business owner needs to step their game up. Do that and I'll remove the review. If not I'll leave it and let it tarnish future business.

I had seen a review online that this place was more worth it for the price than Sodough pizza. Gave your detroit style a try. Was very disappointed. Received two pizzas with barely any of the toppings i chose, about two pepperonis on most of the slices. And to top it off there was only a tablespoon of sauce and a pinch of cheese on almost all squares. Paid $50 for two pizzas that were basically just baked dough. Yes you’re prices are cheaper than sodough but the quality is not even close. you guys need to do better that is embarrassing. I will never order from you again. It’s hard to make me unhappy with food and i rarely leave a review for anything, but this was unacceptable.

The food was not as expected & definitely not worth $45 . I ordered the new garlic parm bread and it was like a very greasy garlic parm grilled cheese, a 16” hand tossed and a 12” thin crust pizza. The crust on both was so hard and some areas had sauce , no sauce and excessive sauce and tasted funny. Terribly disappointing.

Glorified Costco pizza for double or triple the price. Pizza was overdone, greasy, cold, and did not taste fresh. Comparable to a Costco pizza, definitely not worth the price. I threw up on my second slice. Cheese bombs are OK but they come in a pool of grease. We will not be ordering from here again.

Is this a review page for buttercrust pizza or dough factory... this page is very confusing. You search buttercrust pizza orlando... and dough factory comes up... what gives?!

I had an opportunity to go in and try some wings. I went in in the middle of the afternoon on a Tuesday. I was waiting for my wings and the man who was preparing them had his whole entire telephone conversation on the speaker going through the whole restaurant. I didn’t want to hear his conversation so I waited outside and then he called me in to tell me he canceled my order. I have never had this type of service where it was more important for an employee to have a whole conversation on a speakerphone, then to prepare food for a customer. It’s unfortunate because the pizza reviews are excellent, but I guess this location is more concerned about personal phone calls loud throughout the store on a Bluetooth speaker then accommodating a customer.
