I had the pleasure of visiting Big Dave’s Cheesesteaks recently, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. The food was phenomenal easily the best cheesesteak I’ve ever had but what truly made my visit unforgettable was the outstanding service. Arely went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile, made thoughtful recommendations, and ensured my order was just right. Her attention to detail, kindness, and genuine passion for what she does made all the difference. In a world where great customer service is hard to come by, Araly stands out as a true gem. Big Dave’s is lucky to have her, and I’ll definitely be back not just for the incredible food, but for the amazing people like her who make it feel like home. Great cheesesteaks, and service. The place is a little small so having larger groups can be difficult, but otherwise clean and well kept. Update they have just started serving breakfast now. We haven’t gotten to try it yet but are super excited to try their breakfast bowls and sandwiches! Their ice coffee and cold brew are quite good!

First time checking this place out and we brought our friends from Philly! First I have to talk about the service....can we say welcoming?!? Kellan and Ary were fantastic, giving warm smiles and recommendations as well as checking in us once we had our food. Ok, time to talk food....yummy, yum, yum! I highly recommend the Dave's Way Philly! Great flavor and you have the sizes to choose from. Fries are crispy and my husband's favorite crinkle cut! We also tried the salmon egg roll, and with the sauce, it was delicious. Now I just need one in Osceola County....Kissimmee perhaps??

Im a sucker for a good cheesestake, and im not even from Philly. I've been disappointed to many time. This is tied for the top. Fries were great. Just the right amout of seasoning. Dont know what it is. But they are great. But let's get back to the sandwich. A very flavor full and bun filled sandwich. I will definitely be coming back. Hats of to upper management.

Stopped by after visiting someone at ORMC and had to check this place out. I’ve been following Big Dave since his Atlanta days, so it was awesome to see he’s now franchised in Florida. The cheesesteaks are legit tons of meat, great flavor, no extra seasoning needed. Love the music and the vibe. Manager was super nice too. Great experience all around. Cheers to much success!

My nephew introduced me to this spot. This is my 4th time here and no disappointment yet. Always hot fresh and delicious! Workers are always nice..you definitely have to try this spot!

So my rating is for the cheesesteak, what a damn cheesesteak. It’s so hard to find a cheesesteak like this. At first I was a little thrown off because it is on the expensive side, but I will be back whenever I want a cheesesteak. If you get a combo the small one is just fine. Only suggestions for improvement are you need plasticwear out because it can get messy and the lemonade/tea could use some work.

I've had really bad cheesestakes, over the years. It took me coming here to finally have a damn good one. Well seasoned and full of that cheese! And they didn't hold back on the steak, which is how it is supposed to be. I loved it, and I'll most definitely be back. 🖤

Food is good, needs to have a review. Honestly, the best Philly cheesesteak I have ever had. We had to Philly cheesesteaks, one being new spicy jawn. 10 out of 10 for the service, for the food!! I would highly recommend to anyone who loves himself a Philly cheesesteak.

My wife and I had the best experience dining in at this establishment! The mouth watering cheesesteak and cheesesteak egg roll was amazing! These guys really prepared our food top notch that will have us coming back several times and I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND Big Dave’s Cheesesteak to everyone! All of central Florida needs to come and give it a try. The customer service was immaculate and the team checked on us several times and we enjoyed our food. Glad they are in our area now open for business! GOOD JOB GUYS!!!!

Absolutely great Philly cheesesteaks! I ordered Dave’s Lay Beef Cheesesteak and the Chicken Cheesesteak — both were phenomenal. The service was top-notch and impressively fast. Kelly at the front desk was especially helpful and made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

First off the ladies were on point they greet you as soon as the door opens. The food has lots of flavor and fries were fresh and seasoned well. The place was very clean I would definitely recommend trying this place out. Shout out to the cashier Arely she has very good customer service even gave a little history of the owner and business. It’s definitely worth the price. The sandwich was packed with meat.

My boy found this place last week and said he couldn't stop thinking about the Philly he had. So he called and invited me to come check it out today. I got the Dave's Way with jalapeños instead of the banana peppers. It's reeeeaaalllllyyy cheesy with the the cheese combo but definitely a really good sandwich. Probably the best Philly Cheesesteak I've had in a good while. I have to give a shout out to the cashier, Porscha, she was super friendly. Definitely the kind of person a business owner would want as the first point of contact. Overall I would recommend trying this spot.

Although the price was a little pricey I can say that they are worth every dollar. Yes, I ate four sandwiches by myself. The egg roll was actually really good, I was very skeptical because they gave it to me for free (probably wasn’t free) but it ended up being amazing. Last thing that banana pudding looked amazing. I said I would save it for after the gym but my roommate ate it and said it was life changing. 😂😂🤣

Everything was done to perfection. The bread held up. The meat was juicy. The flavor kept building bite after bite. You know it’s serious when you slow down eating because you don’t want it to be over yet. If Big Dave’s ever opens a location in Dallas, Texas, it’s GAME OVER. Add one on the West Coast too and just cancel everybody else’s cheesesteak dreams because the standard has officially been set.

My sandwich came out pretty quick and I was already impressed. It was a good sized sandwich, with a generous amount of meat, and the crinkle fries appeared well seasoned and cooked to perfection. My first bite confirmed what my eyes already told me…I had found my new favorite cheesesteak place. The sandwich was filling, and full of flavor! It was meaty, cheesy, and perfectly greasy. The kind of cheesesteak that makes you want to take a nap afterward. Fries were good too! All in all, it was a pricey meal, but it was a fantastic cheesesteak, with a generous portion that as much I wanted to keep eating, I couldn’t. I was full and still had some left over. Very impressed and can’t wait to return!!

Big Dave's delivered on a great cheesesteak! I take my cheesesteaks seriously and they have def cracked my rotation for best spots in town. The crinkle cut fries were a great compliment, right amount of seasoning. Looking forward to my next visit.

The OG cheese steak wit wiz and onion is so so good. Cheesey, packed full of steak, onions grilled to perfection. The roll is the perfect blend of soft and supportive. The sandwich is down right delicious. I also got the truffle cheese steak and that thing is life changing good. I live 5 hours away and I'm going to drive back just to eat this place again and only eat here. Did I mention how delicious the food is? If you want delicious cheese steaks this is the spot to go hands down.

Food was awesome, exactly what I wanted at the time. Service was great, very polite, inviting and even invited us back when walking out. The place was super clean, and welcoming. If I have to give any negative feedback back it was a bit expensive for 2 people but that's the days we live in. I would definitely recommend.

Finally tried Big Dave’s Cheesesteaks after someone mentioned they were in the SODO district. We were told not to be shocked with the pricing & they weren’t lying! While every restaurant has been increasing prices- a cheesesteak small venue just seems it should be a little less than $23/per person (or $17 for the medium sub). I wish I had bought the classic 9” now as the medium 6” was on a VERY dry bun & I couldn’t enjoy it. The day we visited & needed to eat in was annoying. It seemed like management & possibly a guy from corporate were discussing the business. The corporate guy talked SO loud we could hardly have a conversation ourselves. They talked the entire time we were in there. Unfortunately, Not planning to return.

Expensive as hell and really not all that, the audacity to charge 50 cents for each veggie added like it’s not already expensive… really nice staff I like the up front girl! It’s actually 4 star but I say 3 for price. Side note. Bread is too soft.

Customer service wasn’t up to par. Came I , the cross eyed lady said they don’t take cash. No welcome, no hello, no nothing, just rude and cross eyed and then walked away. Didn’t. Ask if we needed help, no menu breakdown. Gentleman in the back didn’t even bother coming to the front. Woulda gave a zero in all honesty because I’ve been here in the evening and the staff is WAY more friendlier. The service determined the way the meal was gonna be prepared, with agrivation. Not a location I will be visiting again

I want to start by saying cheesesteaks are my favorite food, so I know a good one when I've had one. But I came here for the first time and ordered two 18-inch “Dave’s Way” cheesesteaks, both as combos. My total came to $89. I chose to spend that amount because of the amazing pictures and reviews I’ve seen and the reputation the restaurant has built. So I was genuinely excited to try it. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect the quality I expected. When I got home and opened the sandwiches right away, they were so overloaded with cheese that they were literally glued shut. I had to rip the paper from the sandwich. The amount of cheese completely overpowered everything else, and there was little meat inside, nothing like the generous portions I’ve seen pictured online. The taste was horrible the presentation looked unappetizing. The balance was so off that we couldn’t even taste the meat, which made the sandwiches unenjoyable. I am so disappointed. I do want to say that the customer service I received in store was absolutely amazing. The staff and cook was friendly and welcoming, and that part of the visit was excellent which is why I tipped. That’s why it’s even more disappointing that the food itself did not meet the same standards. And as a first time customer who came in with high expectations and recommendations from a close friend, I left feeling extremely dissatisfied with the quality of food I received. I truly hope this isn’t the normal standard, because I would love for my experience to match the reputation that brought me in. Reached out tobthe company over a week ago and haven't heard back since. Complete waste of $100!
